Hey! I'm Etienne. I'm a happy go lucky character with a good sense of humor, I work full time in construction six days a week so im barely home if not i'm most likely at the beach. I also am very clean and tidy and also i have a great understanding of being a respectful flatmate. I've come across the ditch from New Zealand! Most my enjoyment comes from Surfing,Reading,Sports and meeting and getting to know others! Feel free to send me a message :)
Hi there, I am looking for another female to share a 2 bedroom apartment with me, I'm worldly, mature, fun, and extremely easy going. Previously a make-up artist however i now work full time in office administration in the CBD. I am not set on any location as long as its near the city, i enjoy reading, a great film, a great soundtrack, a glass of wine, and the water. Cheers, S. Xo
Hi Everyone! I'm Manda, a 23 year old female moving to Sydney for the first time to start full time work in an accounting firm in the CBD. I am currently based in Canberra, but grew up in Adelaide. I like to be social, but also like my own downtime and am respectful of other people's personal space. I am looking for a private room in a clean and non-smoking house with flatmates similar to my age. I love cooking, shopping, watching TV series, yoga and going out to restaurants and concerts. Feel free to send me a message if you think I would be a good fit for your property!
My name is Sam and I'm a 28 year old, Australian female working professional. I work in IT in the CBD as a software tester. I've lived in share houses for over 10 years. I'm clean, a non smoker and not a party animal. I'm looking for a share room, up to $250 per week, with NO BUNKBEDS, MAX 2 people per room and that's within a 30 minute walk to 201 Elizabeth st, please send me a google maps link of the walking directions and tell me a bit about why I should consider joining your share house. OR My own unfurnished room within a 10 minute walk of Ashfield Station. P.S. I will also consider places within a 20 minute cycle of 201 Elizabeth st I recently broke my ankle (I fell off a wall doing indoor bouldering/rock climbing) and I'm non weight bearing until March (basically on crutches/knee scooter). I can move in sooner but it would be very hard for me to do so. I currently live in Ashfield and I would need to give 2 weeks notice before moving. I ride a motorbike, if you have parking available for it that would be an added bonus. I like to bake, brew beer and make things. I value sustainable living and could get behind a community vegie garden. I play trombone and could also get into a swing dancing or a swing band. Why would an Aussie gal be looking for a share room? Basically I want to live close to work and get on top of my credit card debt. I hope to hear from you soon.
hi there, i am looking for a single room in those areas. i work in hospitality for 8 yrs so mostly i work evenings, weekend mostly i stay home, relax, catch up with friends. i prefer clean, quiet, no pet ( i love dogs though) and tidy households.
I am a French student and we decided to move with my boyfriend in Sydney on the 2nd or 3td February. I will finish my studies here and he will have an internship of 6 months. We are really open minded, enjoy share time with each other and meet new people. We are also very respectful of each other space and clean.
I am returning to Sydney to study Forensic Science at UTS. I am friendly, quiet, not a home partier, however not averse to going out into the big bad city and having a good time. Non-smoker, enjoy music, reading, swimming, starting to get back into gym, so if you're looking for a gym buddy then bonus :). I also enjoy cooking, and while my repatoire isnt overly broad right now, I do find I perform well when presented with a new recipe. For work I am currently a Pharmacist, I do locum work all over the country, as well as the city, so there may be times I'm whisked away to some remote location in rural Australia to help out somewhere. I love the job as it lets me flexible about where and when I work. I love to travel, have been overseas several times now, most recently went on a round the world trip including Hong Kong, London, New York and Los Angeles. Did TopDeck in Europe in 2015 and loved every second of it, I hope to get to do that again sometime. I am tidy (ok I've been a bachelor for a while so I may sometimes leave some clothes on the floor of my bedroom lol), but rest assured all common areas will remain tidy after I've used them, I am very respectful to the needs of others, I won't play loud music, and depending on work schedules won't come trapsing into the place at random hours of the night. For fun I enjoy seeing shows, reading a good book, checking out the sites, Netflix, and good conversation over a drink.
Hey :) Easy going couple who have just moved to Sydney for work. We are both working full time and most probably be down the South Coast most weekends. I finish early (3 pm usually) but I will usually head down to the beach or the gym. Fun, love going out for dinners and dates, just as much as we love staying in and watching movies.
Hi everyone, I’m a fun exciting person from South Australia. Been living with friends for 4 months here in Sydney and think it’s time to change. I’d prefer to live with minimal females due to having to live with many for my whole life so I’d like to stay somewhat clear; unless they have a dude-like sense of humour and can hang out with me and have a conversation. I work pretty hard so I’m basically Houdini because of the hours I work which is generally 12hrs 5-6 days a week. I’d love to live with layed back people who can have fun, respect boundaries and clean up after themselves. I’m young and living in a beautiful city so I want to have fun which doesn’t always mean drinking; but definitely just enjoy myself. Obviously respecting boundaries and noise but I’m not here to be treated like I’m living with my parents 😄😄 I love to clean, I am a Chef, straightforward, honest and very loving to those I care about; so straight up down to earth house mate, in return I’d love to get to know you and have a great time before I leave for the states in June! Hope I hear from you and hopefully become house mates! ❤️❤️
Hey Guys! Full time professional working in the Real Estate Industry. Mature and motivated 18 year old. Easy to get along with. Like to keep my belongings immaculate. Very clean person who likes things neat and tidy. Enjoys a balanced lifestyle between work and play. Early riser. Will spend majority of my time out of the house. Flexible to move in whenever. Although will need 1 car space.

