I'm clean, respectful and on a good day even occasionally funny. I enjoy such things as hiking, jogging, reading and baking. Also a vegetarian but not fussy, have successfully lived with meat eaters before :) If you think I could be a good fit for your house, please let me know. Cheers, Kathleen

About me. My name's Max , 26 years old.I am from France, I've been here for 1 year, so english won't be a barrier between us. I have already done my farm work for my second year visa in Childers, Queensland. I spent the time picking avocados. I drove my van down the cost back to Melbourne. I am currently working full time at a rooftop restaurant in the cbd, Melina rooftop bar. I have been living on Barkly st, Carlton but my lease is up and is the reason I'm looking for an another room. I am a very enthusiastic and outgoing guy, easy to get along with. Very organized person who likes to keep the house clean as much as possible, but I am not a fusspot. I really appreciate a good chat and don't mind having a few friends coming over for dinner or a few drinks sometimes, but I swear I don't normally have parties at my place. If you do, it's all up to you, as long as you invite me or as long as I can keep my privacy. I love the beach and the outdoors. So very often you will see me going for walks or sun bake. I also enjoy cooking ( french food ) and I like to spend some time at home from now and then. I consider myself a chilled person, so no dramas. I am looking forward to live in a happy and nice enviroment. The music is my real Passion. I will be really interested for this place. Im pretty in a Rush. So reply me if you think I am suitable for what you are looking for. 🙂 Cheers Max
Hi all I'm 32, friendly, easy going, open-minded :) I've recently returned home from traveling in South America for a year and now looking to move back to Melbourne and get back into things. Before traveling, I lived in Melbourne for 5 years and worked in marketing and advertising production and plan to find similar work. I've never missed paying rent or bills and happy to do equal shares of cleaning. My interests include making jewellery, learning Spanish & Portuguese, running, yoga, hiking, camping, reading, dancing, watching movies and probably a lot more.. I enjoy being social and sharing a cup of tea, a drink or a meal with housemates, but also like to do my own thing. I'll be back in Melbourne on Wednesday 8 March and available to meet for a chat from Thursday 9 onwards. I'm looking for a long term share house, 6 months +. (oh and I'm allergic to cats.)
Colombian. I am looking a place which I can call home. Student of Community Services (doing placement now Spanish welfare centre) and I work part time (babysitter and waitress). Responsible, clean, independent and easygoing. I fell in love with Melbourne.

My leisure time is usually taken up by video games and board games with friends, wine and movies, and jokes on the internet. Im moving on my own but hope to have my partner come visit from time to time until he can move to Melbourne as well so LGBT friendly is a must. I love animals so if you have pets ill be in heaven.
My name is Ben Gunn and I am a 22 y/o recent graduate from the University of Canterbury in NZ. I'm moving to Melbourne on March 8 for a change of scenery, work and to meet new people. I have been flatting for the past 4 years while at uni so I know how to keep a place spotless, respect other peoples boundaries, while also having a good time! I love sports (rugby, cricket, basketball etc) and play a bit of cricket and basketball when possible. I do a bit of gaming on ps4, but don't spend countless hours on it! I enjoy a beer or six every now and then, and always like exploring new places. I am also into learning about the world around me, as I think it is important in today's day and age to have an open mind!
What'd up fellow Melbournians ✌. My name is Tom or Thomas whichever you prefer. I've recently moved to the lovely, lively, fun, exciting, restless city of Melbourne in March last year (approx. 11 months ago). I am clean and don't like mess or clutter. I don't smoke but don't mind if you do. I am very hospitable and flexible/considerate of others whenever possible. I am happy to do house dinners if that's your thing. I tend to lead a busy life with F/T work and sporting commitments so cook for myself most nights. I will most likely be out and about from Friday onwards and home during weeknights. I am always good for rent and expenses and have never missed a payment. I am currently paying $210/week, $912/month in rent alone (not including bills, water, gas, electricity etc). And am NOT on the lease or bond authority, so can move quickly (but am more than happy to provide proof of past rent, bond and expenses payments etc). What I'm looking for: - An Unfurnished Room - Budget of around $210/week - Need to move out at the end of March. - **Parking is a must** - Somewhere close to the city and my work (Hawthorn East). - One, two, three or four bedroom houses/apartments or a grannyflat. - I do not require a nice view. - I'm pet friendly and LGBT is fine too. Hey there! I'm Erin, I'm 29 and I'm looking for a new place to call home. I'm employed full time, working as the Design Manager for Marshall White Real Estate. I'm a yoga addict, but when I'm not at work or in the studio I spend most nights out exploring Melbourne's incredible food scene or trying a new class or workout. I love nature, the beach, festivals, breakfast adventures, dogs, sunshine, yoga and a good cup of coffee. I also love exploring Melbourne by bike and travelling the world. I'm looking to move in with some relaxed, positive and respectful housemates that have their own thing going on but don't mind a catch up over a glass of wine, a movie or a house dinner. Although I do like going out from time to time, I'm not looking for a party house, but rather a clean and tidy place to kick back and unwind after a busy day. I'm an open minded, big hearted, glass half full kinda person and it is essential that you are the same!
