Full-time working professional (corporate lawyer), who works in the city (can involve long-hours). Am looking for a place relatively close to the city, to share with a clean, tidy and considerate working professional. I'm not a partier, and tend to lead an active lifestyle. Due to work, weekends tend to be quiet for me, and I enjoy just using them to relax and unwind. Anything else, please ask.
My name is Christina and I'm 26 years old relocating from Perth to try something new. I work full time, 9-5 job in the CBD and I would love to live in Inner West Sydney or closest to CBD. I am looking for a room in a cool place with easy access to public transport, near shops and nice vibe in the area. I am on monthly salary and just wondering if I could have monthly rent. I don't mind every fortnight but see if I could have any flexibility that would be awesome. I used to rent houses in Perth so, I know how to respect the property and I have clean and tidy nature. I love to explore, hanging out, listening to music and watch Netflix at home. If you think I would be eligible to be your future housemate, let me know :)
I'm a 26 year old young professional. I work as a management consultant in the city and I am looking to move to a fun/vibrant area closer to work. During the week I am busy working but I do like to try and keep fit and maybe squeeze in a cheeky drink. On the weekends you will find me on some sort of outdoor adventure or at a bar. I am easy going and like a chat but also respect other people's personal space. I will need a room that I can fit a desk in as sometimes I will work from home and need my own space. This is important to me as I would prefer not to work in the loungeroom. If there is an office space this could work as well. If you've got a spare room that you think is suitable for me please be sure to reach out :).
I am an easy going, friendly and upbeat person. I pride myself on being a clean, respectful and trustworthy housemate. I'm very laid back and equally happy keeping to myself or engaging with house activities. In my spare time I like to go to the beach and hang out with friends. I am making the move over to Sydney from Perth as I love the city and have many close mates living there around Bondi, Paddington & Manly. I will be working full time as an Executive Assistant. I am open to short term and long term lease agreements, but looking to stay for a minimum of 6 months.
Work full-time as an EA for NSW Government. Recently single, no interest in relationships, just some good company with new friends. OCD clean. Gym 2 or 3 times a week to keep fit. I own a 1 year old female kitten, Ivy. Young but financially responsible, punctual, honest and trustworthy. Love a glass or two in the evenings with trashy television or a good movie. Looking to find a home, not just a house. Currently studying flexible online.
Hey guys! Like many others the season of apartment hunting has started for me. I'm an Italian guy (please do not hold it against me), 31 years old (as wise as Yoda), and a full time backpacker. In my free time I like to have some drinks, do yoga, go to the movies, workout and attend public events or festivals. I am independent so I am happy to do all of this alone but am also happy to share a meal or drink with my flatmate once in a while! I have been living in flat-share since I was 26 and have had over 10 flat-mates over the past 6 years so I believe I am very adaptable and easy-going. I respect other person's properties, sleep and intimacy. I clean after myself and always happy to do my part of the house work. Expect nothing less but carbonara pasta, and good craft beer tastings if I live in the apartment! Please do contact me if you like the idea of meeting me and possibly fill up the extra room you have. Looking forward to hear from you! Massimo
Laid back professional photographer who enjoys quiet nights in as well as socialising with friends at various bars, cafes, diners, live music venues, art events, gym, outdoors when not working. My week various - I'm a freelancer who is either working from home or out shooting on location most of the time. I've lived in Sydney all my life but spent the past 12 months abroad volunteering in Nepal then working in Bangkok so I have minimal furniture but plan to purchase whatever is necessary (so ok with a furnished / unfurnished room). I return back to Sydney this Thursday (27th April) and can view and move in straight away. I clean up after myself, is social enough to hold a conversation with you and your guests when we see each other around the house but know when to respect your privacy. I'm housetrained :) and is happy to share the chores / bills for common household items. I LOVE animals though have no pets of my own but if you do I'd be more than happy to help with walking or feeding said furry creature when you are too busy etc. If there is space for gardening I'd love to maintain / contribute so we can always have fresh herbs and veggies. In regards to rent / bills, after the initial bond and 1 month rent, I am willing (indeed would prefer) to pay monthly in advance. In terms of contract, I am hoping to settle into my new home for more than 12 months if we are all a good fit. Ideally, it would be great to get along with my flatmates outside of the share housing situation. In the past I've had flatmates who became friends / regularly gone out together in social situations.
Hi!! I'm Lorena and I come from Rome, I'm moving to Sydney for study, I will follow a course of media technologies. Hey I'm looking for a room max 3 months. I'm friendly, easy-going, clean and tidy. I have experiences living with flatmates/roommates, but I would like to share max with one person. Better if it's a single room. I like parties, but also great conversations with beer or tea. love netflix :D! I'm from Santiago, Chile. I'm a student of a certificate IV of business, and working part-time.

I'm a 27 year old admin supervisor at a court transcript company. I'm also studying a Masters part time, so am at uni three nights a week at the moment. Pretty chilled out, I like to cook when I have the time, interested in art, books, politics, all the things. I'm great to live with because I pay rent on time, see out the ends of leases, am considerate, can hold a conversation, will cook you hot pots. I don't stress over small things and I understand the need for cleaning and personal space. I also have some nice pictures and as many house plants as you could want (too many house plants). I can get rid of the house plants.
