I respect my housemates and my home. I currently work long hours having recently ditched the corporate world to join the hospitality industry. I enjoy unwinding with roomies, friends or by myself after work and having a good chat over a glass of wine. I make a mean espresso Martini, so can 'sometimes' be relied upon for a night cap or a pick me up before a solid night out. Music is medicine for my soul. I don't own a TV and prefer a household which preferences socialising over watching the mind numbing box. Techno and Psy being my personal preference but not limitations. I like a bit of quiet time to read a book, go for a bike ride or a yoga or work out session. I also enjoy spending time looking after my vegie patch and cooking with home grown produce. I'm looking forward to joining an existing household and getting to know new housemates.
Hi! Nice to meet you, I am Frank, 26 years old :-). I am an engineer working in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. I am a pretty easy-going type of guy who loves a good coffee. I am passionate about good food and a nice glass of red (maybe a single malt as well). I come from Geelong (just down the road), where I have spent most of my life. I have recently returned from Japan where I have been on a working holiday. I worked in the snowfields teaching skiing in Hokkaido at Niseko. I am looking for a flatmate to share with on the Eastern side of Melbourne who is friendly, easy-going and is working professionally. For fun I am into skiing, a bit of travel (although I prob won't be able to travel for the next year as I will be busy working), watching sports (mainly AFL and F1) and I am interested in music. I pride myself on being clean and keeping the house nice and tidy.
I sleep from 5am-4pm. Except if I have work haha. Quite organised, very clean ( why I'd only consider bedrooms with private bathrooms). I work as a mobile technician 2-4 times a week, all other times I'm sleeping, reading, or wasting time on my phone, I'm usually out going if I'm not sleeping 😂.
About me Hi my name is Bella, I'm 19. Working part-time as a waitress. I like to keep things tidy and clean always. Looking for somewhere close to the city or somewhere close to public transport. I am always up for new adventures and keen to meet like minded people to go on a road trips, coffee, hit the gym, try out new things and have a drink or two along the way. Hope to hear from you :
Hi, I'm a 32yo professional that has recently re-established myself in Melbourne after spending 10 years in Western Australia. I'm looking to move from my existing share house to something with a bit more room and in a much quieter street. Generally looking in the north and west within a 30 PT or bike ride of the CBD. I work a regular 8-5 job with very occasional field work away. I've spent the majority of the past 15 years in share houses and as such I come to you as a clean, tidy and respectful housemate whom contributes to household chores. I enjoy sharing a meal and socialising with the household, but am also busy and happy to do my own thing. My weeknights are generally pretty quiet, but I tend to plan quite a few hiking/camping/skiing/family trip for the weekends. I also love travel, dancing salsa and sitting on the front porch with a wine. I'm looking for a small household with not more than 1-2 other people. Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions or would like to meet up and chat! Thanks for stopping by my profile.
Im 23 apprentice landscaper pretty cruizy person love my car love a drink and beeing social but also enjoy just chillin out im also a fairly quite person bar occasionally yelling at umpires threw the tv (i swear they can hear me!) My life mainly revovles around my car and sport
I am a 37yo Naturopath and Bowen Therapist. I practice at a beautiful clinic in Thornbury, and also work at a great health food store in Gisborne. I volunteer at CERES in the propagation team. I love growing food, and learning about permaculture. I'm currently growing veggies in a rather large patch, and am keen to do so again in a new place, though perhaps in raised beds this time. I'm hoping for the garden to be a joint venture. I would love to get chickens if the other housemates are also interested. I also enjoy going to local gigs, trying various places to eat around the area, and the occasional "crafternoon" with a couple of friends. I intend to improve my sewing and woodwork skills by attending a couple of short courses this year. I have a 10yo (lazy) cat, who spends a lot of his daytime sleeping in the garden, and the night in my room. He is always happy for cuddles, but doesn't play, scratch or bite. He is of course fully house trained (i.e. litter, doesn't scratch furniture etc). He tolerates dogs but fears other cats, so would prefer a house with no other pets. He is not a hunter. I have a lot of house-sharing experience, and have NEVER had an issue with paying rent and bills on time (and have always received my bond back in full). My main reason for moving is that I'd like to find a cleaner house. My current flatmates are also rather unhappy people, so it is time for a change. So overall I'm after a house with clean, happy, positive flatmates (preferably 30yo+), and a garden to play with. A place where we each do our own thing but also come together for a chat or occasional shared meal. I'd like to avoid heavy drinkers and party animals. I am pretty flexible regarding moving date, but ideally would like to be able to give one month's notice to my flatmates, without having to pay two rents for too long. I am looking in Fairfield, Thornbury or Preston. Possibly Reservoir.
Easy-going 44 yr old male, born in Melbourne, studying engineering with OUA on-line. I enjoy reading net content (wikipedia, NYTimes, Slate etc...), programing and computer games and a bit of cycling I'm giving up smoking, and currently smoking outside occasionally. I have bachelor's degree in Applied Science (Chem.) and 10+ years as an electronics Technical Officer at RMIT. I'm a bit handy, and can (perhaps) fix a few things around the house. - Sam

Hey guys I'm Belinda! I'm a relaxed, easy going person who is looking for a private room. I work full time as a lawyer, I'm clean (I pull my fair share of the chores and then some), respectful and I always pay bills on time. Always up for making new friends, but also enjoy my own space as well. Hoping to share a happy place with likeminded people. I am also after a room where I have my own bathroom. If you have any other questions feel free to ask!
