Hi, I'm Celina! I'm a recent graduate who is now working full time as a junior designer at a design studio in Richmond. My work keeps me out of the house during the weekdays but I like to keep busy on my weekends with brunch and F45. I do also enjoy a good night out and quiet, relaxing nights in. I'm easy to live with. I'm clean and super handy with a vac. I'm a social person but respect your space and privacy. I'm looking for a friendly home and great people to move in with around Richmond/South Yarra and surrounding suburbs.
I am easygoing and considerate, and also hardworking. I enjoy watching TV shows and generally relaxing in my spare time. I also enjoy getting coffees and brunch on the weekend. I think I would be pretty easy to live with and get along with!
Hi, I’m Yasmin 27 year old nurse from the UK. I’ll be arriving in Melbourne on the 28th February, looking for somewhere to live not to far from the city and with good transport links to all the hospitals. Looking for a fully furnished room as I will just be coming with just my backpack. I am an outgoing, fun loving person, I love traveling and enjoy running, yoga, bouldering and relaxing with good food and good friends but I also enjoy my own space. I’m pretty chill, tidy and easy to live with.
hi guys, I'm looking for a room to rent in the Elwood area while I study my masters at University of Melbourne. I'm down from Sydney, I enjoy the outdoors, the beach, swimming, jogging, tennis, golf. Tidy, respectful, enjoy conversation and socialising with housemates, but also respect quiet time. Look forward to hearing from you, Andrew
Hi mates! We're two Spanish girls in the 20s. We have just arrived to Melbourne from Gold Coast and we need a place to stay short term!! We'd like to live with people in our age group. We're easy and outgoing people and we love to meet new people from different countries. We're really respectful and clean. If you have any room available for us, just text me!! Best regards, Laura & Ana
I work as a waitress at the moment but also have experience in administrative work, looking at going to uni in 2019 to study architecture. Will be studying full time this year as well. I like to keep myself busy with seeing friends, going to the gym, work/study, and going out but at home I'm pretty quiet. I'm pretty social - love to meet new people and to have a chat but also am respectful of privacy & space because I definitely appreciate some downtime Not too fussy where I end up as long as it's close to a trainline and a good gym nearby haha - moving out of home due to how long it takes to get to the city for my work & study. Ideally looking for another female to find an apartment with & spilt costs (not really looking at finding a room via this site, just a flatmate)
Hi all! I'm James. I moved down to Melbourne about 7 months ago, and I'm currently living in an apartment in Southbank. Now I’m comfortable with the city (especially living so close to the cbd), I want to move a little further afield to somewhere like South Yarra or St Kilda or something. I work as a lead designer (graphics, websites, animations, videos, games, apps and more) in the city Monday to Friday (9am to 5:30pm) at a pretty cool company! I’m also a pole dancer (but not a stripper)... I'm looking to share with one other person (male or female), preferably around my age. I like going out, enjoy dinners (cooked at home and eating out), and like to keep a tidy home. I'm looking to share with someone who wouldn't mind hanging out some of the time, but also appreciates their own time too. I come with fridge, super awesome couch, 2 TVs, a few consoles (PS3, PS4, etc), a bookcase and a chest of drawers. I love making cocktails and other drinks. Playing videogames is occasionally a thing that happens. So too are boardgames! Before we move in, I am going to want to get to know you better - I'd prefer if we had some things in common, because hey I wouldn't say no to another friend.
I'm a Drama student from the UK, studying abroad at Monash but looking for a place to stay from mid February to the end of May, somewhere closer to the CBD. (Some flexibility there!!). Sociable, relaxed and respectful, I'm happy to hang out with flatmates or muddle through independently, whatever works. I'll also be working part-time in the CBD and Richmond areas, mostly in the evenings. I enjoy hanging out with a beer and a film, as well as heading to the beach, city, or theatre.
Hej, I am Sandra coming from Austria. I will be joining an exchange program at Melbourne Conservatorium of Music. I am searching for a nice place to stay for at least 6 months. Whenever I have time I like to cook some lovely meals, do yoga, go swimming or make music. I prefer it clean and tidy that´s the reason why I will always clean up after myself. I am very open-minded and friendly, I like to laugh and enjoy nature in my spare time. I do not mind going out for a drink, go to concerts or try some new food but I also like to stay at home someday and spend time on my own. I will respect the privacy of other flatmates but also enjoy socializing and learning about new cultures. I prefer to have an own room in a flat, please funrnished as I cannot bring my furniture from Austria. I would be very happy to hearing from you! SANDRA

