Hi My name is Rebecca and I am looking for a home to move to ASAP. Ideally I would like a large room with BIR/wardrobes that can fit more than my queen bed :D. I was living with my best friend who moved overseas and have my own furniture so an unfurnished room would be ideal. I don't smoke and only drink occasionally at social events. I’m quiet but up for a chat or occassional movie. I'm clean and have lived in share houses both in Oz and overseas so am aware of the living standards in sharing/respecting spaces. I enjoy cooking and exploring events around Melbourne (Theatre buff :D). I'm looking for somewhere to call home and housemates to hopefully call friends :D Thanks heaps Rebecca (Reb)
I am an easy-going and friendly Primary School Teacher that loves her sport! I have lived in a shared apartment for 4 years so I understand the need to be courteous to your housemates. I mostly work during the day and am at soccer training/ games in the evenings and weekends as I've just been signed for Melbourne Victory's Women's Team. Looking to move into something a little closer to work, with more space than my current tiny apartment and a backyard to use in the warmer weather. I generally keep to myself but also enjoy socialising with the people I live with and having the occasional beer or dinner. Would love to find a place with like-minded people :)
Hello, My name is Tanner I am a 20 year old Audio Production student from Canada; I am currently studying at Australian Institute of Music in the CBD. I am tidy, easy going and love a good chat ! I am looking for a place to stay ASAP
Hey! We're Chris & Laura just freshly moving into Melbourne & looking for a place to live in the Northern suburbs. We met over in London & Laura being Australian, convinced me to come over here for the next few years and see what 'Straya is like! As we're both pretty new to Melbourne, we're looking for likeminded people who can recommend and join us in places to socialise around the city - we're both very sociable people looking to have fun in the city and surrounds! Laura's a teacher & I've just got a job in marketing, so we're in need of a place for the next few months at least - starting in the next couple of weeks!

Hi we are Rachael and Shannon (intern psychologist and a site manager). We would like to team up with someone to find a 3 bedroom home that we will fully furnish and rent out the 2nd room to you. We would like to leave our 3rd room as a spare/office. Our preferred budget is $450 up to $500 max. So your room may cost anywhere between $200-250. And we would like for you to help us in the searching & application process so that we can all move in at the same time. Will will first apply for a 6 month lease in case we are not happy with the house or area. But the idea is for it to be long term for us & hopefully you! Rachael is a psychology intern and works long days 4 days per week. Shannon is often out of town every second weekend. We lead a fairly busy lifestyle between work, gym and our family/friends living out of town. We are a respectful, friendly, easy going couple who pride ourselves in being neat and tidy & never a hastle to live with. We enjoy going to gym, markets, cafes, the occasional night out or just relaxing. We are looking for someone who can have a chat, a laugh & share the occasional catch up when we are all in the home. And importantly to Rachael a housemate who will keep the shared areas in the home clean, neat & tidy. Importantly to Shannon who works long hours someone who is considerate and respectful of others when it comes to noise levels. We will be looking for a 3 bedroom, preferably 2 bathroom home with a double lock up garage (but that will be for Shannon & my cars only sorry). If you think you would like to team up to find a place with us please send a message!

They get along with each other and other animals and humans as well. They are all between the ages of 2-4 and are toilet trained. Hi, we are a couple looking for a room somewhere around Melbourne with great connections to the city since we are both studying and working in and around the city. We would prefer to not pay more than 360 per week for both of us, but can be discussed. It is Frida who is 21 years old from Sweden, and Russell who is 21 (soon 22) from outside of Melbourne. We are a friendly and social couple who would love to be friends and hang out with the people we live with but at the same time have respect for our privacy since we will have a lot of studying to do. Other than that, we are two normal students who likes to have fun and hang out, go out once in a while and not just sit at home. If we sound like the people for you, then we'd love to hear from you! :)))
Here is a little bit about myself, I am 21 years old, currently enjoying my gap year from studying fashion design at RMIT and working in retail at the moment. I am a pretty chill person, do enjoy to chats and having casual wine every now and then haha, generally clean. If you have any question about me please feel free to ask.
I feel that I'm good to live with because I'm a tidy person but chill, I love my cats, and music and TV. I work casually in a call centre doing surveys, I always work as much as possible. I'm born and raised in Essendon and just came from an apartment in the same suburb with my boyfriend but I am just looking for a happy home for myself and my two cats. Thank you :) (Move date is around 19th of December system wouldn't let me go that far)
I'm friendly and pretty chill. Currently working and doing some study. Love to just hang out and chat or do Netflix/play games, but also equally happy to go for a drink or out somewhere. Into exercising, reading, sports, hanging out with fun people. I'm respectful, house trained and tidy. :)
Local Melbourne guy looking for new home in either an existing or new share home. I'm a very much a low key guy. I work a lot and am often away for entire weekends. I'm often home quite late during the week. My time off is spent with a mixture of Footy (go Dees) and maybe a few beers, I get away to the beach and up into the mountains a lot in the warmer months. The Details: - Employed full time (Melb CBD) - Single (happily) - Non Smoker (don't mind smokers though) - No Pets (love animals though - Aways pays rent / bills on time - Have some furniture (couch, table/chairs, fridge, washing machine, TV) I'm not one to have a lot of friends/mates over but I don't mind a beer and a laugh with housemates. Looking to move in somewhere in the next 4 weeks.
