I am a chartered accountant by profession. I work full time in the city for an IT company as head of finance. I am well traveled and extremely neat and organised. I have experience staying with flatmates previously. I am not a party animal. Looking for a place close to city, preferably with 1 flatmate and a car space.
My wife and I are immigrating to Australia and looking for a furnished accommodation with a private room with ensuite bathroom. Since we need to find a job and enroll some courses, we prefer a place where is located near the public transportation especially train stations. we will arrive on 19 Nov and prefer to join another couple who are friendly and nice. however, is it OK to share a house with one or two females.
Hey! I'm Ryan and I'm looking for a room to rent (or a teamup if someones looking in the same area as me). Preferably looking around Macquarie Park/North Ryde/Marsfield type areas as I just started Full Time at Macquarie Centre. Some of the things i like include music, gym, beach, cars, bikes, animals, docos and photography. I enjoy a glass of wine from time to time over a good chat, but also very respectful over personal time and space. I do like to keep things clean but I'm no cleaning nazi. Hoping to meet some like minded people! Cheers :)

Hey! Like a balance of social and private moments. Work in travel, have small network of friends/family in Sydney - moving from interstate. If you smoke or have pets I'm afraid I have asthma so not a great fit for me! Looking forward to meeting some new people 😊
I'm looking for someone to split the accounts into equal. someone who be organized to keep the house in order and does not let dirt accumulate and avoid problems. each people with your own food or we can share. But avoid go to the kitchen to eat all the time. just when necessary.
We're a couple - Cameron, M, 28, Kiwi & Nicola, F, 25, Brit - who have recently moved to Sydney from Auckland. We both have full time work already (electrician & journalist). We're pretty social but also enjoy doing our own thing too. Typically, we'd have fun at gigs and bars but we also like getting out of the city and finding new places to visit for the weekend. We've lived together in a shared house for years (without any problems!) so we know what to expect and how to be good flatmates.
Hi, I moved here from England for work at Hornsby Junction a few months back. My current housemate's BF is moving in so I need to find a new place, though she can give a great reference. Looking to find somewhere over the next 2-3 weeks. I'm clean and tidy and like to be social with housemates however can respect peoples privacy. In my spare time I like to stay active playing sports and exploring Sydney. I am looking for a double room around North Sydney, Crows Nest, Chatswood areas. Conor
Hello there, I'm a socialite people, kinda good at cooking and tidy. I'm looking for a cheap shared apartment to live. And looking for tidy people to share the apartment with me. I'm okay to live with guys housemates. BTW I'm from Hong Kong so it would be great to live with Hongkongers.
I'm originally from Melbourne, just moved up to Sydney for a new career in medical research I'm friendly and sociable and love dogs (although I don't have one) I'm not a neat freak but I do like to keep a nice and neat living space I enjoy keeping fit and want to maintain an active lifestyle Hobbies include music and taking photos
I am moving over to Syd from Perth, so would ideally love to move in with others that wouldn't mind another friend! People around my age, who are social, easy going, and enjoy going out for a drink and what not... If you are a homebody then perhaps I am not the person to live with haha :) I am very low-key during the week, as I work 2 professional jobs & go to the gym most nights, so you won't see much of me. On the weekends though I do like getting out and about, so there may be late nights coming home - I am very respectful though and will always be quiet! But just thought to mention this :) I am very clean and always clean up after myself. I am a non-smoker and always up for a laugh and banter... If there's anything else you wanna know don't hesitate to ask. Cheers!
Keep to myself. Social. Self sufficient. Quiet. Considerate of others and their space. Work 8 hours a day. Electrical Tradesman.
