I'm an easy going person who likes to be social but also love my space. I'm not picky about amenities and large spaces but am surely picky about cleanliness and hygiene. I am a smoker but never prefered smoking in the house. Im looking to live in a nice quiet and peaceful neighbourhood so do holler if you have something in mind. Cheers!
My job is city based, I work in the Agricultural industry and semi new to Sydney (lived in Darling Point for a year before returning to Victoria for work). Generally I leave home around 7am (or earlier) and return after 7pm. I've lived in shared housing for most of my adult life so I'm well versed to respect of flatmates, property, noise and privacy. More often than not I'm out 1-2 nights per week. Week days tend to roll into weekends with social engagements, adventures and activities. It is enjoyable to live with well balanced and transparent people, in a relaxed and quiet home. And I enjoy a good conversation about world events, history and places to travel. I'm far from a gym junkie however I do like to exercise 4-5 times per week. After years of representative sports I'm now down to low impact exercise being either a swim, bike ride, kayaking or yoga. I can cook and happy to share my delights when they are a success. I do enjoy reading the papers of a weekend I don't come with any pets, however I come with a road bike that is housed inside.

Hey I'm Kate, I've recently returned to Sydney having lived overseas for just over a year. I'm a kiwi, but have lived in Sydney for 4 years before venturing off to the UAE. Now I'm back, and here to stay! I'm currently working within the finance industry doing the 9 - 5. Along with also pursuing my education within the health & fitness industry twice per week at a gym - I'm a qualified Personal Trainer. I'm active most days but I do love my chill time at home when I get the chance. I love the outdoors and will try to make more of a conscious effort to go explore outside the city. I love watching sport and follow it regularly - Go the All Blacks! I'm social and do love a drink from time to time. I'm usually out in the weekends either at the beach or doing activities with friends so throughout the week I keep it relatively quiet. I'd love a place where I can come home and chill with the other flatmates and maybe share a meal together. I'm a really easy going person who respects others and their belongings. I've lived in share houses before so I know how it all works. ###No share rooms###

I am a 30 year old young professional who just moved to Sydney from California. I'm looking for a centrally located flat share. I love to drink wine, cook and stay in for a movie night, but am just as happy to go out dinner or grab a drink. I'm open to living with a pet.

Hi everyone! I am Spanish lawyer who will be working for the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Sydney. I am outgoing and I like to chat/socialise but I am also easygoing and know when to respect others personal time and space. I am also very active and visit the gym almost everyday after work so you would rarely see me at home. As a Spaniard, originally from Madrid, I enjoy football (I am a supporter of Real Madrid) and surf (even though I am a beginner). I also love travelling around and have visited more than 60 countries. You can count on me to keep the place clear, tidy and peaceful, even though I enjoy hanging out and would join any plan you propose! Looking forward to make new friends! Alvaro
Hi there! I work full time in a consulting firm in the city. I'm originally from Orange but I've studied and lived in Sydney previously for my undergrad and high-school. I will be studying during semester time so I'll be pretty flat-out. I enjoy going to the gym, binging on Netflix and going out with friends. Summer will see me at the beach and outside as often as is possible and winter will see me curled up in a blanket burrito watching movies. I am looking for my own room (no roomshare arrangements) preferably large enough for a queen bed and storage (built-in wardrobe would be even better).

