Hi! I'm looking for a room to rent in a share house or similar. I'm clean, tidy, trustworthy and reliable. I have lived in sharehouse for over a year in the local area. Looking for somewhere new and fun. Long stay preferred if I can find something suitable :) I'm 23 and work full time.
Hi!! Keat and I are a couple from Geelong who have decided to move to Ballina/ Lennox heads. Keat is already living in Lismore and I will be relocating at the start of may. We both are easy going, tidy, enjoy a drink, a laugh and keeping active. We have a dopey 2 year old golden retriever named Winnie who is really well behaved and can brighten up any bad day. We're happy to do team ups to lease the property we have just landed in east ballina!!
We are a working couple who live in our motor home. We are looking for some space on some land, preferably with a shed or garage with power and bathroom facilities. We would park our vehicle and keep living in that. We are experienced house sitters so could watch over your main residence if you go away, many references available on request. Police check also. If this could suit you or if you know of someone else please contact us.
I'm hoping to find a long-term home for at least a year; or longer, if all works out well. I definitely like calm and quiet in my home environment, although I do enjoy relating with people when it happens, and having thoughtful and thought-provoking conversations. But basically I'm quite self-contained, independent and enjoy being quiet. Re shared areas; I believe I'm a very considerate, aware and respectful sharer of space. I leave the most minimal footprint possible and clean up as immediately as possible after creating food in the kitchen. As far as my life style/interests are concerned: I'm a teacher who recently retired from working with Indigenous adolescents in central Australia for several years, and before that in Wilcannia and northern NSW. I'm now studying a three year Dru Yoga Teacher Training course; I attend two Dru yoga classes a week, one a private class in Mullum, and one in Byron. I'm a regular volunteer at the Northern Rivers Community Gallery in Ballina (one or two shifts a week) I have my own income. I'm a creative who delights in the aesthetic in all aspects of living. I'm a keen gardener and enjoy planting food, herbs and flowers. I love eating good food and cooking, particularly different ethnic foods. I eat a vegetarian diet, but I'm not rigid about it. I guess if I were asked to encapsulate what I love and believe in, one word would have to be *diversity* and one concept would have to be *unity in diversity*. I'm a traveller and a seeker and always will be. Suffice it to say I can wax lyrical about things I feel passionate about, and act upon them as well.
hi my name is Lizzy and I am relocating to the area from Victoria. I am 51 studying Sociology and Criminology, only 7 units til I complete my degree. YAY. I hope to work in the welfare sector on completion. I also have extensive office administration experence and I am a warm, compassionate person who loves to love all aspects of life. I enjoy the occasional glass of wine and love to talk about anything. I am a vegetarian. I love art and love to experiment with different artistic techniques; a very creative person. I am pretty quiet. I have two beautiful dogs who are my besties and they come first ( they are very well behaved and love people). I would need somewhere and someone who welcomes and loves dogs. I would need internet as I will need to complete my course online due to relocation. Anyway if you know of anyone or you think I may fit the bill as a sharehouse buddy, let me know. I have stated four weeks stay but that could be extended. Ideally once I gain some part time employment I would consider relocating. I am very flexible. The 200 $ would have to be all inclusive: ie bills and internet.
I am a quiet person who does shift work. I am often away at roller derby games on my time off. I am a non smoker, but I do enjoy a drink now & then. I am also a chef by trade, and I don't mind sharing meals. I also have 2 well behaved & cute indoor cat's.

I'm a quiet and reserved person looking to move out of home. I have interests in games, music production and going to the gym. I'd believe myself to be fiscally responsible and considerate of volume levels. I don't drink or smoke and have never been arrested or convicted for any reason.
Hello world. I would describe myself as a considerate, sociable person. I have a professional background in visual arts and museum and gallery education. I'm not loud, but happy to live in a lively home where residents are respectful of one another. I'm get along well with children and am more than happy to live in a house hold that has children... and/or pets!
I'm over the Sydney life, so have decided to move up to north coast NSW. I'm looking for a room for about 6 months while I check out the real estate. I'm a self-employed digital strategist and life coach with clients in Sydney, so I'll be flying back one week out of four. I'm a bit of a neat freak but also laid back. Spiritual but not religious, meditate often and live authentically. I have plenty of friends for references and all my own furniture (but that can stay in storage for the time being if necessary). I'm looking for a cool, cruisey person to share an awesome home with.

I'm 36, I am clean and quiet. I have over 10 years of great rental references. I have a 4 year old American staffy that is great with kids and other dogs. I also have a 5 year old daughter that stays with me every second weekend. I'm currently living in my car with my dog after the storms last week caused a landslide behind my house of 4 years, making it unlivable. I work fulltime at a nursery in Byron bay but I am used to traveling an hour and a half each way everyday. Please contact me if you would like to know anything else.
Easy going, self sufficient, friendly and tidy, that's the dog, Salty. The human is OK too. I am interested in places in the general region, moving to the area from far South Coast NSW and intending to rent for a year or so while I get to know the region and choose a home to buy. I am active and creative and busy keeping up with the demands of a multi-faceted career. I like cooking and baking, gardening and growing food. I am fortunate to love my work. I sometimes travel for work but mostly work from home or nearby workshop. I'm good to live with because I am respectful of the space/time/social needs of others. I ask, listen and am able to express my own needs and perspective. I do not like drama. I make sure Salty is happy and other members of the household are comfortable with him and understand his cues and commands. Salty is pretty friendly, a desexed red Smithfield, he likes most humans and other animals, he walks away from drama with other dogs rather than be involved in aggression. I live a mostly healthy lifestyle, lots of dog walking and swimming - not much party these days! I still love music and dance. I drink alcohol now and then and I do smoke occasionally. I always make sure no one is offended or adversely affected by my smoking.

Hi there! I'm a marine biologist currently living and working in Port Douglas. I'm due to start a PhD project in Lismore in May, and so I'm looking for a place or room to rent from then onwards. I'm an active person always looking to explore and experience and I have a laid back approach to flatting. I clean after myself, I'm self sufficient and while I'm always keen to socialize, I'm not looking to live in a perpetual party house.