Hey, I'm Louis, 23 and about to move out of my place in Preston in a few days so looking for something asap. I'm very responsible when it comes to paying bills and rent on time and cleaning up after myself. I'm very easy going and quiet around the house however I do enjoy being social. HMU
I am full time nursing student, full time worker, and play and coach hockey, so I can be a bit of a ghost at times. I enjoy a glass of white and a Netflix binge when I am home, and love baking (so if you like cookies or cake you're on a winner!). I'm looking for a more long term home, not somewhere I'll have to leave in 6 months :) Happy to live with pets and people alike, hit me up if you are interested!
Our names are Dawa & No Mi, We’ve just spent the last four years in China studying and working and have just moved back to Oz to be closer to family and to set up our own little Qigong, dao yin yoga, meditation and nutritional healing business. Our other interests include circus (both ex professional circus performers), rock climbing, great outdoors, vegan/raw cooking (though we’re totally accepting of other peoples lifestyles), drinking tea and art in its’ many forms. Looking to find a house with interesting, passionate & independent people. Look forward to hearing from you!
I'm a single non-smoking health professional. I've just moved back home to Melbourne after living in Perth for the last six years. I'm looking for an unfurnished room in the northern suburbs, with capacity for parking (street is fine). I’m about to start a new full time M-F job at St Vincent's Hospital. My job involves working with people, so I prefer a relaxed and peaceful space to come home to during the week. I'm also an aspiring minimalist, so prefer clean, uncluttered and tranquil surrounds. I am independent and like my own space (and already have friends in Melbourne), but I would ideally like to be friends with my housemate/s as well. I'm hoping to live with 1-2 other mature people with a similar mentality, on a long term basis (happy to sign on to a lease). My version of socialising with friends tends to be long chats with cups of tea, and dinners/board games - I'm not a loud party person. I'm usually out a couple of nights a week. I'm house-trained, socially conscious and respectful of others and their space/possessions, clean but not obsessively so. I always pay rent/bills on time, am not tight with money, and enjoy sharing the occasional meal/drink/outing with housemates, in or out. I'm an omnivore but don't eat huge amounts of meat. I cook sporadically - it's not something that I love but it's one of my goals to get better at it! If there's a cat already in residence, that's a bonus (not a dog person though). My track record for keeping plants alive isn’t great, but I'm willing to try again with some delicious herbs. My hobbies/interests include barbershop/a cappella singing (I generally practice out of the house or when home alone), personal development, musical theatre, foreign films, good food and wine, linguistics and languages. I'm aiming to give yoga another go once I get settled. I like finding interesting cultural events to go to around town, and am happy to do this alone or with a partner in crime. I don’t really watch TV day to day (ads and sensationalist news drive me nuts), but I do occasionally binge watch a series. I’m interested in – but not very knowledgeable about – art, architecture, and music arrangement.
We're a couple from England and New Zealand, living and working full time in Melbourne. We are both very easy going, clean, tidy and sociable. We like to socialise with other housemates whether it be over dinner/drinks or a movie as well as having our own time/space.
Hi! My name is Coby and I hope you're having a nice day so far! I am looking for a room at the moment and I am hoping to move in as soon as possible before the 15th of May 2017. Just a little snippet about myself... I am a very friendly guy, in my early 30s, working as a social worker for the State Gov. I'm open-minded, honest, respectful, and down to earth. I like meeting new people, socialising, catching up with friends, travelling, exploring different places, having a laugh, and pretty much enjoy what life has to offer. I always pay bills on time, like to be clean and tidy, and love doing outdoorsy stuff in my spare time. I'm pretty flexible with most arrangements and I'm an easy going type of person. Please contact me so we could arrange a time for an inspection. I am also interested in teaming up with like-minded people for a shared house. Thanks and I hope to hear from you soon! :) Cheerily, Coby
Hello, newbie from Perth here. I am a happy person who always does their bit. I'll give you heaps of space. I'm a law student at Deakin. I can cook a mean spag Bol. like to draw things for fun.
Hi, I'm Amanda, 23, studying business at UQ. I moved from Melbourne last year and am an experienced, friendly flatmate. I am looking for somewhere quiet and comfortable where I can come home to study and relax. I love coffee, cooking and running. In the evenings I like to go to the gym or enjoy a wine and relax with a movie. I'm considerate of other peoples space but am always happy to chat. On weekends and in my spare time I like to head up to the coast or to the bush to hike. I'm looking for somewhere riding distance to university.
Hey - I'm Nick and work a 9-5 job in the city as an analyst. I'm looking for a place that's quiet during the week and is clean and tidy, etc. I generally like my own time when at home, but am still pretty social and go out quite a bit. I'm into all the usual stuff such as the footy, xbox, going to gigs, the movies etc. I'm looking to move in somewhere long-term, am happy to go on a lease (or not, doesn't bother me) and am pretty flexible with move in dates.
Easy going professional guy who's pretty neat, tidy and sociable. Originally from Melbourne, however, I've been residing in Darwin over the past 3 years for work. Relocating back to Melbourne July 2017. Looking for an inner city place to live, preferably an unfurnished bedroom. Will need a car park/on street parking as I have a company car and need it for work. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to message me!
Im looking to move out and find some new pals and independance. Pretty chill guy, respect privacy and all that, but still love an afternoon beer. I like to cook and will clean up after myself too. I am a graduate aerospace engineer, I'm currently looking for a job, but I do have decent savings, and won't have trouble with rent or bills. I love heading out to gigs, craft beer, cool cafes, exploring beaches and bushwalks too. I dont smoke, and will get along with any animals you have. I come with a car (but would like to bike more) and a record player and record collection but not much other baggage.
