Hi there Clean and respectful 35 yr old looking for long term accommodation. I work long days Monday- Friday, some Saturdays. I enjoy my down time. House trained, always clean up after myself. Rent and bills payed on time. Moving due to end of lease and the property owner selling. I'm looking to pay up to 200 p/week and possible move in date from the 22nd of this month. Thanks jason.
I am easy going and love to relax at home so I try to be tidy and clean. I also love dancing, food and coffee and am probably going to start studying in 2018. I'll be working in the city so am hoping for accommodation reasonably close. I am a Queenslander so am keen to meet new people and become familiar with Victorian life 😊
Greetings guys My name is Munya Dhliwayo and I am looking for a place to stay. A quick information background on myself. I recently moved here from Perth in September. I have a full time job in the customer service call centre and I also have a bartending gig that I do on friday and saturday nights. I am a social person who is easy to approach, good sense of humor but at the same time I do respect personal space. I am a VERY CLEAN individual so there are no concerns there for you, I do always believe in paying my bills on time and if there are shared bills around the house I am willing to discuss them. Being that I am new to melbourne, kind of, my spare time is basically spent touring around the city and visiting new spots. I am very easy going and laid back, once you meet me I have the utmost confidence that you will get this vibe as well. Thank you
Originally from Canberra, currently reside in Carlton North. Seeking an unfurnished room in the the inner northern or eastern suburbs for move in September. Full time Project Manager working in the far Eastern suburbs. Enjoy making tunes and spinning decks in my spare time, as well as hitting the gym and playing bball. Keen to join a household that's up for occasional hangouts or shared meals. I'm easy going, open minded and considerate. Looking for a home with house mates, not just a house with strangers.
Hello Future Housemates, My name is Kimberley. I'm 30. Chemical Engineer by trade and work in Emergency Services. Work in the city. I am fairly social. Avid gym goer, yoga student, baker and tea connoisseur. Keen for a cuppa and chat but know and respect other people's time. Have lived in share houses before so I am house trained and respectful. I do work nights and weekends from home on occasion so I would like a spot that has big enough for me to have a tiny home office and a spot for the car. Look forward to hearing from you soon! Blessings, Kim
I'm looking for a place somewhere within walking distance to a station along the Hurstbridge line, with friendly relaxed people. I'm a part time cook/cafe worker/barista and music student and am easy going, clean, considerate and respectful. In my spare time I enjoy reading, watching movies and cooking and I love animals so I'm more than happy to move in somewhere with pets. I am flexible with the move in date and stay length.
Easy going, friendly and respectful gal from the UK looking for a room! :) Been living with other people in shared accommodation since I was 18 so very used to how it all works, etc. I love to go out and party occasionally but as I'll working during the week I'm mainly looking for nice/like minded people to cook dinner in the evenings with and make new friends!
I'm an student/part-time worker looking for adventure. I come from a small city/large town on an island called Victoria. Not Victoria, Australia but Victoria, Canada. I clean up after myself, I wash my own dishes, hell I'll even vacuum and clean the washrooms if I have time because I kinda like doing that stuff. I'm looking to room for at least 4 months in Melbourne. I have 6ish years restaurant experience at 3 different places, and all the stupid drunk stories I can't remember until I get drunk and remember said stupid stories. Cheers, heres to good times.
Ahoy mates! I'm Oliver, a 27 year old Software Engineering student working as a Bar Manager in Brunswick and Fitzroy. When I'm not coding or slinging cocktails, I love to run, hike, play Nintendo or discuss which of seasons 4-10 of The Simpsons was the greatest. My party animal days are behind me - but I'm always up for a trip to the pub, some karaoke or seeing live music. Freshly moved down from Brisbane (please don't hold that against me), so if it sounds like we'd be a good fit swing me a message! Pros: Will deliver cocktails to your couch Cons: Unhealthy obsession with cricket
Hi guys, Im a 31 year old guy who is currently working as a payments and fraud analyst in the CBD on a full time basis. Im fairly reserved most of the time and am very respectful of the space and privacy of others. With that said, I also enjoy having a chat and am always keen to help out if needed. Apart from that I spend my time listening to podcasts and/or music, out seeing friends, playing my guitar (poorly, but with headphones on) and I also spend a modicum of time in the gym as well. Im also the proud owner of Pudding, a 1 year old Pugalier, but she isn't a deal breaker as she can stay with my ex-partner if necessary. Cheers!
