Hi! I've just moved to Sydney from the UK, and I'm here on a working holiday visa for 1-2 years. I'm currently working as an English teacher in CBD. I'm very laid back, I'm always pretty tidy and I like to balance work with a good social life. I enjoy a night out but I'm not one to go mental and trash everything/make loads of noise. Non smoker on a good day, shameful hiding-outside-using-tin-foil-as-an-ashtray smoker on an infrequent bad one. I've just finished university back home, so I'm still accustomed to the student way of living in a house share; cooking for each other, getting angsty about electricity usage, having a drink in the evenings, etc. I'm looking for a place for the next six months or so while I finish my work contract in Sydney; it's a steady job, and I'm happy to pay bills on top of my budget as long as they're not extortionate. Ideally looking for a furnished room, (very) pet-friendly (ask me about my cat tattoo) and not fussed about gender/age with regards to flatmates.
I am a 31 year old Account Director working in the Rocks in Sydney. Originally from Glasgow, interested in keeping fit, play football and golf. I am looking for a place where I can relax and enjoy good chat with my flatmates. I am clean, respectful, trustworthy and a person who likes to socialise. Cheers, Kenny
"Good dude and great to live with." - current and soon to be former room mates testimonial. Jackson Carter, 24 years young, Civil Engineer moving to Sydney for work. Grew up in Airlie Beach; salt water in the veins opposed to blood. Went to Uni in Brisbane, flirted with mining for a year in Central Queensland (wouldn't recommend it) and recently finished a graduate program in Brisbane. On weekends I like going on adventures and finding cool spots to surf, camp, swim, drink beer etc. live music, bars, cafes - standard 24 year old activities I would say. I have lived in shared housing (of varying dynamics) since leaving home at 17 so I understand the importance of having clean, tidy and respectful roommates. I am kind, courteous with a (self diagnosed) decent sense of humour. I am looking for a young professional house of Monday - Friday workers (so our schedules aren't too conflicting) who are also respectful of others and are clean to live with. I would like to call the people I live with mates, not just roommates. 6 months+ on the lease would be beneficial but not too phased if it's not, I arrive in Sydney the weekend 4th March.
Jimmy, Advertising/Media Professional - Seeking sociable House/Flatshare in Coogee! Hi Everyone, I'm looking for a flat or houseshare as close as possible to Coogee Beach Road. I work in media and am out socialising at work a fair bit, and want to continue that with housemates seeing all Sydney has to offer. Would be great to find housemates who are similarly sociable and up for a laugh. I am keen on fitness (Go to Titan's so would like a place that is close by) and also play football for Coogee United. That's not to say that I am a health freak though and enjoy the occasional drink with the best of them, most likely in the CBH or Pav! Not looking for a 24/7 party house but a one to enjoy good times and some banter in when suitable on weekends maybe! It's completely fine with me when housemates want to do their own thing at home, but if you are always going to lock yourself away we probably won't be right for eachother. Few other things about me: Single Huge Tottenham Hotspur fan (would be great to live with someone who would be keen to watch Premier League Games too) Good Cook (or so I think!) Love a BBQ, definitely keen to host a few over summer! Into all kinds of music, but not one to play it at all hours! Love a good festival though! Clean and tidy but not a clean freak if one spoon is left in the sink! Keen to get down the beach whenever possible! Bought a bed here which I want to keep and is a Queen so will need plenty of space. Happy to live with girls or boys and in many ways would prefer a mixture of both, in my London place it was 2 boys + 2 girls who didn't know before moving in together and now are friends, would be great to do that again! Budget of around $300-360 per week Am free to move within 2 weeks of finding a place, although that is also negotiable. If i sound like the kind of housemate you are looking for then get in touch! All the best Jimmy
Hi I'm Sally, I've just relocated to Sydney from Brisbane and looking for a nice homely flat share close to transport preferable in east Sydney. I would say I'm very easy going, I've lived with a couple previously and understand the need for keeping things social as well as private for it to work in a shared living environment. I have a good work/life balance and want to find a place with people I can eventually call my friends.
