Hello! Scott from Scotland here. Been residing in Melbourne for 6 months but taking a trip abroad in January and need to give up my current home. Looking for somewhere to come back to on 28th (flexible). Working full time as a Civil Engineer. I’m clean and tidy and, respectful of other people’s space. I’m quite sociable but don’t necessary like parties in the house. Graham and Kelvin are two friends from Edinburgh who are moving to Melbourne. Graham is also a civil engineer and Kelvin a bar manager. Please feel free to contact or invite me round to check a place out!!

Hi, My name is James, and I am a university student at Deakin, in addition to being a part time employee at the Melbourne Golf Academy. I am really laid back and easy to get along with, I enjoy Netflix and beers, I also play football, and enjoy being active. Ideally, I would like a place South East, and I am quite flexible with particulars, although fully furnished is preferable. If you'd like to discuss anything further, please feel free to contact me. Thank you,
Hi Guys! I’m Megan (23), I just got a full time job in Richmond and am looking for a place to rent in the surrounding areas of Melbourne. I am very friendly, easy going and always up for a chat. I am always down for a bottle wine and a Netflix binge, but also love going out for dinner and drinks occasionally. I also enjoy spending time alone (deep down a bit of an introvert), so I know how to respect that if you do too. Looking for some new housemates that can become friends. I am moving from the country, so I don't have a lot of those in Melbourne yet. Would love a parking space for my car, but might consider selling it for the right place. I am flexible with the moving date. My start date for my job is the 11th of Feb, so ideally I would like to be settled before then.
Hi, I have just moved to Melbourne from Brisbane and I am looking for a home to share. I am a professional full-time worker in IT industry (software engineer). I am tidy, down to earth, honest and respectful. I enjoy going to gym, health foods and outside activities. I love music, travelling and meet new people. I have badly allergy from cats. Dogs are fine and I love them as long as they don't use the sofa lol. I am looking for a place where I can feel at home and relax after a big day at work. Cheers
David is half Swedish, half British and grew up in Brussels. Went to uni in Edinburgh and studied International Business. He speaks 6 languages and is super friendly/ loves meeting people. He's very active and plays beach volleyball and soccer. He loves watching sports and watches heaps of Premiere/Champions league. I, Ray (for Rana, pronounced Rain-a) am a pre-med student on my gap year before applying to med school. I'm obsessed with the beach, (anything outdoors really) hiking, and photography. I hope to get a job at Cabrini Malvern as an ER Scribe in January. We're both 23, really chill, I am super clean (I keep David in line haha), and we'll both be traveling and going out on the weekends. We'd love to be close with our roommates and also respect everyone's space.
I’m currently looking for a private bedroom, located within the city, or, preferably the surrounding suburbs (Malvern, St. Kilda, South Yarra, Prahran, Windsor). My budget is between $180-$200/week. I’m also open to teaming up! Here are a few things about me: I’m a full time post graduate student studying marketing at RMIT University. Born and raised in Thailand, working part time in retail, very clean, organized and respectful of personal space. During my free time I like to go out exploring, I enjoy drawing, painting, reading, writing, yoga and meditation. I love plants, flowers and animals (especially doggos, sharks and polar bears) aaand there’s so much more to me that we can discuss if we become housemates! 😊😊 Feel free to get in touch with this potato, if you’d like to add her to your snuggly patch of organic vegetables! 🙋🏽♀️
I'm a very respectful, friendly, outgoing and social type of person. Easy to talk to, I enjoy spending time with and getting to know fellow flatmates but I also enjoy having my own space and respect other peoples need for that too. I am always very respectful of the place that I am staying in and treat it like my own home. I was working in finance, in an office in London but am currently on a Working Holiday Visa in Australia. I enjoy going for walks, exploring, going out for coffee, for dinner, for drinks and socialising. I used to organise social events for my previous company too. I am ideally looking for a room for 2 people as I have friends that are travelling around so there may be friends with me at times. Below I have stated that I smoke - I do not smoke much at all, I smoke socially mostly - However I would never smoke inside any property.
