Hi Everyone!! I am looking for a long term home. I am interested in finding someone to team up with to find a place in the parramatta area. I work four days a week as a paralegal for a family law firm in North Sydney and I study law full time attending Western Sydney University! Work and uni are pretty much my life at the moment other than that i am pretty chill and enjoy unwinding and watching netflix or going out with friends. I am very tidy and sociable but also enjoy my space as I assume you would too! I am looking for a place long term and somewhere I can call home, not just a short term party house. I do not smoke and will only team up with females. Any other questions please message me :) !! EDIT: Looking to move in officially around October. Would be great if I could start moving my stuff in prior though.
Hey potential new house mate :) My name is Emily, I'm 25 work fulltime in Childcare and am chilled out down to earth kind of person. I love connecting with people and having chats but also really dig my alone time. I like to keep things clean and enjoy housework (weird yes but I find it therapeutic) I am a caring, empathic and giving person by nature and I'm sure we will become good friends. I have 2 beautiful loving boxer dogs that will be coming with me, I'm sure you will fall in love with them as much as I have. I am looking for someone to find a place and sign a lease with and consider subleasing to someone (we both agree on) to bring our rent cost down. If you'd like to know any more about me or anything hit me up :)
Hi there! My name is Samantha - I'm twenty-five years old and I work full-time in Springwood. I'm looking for somewhere to live that's close to work, preferably in between Springwood and Penrith. I'm an extremely socialble and bubbly person, very easy to get along with! I'm very respectful of others and am very mindful of keeping tidy and keeping the volume down when others are sleeping or relaxing. If you live in or around the areas I mentioned and I sound like the kind of housemate you'd love to have, please send me a message - I'd love to hear from you!
Where ever I live I treat it as my own, proactive, very thoughtful, mindful of others, happy out going, like to keep things clean and mess free. I've lived in a number of different types of homes/places, with all kinds of different people from different walks of life. I'm a spiritually minded person, glass half full, stop & smell the roses kinda person, love kids, animals, nature and being around great like minded people.
I work 5 days a week, Im friendly and easy to get along with. I like to keep to myself at times but also enjoy hanging out with friends on my days off
Currently studying at Western Sydney University Kingswood, looking for student accommodation that is accessible by public transport and no more than around 45 minutes away from Kingswood. Will be looking to start around the end of *September*. I don't need a lot of space, and internet access is a must.
I'm a very quiet yet very friendly person. I don't smoke nor drink. I am very neat a clean looking for a nice clean place to stay. I am responsible and very out-going I love animals and I just love to do my own stuff in my room most of the times such as drawing, painting, reading, watching series,etc... at the moment I am working at McDonalds as part time. The reason I would like to move out is because my family are moving out to a smaller place and there's no space for me at the new house also I would much like my own independence and privacy.
I work full time, have my own car, independent, clean and tidy, easy going person, always pay for myself, cooks and cleans. I have a 1 year old cat who is also independent and does his own thing.
An easy to get along with simple guy , who has an interest in books , culture , science , travel, food, music , languages and current affairs . I'm a neat freak , so you won't need to worry about mess . I will contribute to where I can around the house ; including my fair share of utilities , cleaning and money towards groceries.
I`m an architect who are going to immigrate to Australia around September with my wife. She is a structural engineer. We are intended to form a new progressive life in Australia. we do not have kid.
Hi everyone! Im Laura, am moving into the area from Melbourne to be mentored/do some teaching at a yoga studio in Penrith + some social working for 6 months. In some ways I can be a walking clichè of a yoga teacher/social work combo - I eat plants and have a slight obsession of the indoor variety, love kirtan & try to keep a foot in the activist scene. I'm also into gypsy jazz, cooking enough food to feed an army, enjoying a cheeky glass of red and attempting to make my violin make bearable sounds! I'm looking for a room of the furnished variety (even if it be a couch), or maybe a happy home who is open to having a gal and her van park in the driveway for some extra coin, cooking and yoga classes exchange?! I'm a happy friendly housemate that enjoys contributing to homely communal vibes; Probs can't go further up the hill than Leura and max of $200 a week. Alternatively up for friends too cos I will be new in the area. Thanks!! X
Hello potential landlord or housemate! My name is Jacqueline or Jacqui for short, I am a full-time student at University of Sydney (about to go into my 4th year) and currently looking at trying to get a job in a pub. I have a pet cat that I would love to be able to bring with me and I am a fairly laid back, happy kind of person (although hard working with cleaning/study/working). I am a great cook, so happy to share cooking (although I do like to eat meat...) and I am a bookworm, nerdy kind of person as well. Always happy to hang or have a drink with my friends. I'm an understanding person and careful of sensitive things. If I seem at all a possibility, please contact me.