My name is Teresa, I am from Germany originally and have been living in Australia since March last year. I`m looking for some lovely people to live with who don`t mind doing things together occasionally as a household, and would enjoy going out for a beer or watching a movie together. That being said I love to have time to myself, watching a movie or reading. So having some alone time is important as well. I`m house trained and have lots of share house experience. I`m Vegetarian (trying to be as vegan as possible), but I don`t wave flags about it. LGBT friendly, pet friendly. I`m big into movies, coffee and art as well as road trips and exploring. Please feel free to contact me!
Currently live in west Melbourne and love the area, I work full time in Brunswick Monday to Friday & the occasional Saturday.. I enjoy having a beer and also enjoy going to gym and playing social sports.. consider myself clean, tidy & respectful of others.. I grew up in Melb but have lived in other states through playing sport & work.. but will stay in Melbourne long term for now.. Melbourne is the place to be! I'll bring a positive vibe with me also 🤙🏼
I'm new in the city, from Chile. I'm friendly, tidy and respectful of common spaces. I like to cooking and I have no problem to share time with the flatmate to have some dinner, ser a film or just have a conversation.
Who wants to live with me? Looking for a shareroom / flat / squad / garden / anything to call home :) I've recently arrived in Melbourne and I noticed I really love it here. After living on the road, in a van and in a hammock for a while I decided I want to stick around and settle down instead of being some kind of homeless (which is really cheap tho, can definitely recommend it). No kiddin', it just feels like it's time to find a place to call home again and experience the daily life in Melbourne. At the moment I am working 2 days in the week but I'm planning to work as much as possible in the next few months. I'm a 28 year old guy from Amsterdam and I would describe myself as the 'just trying to be happy kinda guy'. After 8 years of working full time at the office as young professional in Telecommunications and IT, I decided to quit my job and start traveling the world. This because I realized my current life situation was simply not going to make me happy in the end. I'm a really chilled out and social guy. Stress and worries doesnt exist in my life, life is just perfect as it is. I love having a beer while talking and philosophize about life and the beautiful world we are living in. One of my biggest hobbies is socializing with people from all over the world. I'm reliable, friendly, respectful, open-minded, considerate and trustworthy. I'm a vegetarian and a smoker (but can smoke outside), I love beer & 420 and I am a music lover in general, I think genres doesnt really matter; when it's good, it's good! :) I also would love to learn how to play any instrument, so living with a musician would be totally awesome. Other things I love and appreciate: food & cooking, (extreme-) sports, nature/camping/hiking, sustainable living, coffee, movies, spirituallity and the smell of washing powder. Ideally I'm seeking for a chilled out, homely and cosy plase to call home in area's like Fitzroy, Carlton, Brunswick, Northcote, Richmond, Collingwood, St. Kilda, Windsor, South Yarra or surrounding area's. A garden with some fruits of vegetables would be amazing, cause I really want to improve my skills in growing my own food. BUT, I'm really flexible so if you have a room somewhere else, please let me know as well! At the moment I don't have a place to live so I would rather move in yesterday then tomorrow :) So if you have a place available don't hesitate to contact me so we can meet up for a chat and to get to know each other. Hope to hear something from you soon! Peace & blessings <3
