I'm a 31 year old female moving to Sydney to start full-time work and I am looking for a room in a share house. I am a friendly and conscientious housemate who respects others boundaries but I am also happy to have a wine and/or coffee to relax and catch up when it suits as well... If you have a room available please send me a message! Thanks Stacey
Friendly, non smoker, clean up after myself, reliable with paying rent/bills on time. Enjoy going riding, kayaking, sport, music. Simply NOT interested in sharing a room. Prefer to be staying near a beach or along a river (eg. Parramatta river) Parking available, but not essential if regular services of public transport to City. If room unfurnished: Need to be able to fit a queen bed. Cheers

Emergency services employee/shift worker, looking to move in to new apartment or townhouse with another shift worker or full time worker. Must be ok with pets - I have a very friendly chihuahua and a cat (hence the townhouse- small backyard would be preferred). Dog is house trained, cat is litter trained. I clean up after myself. I like to go out for a drink or 2 but quite enjoy a night of Netflix as well.

I am a considerate and thoughtful person. I am quiet while I am at home and I work long hours five days a week. I like a functional clean environment but I am not obsessive. I am not a smoker and I am a social drinker. I am employed full time and I pay rent on time.

Hi All, My name is Carly and I work for a professional Relocation Company specialising in assisting Filipino Chefs coming into the country on 2 year working visas. We secure accommodation for them prior to arrival for 4 or 12 weeks (visa type dependant). 4 Week stays: we pay 4 weeks up front and the chef pays a 2 week cash deposit on arrival Extension of the 4 week stays are by negotiation between you and the chef and we are here to assist. 12 Week stays: we pay bond (ideally 2 weeks) up front and we pay rent weekly by bank transfer The 12 week stays are likely to extend to 18-24 weeks. We are flexible with the type of accommodation and just ask that it should be fully inclusive of bills and furnished. We meet and great at the airport, bring them to their accommodation and also provide a cultural settlement program including travel card, cultural seminar about life in Australia as well as ensuring they have bank account, TFN and super set up. Filipinos are known for having excellent English language skills, being very respectful and also hard working. Most candidates do not drive so accommodation must be within easy reach of reliable public transport that runs later at night due to nature of chef hours or be within walking distance to their place of work. CURRENT NEEDS: NONE Anticipated needs (no definite timeline) Hope Island 1 x male x 12 weeks Terrey Hills 2 x male x 12 weeks (open to twin share rooms) Gymea x 2 male x 4 weeks (open to twin share rooms)
Hi I am a single, clean, fairly quiet, Australian male. Work changing TBA. I do some work on my home PC. I'm very considerate of people sleeping and looking for the same. I'm looking for peace and quiet, some privacy (but also some social times). A quiet location not on or close to a major road or under a flightpath (sadly that rules out most of the inner west) The room needs to be large (3x3m at least) to fit queen bed, desk, TV unit and wardrobe if no BIR. I also need space somewhere for my own fridge/freezer unless yours is huge/fairly empty. For housemates, I'm looking for Australians/UK/Canadian people (not other languages/cultures) aged around 25-40. I'm looking for people that are healthy and regularly exercise. I cannot live with anyone that smokes. Also someone interested in at least 1 of the following: sci-fi tv/movies video games board games (mostly short and fun not long and boring) hiking tennis/badminton/table tennis and I'm open to housemate's interests. I would like 1-2 other housemates maximum with at least 1 other male. My budget is including bills and internet. I want to live in the Shire, North Shore or Eastern suburbs.
Hey I’m Sarah! I love being social, camping, getting outdoors and staying active but also love having time to myself to watch Netflix or try out a new recipe. I’m looking to move out with a like minded chick who would be keen to join me in any of the above activities. I work full time as an Assistant Buyer for a furniture company and usually keep myself pretty busy after work so am really only home at nights and on the weekend. I appreciate living in a clean and relaxing space and will always pick up after myself.

I am looking to move and be settle in an place by the 26th of February Things about me: - Outdoor person, easy going, neat & tidy - self-sufficient, I have no partner nor pets - love cheese and wine - own a car I'm a fun and adventurous, I wouldn't be home too often, as I love exploring and doing new things. Hi, I'm Nathan! Currently I am working full time as a project coordinator, so that can be a lot of long hours of work As a person I am easy going and relaxed and do like to be sociable but at the same time do my own thing. I am looking to rent with someone with a similar nature
Hi there! I've just recently come down to Sydney after living in Newcastle for two years and I'm looking for a place to live! I'm currently a full-time student studying a Bachelor of Entertainment Management in the city. Although I have study commitments I like to have a chilled out lifestyle away from uni. In my spare time I like to head to the beach to relax or go to the gym to let off some steam. Other than that, my home lifestyle has always been clean and I'm super friendly. If I fit into your housemate description then don't be scared to swing me a message. Thanks!
Hey I’m looking to team up with another girl and start up a new place in Cronulla. I will be starting full time shift work as a midwife in Sutherland. I'm pretty easy going, friendly, active and will probably be at the beach when not working. Pretty social person but also respect peoples own time and space to themselves. Looking to move early February. Looking forward to hearing from you :)
Hi! We are a young 22 year old couple looking for somewhere to call home :) Lew is a backpacker from England, we met during his first couple of months in Australia and now he has been here for more than a year. He is working as a Landscape Gardener for a company based in Sutherland and has been there since last month. I (Jaiden) am from the Central West and thought that I could use a chance of scenery when Lew was offered this job, so we decided to jump at the opportunity. I have just started a job at a restaurant in Sylvania and am looking for more work, both full-time and part-time, with great responses since I started applying after the holiday period :) We would love to find a friendly, clean, relatively affordable place to call home for the next few months or so before we pack up and head to his corner of the world for a while :) We would prefer to move somewhere that bond isn't a requirement, or maybe where we could come to some sort of an agreement just while we are getting on our feet. Thanks for taking the time to read and we look forward to hearing from you :)
