So, if you are looking for someone who doesn't intrude your privacy, stays quiet but can be fun to hang out, drop me a message!
Clean and organised. Love Saturday morning markets and hikes. Love to cook. I am moving to Sydney from Brisbane for a new job. Just graduated and moving into a Business position. I am interested in exploring the city, finding new cafes and restaurants. Would love to make some new friends to hang out with when work finishes on a Friday afternoon! I'm a really nice, energetic person and am super excited for my big move. Feel free to reach out if you think I'd be a good fit for your home!

Im usually catching up on TV shows or playing around with make up in my spare time and zac is usually gaming. We’re clean, tidy and responsible. Hoping to find others who are the same. I've also house-shared for 4+ years and am very respectful of space and communal living, and am hoping the rent will include maybe some of the bills. shoot me a message if you want to know anything else
Looking to move out with at least 1 or 2 people. Clean, respectful, fun, outgoing, mind my own business, always pay bills on time, get along easily with others. Mad love for food and f45.

I would like to find flat mates who are happy to chat and watch tv shows or hang out occasionally. I am looking for accommodation in the suburbs I have listed and the surrounding suburbs. I would prefer to live in a share house rather than rent a room from a family.

PLEASE ONLY CONTACT ME IF YOU LIVE IN THE HOUSE.... I don’t want to hear from people trying to cram as many people into houses they own but don’t live in. PLEASE ONLY CONTACT ME IF YOU HAVE OFF STREET PARKING.... my profile clearly states this need so I am not interested in street parking If you meet these criteria, please read on. Hey, I'm Bec. I am a full time high school teacher in the Inner West and I currently commute a crazy distance to get there. I have lived in the area before and it's time to move back and regain some hours in my life. Due to the nature of my work, I am not home during the day time and am quite busy in school term. I usually like to come home to a relaxed setting, where sharing a glass of wine or few with dinner or TV is welcomed, but reasonable sleeping hours are also respected. I have shared houses in Australia and overseas, with friends, randoms, males, females, mixed nationalities, ages etc and have never missed a rent payment or a cleaning schedule. Ideally, I require a large-ish room, built ins and off-street parking. I am past the student life (been there, done that ... twice over) so I am being picky... please don't contact me if your room on offer is an expensive shoe box. I have a queen bed, a bookcase, a desk and then some clothes that require a built in wardrobe. Let me know if you can help me out or have any questions. Looking forward to meeting some new housemates and hopefully, friends. Bec :)
I'm a pretty quiet guy and I don't drink, smoke or do drugs. I come from a remote town in NSW and I like video games. I'm going to be studying at Macquarie University in July, hence the reason why I am here. So... thanks I guess for considering me?
Hello people, I'm Mandar and I'm currently working with TAFE NSW as an IT implementation Analyst. Jocular would be the right epithet to describe me. An affable, humorous ,loyal, caring and an intelligent person who loves to read, travel, listen to music and talk. I take pride in my culinary skills and love to cook for others. I love keeping myself and my house clean. Sports is imbued in my system though I am far from being a jock. I have a penchant for mischief and to know me better, a few rounds of beer or a nice cuppa coffee could help us connect
My previous Landlord has sold their property so I’m looking for a new long-term lease. I would be looking to move into a new rental as soon as possible. I’m a mature-age man in his 40's and currently a full-time Carer for a disabled person. Looking to share rent with bills included (if possible) with a group of respectful and social flatmates. I would be agreeable to setup a direct debit to ensure regular ongoing transfer of rental payments. Would prefer a room that is already funished, otherwise I can bring own items if required. A quiet place to come home to. In my spare time, I explore other cultures through books and film festivals. I absolutely love trying new cuisine / cooked dishes from other countries. I would like to think I’m an open-minded, friendly person who loves meeting new people (and their adorable pets too). I am interested in teaming up with other flatmates to share expenses, if the Suburb matches my needs. Please feel free to contact me if anyone has available rentals who need a reliable flatmate.
We are two 20 year old full-time students working part time, looking for another person to team up with to begin a share house in the up and coming weeks in the Sydney area. We are limited to a maximum of $200 PW each, for a three bedroom house. We are LGBT friendly, vegan (the chill kind not the crazy kind), enjoy arts and music, love animals and are environmentally conscious. We enjoy the occasional drink and a night out with friends however are not looking to have a huge party house as we are both studying. We enjoy cooking a home shared meal and are open minded. If this sounds like something you're into and wish to become a part of a fun, funky and conscious house-hold let's get in touch!
I'm easy going, naturally happy and bubbly person. I work full time as a receptionist at Macquarie Medical Imaging at Macquarie University Hospital. I also run my own online business. I'm fit and active and like to live a clean living lifestyle.
I'm generally quiet when I work and super respectful of people's privacy and space. I'm very tidy and organised, but I'm also a pretty easygoing, social guy. If you'd like someone that's just the right mix of fun and easygoing + tidy, organised and respectful of your space, I'm your guy. I'm also super ambitious with entrepreneurship and business so if you share that enthusiasm for life, I'd love to get in contact with you. Looking to stay with working professionals around my age who are responsible, respectful but also friendly :)