Hi, I'm currently living and working in Brunswick and ideally would like somewhere that's really close to work (on Sydney Road). I would consider myself to be an "introverted extrovert", I like socialising but do need my own space from time to time. I find myself to be a very relaxed person and very respectful of people's space. I do play guitar but obviously would not play to the point where it be disruptive to my fellow housemates. I'm also a tidy and clean person, but I'm not over the top about it. I feel as though I've covered most things but feel free to ask me as many questions as you like :)
Looking for a cheerful crew and a relaxed base to live. I do my own stuff during the week. Likewise I enjoy sharing meals and laugh at home. Enjoy gardening, playing music, painting, good conversations over a nice diner and not taking things too seriously. Tidyness and cleanness are givens.
I work in Financial Services in the CBD. I've traveled extensively and continue to travel. I've lived in the UK and have traveled through Europe and Middle East. I also try to see different parts of Australia. I enjoy meeting people, experiencing different cultures and open to new experiences. I travel back to NZ regularly to catch up with family and friends. I'm active, go to the gym most days, I like to think I'm independent, self-sufficient but am happy to ask for directions if I need. I'm looking for short-term accommodation starting end of Oct/Dec potentially longer if it suits flat mate and myself. In addition, I would prefer to stay with 1 person. I have furniture in storage, if possible I'll require a queen bed, drawers, double wardrobe and off-street parking. If I need to get furniture out I can. I'm clean and tidy as well as respectful people's space and privacy. I'm active so go to the gym most days. Happy to discuss further with potential flatmate.
Hi, My name is Natalie and I am 37 years youthful, but can be a grandma at times too. Looking for a long term and prefer furnished (but can be flexible) around the areas of Glenroy to Moonee Ponds across to Thornbury/Northcote. Within a 15min walk to train station. Ideally I would a like an inclusive of Rent & Utilities around the $300 mark. I am neat and tidy and will keep the place presentable, but I am not OCD or a fan of a strict cleaning routine. I am a 9-5 office worker and outside of work I try keep fit at the gym most nights and wine and dine to chilax others. Weekends are generally running around doing stuff or just socialising. I enjoy people's company and would like someone outgoing that is home a couple of nights of the week for chit chat, but there are times when peace and quiet is called for too. I am an animal lover so pets would not be a problem.
Hi there! I'm Jillian and I am from Texas! I recently graduated from uni with a Bachelor of Social Work and a Bachelor of Spanish and I'm taking a gap year and applying to Master's programs for next August. I enjoy gardening, cooking, baking (fruit) pies, biking, exploring, coffee, beer, music, going to shows, socializing, staying in, social justice, etc. I have lots of experience working on events, catering, working in restaurants, working in social service agencies, everything really. I have friends in the area that I met through previous travels and I look forward to meeting more people! I've been in Melbourne since September, living and working in Brunswick. I would love to stay in the area if possible but I am open to other nearby suburbs. I'm looking for a place beginning mid-December or early January. I look forward to hearing from you!!!
I'm a pretty easygoing, 35 year old lawyer who loves to cook, is fairly social and enjoys keeping fit, balanced out with a glass or two of wine and break out Uber Eats every now and again. I'm clean and tidy without being manic, like getting along with housemates and having good conversation. I enjoy living with most people, provided they are open-minded and have a good sense of humour! I've generally become good friends and socialised with the people I've lived with, but am also respectful of other people's needs (and my own!) for their home to be their sanctuary sometimes, and to be the place where you get to chill out!
Hey there, I just recently moved to Melbourne from Alaska and am looking to settle here for the year and work in the hospitality industry. I consider myself to be very respectful of others and my housemates, chill, sociable, and well house trained. I'm also fully capable of paying rent on time. I like a wide range of music, tea, making attempts at cooking dishes outside of my skill level, and going out for drinks on the occasional evening and weekends. Generally looking to live with others who are social and like to chill together in the evenings occasionally. I can move in any time! I'm preferably looking for something longterm, but am open to subletting if it's for 3+ months. Also would prefer the room to be furnished. No share rooms please! Feel free to message me with any other questions! Cheers, Trever
Never have I ever missed paying rent or bills in my life and I’m usually the “cleaner” in most places I’ve lived in. I’m don’t really drink, I quit smoking a year ago and strictly no drugs. I don’t play loud music and I have no friends so I won’t be throwing parties (joking about no friends, not joking about parties). I have a car and would really appreciate off street parking if available. My hobbies and interests include cycling on my bicycle, reading words in books, googling acronyms the young’uns are inventing and pretending I already knew them ages ago, damaging my frail body riding my skateboard, fixing things that are not fixed, surfing the web, saving and rescuing things from landfill, being cool and trendy, making jokes that are not funny. Please don’t hmu if you’re a room hermit that doesn’t contribute to household chores and/or slams doors. Please hmu if you are friendly, mature, open minded, responsible, courteous, respectful, polite and considerate. <3