Hi there, We are 2 girls in our mid-20s looking for a 3rd person to share a house. We ideally would like a male of a similar age and work schedule. Kelly works in Marketing, and Jordan is a pharmacist, so both work the standard 9-5. We like going to the beach, exploring new bars and watching Netflix whilst messaging each other from the room next door. We are good friends, and would like to live with someone who would love to join us for the occasional coffee dates and spontaneous Kmart trips, rather than just coming home and sitting in their room. I don't want to toot our own horn, but we have now lived together for a year, and are excellent roommates! We are looking for a 3 bedroom house in the eastern suburbs. The catch - we plan to get a dog in the next year, so want somewhere that is pet friendly. Because of this, we don't have an exact date when we will move. We are currently looking, but waiting for that perfect place. Ideally we will move in the next month or 2, but this isn't set in stone. So if you are pretty flexible with your move in dates, have a budget of around $350 and want to move in with 2 fun loving gals, please get in touch!
Hi guy, I'm looking for a roommate in Bondi! I am French and I am 26 years old, arrived in Australia since a month. I am a waitress, and I love the beach, listen to music, watch movies, go out, meet people .. and especially: having fun! If I can find a roommate with several nationalities this would be perfect :) I'm funny (I hope!) And I love discovering new things. I am also very clean and organized. I hope to meet you soon, do not hesitate to contact me if you think we can live together! See you soon, Cheers!
We are 22 year old best friends from England, currently living with family in Sydney, and were looking for a place of our own. We are very bubbly, down to earth, active and trustworthy people. We are very clean, tidy and neither of us smoke. We both work in a cafe, so will be out most weekends working. We both graduated in the past year with law degrees, so were having 12 months in Australia as a gap year. We are enjoying doing the occasional sight seeing, and meeting up with friends. If you have any questions or anything, we are available anytime :)

I'm Jonney 31 from the UK, an energy consultant working in the city and Joise 27, from the States, is a teacher (but a fun one!). Both been over about 10 months and here for the long term as I've been sponsored and just in the process of going through the partner visa process for Josie. Just found out our lease is due to end soon in Woollahra so looking for a new place around Bondi Junction - ideally a new build apartment with another couple with a separate bathroom. Both super easy to get along with, pretty quiet during the week and mostly out enjoying Sydney on the weekends. Always happy to get involved in house outings and also need intelligent people to join our pub quiz team!
Hi future housemates! I am looking for a shared house with people that I can be friends with. I am working Monday to Friday regular hours and usually like to have quiet nights during the week. I am an outgoing person and I assure you we will get along very well! I would like to stay with someone who is easy to talk to, clean, respectful, caring and is willing to talk issues out if there are any, and I would share with someone who enjoys a peaceful lifestyle with minimal house parties; as I will do the same. I look forward to meet you! :)
Hello :) my name is Philipp, I'm 25 years old and I'm a student from Germany. I arrived in Sydney only two days ago and I'm looking for a nice place to settle for the next 5-6 months with friendly and open-minded housemates. I'm going to study at the UTS in Sydney for one semester (beginning in march) and I'm preferably looking for an apartment near the beach. I'm open-minded, easy-going, respectful and I like to meet new people. In the past years, I have lived in Germany, France, Switzerland and Colombia, and I'm looking forward to spend a nice time in Sydney as well. I like sports and healthy food and within the next months I want to learn how to surf. In my free time, I like to travel around, grab a coffee with some friends, do sports or go to the beach. I would be happy to hear from you and to be invited for a first viewing of your apartment!