Genuine, friendly professional. Family, fitness and friends are my priorities and would love to live with someone/people who are happy with doing their own thing or having a chat over a drink. I'm an engineer and commute to Chatswood. Keen to chat and work something out.
Hi guys, I work for the Big Four in England and am coming over to Sydney on secondment for a few years. Ideally looking for somewhere with people who I can spend a bit of time with, but also aren't making a racket every night so I can get work done during the week if needed. I like to think I'm a pretty decent housemate but I guess everyone says that!. Would like to be within walking distance of a beach if poss! Into sport so flatmates with a vague interest may be beneficial but if not as long as you can put up with me talking about it occasionally we should be fine... Would like to look round any potential places when I come over wc 1st May

Hi, my name is Matthew I am 19 years old and work full time whilst studying a double bachelor degree in Business and Economics via online. My business hours are from 8:30-6:30, however, I usually stay back a few nights a week. I always pay on time and you will never have an issue with finances. I am very clean and respectful towards others and their possessions. I am a very friendly guy and will get on with everyone, I am not conceited or rude, but I do like my own personal space as do most people. On the weekends, I most likely study but on the off occasion, I do like to socialize. Most people see my age as a disadvantage, and though I am quite young, I am very independent for my age, I am seen as very mature for my age. The age group of the people I usually associate with are in their late 20's to late 50's as I get on with them easier than people from my own age group. Hopefully, I have covered everything and if you do have other questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
Hi there, where start... Always I got good and lovely feedback from the past experiences as flatmate sometime turned in real friendships with them, you can find in me a genuine character, i am enough quiet, non-smoking, respectful, easy going and a good house keeping essential. I'm friendly and I respect each others privacy. I'm not boring I can to say funny 🙂 Italian background here moved one year ago in this country. I think I am a good cook. ( sure I'm italian u could think 😜). What else? I love animals but I don't have with me, good if you have making me happy. My certificated job is as make-up Artist, Atm I started to study fitness at school too, I do some modeling and performing jobs too and promoting sometime with my agency.
I'm 31, from England and I have been in Australia for one year (arrived on Australia Day). I just found out today that my sponsorship went through wahooooo! So I'll be working permanently in the city doing recruitment. Would prefer to share with mixed girls and boys and preferably professionals in the same age range. I'm a cracking cook and love my food! I like a glass of wine and a good night out but not all the time! During the week I like to come home and chill, but always up to hangout. I live at the moment at Bondi but the lease runs out Feb 4th. We didn't renew because my roomie is moving in with her Boyf and I was waiting for my visa news. But I can move any time now. Hopefully that's enough to convince you I'm pretty normal and easy going!
Hi I'm an easy going professional who works in North Sydney. I would love to find a place to live where I can be friends with the housemates, share a meal together, hang out as well as do our own thing. Not a big partier but do enjoy the odd wine. I like exploring the city on weekends, eating out with friends , beach, Yoga and reading. Looking forward to hearing from you 😇
Hi, I'm Cristiano! You can call me Cris! ;-) I'm 39 year old and arrived in Sydney last May! I'm a brazilian architect. I'm here to study and improve my english and look for a part-time job. My interests consist in learn about the australian culture and habits. I can cook, but I'm not a masterchief (I can do the basic for survive, hahaha). I love culture (music, books, movies). I'm using my free time to study at home and walk around the city. I'm a organized and quiet guy! But I'm always up for a chat and talk about the day and share some experiences with other people. I'm respectful, open-minded and honest. Right now I'm focused on my english course, but not dispense a meeting with friends. In the week days I usually have lunch outside. I don’t have any furniture. Have few food restrictions (not for religious, but health reasons). I don't have pets, but I enjoy cats and dogs!
I work full time in the finance/insurance domain in CBD. I work long hours during the week and love to catch-up with friends in the week-end. My week-ends generally involve brunch, sports, beach, visiting other places around Sydney (eg. National parks), night outs with friends, etc. I am looking for a female flatmate that would have a similar lifestyle - I am not interested in a backpackers place. I'd love to find someone who's keen to have a drink together once in a while after a busy week. I keep my place clean and tidy and am respectuous of other's need for space! I am looking for the right flatmate, not any flatmate! Ideally, I'd like to find a bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
I am a young professional, working as a management consultant in Sydney CBD. I recently moved to Sydney from Ireland and am still trying to get my bearings in the city. I am friendly, easy-going and respectful. I value my personal space but am always up for a good chat. I also like to maintain a clean and tidy living environment at all times. I like to hit the gym, listen to music or catch up on my favourite TV series in my free time and, as an expat in Sydney, I hope to explore all that the city has to offer...so any advice for a newbie would be most welcome!
Hi, My name is Craig and I am a 27 year old professional. I enjoy a few drinks and a few to many, like to cook but mainly eat out or menu log. Like most, I do enjoy the occasional moment of quiet and am very respectful of everyone and their needs. I eat out more then anyone should but I am happy to contribute to groceries when ever required regardless of my usage + i have a great amount of extras that can come or not come with me (coffee machine, huge tv, every kitchen novelty, stuff) .
