Hi 😊 My current lease is up 1 November (can move before then) but I am going to Europe for a month on 15 December so I'm just looking for a short term sublet until I get back to Sydney in the NY. I'm working full time in a law firm in the CBD so would like to be close to a train station (15mins to CBD) or within 40min walking distance. Thanks 😁
Incredibly easy going. Enjoy my own space and also likes to have a chat/meal/drink with any housemates. During the week am keeping fit and relaxing. On weekends like to go out and socialise, hang out with mates. I find myself as quite hilarious and I ensure any future housemate will feel the same. Looking for something more longer term if possible.
We're both super sociable and really excited to make the big move to Sydney from London, where we both currently live. Jon works in restaurant marketing and Lucy works in social media, and we're both in Sydney on a working holiday visa. We're respectful housemates - very clean, tidy and mindful of other tenants. On the weekends we'll be out exploring our new city, eating (and drinking!) and getting to know new people!
Hello! I am Emma and I will be moving to Sydney in 2018 for university. I will be studying full time as well as working a part time job and doing regular babysitting meaning I will often be out during before school and after school hours. I love living a healthy lifestyle. I also LOVE days at the beach. I enjoy being sociable but also really appreciate my alone time and time for study :) Please let me know if you will be interested in having me for the year of 2018! Thanks again.
Tidy and considerate person who enjoys quiet time at home. Been living in shared accommodation for last 5 years out in Penrith and looking to live closer to work which is in mascot. Looking for somewhere i can call home and hopefully mate new friends along the way. I enjoy sports and music but also love a good netflix binge. Non Smoker also prefer no pets.
During the week I work in corporate and financial communications which keeps me pretty busy. I try and go to the gym a few times a week and generally look after myself. On the weekend I’m usually out and about. When I am at home I’m either watching old episodes of Gossip Girl or Grey’s Anatomy, reading a book, or some form of life admin. I like to think of myself as a pretty good housemate – I’m always up chat, can cook a yummy meal, and most importantly clean up after myself. In terms of what I’m looking for in a house – ideally something on the newer side and with a bit of wiggle room. I would like somewhere in the inner east – from Darlinghurst to Rose Bay. I would however be open to the inner west or lower north shore for the right place. I'd also be open to forming a share house - I just have no furniture outside of my bedroom!
I have seen a house to rent from LJ Hooker in North Epping and am looking for 2 others to put on the lease agreement. The house comes with 3 big rooms, with 2 bathrooms and an ensuite and +1 security car spaces spread over 3 levels. Rent per head is $280 per week. I have seen another house which is an architect designed sandstone house in Marrickville which is bigger. I enjoy other's company. I enjoy swimming and badminton. I like innovation in cooking - mostly healthy and only in the evening. I don't cook often.
Hey guys! I'm a Sydney-local. Born in Japan but raised in Sydney. I'm a Group Fitness instructor most days and a Massage Therapist on others. I'm very respectful of peoples' space and privacy. I am pretty social but enjoy my downtime; kicking back with a beer, enjoying a good TV show and hanging out. I'm also not a bad cook. I'm pretty sporty, and spend a lot of time at the Gym; otherwise I'll be socialising or studying.
We're respectful group of friends from around the world, we work hard and get along with everyone. We love to travel and Do things. We're quiet, but always enjoy our nights out every now and then. Always clean up after ourselves and are very responsible. We plan on staying in Sydney for a while. Beach days, wine nights, and movie nights are what we do best!
Hi, we are a couple looking for a place to live the next year or so. We are sociable, tidy, and easy going, hoping to find others who are like-minded and of similar age. Ava is here on a work holiday visa from the US and Jack is a 3rd year USYD student studying Finance and International Business.

Hi. I'm a filmmaker moving to Sydney for work. Super easy going. Tidy. And never have a problem paying bills. I own my own place in Adelaide as well and have a friendly small dog that will come and live with me as well. Can bring additional furniture if necessary and happy to pay extra for a large room and a car park. Thanks.
We are a friendly and sociable couple who have just moved to Sydney from London (1 Aussie female and 1 English male) looking for a flat with like minded people. Having lived in many share houses in London we know how to be decent clean & considerate roomies. Looking for somewhere that feels like a home and to share with people who are up for socialising over a meal & some drinks from time to time (but not a crazy party place). We love going to live gigs, festivals, keeping fit & travelling. We also love animals a lot (so much we don't eat them 😊✌️) Excited for an epic Australian summer after years of grey cloud & drizzle in London!
I am 35 and currently looking for longer term (6 months plus) accommodation. I am currently sharing in with two others, where I have been for 3 years (the property is on the market, hence the need for alternative arrangements) with no issues or problems. My work commitments as an civil engineer at St Leonards restrict me to a very low-key existence; I am not a party-animal by any measure. I am conscious of the interaction and space of others - I am generally reserved, respectful, and unobtrusive. At the same time I am not meek nor introverted :) I enjoy exercising and the outdoors, I enjoy reading and languages, I also enjoy exploring this great city/country - I am not a home body.
I am a 30 year old Industrial Engineer doing a double masters in Business Administration and Global Project Management. I am a professional full time head barista. I moved to Australia to cultivate my professional and educational experience. I am respectful, quiet, clea and tidy and won't bother anyone. I am a secular humanist. I read a lot because I love learning about life, love, gain knowledge and pursuit something greater than myself. I play the guitar and absolutely love music... it calms my soul!!! I also love Netflix and chill!!! If you are looking for someone fun, responsible and easy going, then I am the guy for you!
I am a returning ex pat from Dubai. I'm a mature aged female looking for temporary accommodation for 3-6 months while I decide where I'm going to live. What makes me great to live with? I keep to myself but can be sociable, I'm very clean and tidy and respectful of other peoples need for privacy and be in a peaceful environment. I am a generous person. I will cook an occasional meal for you if you wash the dishes after me but I don't want to be your mother! I'm a good listener as long as you don't ramble. I'm intelligent so you have to be too and I have a good sense of humour.
I'm Maca (31yrs), working full-time as a PhD at Macquarie Uni from Chile. I've been living in Sydney for 1 year now. Used to be in Glebe but I went back home for 3 months, so now I'm looking for a new place. I'm very easygoing, friendly and open-minded, looking for something that looks more a home than a place to sleep. Love my own space but also sharing a glass of wine or beers and food in the week(end). Like going to the gym during weekdays (I'm not a lover but makes my a better person), and going out around the city or for a trip with friends. I love dogs and cats, sadly mine is in Chile (the one in my pic!). Hope to hear from you to visit the house. Cheers.! Maca
Originally from Melbourne, now looking for my second place in Sydney. Work full time in the CBD Mon-Fri. Outside of work I enjoy staying active, playing football, going to sport, heading to the bar with some friends and making the most of what Sydney has to offer. I consider myself tidy, respectful, independent and looking forward to living with people that I get along well with.
Hi everyone, I’m Autone from France. I just finished my studies in audiovisual / Cinema major production and now I would like to start working in this in Australia. I love living with other people, hanging out, listing to good music and having fun. It will be a pleasure to live with you and share a great experience together!
