Hi I'm Sabrina, im looking for somewhere to stay for anywhere between 2 and 6 months 😊. Im a science student at the University of Melbourne (planning to transfer to ACU for a more career specific course) I also work part time as a pharmacy assistant 😊 I'm pretty chill and generally quite accepting of all people, I'm quiet (but not shy) and totally happy to keep to myself, become your new best friend or anything inbetween. My intrests include Taekwondo (I'm a 4th dan black belt so can take care of myself), dumplings, puzzles and music (but don't worry I have good headphones so you won't have to hear my bad taste in music) I can't wait to be your new roommate 😊 **PLEASE DO NOT CALL, ONLY TEXT **
Hey everyone! I’m Lisa, I’m 29 and I’ve relocated from Adelaide to Melbourne to start a new job with Virgin Australia. I’ll have a lot of early starts so I’ll always do my best to keep the noise down! I have a beautiful staffy, her name is Lexi and I’m looking for a place/housemates that would be comfortable with having her around. She’s playful, cuddly and energetic. Ideally I’d like her to be part of the family in the instance I may be away for work for a night or two, my housemates wouldn’t mind giving her some love and attention. I understand she’s ultimately my responsibility so if it wasn’t possible, I’d look at putting her in boarding if I’m away overnight. As she has some anxiety issues with other dogs, It would be best if she was the only pet in the house. I’ve lived in share houses before in Adelaide and in London so I’m respectful and considerate and know to clean up after myself. While I sometimes enjoy “me” time, I’m a very social person and would love to hang out with my housemates and hopefully will build more of a friendship rather than just be people living together. I enjoy travelling, spending time with family and friends, sport, movies and keeping fit and active. Pilates and spin classes are my go to! If me and my pooch sound like we’d make a great housemate, send me a message! I’m ideally looking to find a place by the end of January 2019
Thomas and I have been renting for the last year at $300 a week with no problems. Previously to this I lived with Janna for a year with no problems and Thomas with Jali with no problems. All of us from rural NSW, looking to move to Melbourne for further study and more opportunities. I just finished full time study and plan on getting full time work for a little bit before going back to studying, Thomas will also be looking for full time work along side with Janna and Jali. All of us are fairly nerdy 😬. Thomas and Jali enjoy a good game of MTG, and love playing video games. Janna loves Fortnite and playing Pokemon Go. I am a little bit of an all rounder but love sci fi movies particularly Dr Who, I also really love getting out of the house and exploring as well as going to the beach.
I’m friendly and easy going . Clean and tidy ( I really am ) happy to chat and have dinners etc but understanding of giving everyone their own quite time myself included.
I’m 27 years old and have lived in a shared home in Bendigo for the last 2 years. I’m easy going, friendly but also work hard and pull my weight when it comes to chores etc. I’ve got a traineeship in Melbourne starting in January next year for 12 months and need to make the move ASAP!
Hi! My name's Rebecca (or Bec). I'm an easy going, reliable person with a bubbly personality. I currently just completed a Diploma of Nursing and furthering onto a Bachelor or Nursing and a Bachelor of Midwifery at Latrobe Bundoora. I'm a country girl in Victoria who tends to the see the positive side to most situations, I like socialising with new people and spending my free time outdoors or at little bars enjoying the company of my friends. I'm clean and have experience with living out of home and prioritising and managing my income. I respect people's personal space and privacy, I would like to live with someone who is like minded, tidy, and relaxed as well as social. If you think I'm someone you could live with, chuck a message :)
Hi Flatmates! I'm 19, from Hobart, and I have lived out of home for 8 months in student accomodation while I complete my Music Industry course. I'm looking for a long term place to call home in Melbourne and surrounding suburbs. I'm very friendly but a little quiet at first until I come out of my shell, I like to keep things clean and tidy, I love my me time and respect other peoples needs for privacy. I love going out for bevs when I can, hanging out and seeing friends, and discovering more of Melbourne. I'm definitely looking to potentially move in with people around my age group, who are quite chill like I am and are just genuine, honest, kind people. :)
I am friendly, clean and tidy, social but also like my own space. I like to make my place a home and feel warm and inviting. I love exploring new places, take road trips and try new bars. I have just moved from London but from North Queensland originally so keen to explore more of Melbourne. I am a teacher so go away alot during holidays and like to do weekend trips which means housemates can get the house to themselves often
I’m a 30 year old professional who works 9-5 for the Vic government. I’ve only been in Melbourne for a year, so still consider myself a bit of a newbie. I have houseshared before and am reliable with paying bills on time and doing my share of the housework and boring stuff around the house. I’m not looking for a party house, but do enjoy a chat with my housemates and even occasionally a vino and bit of Brie. I am flexible on the move in date, just looking for a cozy place to call home.
