Hello, I'm a 30 years old guy finishing my medical studies in france and completing an internship in medical research in sydney. I really enjoy meeting new people and sharing good talk and time out but I need to live in a clean place with respectful people as well.
Hello, we are a group of friends coming from Paris for an exchange in Sydney in the SP Jain next to the Olympic Park. We are looking for an accomodation all together with other students or workers. We want to discover the town and the country and meet new people. We are all pretty open-minded and we like to hang out, go out for a drink and party. But we are respectuous of the accomodations and we like things to be quit clean and tided. Some of them like to cook so we might repare some french dishes for all ;)
I'm an Aussie-asian born and from Perth. Recently moved to Sydney and looking for long term stay with my bf, Andrew. Im a person with cultural upbringing meaning I'm all about being clean and fairly neat. I will make it easy and save you from reading a essay; I describe myself being creative & social as well as interest into yoga, fitness and outdoor activities. Andrew, bloke from Geelong, is a graphic designer. He's not a strong character so you will never get sick of him :). Think of him as a chilled aussie, barely complains and not fussy. We are looking for a private room in a shared house/flat with mates who enjoys casual drinks over dinner, sociable, clean and easy going. Staying 9 months plus further extension.

We can pay maximum of $500 in rent for us TWO, this means $250 per person.

Hey all, I'm Leonardo from Rome, Italy. I'll start my PhD at USyd in a few days (it's a paid position which involves research and some teaching) and I'm looking for a shared house close to the University. I'm 25 years old, friendly and easygoing. I've lived in a shared house for years, always being respectful, collaborative and clean, and taking part in house chores. Ideally I'd like a shared house where people like to spend some time together, cooking, sharing meals, talking and laughing over a glass of wine from time to time:). In my free time I enjoy listening to music (mostly over my headphones, without annoying everyone), reading, exploring the city and surroundings, cooking and having a good time with my friends and housemates.

Heya! So basically if you're on this page you're sussing out if I'd make a good house mate. In short, I would. My name's Jordan. I'm 26 and I work in advertising. I'm also currently working with the Swill House group (Huberts, Frankies, Shady Pines, Baxter's Inn) so... discounts at all the best bars. In terms of the basics. I pay my rent ahead of schedule, I clean after myself, I'm a stunning communicator so any issues get resolved quickly (if they even pop up). I love having an awesome home environment, so I will work hard to make that happen. Beyond the basics. I have lots of amazing friends who I don't bring back to the house except maybe for a rogue dinner every now and then. If you want to meet said amazing people I can make that happen, if you're happy as you are, I respect that. I'm usually out and about so you get the house to yourself most of the time. That being said if you want to be social I'm always doing something fun which you would be welcome to. I play guitar (acoustic) and sing, so if you're musical we'll jam. I've worked in hospitality for 6 years, so if you like food and wine and good company, we'll jam. I've studied everything under the sun, so if you're any kind of nerd, we'll jam. I love being active, (hiking, yoga, rock climbing, kick boxing, power lifting), so if that's your thing we'll jam. If you're really into watching sport, not my thing but I can introduce you to my brothers. You will jam. Put simply, i'm an amazing house mate. I can show you some references if you don't think you can take my word. But if that's not your thing, I completely understand and wish you the best of luck :) But in all seriousness, shoot me a message to arrange a viewing and we'll see if this is something that would work all round.
Hello Family! We are Marta, 30, and Jose, 40, we are Spanish. I believe that we has much to contribute to your family. I would like to thank you for this opportunity. Marta and Jose.

When I'm not at uni or studying at home most likely I'm at work, I work part-time (15-20 hrs/w) at David Jones Online in the city which is great :) In my free time I like to catch up with my friends and family either for dinner during the week or out for a couple of drinks on the weekend (depending on my schedule). In all honesty, I'm not much of a club person but I do like to socialize over drinks or food (like who wouldn't want to over food, lets be honest here), meeting new people and making new friends :) I'm pretty chilled out and quiet when I'm home, basically because I see a home as a relaxation haven rather than a party house. I appreciate quiet and serenity especially during busy periods in the year. Like everyone else sometimes I enjoy being alone and I respect other who need the same space as well so I am looking for a home that appreciate the same above all else :) Overall, I love a good chat, good food, nice drinks, me time and puppies :) (if you have any puppies please take me in, thank you ) I hope you guys find this useful and adopt me as one of your own haha Xx Vic
Hi! I'm a 23 year old female looking for an awesome place to live in Sydney. I'm currently working and will also be beginning a masters degree this year after completing my undergraduate degree in Sydney. I'm a pretty neat and clean person, non-smoker, and don't have any pets (but would be fine with other people's little buddies). I'm fond of Netflix, swimming, chilling out, eating cheese, cooking, and going out my friends. I'm a fairly quiet person but would like to live with people I can hang out with occasionally. I'm not looking to share a room with others and definitely need my own space, however shared bathrooms with one or two other people are fine. Feel free to contact me if you have a place and just need an above-average housemate!

I usually keep to myself and most days work late. Keen on exploring new places, have my own car and usually spend the weekend out of the house. Open to share some exploring with flatmates. My name is Sathapat. You can call me easily Bill. I am a 27-year-old international student from Thailand, going to study a master's degree at UTS next month. With the system of credit recognition, I could transfer the subjects I have just learnt in my Thai college to UTS so that I would be studying and living there only about 5 months or one semester (from 7th Mar - 17th Jul 2017). So, at the moment, I am looking for an affordable place that is also compatible with my studying period I am not smoker, alcoholic drug even or party person, I will be there only for academic purpose. Anyway, I am friendly, easy-going but neat and respectful and also need those of the characters from my flatmates.

I have a place from March 15th, so I need somewhere for a couple of weeks. I love music, art and writing, I really want to learn to surf while I'm out here and also do a cage dive with sharks. I know how to have a good time but mostly I'm pretty chill. I love to cook (I'm veggie) and I love being in the water. I'm pretty clean around the house and like to contribute to wherever I'm living. Looking to make new friends while I'm out here and hopefully that will start at home :)
A couple of 2, both very easy going, clean and serious enough. We have lived abroad for more than 3/4 years and already experienced shared apartment with Roommates for many years. As we are getting sponsored for a Job, and as you must know it is not so easy at first to settle down to Sydney, we would need a least 4-6 month master bedroom if possible, to wait for Visa, and little by little settle down in Sydney :) We are having a stable situation, like to spend time out, party but definitely respect other's flatmates life. We definitely look for a non-party/student life (I mean not on daily basis), looking for a nice, clean apartment and settled down flatmate. Otherwise, not complicated at all.. :)