We are looking for people that are genuine , and honest to share the unit with. Please direct message me if you have any vacancy. We prefer Eastern suburb area that is accessible to public transportation, chemist, coles/ woolworths. thank you
Hey! I’m andrew, 27, and work in contracts management! Looking for a tidy share place, where roommates don’t mind the odd drink and coversation around sport or any show/movie we are watching. Like to exercise regularly and be out majority of the weekend!
Edit: Because my work hours are typically 8am - 7pm my priorities have changed from close to beach with close to city as a bonus, to close to city with close to beach as a bonus. Moving down to Sydney from Brisbane to take up a graduate full-time position in Sydney's CBD. I'm keen to finally get down to the Harbour City and get settled in to my new life. All of my friends are in Brisbane so there's little worry about me having 'hectic parties' or anything like that. It does mean however that I am looking for people that I can get along with who aren't overly closed-off. That said, I'm sure there'll be days where I get home from work or my flatmates get home and just want to decompress in peace. I have no pets and am a non-smoker. One caveat though is I need a place that has some form of accessible, consistent car-parking spaces. Obviously a drive-way/garage is preferable to on-street parking but as long as I don't have to pay for on-street parking then I won't have a problem. I love the beach and am particularly keen to live in a place where the CBD is 20 minutes away from home and so is the beach (<20 minutes would be even better). A friend of mine is moving down to Sydney in early April so I am looking for a short-term lease. $350 is about as much as I reckon I'd be willing to spend on weekly rent, although ideally the rent would be closer to the $300 mark.
Hi there! My name's Kane, I'm 25 and have been living in Sydney for six months working full time in what I consider to be a dream job. I'm looking to move in with housemates who spend at least some time socialising together, whether that's bingeing Netflix on a lazy Sunday afternoon or going out for a pub quiz night in the middle of the week. I follow the cricket and tennis in summer and the (AFL) footy in winter, but in the meantime I'll happily chat about anything relating to music, movies, celebrities and pop culture. I'll also be bringing a PlayStation along with me (I'm always down for a game of FIFA). I pride myself on being clean, polite, and punctual. I put a lot of time and effort into building strong and healthy relationships with the people I meet and spend time with, and as such, I believe that as housemates, we could also become good friends. :) Let me know if you're keen for a chat! All the best, Kane
Hi there potential new housemate(s)! I'm Ben and I have just moved to Sydney from Adelaide. Looking for a private room in the east or inner-west of Sydney. Some sort of parking would be preferred. I believe I am a respectable housemate that enjoys spending time with my housemates, but also understands the need for personal space. I like to be in a clean and tidy house and would like housemates that also subscribe to this (bedrooms not included)! I'm pretty easy going, keep pretty quiet during the week with work/gym/fitness etc. but also don't mind a beer or wine with my fellow housies. On the weekends I like to be out and about heading to the beach, gigs (keen for housemate gig buddies), travel etc. I am a keen swimmer and cyclist (looking to get back into triathlons), but also love getting out into nature and hiking and camping. If you think I would be suitable please send me a message! Look forward to hearing from you.
Hey I’m Ale! From Mexico 🇲🇽. I love to play the piano, draw, edit trip videos, longboard, go to the gym, chill with my friends, and hang out on the weekends. I am a clean guy with good manners and great standards. Hope to find amazing people to share my staying with !!

I am respectfull, emphatic and grow enough to take the privat space fro everyone serious. I am definiteley not a rockstar, but nice enough to feel comfortable with. I prefer tidy people, please.
Hi mates!! I am a 25yo lovely guy from Barcelona. I am friendly, clean, laid back, easy going and with a good sense of humor. Always down for a chat with a coffee or a beer and very keen to get to know new people from all around the globe. I have been recently living in Germany and Taiwan as an exchange student and now I'm in Sydney with a Work and Holiday Visa. I enjoy the flatshare social life but respect every ones' privacy and sometimes also like to be quite in my room myself. Please feel free to contact me on my mobile phone or through facebook Very keen to meet you, future flatmates!! :) Cheers
Redheaded Irishman looking for shelter from the Australian sun. Sales consultant for a logistics company, I'm out early in the morning, play some sports some evenings and try not to stress too much. Happy to have a good chat about anything or nothing, and let you be when necessary. I've been here nearly 4 years and lived in Malaysia and Spain before too. I love languages, travelling, and ironing.
G'day mates, my name is Erdal and I will move to Sydney in end of March 2018. I am a civil engineer and am gonna work as a construction project manager. I decided to reach out for a room in a flatshare, so here it goes: I will be working monday to friday, maybe until late hours, therefore it would be perfect to move in a flatshare in which there isn't always a party. Ok, I'm not a grouch, an occasional party is fine by me. Also, I'd like to have flatmates with whom one could have casual conversations about anything, cook together or go out together. I would like to prevent to move in a flat in which everyone keeps to himself just living by one another. In addition, I am a pretty tidy person (don't worry, I don't have OCD), so I'd like to live in an organized and nice environment. Cheers, Erdal