Originally from the UK and have spent the last 3 years living and working in Austria. I've moved to Melbourne on a 4 year sponsored visa to start work in the Australian subsidary of my current company as a Project Manager. I'm fairly well-travelled and will be coming from shared accomodation (5 people), so I understand how important it is to be a clean and respectful housemate! An outgoing person and like to stay active whether it be in the gym, playing sports or out on a hike, etc. I'm also keen on my music and would love to meet people to head to some gigs with; officially a pubs-over-clubs kinda guy (these days!) and always keen to improve my cooking skills (obligatory glass of wine/cold beer during preparation, of course.) Weeknights are admittedly quite low-key between work and keeping active, but it would be great to meet sociable housemates keen to enjoy the occasional meal together etc. If you've any questions, please feel free to ask!
i have a good personality, I’m an out of thinker and like to be be creative. Hi I'm a 20 year old currently working in warehousing/logistics looking to move into a new place around the north/western suburbs of melbourne, I generally keep to myself and value a clean place and hope to move in with someone who is similar.
Turning 30 years old in October - Currently working a 9am-5pm corporate job at the moment, though in the transition of changing jobs. I’m at uni from 6pm-9:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursday and most weekends I’ll either be flying or spending time with family/friends. So I’ll rarely be home but will make the most of home time when I get the opportunity to as I’ve got a very busy lifestyle. I enjoy training (2 on; 1 off at the gym). Love the outdoors and will take the opportunity to go hiking, camping or be with friends having a couple of drinks at a bar catching up but also love staying in, reading a book or watching a movie with a cheeky glass of wine and yes, I’m willing to share the bottle too ;-) Single, no kids so it’ll be just me, myself and I.
Im clean and tidy and respectful of others and their things. I work fulltime and when im home i like to just chill like my space but also am social. Like to spend my weekend out mostly camping and fishing. My stay wont be for long im looking at 3-4 months.
LOOKING AGAIN! Last place fell through! I'm reliable, tidy, friendly, can cook & always pay my bills on time. I'm willing to pull my weight with the cleaning & am respectful of others needs & privacy. I'm a Kindergarten teacher and do temp agency work within northern & western suburbs. In my spare time I like to catch up with friends, go shopping, go to the movies, go to markets or visit family in country victoria. I need a little storage space for work books & resources- even if its at the back of a garage. Feel free to send me a msg ;-)
Hey! I’m Kristy, I'm 25 years old and I work full time as a customer service rep. Apart from working - I enjoy yoga and going to the gym. I like to discover new places to go hiking but I also like to just chill out and read or watch Netflix... whatever I’m feeling! I'd like to think of myself as being an easy going person. I'm an extroverted introvert, so definitely would enjoy some nights with my housemates but also need some of my own downtime. I’m not a neat freak but I’m respectful of the communal areas I share with my housemates. So I make sure I clean after I cook or use something. Anything else you want to know, just ask :)
I currently live in Essendon with my little black Pomeranian Ralphie who is super cute and chill. I work in Moonee Ponds as a childcare educator so would love to stay in the area. Looking for 6-12 month stay or teaming up and renting our own place. Get in touch if you’re a fun and energetic person who can respect our shared space and of course my doggy!
