I’m easy going down to earth and respectful of others personal space. I enjoy socializing with my housemates every so often and even going out for a few brews 😁 I am also clean and am always ready to pull my weight around the house. I think the key to a happy house is being able to communicate well with each other. If this sounds like your household please don’t hesitate to send me a message! 🤙🏾

Hi, I'm Benjamin, I'm 32 year old Engineer by profession, moving to Sydney by end of June on my PR. I'm searching for a place to live in and around Sydney while I search for a job. I can keep to myself but also very sociable depending on the roomies. I can be a person to have good conversation and chill out with. I love music, movies, BBQ, plays volleyball and cricket. I like to have a clean space and am willing to participate in daily chores. I can cook a bit and would love to bond / team up with daily cooking activity, if any. I don't drink and I'm a non-smoker. Would greatly prefer if bills are included in rent.

Hi there, I'm Rhys. Im 24, work fulltime as a software developer, and am into gaming, rock climbing, gym and socialising. I cook quite a bit for fun, and am happy to share whatever I manage to throw together. I'd prefer to live with people who enjoy a talk, and hanging out. I'm quite social myself but if thats not your thing then thats fine. The main thing I am looking for, is a place close to public transport and has decent stable internet. 🐳

Hi, I'm Meena, 25 years old, I just have relocated from Melbourne to Sydney for work. I work in corporate communications for a consumer goods company. I work out almost daily, generally before work and I usually finish work around 5/6pm. I love food and a good chat. On weekends I enjoy socialising but also enjoy some down time reading a good book or watching a good movie/tv show. I am a neat and tidy person who is respectful of communal areas. I am looking for sociable housemates who are also tidy, respectful and up for hanging out occasionally over a cup of tea/coffee or meals together.
Hi Holly here. Recently moved across the ditch from NZ. Grew up on a little dairy farm there. I work full time and travel a lot for work. So when I am around I like to keep things fairly low key and enjoy the downtime when I have it. Will dabble occasionally in a beer but I do enjoy having my own space and letting other people have theirs. Currently living out of a suitcase and have been for a bit due to my travel schedule so I don’t come with a lot of baggage. Literally. And it means I know how to keep things tidy too. I work as the relief admin manager for Accor hotels pacific currently in the NZ office back across the ditch on the 30th. Down to earth and have a good sense of humour eg. I won’t mind when you mock me or ask me to says fush and chups.
I am studying full time by distance at the University of Newcastle. I have a part time job working as a Marketing Assistant in Chatswood. I am tidy, I can cook and I do have my own furniture for my room plus a extra items. I like reading, movies and music (I play guitar). I would like to find flat mates who are happy to chat and watch tv shows or hang out occasionally. I am looking for accommodation in the suburbs I have listed and the surrounding suburbs. I would prefer to live in a share house rather than rent a room from a family.
I'm a web developer working full time for a company in North Sydney. I am Australian citizen with Russian background, living in Sydney for almost 7 years now. I like travelling overseas, I go to Russia at least once a year and also love Thailand. Currently living in North Strathfield in a very nice, clean and quiet townhouse near the train station. Looking for a new accomodation as my landlord's cousin has come from overseas and taking over my room. I do play tennis, enjoy gym, I like travelling. I would prefer a nice, clean place where everyone respect each other. I do not cook much and stay at home mostly at night time.
My name's Gemma and I'm a 22 year old student in my first year of a Masters of Research. I'm super friendly, clean and always up for a chat and a laugh, but I'm also pretty studious when uni's in session so no party animals please! When I'm not studying or working, I'm usually at the gym or watching trashy TV in my PJs (sorry not sorry). I'd really like a roommate who respects my personal space but who also doesn't mind being social and going out for a drink and a dance every so often. I catch the train to uni so any existing accommodation must be within walking distance of a train station :)
Hello Everyone, My name is Drew, I'm a mature-age full-time Carer looking after the disabled. As my previous Landlord sold their property, I'm urgently seeking long-term accommodation. My Carer duties ensure that I'll be away during most evenings, only returning home later in the morning. I am a tidy person and have no objections to cleaning rosters. Would prefer a home close to public transport if available. I am a non-smoker too. I can keep myself busy when at home but I do love to be sociable and get to know the people I share space with. I spend my free time exploring new cultures through cinema and trying foreign cuisine. Definitely looking for a place where everyone can come home to recharge and relax. I have no objections to setting up direct debit payments to guarantee regular rental payments. I also have character references upon request. Anyone interested may contact me if you have a place to share. Thanking You.