Hello! My name is Danae, I am 21 years old (But like 72 on the inside) and I work in the performing arts industry. I am a bit of a hippie and nature lover who is looking to live around Northcote/Fitzroy area as I am finally coming to terms with being a north sider (despite having always lived in the southern suburbs when I've lived in Melbourne). I am very easy-going and love having a chat or a cheeky bevvy but also love my independence so am very respectful of giving people there space! I am very clean and organised (Can be trusted to pay rent etc. on time!) I love exploring new things about life when I'm not at work and some of my current hobbies (as these change relatively frequently) include yoga, hiking, tap dancing, swimming, listening to science podcasts and I am currently trying to learn Spanish! I am also a keen cyclist and like to be able to get myself everywhere I need to go on my pushy (In saying that I do also have a car as I like to get away from the city from time to time)! I am ideally looking for a house with like minded people who are happy to engage in interesting conversation but also understand when people need their space. Any houses with animals or the potential to have them is a massive plus! Similarly I would love a place that has a courtyard or backyard that is partial to growing some herbs/veggies and being decked out with fairy lights! Most importantly I like to live with non-judgemental people who know how to communicate and have a good laugh together and don't mind bringing people over every now and again! I am currently living in Sydney but will be moving to Melbourne at the end of March/early April. I am hoping to go overseas in the first week of April which is why I've said move in around the 9th, but this is negotiable and if I find a place I love I am more than happy to move in before I travel! I will happily answer any other questions you may have about me and hopefully we get along!
Happy to be spending 4 months in Melbourne starting February 24th for an exchange program at the university of Melbourne (I study Electrical Engineering). I'm easy-going, open-minded and enjoy good conversations. I like to go out, discover new places, party, gigs and sports. Looking for a private room in a shared accommodation (house, appartment, student housing, hostel..). Things I like to do: Travel Ski, Kitesurf, Wakeboard Hiking, Camping, Backpacking Listening to Music, spending time in record stores Parties, Drinks Cheers :)
I'm a musician and yoga instructor from Canada who arrived in Australia at the beginning of February. I love dogs, the great outdoors, and this wonderful country. Looking for a furnished place with positive, like minded people. If you have a piano and or dogs, you have five stars in my book!
- Lived in share houses for four years - Looking for a 3 - 6 month stay - Work full time at a gym on reception/sales - Ready to move immediately I'm an active and social person, I'm respectful of your space and I keep a tidy house. I'm out of the house a lot at work, the gym, and visiting friends. Otherwise, you'll find me reading, watching TV, napping, cooking, or lying in the sun somewhere. I mostly like to do my own thing, but also love to hang out and chat every now and then over a beverage. I have a cat called Odin who is 1 year old, very well behaved and litter trained to a tee. He's a pretty independent cat so he pretty much bases himself in my room and keeps himself entertained I've got a car which I'm happy to have parked either off or on street If you've got any questions, just ask! :D
I recently moved to Melbourne, I am an international student doing my Masters from the Melbourne University. I am 21 and fairly clean, I can cook and I'm indian. I am very amicable and I'm looking for a relaxed positive environment, away from home. I make terribly jokes that are funny and can give a shoulder to cry on if needed. I love listening to stories and telling them, chilled nights with friends, some music and wine. I adore pets, although I don't own one, yet. I am looking for a stress free environment, because for me home is a place where I can relax to recharge my battery. I like to pick up new hobbies and spend time learning. I am open to new adventures and exploring the city. Hoping to find a flatmate whim whom I could share my weird obsessions. Thanks xx.

Becca - I'm from the U.S. and am working full time in hospitality. I just graduated from uni back home where I studied Psychology and minored in Art. I am currently taking some time off before I go back for a masters in either counseling or social work! Byron - I'm a Melbourne local studying full time in Exercise and Sports Science. I am also working part time (~30 hours/ week) as a bicycle mechanic. Both very independent in what we do and tend to spend a fair bit of time outside of the house. We do enjoy cooking at home most nights however are still up for checking out Melbourne's endless restaurants and bars. Have both lived in share houses before and like to consider ourselves respectful of all others.
