Hey all.. I'm Mike. Pretty chilled out in terms of getting along with people but really focused on work and energetic about life (I think). Generally extremely social but also enjoy my time to myself. Love people and hanging out, keep things clean. Don't mind a beer or wine with friends. Would rate myself an 8/10 room-mate. I've just recently returned home from two years abroad living in Nepal and India. I Intend to move out once I've secured work. I work in the hospitality industry whilst also working on launching my own company. Therefore, I'm busy but will always be grateful to spend time with epic flatmates :)
Hi, Just looking for a nice place to call home. Clean, Comfortable with a Northerly sunny aspect i.e. warm in winter/cool in summer. Clean, Tidy, Friendly, Easy Going - looking for same. I work quietly from home on the computer during the day and dance the night away 3 or 4 or 5 nights a week :) I like to take a break during the day and go for a walk or a swim so I'm looking for somewhere I can do that. When I'm not working or dancing I love to get to the beach, I love to swim laps in the ocean baths and take walks in the beautiful national parks in and around Sydney. Some of my other interests are Sailing, Music (I'm a frustrated musician) I love anything to do with the water so snorkeling, kayaking, etc etc are all things I love to do. I'm 55, active, love to have fun and enjoy a good laugh. I love all things Latin and have a passion for Latin music and dance. I'm well travelled, a bit of an adventurer and I enjoy the company of people from all over the world. Ideally my flatmate would be someone who's not too serious or a complete recluse as it'd be nice to have the occasional coffee or a vino and a chat from time to time. I enjoy the company of anyone with an upbeat and friendly personality. Male or Female, young or old, it doesn't matter to me, I'm gregarious, open minded, non judgemental, and just seem to naturally get on with everyone. It's all about feeling relaxed and comfortable, having a great vibe at home and being socially aware, sensitive to and respectful of each others need for privacy and down time. I'm not full blown OCD but I do like to keep the place neat and tidy and clean. I leave the place clean and tidy after I've used things and I particularly like to leave the bathroom, living area and especially the kitchen clean for the next person to use and would like to team up with someone who does the same. I'm looking to team-up with someone in a new place to share or find a comfortable and reasonably well proportioned existing place with other/s where I could blend in well. Furnished, semi-furnished or unfurnished = I'm flexible. I have all the lovely furniture needed to create a lovely living environment currently in storage so if you're looking to start a new flat/house share or if you've just started one, I come with some lovely furniture pieces if needed. Weekends I like to get out and about as much as possible especially when the weather is gorgeous outside. I'm out most nights dancing so you'd have the place to yourself quite a bit in the evenings to relax and enjoy when you get home from work. I often take trips away to visit my family on the mid north coast or over in Perth for a week or two at a time so there would be plenty of opportunities for you to have the place to yourself for a week or two from time to time as well. I'm really looking for a place that offers lifestyle, that could be the Eastern Suburbs or anywhere that is close to the beach and or ocean baths suitable for swimming laps and I'm open to other beachy suburbs that are not too far away i.e. Mosman, Manly, Coogee etc. Ideally the apartment would have a north facing aspect that will be warm in the winter and cool in the summer, a separate bath tub, balcony or outside area and off street parking and or garage, all desirable but not essential. If this all this sounds like something that would be a good fit for you I'd love to hear from you.
I am an easy going person easy to live with. I work full time and most of the time am outside the house or will be sleeping. Keen to have a drink at the end of the week or the day if it allows. I am a quite person and like the place to be quite but keen for a gathering or a small gathering or a night out. I am clean and tidy person and you will have no issue with living with me and hope to find the same in my other flatmate especially in the kitchen and the toilet. I guess this is it for now. Working in north sydney so looking for something close by or: double bay, edge cliff, zetland, waterloo. I like to go to the gym 4-5 days a week and eat healthy. Would love to have house mates that they are active too. Note: parking is essential for me wither it was on street parking with no restrictions or off street like the unit or the house has a parking space.
Hey guys, my name is Ricarda, 24, business master degree student. I will do a semester abroad in Sydney and can't wait to arrive. I’m a real ‘Berliner’, love my home town, but can’t live without traveling and explore the world....spend a year in France, half a year in Beijing and now off to Sydney for half a year. Besides studying I’m working a lot as Flightmanager which is why I come around a lot. I love to connect with people, deep discussions, laughing while having a glass of vine. I am an easy going, tidy, good cooking flatmate who likes to interact and have nice talks but who is also fine with being on her own. I am very happy to receive requests...for me it is just important to have an own room (not shared) and to have a queen sized bed. Happy to meet you Cheers
Hey guys! My name is Claire, I'm a full-time Fine Art/Environmental Humanities student at UNSW, working part-time. I’m an ex-country kid who is clean, respectful and super easy going. I’m vego but I can still make a mean chicken roast and I have a bunch of indoor plants too, if that’ll sweeten the deal. I’m looking for a large, sunny bedroom in a relaxed house (bonus points if you’re herb friendly, but that’s no biggie). Preferably close to transport as I work in the city and go to uni on the Paddington campus. While I am an art student, I’m not messy and the majority of my practical work is done at my studio space. I also have a free-standing 160L tank of tropical fish (which I can burden my family with, if needed) and a two little rats, Nala and Dada, who are super adorable, clean and friendly! If you're interested in living with me (us) or have any questions at all, feel free to send me a message and I'd love to meet you! - Claire

I am quiet and friendly girl from Europe that would be learning Business English during that stay. I do not party at home (prefer going out- to the cinema, restaurant), so I prefer quiet atmosphere (I like to keep an individual space but I like to watch movies together, chat with people, eat dinners together- maybe travel together during weekends). I would like to enjoy my flatmates company! I like reading books, yoga and riding a bike. I am very tidy and well organized person. Basically looking for a home away from home.

I'm moving to Sydney from Perth and will be working as a software developer full-time in the CBD. I'm clean and respectful of others. Not a huge party animal, but not a total hermit either -- I like to have some level of social life when I'm not at work or the gym. I won't be a total stranger, but recognise that it's important for everyone to have their own space (me included!).
