I am very easy going, tidy and fair. I always pay my way and take pride in my living surroundings. I don't smoke nor do I have any pets. I am looking to move to a share house/unit that has ideally one other person. The house would need to be warm enough during the colder months in order to assist me with sinusitis. I would like to be around a 10 minute walk from a train station and supermarket. Please let me know if this sounds suitable and I can arrange a meet.
I keep to myself, but I’m quite social. Though my room may be slightly messy I don’t like leaving the rest of the house that way. I like to clean and cook and told I’m good at both of them, I promise not to poison you. Fun, energetic and enjoy a social drink every now and then.
I'm originally from Sweden but grew up in Singapore. I've been in Melbourne for 4 years, completed an undergrad of psychology and now working full time as a barista in the cbd. Easy, relaxed person who enjoys food, wine, coffee and music. (it's the simple things in life). I'm looking for a home that's relaxed during the week and not a party house. Want to find a home that has a good relaxed vibe with people who are keen for a coffee in the morning or wine/dinner once in a while in the evening! I have a letter from previous real estate agent that I'm a neat and tidy person who always pays rent on time!
Hi my name is Lucy. I am a full-time law student and I work part-time as a Paralegal in a Construction Law firm. I'm also a volunteer at the Trades Hall helping young people with employment law issues. I am friendly, very punctual, reliable and considerate, for example, I am extremely well practiced in the art of closing doors and cupboards quietly! I enjoy dragon-boat racing, chess (all board games in fact) and debating. I am looking for two key criteria. Close to public transport and a big enough room. In addition, I am looking for a friendly home that is a good fit. I love to have a laugh and I deeply enjoy intellectual conversations and value the sharing of knowledge. However, I am reasonably busy and therefore, happy to also live my own independent life. I am looking for flat/house share either in, or just outside of the Melbourne CBD, such as Docklands, St Kilda Road or Kensington. I would happily live in just about any suburb (within thirty minutes of the city) as long as the place is close to a train station (within a five minutes walk). I can supply a fridge, a (small but new) washing-machine and cooking equipment for the house. I am looking for an unfurnished room (unless of course, your bed and mattress is of a better quality than the Queen size bed I own already). Although I do not drink, smoke or watch television but I am totally open to you enjoying these things. The only thing that really bothers me is the aroma of incense. I am afraid I have an antipathy towards it. I rarely use the kitchen to prepare food as I mostly eat out or eat microwaveable meals. I mainly use the kitchen for making instant coffee, which you are most welcome to share. I am happy to contribute to my share of the chores and I'd would be even happier to put in for a cleaner! In addition, I am looking for a room with the following features: -A window that opens with natural light -Can accommodate a large desk and a queen size bed. -Access to fast, unlimited internet (does not have to be included in the price) -I must be able to pay the bond to the RTBA -The room must be an actual room (not partitioned) with a door, and not sharing with others in the same room. -I do not wish to use communal laundry shared between apartments. Happy for us to both use my washing machine if you have somewhere to install it. -Neighbours who are not regularly raucous and disruptive. * Please note that $300 is the maximum amount of weekly rent I wish to pay and a higher rent price is non-negotiable (not inclusive of bills and internet). My move date is flexible. Many thanks, Lucy
Me and my partner are newbies to Auz! We’ve recently left china for a new way of life in Melbourne. We’re very clean and tidy, not party people, just trying to learn more about my career by developing an understanding of fashion in auz! My partner is a bartender, so we are passing ships!

I am very sociable but I also respect people's private spaces. I am looking for a private furnished room, looking to move in around the first week of June. I also prefer to be living with another female housemate. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about me or think we'd be a great fit. Looking forward to hear from you! :)
I'm a freelance writer and production coordinator for a film company in Melbourne. Looking for a room in a sharehouse, studio or flat, or to team up to find a place close to public transport and amenities. I help to look after my Mum, who has MS, part-time. So, for the time being, I'm looking for a room to stay in half the week, 4 days or so.

I'm a friendly, bubbly and outgoing gal who loves to go out for a boogie but equally enjoys sitting at home in my trackies. I work full time in administration so I'm capable of paying bills/rent. I'm looking for a share house with friendly room mates, preferably similar in age. I'm respectful of privacy but I do enjoy a Netflix/wine sesh with you if you're down for it.
My Name is Olivia I’m a 25 year old female originally from New Zealand been in melbourne for 3 years now and Absolutely love it. I'm looking to team up with one or two people to sign a lease together for 12 months or longer if we happen to love the place. I have a bubbly and energetic personality, I work full time in the city Monday to Friday. I like to keep things clean and tidy. I currently have all furniture for a house / apartment other than a washing machine / dryer or a dining table. I enjoy nights out but am also down for chilled nights in watching Netflix.
I’m a super easygoing travel agent looking for a social house - my main passions are bottomless brunch, travel, music festivals, dogs, the beach, road trips and drinking beer. I know I sound like a hot mess but I’m super respectful and love chilled nights in with my housemate family on weeknights.
Hi I'm Marcus. I've just moved to Melbourne to work full time as a Software Developer in the city so I'm looking for a place to call home. I'm clean, quiet and domesticated. Can't cook (yet), but planning to learn. Non smoker and occasional drinker. Throughout the week I'm pretty low key and I'll probably be reading or hitting the gym after work. At the end of the day I tend to need a bit of alone time to recharge but I can be plenty social once I've had some rest. I'd love to find a place with people who I can become friends with. I'd like to be near transit because I'll be commuting to docklands (right by southern cross station). Near the supermarket is good too because I don't plan on driving. Looking for something ASAP. If you think I'd be a good fit for your place hit me up :)
I am a football coach who works every day of the week. I keep to myself and spend a lot of time away from home from 12.30pm onwards.