My name is Joseph Sweeney, and I am an Industry Analyst that works for Telsyte, an emerging technology research group. I mainly focus on the games industry analysis and research, and work closely with the Interactive games & entertainment association (iGEA) as well as with the major games companies in Australia, such as Sony PlayStation and Activision\Blizzard. I currently am working part-time, usually working 4 days a week, and I am moving onto full time. I make roughly $2200 a month after tax and super, and my payment period is changing to fortnightly, so roughly $1100 a fortnight. Typical work hours are 8:30am-5:30pm. I am 23 years old, quite chill and considerate of others. I am quite into a lot of nerdy or geeky things, but won’t bring them up if no one is interested. I would probably spend most of my time quietly in my room, but I am still up to chatting and hanging out. I am quite clean around the house, I don’t like to leave stuff around, except for some junk in my room. I do keep my room clean, it just gets a bit untidy before laundry day. I am absolutely up for doing any housework (bathrooms, kitchen etc.) but I won’t clean up other people’s dishes, unless it was a shared cooking meal. I do cook, and I tend to clean up my stuff after I have finished eating. My hobbies includes; Games – mostly PC games, I do chat with friends online when playing together, but I normally try to keep it down, and I don’t play online past 10pm (earlier if need be). Music – I do own several guitars and instruments, but I usually only mess around on my electric unplugged, to not disturb anyone else. I don’t own any sound systems either, and only really listen to things through my earphones. Food – Love food, love cooking and love exploring and seeing what restaurants are good. Also like to indulge in junk food for time to time (probably more than I should). Other notes; I don’t smoke. I don’t drink much, but am still down to hangout when people do. I rarely go out/come back late. My work is in the CBD. I will set my bank account to auto-pay whoever is in charge of the rent money early, so I am never late with rent. I do own a pet pygmy bearded dragon (he was a rescue that my old roommate found, that I took over looking after), but she live in a tank in my room and won’t come out. He does not make any mess or smell and does not make a sound, you will probably forget she is even there. I am allergic to mothballs, so please let me know if you use them. Otherwise I don’t have any other medical needs.
Hi! My name is Talvi and I'm looking for a room for myself, for a stay of 6 months or more. I'm 33 and I work for a small business making custom curtains and blinds. Currently I'm living in Homebush West, where I've been renting for about 1.5 years now with a couple who are moving overseas in a few weeks time. A quiet and relaxed household is what I'm seeking, without constant parties or loud friends over every night etc. I'm a pretty friendly and gentle person, but sometimes a bit shy with new people to begin with. I'm happy to chat away with housemates, or just do my own thing. I like to keep my living space clean and tidy, and shared areas in the same condition. I'm a bit of a geek and enjoy computers and gaming - but I'm quiet and always enjoy these with headphones! On work nights I'm pretty chilled, and weekends I'm often out with friends - I'm also open to sharing a meal and a drink with housemates too. The most important thing for me is having a home where I feel safe and able to be myself. I recently came out as a trans woman, and an LGBT inclusive household is a must. For inspections I can make evenings from Monday to Thursday after I finish work, or anytime of the day or evening on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. If we met for an inspection and found things agreeable, I'm also prepared to quickly sign up and transfer a bond and advance rent as required. My preferred budget is around $250 pw, but still contact me if your price is similar.
Prefer contact by message or online chat but not by phone call, thanks! 1. I am from China and just graduated from the University of Melbourne, I just came to Sydney 3 months ago. I am now looking for a place to live in more than 3 months. I prefer a fully furnished place with the appliance and facilities in the apartment. The budget is flexible around $400/wk 2. I sometimes like singing at home 3. I usually cook and because I am keeping fit and building muscle so the cuisine is simple and light which is not well-shared. 4. I would like to communicate frequently with the topic about how to improve our relationship as a flatmate. I don't want each of us feels unhappy or uncomfortable with each other's behaviors. I prefer to talk directly about each's concerns. For example, some little stuff such as dishwashing, noise and taking out the trash. We shall make a deal before that and try to compliance that. Once bad things happen, we can communicate immediately. And my English is not very frequent in some ways, please be patient. Thanks!
