Hi! my name is Thirza. I'm currently 24 years old and I work full time in the city (the usual 9-5). I'm a very relaxed and easy going person and I highly respect others. Im quiet at times but definitely enjoy the casual drink and dinner 😊 looking for a place close to the city CBD for convenience.
Hey there! Working as a full time high school teacher in Sydney's west. Looking for a room with an ensuite. I keep to myself as the wonderful world of education consumes my life until I shut off at 3. I'm a relaxed and sociable person that keeps my place clean and tidy. Non-smoker/non-drinker.
Hi, I'm Jarrod, a medical student at Western Sydney University. During my final year I will be placed at Concord Hospital, and as such I will need to relocate somewhere around there. (It is also likely that I will be working near here in 2018-onwards, so I will be hoping to stay in the house longer). Over the past 4 years I have lived in share houses in Campbelltown with a few different people and enjoyed the time I have spent with them, but it is unfeasible for them to move with me or for me to commute every day. I already receive the full youth allowance amount, which is my main source of income, along with 3 scholarships, and my bulk of savings. I'm pretty clean and quiet (med student) but I am all for people coming and chilling at our house. I have my own fridge, washing machine, lounges, TV cabinet, 2 TVs, study furniture, and my own bedroom furnishings. So, buying common furniture for the house isn't a worry; I'm all set! The main concern for me is my dog. I have a German Shepherd X (DOB: 1/7/15). He is a lovely dog and so friendly with people and other animals, but I know pets can be a major drawback for some people. I can't move without him. If there is anything else you need to know please get in touch with me. Warm regards, Jarrod
Student in final year of study. I work two part time jobs and study full time so I'm pretty flat out but like to go out once a week. Other than that I'm chilled during the week and enjoy cooking and watching bad TV to relax maybs a glass of red too. Looking for somewhere that will feel like home with a person that enjoys similar interests like going to the gym, healthy food and lifestyle but not in annoying way haha. Looking to share with someone that is sociable and has their own group of friends but also happy to chat to me, really not interested in living like strangers.
Myself and my partner have recently moved to Sydney after spending the past year in New Zealand. We are both working professionals with jobs in chatswood and looking for a place close to work, we are originally from Liverpool england, we are friendly, sociable and easy to get along with!

Preferably not a party house consisting of lots of drink and smoke. I'm tidy and mindful of others, I like socialising for dinners and catching up my friends and family for a bit. I don't smoke and only drink moderately and socially and getting our for a bit of a walk in my spare time. Ideally I am looking for a bedroom (double if possible) with own bathroom if possible. I work full time at the Royal North Shore Hospital in St Leonards would like to find something within the vicinity, primarily within walking distance. Looking to pay no more than $350 inclusive or willing to negotiate depending on if bills included etc. I look forward to hearing from you.
I am looking for a furnished room near City. I am an accountant, working all day and study CPA in the evening so I prefer to stay in a place that is quiet at the evening and at night. I use my room mostly for studying and sleeping and meet with my friends or do other activities outside my home but I am very happy to meet new friends. I don't have any furniture so I am looking for a furnished room with an air-condition. I prefer to stay initially short time (3 months) and then, if everything is fine, I can stay longer. In my free time I like hiking.

Hit me up :)
Young corporate professional working in investment banking, looking for a place that is convenient for travel into city perspective and has a good local vibe. I usually keep to myself and most days work late. Keen on exploring new places, have my own car and usually spend the weekend out of the house. Open to share some exploring with flatmates. I'm very particular about cleaning and like to keep my stuff tidy, love cooking and going rock climbing on weekends.
I'm a young guy with a good, secure full-time job in the city doing Software Engineering. I enjoy good food, catching up on tv shows and listening to music. Looking for a nice sized room where I can have a desk for work but also live comfortably. I'm currently living in Hornsby and looking to move closer to the city for work.
Hey there! If you are looking for a tidy, organized, mature, social, respectful and positive teamplayer you have found one. I'm a 31-year-old Finn and will be starting work in North Sydney in April. I'm thus looking for a room (private) as near to it as possible. I'm very passionate about dancing and like singing too, but don't do the latter in the shower ;). You can also count in communication, languages, (future) technology, science, sustainability and neurology as other interests of mine. I don't smoke or consider myself as too much of a cook either so am able to keep smoke out of the kitchen too :D. I'm not a partyer, the energy for that is wasted on exercise and working during the daytime, but I do enjoy a salsa night out every now and then. And when enticed, a beer/wine with flatmates is always welcome. I have a recommendation letter from my former landlord in Finland and you can also check references about me as a guest from AirBnB or scoop on my profile on Facebook. Better yet, give me a ring and do a second degree in person :)
Hey guys, My name is Marianne. I'm currently a full-time student at Macquarie University, studying a Bachelor of Anthropology and minoring in Corporate Law. I also work part-time in Honey Birdette and tend to travel a lot for work. And I also play Field Hockey. If I'm not busy, you'll find me either catching up on my sleep, binge watching Netflix or having brunch at some cool cafes' (I can recommend a few) with some close friends. Few things about me: I love to cook and you'll always find me cooking up a new recipe or baking (which I'm still practising). I'm an avid hiker and love to travel (next destination: Morocco) and I have a knack for collecting facial products (strict night regime). In summarization, I'm very social and I love a good chat. I do have friends come over but they won't be a hassle and aren't noisy or will make a mess. Because of my busy schedule, I do appreciate a quiet night in and I'm not really a party-goer since most of my time I'm studying and working. If I'm the housemate for you, feel free to send me a message and I'd be happy to get to know you. Any questions or inquiries please feel free to ask. Thank you for reading my whole essay (Please give me a high distinction for this) and I hope to hear from you. Marianne x

Hi All, I have recently moved to Sydney on a PR and am staying in Pitt Street. I am searching for a more long term place to live - at least 3 months. I am an introvert so most of the time I will be minding my own business. However, I also like going out on weekends and would like to join you guys for a beer/barbecue during the weekends if thats ok with you. My hobbies - reading and playing guitar . I am also tidy so u won't have any issues with keeping the house clean etc. I hope to get a job in the next couple of weeks. However, I have saved enough cash to pay my bill during these days so the landlords do not have to worry about it . I am a smoker and I don't mind smoking outside if the house rules require it . I am also a very friendly person ( if that helps :)) and very considerate with people around me so you won't have any issues with me intruding your privacy etc..
Just started working in the city. I live clean, tidy and I try to stay organised. I like to take advantage of the weekends, heading out, seeing my friends or family, because the week is almost always a grind. I also play soccer, but I'm not any good at it. Looking forward to moving closer to work to make my life easier on those early start/late night days! Cheers :)