I am an IT professional working full time at Macq Park and spend most of my time outside. I'm looking for furnished rooms and no more than 2 other flatmates. Kindly note: I prefer to be contacted by message first so I can check out your ad, photos and location before making an appointment. I am quiet, respectful of others personal space but at the same time looking to share with someone I can have some friendly chat with at times and be mates rather than just be co-habitants. I clean up after myself, always wash the dishes right away and normally cook once a week enough for my weekdays lunches. I like to go to the gym, the beach, travel, do sightseeing, road trips, and love all animals. I like history, museums, collectibles, places with history, haunted places, etc. I love the beach, dogs, and cats. I like to sleep in late when not working and go out to bed late too (not a party monster but not a morning person either) Fan of laid back, casual simple lifestyle: summer, sand, sea, sun, barefoot, staying up late over a drink and chats with mates...
We are a couple from the UK, we came over back in March to Melbourne and after a few months realised it had terrible weather and just reminded us off home so off we went to the Gold Coast. We loved it up there but after a fair few job applications discovered its easier finding the holy grail than work there. So we arrived in Sydney not too long ago but gonna lie we have had a rough start here so far, we moved into somewhere based on pics alone and it turned out to be absolutely horrible. No washing machine, no hot water and cockroaches in the kitchen. It was disgusting. So we now reside in a hostel trying to find our future happy home with lovely people or person! About us, we both hardly ever drink except for the odd occasion, dont smoke and train most days in the gym. I work as a restaurant assistant manager whilst Tom works as a excavator operator (he gets to work on the Harbour Bridge and watch the sunrise most days :( haha) In my free time I love baking so if you have a sweet tooth then you'll be more thank welcome to try out my new creations if you can get there before Tom devours them! I'm also following Toms footsteps training to do powerlifting! Tom is constantly trying to learn new things in his free time whether it's the stock market, learning a new language or skateboarding (which is apparent he is awful at hence why he's already sold it haha! We are super clean, sociable and friendly people who aren't just looking for a room but a happy home to settle in to with people we can class as great friends! We hope to hear from you soon, thank you and sorry for the massive speech ahahah! Tom and Lauren
I'm a New Zealander in Sydney. I work in an IT company in the CBD. I don't know sydney that well and at this stage I'm open to any location that would allow a 50 minute (from door to door) commute to Kent street (my office is near the corner of Kent st and Erskine Street). Currently looking at somewhere off the train line on the north shore on a quiet street. So I can walk+bus to a train station and then catch a train to Wynyard. Personality wise, I am mature, sociable and very considerate (this is most important ) enjoy having a healthy balanced lifestyle. My hobbies include: cooking, exercise, Japanese language and spending time in nature (sun/parks/beaches ) , gardening and silence. Weekends I like to sit in the sun/go to a beach/meet friends. I am not a party/noisy person and i don't want to live with people who are. My NUMBER ONE priority is a place to sleep that is QUIET. Not located near a noisy street/shop/neighbour and also internal quiet - living with people who also value quiet in the evening from 9pm onwards. I am quite sociable and would like to live with people who i can chat with but need quiet for rest/sleep. My office has showers so Monday to Friday I sometimes shower there before and after work which means no rush in the morning if we are sharing a bathroom. I also have meals with my job so don't really use the kitchen in the evening, however i sometimes do a cooked breakfast. Other notes. Do not intend on buying a car so parking space or garages are not necessary. No drugs/smoking. Would like a location that has a quiet room, laundry (washing machine + dryer/outside place to hang clothes) and good outdoor space, with professional people. Perfectly fine with pets. especially cats. I am happy to give out information such as facebook profile or LinkenIn Profile via message so you can find out more about me. I can also provide a range of references in New Zealand.
Hey guys! I'm 24 and working full time in the city in media. I'm hoping to team up with 3/4 people to find a place to live. Currently looking at Mosman/Cremorne/Neutral Bay area. I have mostly all necessary furniture to bring with me. In my free time I enjoy going to the beach, having drinks with friends, I try and go to the gym, watching movies, reading and fun adventures! Animals and travelling are my life although I have no pets. I like socialising and meeting new people but can also respect people's privacy. I try to stay positive at all times and get excited by the little things in life. If you think we could get along in a house together then send me a message! 😊