Heya! I’m 24, working full time in the CBD looking to move near the beach! Friendly, active and tidy! I'm pretty chilled out and bubbly and love exploring new places and things. I'm always down for a chat or a drink but also enjoy my own space. I have a 2 year old Kelpie who is very friendly, well behaved and used to city life :) If you’re looking to team up or have a room you think I would be a good fit for, please contact me :)
Hello! I'm Jonno. I work in perf arts research and teaching at a uni. I'm clean, respectful, fun and friendly. I have a 2.5yo Golden Retriever who is fun-loving, friendly and generally hilarious. He’s well trained, walked daily and comes to work at the uni sometimes. We’re both very easy going. I'm quite social but understand the need for down time and privacy.
Lisa's Italian and Josh's English, respectively 23 and 22. We're outgoing and friendly but like our peace sometimes. We're both bartenders a we'll be in Melbourne on a working holiday visa. Looking for somewhere chill to stay and (potentially) housemates who enjoy chats over a glass of wine!
I am Australian and my partner is a Brit and we've recently moved to oz after living abroad for the last 7 years. We are both primary school teachers and looking for a quiet, friendly house in Melbourne and inner surrounding suburbs. We are chilled and laid back, love the outdoors and travelling. My partner is into bouldering/rock climbing and I am a massive foodie and love camping/hiking. **We can commit to max of 6 months to begin with. If the location is close to work (we are transitioning jobs), then we will be happy to commit to 12 months.**
Hi, I'm Ellie! I work full time as a Executive Assistant in Prahran. My role can be quite demanding so there are weeks where I work long hours and not home too much but I do try to find a good work-life balance most weeks. On a more personal note, I like to keep fit and healthy and I'm quite into personal/spiritual development. I enjoying sitting down to a home cooked meal as well as a chat at the end of a busy day, but in saying that I'm quite happy to do my own thing and respectful of others. I'm looking for someone who is easy going, mindful of others space, friendly and also clean and tidy. I'd love to live with someone who is health conscious (I'm vegan so a fellow vegetarian would be great but not essential!) and would be up for exercising together... walking, gym, yoga, hiking etc. I'm very genuine, easy going, positive chick who is always up for some fun and adventure. Would be great to find someone to team up with and find an apartment together as I have a fair amount of furniture, nice set of couches, big dining table, heaps of beautiful indoor plants, washing machine and lots of kitchen appliances etc. I’d also be up for moving into an already established house and selling off some of my furniture if needed. Moving date is flexible but ideally I'd like to find somewhere by the end of February, but also want to take the time to find the right housemate/s and apartment. I also have an adorable 9 month old Lagotto Romagnolo puppy called Archie. Lagotto’s are a hypoallergenic bread that don’t shed hair and fully grown are small-medium sized. Archie is crate and toilet trained and we've done lots of obedience classes so is very well trained for a puppy. He often comes to work with me and we go for lots of walks so he is very chilled when we are home. But in saying that, he is also a ton of fun. Lagotto's are also well known to be suited to apartment living, however it would be nice to have a little yard and perhaps even a friend for him to play with. PM me if you’d think we’d be a good fit and I’d would love to chat some more ☺️ x
My name is Maddy, I am a 23 yr old Canadian girl moving to Melbourne to undertake my Masters of Architecture at UniMelb. I'm tidy in common areas and my room is usually fairly tidy (never dirty). I have lived in roommate situations for the last 5 years so I am good at sharing spaces and cleaning duties for common areas. I have references if that helps too. I am new to the city and only know a few people so it would be nice to join a house share to have a social group. A bit about me: I am a fairly early riser (9ish) and typically go to bed about 10-11 but with school and the occasional night out it will vary. I enjoy Netflix and wine nights and being social in the house. I love fashion and I model occasionally and hope to continue this in Melbourne. I like to go to the gym every other day when I can and eat relatively healthy. In my free time I like to go to the beach, shop and explore the city. I am looking for a furnished private bedroom (preferably with a double or queen bed) near transit (I will not have a car) to the University of Melbourne or near the uni itself. I arrive on the 1st of February and can view places after that. I would like to be moved in by March 1.
I'm a 20 year old chef from the UK starting my working holiday visa in February, I'm hoping to find a house share with fun easy going people that know how to enjoy life, a good BBQ and a few bevs on the weekend! I'm a respectful person who is tidy and I respect peoples privacy. I've lived with other room mates before and had a great time, I'm looking for new roomies that become good mates!
