I'm a Kiwi from Auckland who recently moved to Sydney for the lifestyle and am lucky enough to transfer through work. I'm a full-time working professional so I'm good for rent in full, on-time every time. I've got plenty of flatting experience so I'm well-versed in domestic life admin, being tidy, considerate and respectful towards my flatmates. I'm social, easy-going and love a bit of adventure. I enjoy spending time with friends and family, surfing, scuba, hiking, city walks, amateur photography, travel, road trips, checking out shows & galleries, reading, pub quiz and trying out new things - be it a restaurant, bar or skydiving. I'm looking for a social flat with a good sense of humour where we regularly go out for good times, discover Sydney, try out new things and make friends.
I'm looking for a room in a house/flat with clean, social and considerate housemates. I'm an easy-going, social and considerate individual who works in the Financial Services industry. I like traveling, philosophy, arts, films, current affairs, etc. I also enjoy good food and wine, going out for dinners, and brunches with friends. Please get in touch if you have a room in my preferred areas or would like to team up to rent a house.
I am relocating to Sydney for work. I like to think I am a good person to live with. I like to socialise and have fun, but also like to chill out and watch tv. I am clean and tidy and respect other peoples space. I would like to live with similar minded people.
Hi, **Please read my requirements before contacting me, thank you.** I am a full time analyst working in the film industry, in the city. I am an outgoing introvert, prefer quality talks and/or some quiet times for myself. I love food and traveling. I am looking for a studio/1br apartment/unit, or ONE person to share in a home, no couple or family please. I am looking for a long-term home, 12months+, will consider to extend my stay if there's no big issues of the property. I like my place to be bring/sun filled, well circulated (window) and tidy, closed to public transport, with reasonable living spaces, and x1 car park. Ideally it's timber floor or tile, but well maintained carpet is also considerable. No Smokers please. If you happen to have a property sounds like this, please drop me a line with your property link. Thanks, Edie
I'm Susan, 24, originally from Melbourne. I moved up to Sydney a couple months ago and looking for a new place! I work as a web professional full time M-F, typically 9-5pm. When I'm not working, you'll find me exploring new parts of Sydney, editing photos and potentially even baking! I'm a down to earth person, like a good laugh, a traveller at heart with lots of stories! I enjoy a cheeky vino now and then and a good chat on the occasion, but also enjoy my own space. For fitness, I love doing yoga and riding my bike to work! I've lived in share houses before. I like a clean and tidy house. I'm looking for a nice place. An established sharehouse with a private room. Ideally the house would have air conditioning, be close to a train station, a balcony and lots of sunlight. I have my own bedroom furniture. Move in date is flexible, but need to give a few weeks notice to my existing place before I can move.
Hi --- I'm Chanel! Currently seeking a bedroom -- willing to pay up to $300 per week. Room must have good lighting, willing to bring my own furniture for the room. I'm working part time as a style consultant and studying fashion business. I'm very down to earth, calm, caring and tidy ♡♡♡ Can't wait to hear from you -- PS not willing to room share ★~(◡‿◕✿)
Full-time working professional (corporate lawyer), who works in the city (can involve long-hours). Am looking for a place relatively close to the city, to share with a clean, tidy and considerate working professional. I'm not a partier, and tend to lead an active lifestyle. Due to work, weekends tend to be quiet for me, and I enjoy just using them to relax and unwind. Anything else, please ask.

Hi there! I work full time in a consulting firm in the city. I will be studying during semester time so I'll be pretty flat-out. I enjoy going to the gym, bingeing on Netflix and going out with friends. Summer will see me at the beach and outside as often as is possible and winter will see me curled up in a blanket burrito watching movies. I am looking for my own room (no roomshare arrangements) preferably large enough for a queen bed and storage (built-in wardrobe would be even better).
I have recently been accepted to do an exchange with the Uni of Sydney from UBC in Canada. I am a human kinetics or kinesiology major. Health and physical activity are my passions so I could make a positive influence as a room mate lol. That being said I also enjoy taking it easy and find myself most comfortable in easy going but routined environments. I have been renting rooms and having room mates since I was 18 yrs old (5 yrs total exp) and have tons of references if needed. I am fortunate enough to have received multiple scholarships for this exchange so affording rent for the time being there will not be an issue. I am also very disciplined in my studies so somewhere easy going but clean and quiet would be preferred. I do like to chat and get to know my room mates a bit so I would see myself thriving with others who also like to be social. I will be arriving in Sydney July 28th and would like to find a place no later than Aug 1. Please let me know if you have anymore questions.
We are two student Chilean friends, arrived in Sydney the first days of July and we are looking accommodation for the next 13 months that we have left is the city.