Hi guys, my name's Kingy and I'm looking for a room to rent in the eastern suburbs(preferably with ensuite). It's says to tell you what make's me great to live with but I that list is simply to long. I suggest just meeting me for a coffee and I can tell you how good I am in person:) I'm 32 born in Albury but grew up on the beach down the south coast. But have also lived in Brissy and Sydney for a few years each a few years ago. So I'd say I'm a combination of a country beach bum/surfie with a love of the city mayhem. I've spent most my life working in the building trade but am currently on the disability pension with Centrelink due to a injuries so have decided to take advantage of this and have enrolled in Cert 4 New Small Business Management online and plan to try get some part time work in a hardware or something once I get settled. But until then my income is guaranteed and you will never have to worry about rent not being paid or me being able to not feed myself. Speaking of food, it's one of my most favourite things:) I'm learning to eat healthier and am really enjoying the city and all the different natio's food. Also go to the gym as regularly as possible. The only thing that I'm struggling with is I do have a dog and cannot see me moving somewhere long term without him. But because I need to find some asap or before the 15th march I'm looking for something around the 3 month mark. If you can help me out please contact me here or on my Facebook, Aron Donnolley-King Cheers big ears Kingy
Hello I am Estelle, 18 years old, French student. I am looking for something welcoming with internet in first place for a duration of 2 months. I will be in Sydney from early may to early July. Prior to moving here, I lived in London for 2.5 years working as a teacher and traveling as much as possible and am looking forward to doing that here as well. I am sociable, outgoing and keen for a fun time, whether that be out for drinks or watching a movie with takeaway. I am into sports, seeing new places/trying new things and films. I am Inez, I have recently moved up to Sydney from Melbourne for a work project. I am a 21 year old working full time in Darlinghurst and would like to find a place closer to the city for the commute to be a little shorter since I work long hours. I am a friendly and bubbly person who attempts to win people over with cooking gigantic amounts of food and terribly delivered dad jokes. I am a very social person, and I would adore being in a social house where we could share a drink or a meal on occasion. However, I also understand and respect personal space and can be quiet and respectful. I do not drive so accessible public transport is a high priority of mine. I have been meaning to explore more of Sydney and so far I have been going to a lot of gigs, bookstores, I read a lot, as well as lots of art galleries and finding solace in a good beer garden. I would hope that I can move in as soon as possible and if anyone would want to have this groovy lady as a housemate feel free to shoot me a message. I also promise to make you cups of tea and sing alternating vocals of Bohemian Rhapsody with you if you ever need it, or just having a bad day :)
We are two friends who have known each other since they were born, very friendly and fun. Currently live together in room but want to move to somewhere closer to the town and the beach. We study English and speak Portuguese and Spanish.
Hi there! I am a 32 year old male of British origin. Having moved from London / Bristol in the UK to Sydney just over a year ago to work for a law firm here, I would like to move from Bondi to a new place nearer the CBD and, in the process, meet some great people to share a home with. I'm very easy going and maybe the teeniest bit particular about being tidy. I like it when mugs in a cupboard are all lined up. But I won't have a breakdown if they don't. I like all of the things. I'm terrible with spectator sports though. I don't know anything about them. I sometimes get corporate seats to the AFL and I like that so I figure I've got the capacity to learn about it. I'm appallingly outgoing and extremely friendly, I have no doubt that we will get on famously. I like to cook and am always happy to share resources and cook for my flat mates. I love to travel and am always looking for awesome suggestions of weekend activities and road trips. I like to get up to mischief whenever the opportunity avails itself. My hours can be somewhat erratic depending on work, I'll normally work from around 8/8:30am to 6/8pm. I'm a technology contract lawyer so it really depends on projects that I'm working on or if I have any work events in the evenings. In my downtime I like to enrich myself (I am currently studying to qualify as a NSW lawyer), exercise and consume wine, gin and crafty beers.
Me (Will) and my friend (Greg) are ideally looking for 2 private rooms in a house share or apartment. We would also consider a twin room. We will both in full time employment soon so we'll be working during the day Monday-Friday. During the week we spend most of our evenings in the gym or playing football and during the weekends we like to see friends.
My name is Salvador Vassalo and i´m portuguese. Just graduated from college, studying business, and gonna spend the next months in Australia taking an english course, working part time and playing rugby for the Sydney Norths Rugby Club. Apart from that i consider myself as a person that goes a long with everybody, have no problem in sharing a house or a room. I´m very clean and organized.
I love the beach and photography! I am such a people person and I love company. Chill vibes all around. I appreciate art in all forms and love people to express themselves in any way. Just as long as you're a decent human being, I'll surely get along with ya!
Hi, my name is Anastasia, 24 y.o. I study interior architecture full time. Interests: sport, yoga, healthy food, design. I'm easy to communicate with, responsible, active, clean. I'm looking for a house/female flatmate. Hi, I'm 29 y/o and I currently live in Coogee and have so for the past couple of years, but am after a change. I work in insurance (don't hold that against me) and have done for the past ten years. I enjoy socialising and getting outdoors on the weekends, but keep it fairly quiet through the week with work and trying to get to the gym most nights. I'm very considerate and understand the necessities of living in a shared place. If this sounds of interest, I would love to hear from you :)
Irish & just moved to Sydney after spending a few months travelling. Work Mon-Fri as a speech pathologist so like to take it easy during the week but to love to head out mainly at the weekend! Looking for accommodation with clean, laidback, similiar minded house mates!
I'm an easy-going, tidy, respectful flatmate who is well house-trained, enjoys living a healthy lifestyle, and making the most of all that beautiful Sydney has to offer!