Hey there, I'm Andrew, a young Canadian male who's moving to Melbourne for March 1st on a working holiday visa and am looking for a house share in a fun and vibrant part of the city. Having had the chance to browse this site for a few days now it's been made clear that this is a popular site with lots of eager roommates and vacant rooms. With so many people to sift through I figure I'd keep my write up short and sweet and just provide the Coles notes on who I am and what I'm about. Me: - Single - No pets - Never smoked - Degree in Broadcast Journalism with a background in sports commentary - Sporty and active the gym is my second home - Currently working in Television and Film Post Production - Neat and tidy almost too much so - Early riser and early to bed Anything else you wish to know don't hesitate to ask :) Kind regards Andrew

I enjoy the company of others but equally happy on my own. Easy to get along with and grounded. Have a positive outlook and enjoy life. I’m very respectful of other people and believe that you should treat others the way you wish to be treated yourself. A flatmate/s who likes to hang out and watch a movie and share a glass of wine but someone who is not in your face. Looking for a place to call Home for Upto 6months before I head off to the UK.

Hi there! :) My name is Friederike and I'm a 25-year old literature student from Germany, moving to Melbourne to study Creative Writing at Deakin University! :) I love travelling and getting to know other countries: I've lived and worked as a barista in Auckland, New Zealand for a year after finishing school and also did a work internship in Reykjavík, Iceland last year. Apart from that, I travel and explore the world around me as much as I possibly can! My passions include yoga, all things creative, great coffee, books, vegetarian cooking and baking, listening to and making music (mostly metal and (punk) rock but I'm open-minded!), socialising in general as well as enjoying fresh air and the ocean. :) Concerning living with me, I love a good mix between socialising as flatmates and privacy. I'm quite ambitious about my studies and so I need my daily alone-and-quiet time - but at the same time, I enjoy cooking together/simultaneously and spending time together as flatmates! It's the cosiest thing ever, right? I also like being out and about during my free time and I'm not a "couch potato". When it comes to tidying and cleaning, a clean kitchen and bathroom are an absolute must for me. ;) If you can imagine living with me, drop me a message! I'm looking forward to getting to know you. :) ... oh and one last note: my preferred length of stay is in fact roughly 5 months but this website doesn't offer this option. :D
Hi y’all! I’m looking for a privit room. New to Melbourne, but I have lived in the Uk, Ireland, Germany for the last 4 years. So I have lived with people from various nationalities that means I’m fully understanding living with mates for sure :) Just exploring and traveling at the moment but my real Melbourne new life will have to start from next week. That’s why I’m looking for a room. I can describe myself tidy, neat, easygoing and open minded person. Can enjoy have a chat with anyone, quite like to have some dinner and drink or two with flatmates. But I’m also very respectful person. Came here for a year with working holiday visa. I can move in straight away as soon as you allowed me to move in. Please just feel free to message me. I’ll have enough time to have an inspection this week. Thanks.
Studying double major in Environments at MelbUni, I tend to spend long hours at library. So when I am home, I like to cook or read a bit. Not a party fan nowadays due to my schedule. Also work part time as barista in a coffee shop. Plus I love making people laugh so I am willing to have a healthy social communication with my roommates. Also I like to have a clean house, so I am up to help in household duties.

Heya! I'm a 23 year old Swedish guy. I've been in Australia since mid October and I'm here on a working holiday visa. At the moment I have money saved and don't need to work, but I will look for jobs once I get properly settled. I am a calm and peaceful person. I tend to not take up a lot of space and make too much noise. I'm comfortable with groups of people aswell as going solo. I'm very clean and organised and I like to keep things tidy. I'm an active person, I play ultimate frisbee with a local Melbourne team and I work out a couple times a week. I enjoy chill evenings at home aswell as nights out in the city. My main hobbies and interests are sports, movies, video games, design and travelling! I'm looking for a peaceful place outside the CBD. Cheers :)