Hi there, I'm 42 and have just moved back home to Sydney for work after taking a 22y sabbatical to Bris Vegas to have my two gentlemen ! I can do the usual things you want in a housemate, even cook plus I have a funky sense of humor. I like to live in warm friendly home. Ideally I would love to have my own place, yet it could prove a little too exy esp considering I will most probably be paying for secure parking as well.... If you think I fit in your square or are willing to go outside the box and would like further info about this 5'1" pocket rocket feel free to contact me.
I am originally a Colombian guy, who lives in Sydney since almost a year. Personally I am a clean and tidy person, very sociable but also understands and respects the privacy of others. Living in a flatshare to me means: a friendly, honest and fun atmosphere between all tenants - with a good communication among each other. Furthermore some shared dinners or movies, an easy going contact with each other. I am a part-time worker and student, focusing on Marketing and Management but deepening my knowledge in alternative therapy and all that has to do with a healthy and balanced life style. I would love to find likeminded people to share a house or flat with each other, or moving into an existing shared apartment.
My name is Kelsey and I just relocated to Sydney from Washington DC to begin a new job coordinating international internship programs. I grew up and attended university in Wisconsin. I've also lived in Bordeaux for a summer and worked for six months in Cape Town. I have been living in group houses for the last 5 years so I have experience learning to share space and get along with new people. On weekends I enjoy hiking, going to the beach, or enjoying a beer/glass of wine somewhere with a nice view.
24 year old American new to Sydney, wokring in the CBD on a 457 visa. Looking to find a place that is close enough to work and close enough to fun, or at least a good restaraunt or pub. I like to think I'm a pretty chill guy, and I might even make you laugh, I guess the only way to find out is to live with me.
Chris is a 1986 model human looking for a room to call home on a short term basis. When not filling his time with work as a copywriter, he tends to busy himself with his own projects. As a roommate, Chris enjoys hanging from time to time over a drink, record or good TV show. He comes standard with an easy going personality.
Hi There, I am currently living in Rose Bay however I am moving out in a couple of weeks as my current room mate is moving away from Sydney. I am looking to move into an apartment around the Eastern Suburbs however I would also be open to moving to Paddington as I also love that area. I am friendly, reliable and recently new to Sydney myself (I moved down in July this year). I am looking to move in with another female who is similar in age (mid 20's - I am 24). I have Full Time, secure employment (working for a luxury fashion house) in the CBD. My budget is $300 per week and I am able to go halves in the bills (water/electricity etc). I would like my own room (not willing to share sorry) and preferably my own bathroom however I understand that this is not always possible. I have my own Queen sized bed & bedside tables so I would prefer that the room available is unfurnished. I do not have any furniture that I can contribute unfortunately as I have moved down from Brisbane with only my belongings! I do however have a few kitchen items such as glass wear (stemless wine glasses), toasted sandwich maker and an egg poacher that I can contribute to the apartment). My preferred move in date is over the weekend of the 17th/18th of December 2016. Please contact me if you're interested. I am able to view places on weekends and possibly of an evening during the week when I get home from work after 6:00pm. If you would prefer to meet up for coffee over the weekend I would be more than happy to do this also. Looking forward to hearing from you! Jo
Why hello there! I'm American and James is British (try not to hold it against us). We've both just moved to Sydney from London and are making a start here doing the working holiday visa thing. My background is in international relations and law (again, sorry) and am now working for an Australian children's charity (yay!). James studied fashion and is working for Aēsop, so if you need unsolicited fashion advise or free samples of over-priced skincare products, you know where to turn. In our free time, we love to cook (well I do, James loves to eat), spend copious amounts of time and money in cafés, and enjoy a chocolate-filled Netflix binge (we are human after all). I've been told I could talk for England and have a very sarcastic dry sense of humour and James is quite easily the kindest and friendliest person in the world. He loves the outdoors and chocolate. Give him a chocolate bar on a hike and he'll love you forever. He also prays at the alter of Beyoncé. Hope to hear from you! Best, Stefan & James
I am a Ph.D student from CHINA, and will study in garvan institute for 1 year. I am looking for an accommodation. Can you contact me with email? Many thanks.