I'm great to live with as I am a very easy going person. I like meeting new people and making friends. I am also like my surrounding clean and organised so I always tidy up whenever I have free time.
Work for Aust Post and also manage a DJ which keeps me busy so yes I like electronic music! Clean, neat and tidy and spend some time oversea's and interstate so want a quiet place to come home to. I have a car, no pets but love cats and dogs. AFL fanatic as well as a long suffering Tiger supporter. Move date is flexible and will wait until I find the right fit as I want a long term arrangement. I have my own furniture so unfurnished is preferred with own bathroom. I would like long term with flexibility.
Hey everyone, I'm Cameron from Toronto, Canada. Just moved to Melbourne from the Gold Coast and looking to find a place and settle into Melbourne for the next few months. I'm pretty laid back, social, and clean. I'm new to the city so I'm hoping to move in with some like-minded young people so I can make some friends too!
Hi - I'm Glenn. I have a long history working in the helping type fields such as nursing and psychology with multiple undergraduate and post graduate degrees. I am very caring, empathic, considerate and have always been compassionate towards others, regardless of who they are or where they've been. I guess humility, acceptance and openness are some of my key values/traits and although my path is not the same as others, I love to hear about other people's past experiences and their hopes and visions for the future. More recently, I have been focusing on my music composing and looking at how I can use my skills to generate an additional income whilst doing something that I have always loved. Initially, I have created alliances with video game developers to provide background music, but I have always wanted the music I write to be more uplifting than to purely motivate people to slay the purple dragon and find the blessed magic brussel sprout (Clearly with that description, I don't play video games - but hey... that is a great idea for a game yeah??) I'm currently liaising with wedding planners and wedding celebrants to provide personalized music that couples can use as part of their wedding day. Songs that not only express how they feel about each other but promote this love and excitement in others. But, the desire to make people feel special goes much deeper than this. Last year, a friend was suicidal and in a very bad way. She had several admissions to hospital, and some very intense treatment. It was heartbreaking that she was unable to see just how beautiful and special she is and just how much she is love by those around her. I wrote her a song titled "We love you" which tried to remind her of that fact. (You are welcome to listen to it). So, I feel passionate about reminding people when they just cant see it - through music - just how important they really are - I hope I can do that more. I'd love to set up some kind of not for profit organisation where I can write individual, personalized music for people purely to help remind them that they are important. I'm leaning towards the name 'Every Note' because when it comes to music, each note works together to create an overall piece of musical truth and beauty. I think that is just as applicable to people. Every person is inherently important and an integral part of the world. Plus, I think music in its various forms, is so influential on people individually, yet at the same time joins our collective souls. I also LOVE animals - and I have two adorable cats. You don't have to love them - but I could never live with a cat hater. I am their carer, protector, food giver (most importantly) - and they rely on me. Having them is a gift and I don't take that lightly. I need somewhere that they would feel comfortable. I also enjoy doing woodwork as a hobby - although I'm pretty bloody useless at it - but it doesn't seem to have lessened my enthusiasm for some reason. Not sure why that is. I pretty much get on with anyone and seem to be able to find something to talk about. I make a point of making people feel comfortable and welcome without being over the top. I'm probably more mature now and settled and stuff and enjoy more quieter times - but I still tend to get excited over someone saying "Hey.... why don't we....." which usually results in a "*#@^ yeah! That is brilliant" I'm very respectful, considerate, empathic and compassionate, and a great listener. But, I'm also sensitive to other people's needs and respect my own and others personal space. Oh and I also make a point of trying to do volunteer work where I can - that has previously included cleaning out, washing dog yards at the RSPCA, being a welcomer/cuppa person for people attending the Salvation Army who are experiencing difficult times, to try and make them feel at ease, Hon secretary for community support group and I am currently volunteering as Treasurer for a not for profit, community support group. As a bonus I also come with an unlimited supply of lame jokes and am the person to have on your trivia team if the subject "Hits of the 80's"ever comes up. Probably crapped on enough. Cheers Glenn
Hi, My name is Paola, I'm 26 and I'm a kindergarten teacher and after school care educator. I've been renting with other people for the past eight years. I'm very reliable paying rent and bills. I'm neat and tidy and enjoy keeping the place clean. I'm looking for a single room in a shared house where I can share a meal or a drink with my housemates as well as have my own privacy and quiet time. I rely on the public transport system so I am looking for a place near a train station or tram line. Feel free to message me if you think you have a place to suit my needs.
Looking for a place that can share a house/apartment with and so share the rent. I am very clean, love to have drinks every now and then but also love to have chill nights. I am a very neat person and easy to get a long with. :)
