Hi I’m an easygoing guy looking for a house or apartment in Engadine, long term with another bloke or perhaps a guy and girl in a house. Keen to Team-Up and find a place. I work in the city yet prefer being out of the hussle n bussle as much as possible. I like exercising and socialising and keeping a tidy home. I’m into most sports mainly NRL. I’m ideally looking for either a 2 bedroom apartment or a 3 bedroom house with others around 30-45 yo... In an apartment i'd like a male flatmate.. in a house, a guy & girl or 2 guys. I have most furniture needed incl fridge washing machine bed leather lounge TV small dining table etc and hope to use most of this. Otherwise will need some storage - a small area in a garage would be fine. Thanks, Brett
Hi, I am a 26-year-old currently living in Yowie Bay. I am a part-time gymnastics coach who is currently studying Primary Education at the University of Wollongong three days a week. I am looking for a room to rent or a granny flat around the Shire.
Hello all! I am an American who is taking a working holiday in Australia to see the country and be closer to my girlfriend (who had to leave the states due to her own Visa problems). Looking for a place for about 4-6 months so the girlfriend and I can figure out our plan from there. Let me know if you have any questions! (non-smoker, nerd, no pets, clean, will more than likely be out and about and only be home to sleep) -Brian
Looking to transfer to the Sutherland area in November. Hoping to find a place for my dog (Kelpie) and I. Would prefer a house with a yard. Full time worker - Monday to Friday
Mature professional, non smoker, neat tidy, quiet but sociable. Into sports, gym, tennis, mountain and road bike, 4x4 and camping. Some storage would be required as I have some camping gear , and two bikes.
Professional couple looking for self contained granny flat within 15kms of Sutherland (preferably in the Shire). Non smokers, no pets, easy going, quiet, references available. Have own furniture so prefer unfurnished.
I’m a positive spiritual person looking for a place to call home and a garden for my cat to sleep in. I’m a disability support worker so I’m very clean as I clean at work and I’m a genuine caring person. And respectful. And hardly home as working and travelling to Canberra often.
I’m a quiet person, I clean up after myself. I work full time as a wardsperson (or orderly) at a hospital. I do shifts which begin in either the morning, evening or night. I’ve lived in the Sutherland Shire for most of my life. On my days off I like to go to the movies or see what’s happening locally or in the city. I’m a vegetarian, it would be awesome if my flatmates were too, however it’s alright if they’re not. I’m pretty active politically and I’m studying marketing and communications at TAFE, so this all keeps me pretty busy. I’m very easy going, I’d just like a place with my own room, I don’t have a car, so I don’t need parking space, storage space would be nice, but it’s alright if there is none. I’d like flatmates who are easy to get along with.
27 year old Fun easy going guy who grew up in Wollongong. I am very independent and clean and will always pay rent on time and pull my weight around the house. I love to cook awesome food and don’t mind doing the dishes afterwards. I work as a scaffolder and love being outdoors. I like to surf, fish, watch sport and just have fun!
Hard working carpenter focused on living a clean, healthy life. Love camping, 4wding, surfing, and catching up with mates. Looking for like-minded people to live with in either an apartment or a house. Easy going and happily keep to myself or socialise
I currently work as a casual at a restaurant in Cronulla on the weekends. I am a qualified personal trainer and run my own business but I hit a bit of a wall with it so now looking for a new full time job to compensate. I do go to the gym A LOT, often out for the whole day. I am pretty easy going and like to just chill out of a night time so not huge on partying or drinking at all. I am looking for a place that is easy going and chill and doesn't mind me always coming and going as I like to keep myself busy.
Heya, I'm 23 from NZ looking to move to the Cronulla area beginning of Dec. I work in travel and am fairly social and since i'm moving countries I'm looking for a flat that can double as some new friends too! I'm always up for a wine and cheese night but also do like my personal space and doing my own thing so something in between would be good.
Hi I am a single, clean, fairly quiet, Australian male. I work 2 IT jobs: 1 full-time and the other I work from home outside business hours (it is quiet work). I'm looking to live with fellow Australians that genuinely want to get to know me and socialise sometimes, but can understand that I am an introvert that sometimes needs time alone. However I am hoping to find some great people that make me feel comfortable so that I would want to chat with them every day. I think the key is sharing common interests. My main interests are fitness, video/board/arcade games, hiking, trivia, science-fiction, the 90's (I'm Gen Y) IT, tennis, table tennis, badminton. So if we have some of these in common we should make good housemates. Of course I'm open to being shown other things. The 2 main things I need are: 1) Cat-friendly. I need a home for 2 indoor cats. This is negotiable to 1 if you already have a cat - I have 1 and plan to get another in the future, unless you already have one. 2) Quiet, peaceful and has privacy. A quiet street, not an arterial road. No hearing people through walls, no dogs barking constantly, very quiet after 10pm, quiet neighbours and no loud aircraft/train/traffic/ noise. Also important: * The room needs to be at least queen bed size . * Respectful, considerate, sensible Australians * Must be non-smokers. * Available long-term - at least 1 year - to avoid the hassles of moving again. * I may need space somewhere for my own fridge/freezer unless yours is huge/has plenty of space (mainly freezer). Or we could negotiate on sharing certain foods to reduce space. *Fast, unlimited internet . * If you have a dog it needs to be quiet and well-behaved/won't jump me. Needs to tolerate cats or be an outside/separate area dog. My budget is including bills and internet. No extra charges. Ideally I want to live in the Shire or North Shore/beaches but will consider other areas. A house is preferred.
I’m polite, friendly and easygoing. I grew up in the country, am clean, tidy and considerate. I work full time in a job that I love, and enjoy a glass of bubbly after work to wind down. Looking for somewhere that is not a party house and to share a place with great people. Happy to answer any questions you may have :)