Hey, i'm Tara 27 year old professional looking for a place to call home in Sydney. I like to think of myself as a down to earth, easy going and respectful person who enjoys spending time with friends and being outdoors. Ideally i'd like to meet likeminded people that enjoy an occasional glass of wine together however, are not dependant on this and are respectful of each others space.
Hi future flatmate! Tom and I moved over to Oz in september on a working holiday visa from the UK. We are now looking for a place to settle for a few months over christmas and work to save up and travel the east coast after Christmas! We love meeting new people and exploring new places. We enjoy going out for a drink but home is where we like to relax and recover from work or the gym, either by watching a film, reading a good book or playing Tom's PS4. We are looking for a flatshare in a clean chilled environment where we can get to know Sydney better. We are ready to move in now and looking to stay until February, perhaps longer! Can't wait to meet you :D
Hello.... My name is Pablo, I am originally from Colombia but live in Sydney since approximately a year. Currently I am studying Marketing and Management at the MnM Institute but personally I’m involved with natural therapies as well as developing projects connected to music, art and technology. Hi there! I am looking for my own bedroom in a share house / apartment. I have recently launched a Movie Festival and work very hard to make it successful. I work long hours including weekend. I work in professional services so work long hours most the time. I'm fit active loving getting outdoors and doing whatever activities I can find. Go to the gyms most mornings so won't be competing for the showers as I shower at work. I have a good group of friends that keep me busy when I'm not working and on the weekends but also looking for someone who i can get along with and can become more of a friend then a stranger. I'm easy going and looking for someone similar, someone who enjoys sydney, is fun, outgoing and social. I'd prefer to share in a large house with a mix of boys and girls but happy to consider anything, then main thing is that we'll all get along :)
I am looking for a private room in the eastern suburbs preferably closer to bondi. I am a 29 year old professional. Clean, tidy and respectful. Hi! I'm Emily, a 22-year-old backpacker from Florida, USA. I'm here on my working Holiday Visa and currently seeking a more permanent residence than just hostel-hopping! I'm laid-back, non-smoking, and an animal lover. I currently work retail in the city.
Hi Everyone, My name is Sugianto Lauw. I am 28 year old guy working in market research and retail who speak 6 languages (Indonesian, English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Spanish) albeit in different level of fluency. I am from Melbourne where I have been for the last 9 years but have since moved to Sydney for work and I have been in Sydney since February living in Waterloo. I love the area but I’m ready for a move and I am happy to live a bit closer to the city to cut down my travel time to work and I would like to find a place that is close to the train station. I am an outgoing, friendly, social person, as well as extremely clean and considerate other people spaces and privacy. I lead quite the busy life during the week so I would like to keep it like home. But that doesnt necessarily mean I wont be having a few cheeky drinks or two. :) On the weekends though, I am very social and active, usually catching up with friends at a bar or restaurant, going to the gym. I am always happy to chill and up for a chat or activities. I like social environment. I also love to cook, travel, and be creative. I always pay my bills on time, respectful and always strive to keep a clean house. I have been living in sharehouses for the last 9 years and always keep my things clean and tidy so you don’t have to worry about that. Oh, I also have my Netflix and Stan account and you are welcome to use it as well. If you have more questions, feel free to ask. Sugi
I'm a full time graduate medical student - just starting my clinical rotations at St Vincent's Hospital. Before that I was a physiotherapist for 11 years. Originally from England but I've been living in Sydney since 2008. My boyfriend is living overseas and visits occasionally. I'm a conscientious flatmate, sociable and thoughtful. I study hard, exercise lots and catch up with friends.
Hey there, I am Jolita from Lithuania. I can describe myself as positive, talkative, friendly, responsible, tidy person. If you are more or less the same then let's try to be roommates/flatmates. Looking forward to hear from you!
I'm easy going and chill, I'm looking for a home to make my sanctuary after along day at the office. Love to have a chat and a laugh over wine and good food, however, also love to have time on my own watching Netflix and doing a bit of work.
Hi! I moved to Sydney from Perth earlier this year. My weekday routine is the 9-5 and exercise a few days a week. I love to binge watch a tv series or read a good book. I enjoy the company of others but equally enjoy being on my own. Weekends usually involve lazy mornings and going out for brunch. I enjoy a few quiet drinks and dinner out, but also enjoy the occasional big night out. Looking for a place where I'd have my own bathroom, I also have a car so a garage/car bay would be ideal. Or safe street parking.