Are you looking for the best flat mate ever? Well while you're looking, consider me! My name's janek (you'll never be able to pronounce that name right on the first try but I'll cut you some slack). I'll be in Melbourne for a about 4more months and I'm looking for a place to call home! I work full time, so I'm reliable with paying rent. What I can bring to the table: quality banter (my friends wouldn't agree with that, I talk heaps of shit), teaching you German curse words, teaching you how to cook German dishes and how to chug a beer in less than three seconds. I'm not the biggest partier but quite a social butterfly nevertheless. I've lived in share houses before so I know the drill when it comes to keeping a house tidy!
Hi, I'm Gabi, 28 years. Came here from London 6 months ago on a working holiday visa and will stay until July. Currently working in the Marketing dept at Parks Victoria, which is super nice! I love cooking, going to the movies and drag queens. I usually go out for dinners during the week and catch up with friends over drinks on weekends!
Hi there, my girlfriend Cintia (29) and me (28), both argentinian, have been in Australia since 2015. We've been travelling around Asia and the East Coast as well for the last four months and have just arrived to Melbourne. We'll probably spend the hole year in the city as she is going to study in the CBD. We really like to meet new people from other countries, and spend time with our flatmates (having a chat, watching Netflix, having a beer). We´re easy going and like to keep the flat clean and tidy. Cintia is a psychologist, she loves books and food. I have a degree in foreign trade, love music and watching/playing sports. We would like to move ASAP. Cheers, Diego
me, Im very sociable and generally like to be around people and get a drink from just a cooffee to hard alcohol (vodka or Gin haha) just having a crazy conversation about whatever, sex, boyfriends, girls, existance, psicology, reason of the universe and everything in between. Enjoy to be outside specially in this weather, picnic sesh is obligatory also go to the movies or just go to play pool or my guilty pleasure boardgames (Im a big NERD) but I really enjoy playing while drinking a beer or something, Im a fun junkkie (meaning that I get high with fun not just a fun guy that shoots itself haha) but also love to be alone and my private time is essential. I like to read, sketch or write and if you are a creative I would really like to do a small project with you, I know I sound exhausting but I also know how to relax just watching movies and cooking dinner is part of my chill therapy, happy to cook for you anytime. Not so crazy about clubbing I actually prefer house drinks or parties. Respectful, Empathic and Communicative for me this three are essential qualities I like from people, that people can find in me. Respect from my own space to my things etc also my time and effort and very close to Honesty. Empathy to feel and understand what people is going through and care of what it needs. Communication is just the most important, we dont need to love each other just tell me what's bothering you and we can find a solution. trust me I will tell you and we dont need to be angry to be sincere.
Hi there! My brother and I are looking to move out at the end of March/start of April. I work full time as a Lifestyle and Fashion Editor for a local paper. Jordan studies full time at RMIT and makes a living through playing soccer. We are both easy going and always up for a laugh but are wanting someone respectful of our space too. Definitely not looking for a party house but some drinks with friends is always nice :) I look forward to hearing from you!
Hi, I am an Irish Engineer (Australian Citizen) working full time in the construction Industry. I consider myself to be clean, sociable, easy to get on with and fairly laid back . During the week I like to train most evenings after work (martial arts) and chill out on the couch after. At the weekend I am usually out and about either walking, catching up with friends or out having beers.
I work 5-6 days a week, 12-8pm. My spare time is usually spent playing video games, boats games, binge watching Netflix or cooking. I work in the CBD so I'm hoping for something that's a 10minute bike to public transport and no more than 30mins into the CBD. I'm easy going, get along with 90% of people. I'm not a super neat freak, but I'm not a fan of a pig sty either. Love a night out. But once in a blue moon, not every weekend. Hit me up if I meet any critea of yours, happy to negotiate bills/ rent that $190 is just a preferred max

Looking forward to building on similar experiences in your great city. Love cooking, hiking, reading, CINEMA and really just a good conversation. Regards, Sourav
Hello there folks, I'm Denny - a fairly mature-minded, amiable creature - and I'm looking at sharing in a friendly, warm and also relatively mature-minded household. I work between two jobs during the week - one at a media company, and another at a charity organisation, and I fit in a bit of study as well in my spare time. Love the outdoors and green spaces, the sun, good wholesome food, gardening and a decent laugh on a regular basis. I don't throw my weight / ego around (much!) in communal situations, so I wouldn't classify myself as the nightmare housemate by any means...

I've enrolled to do a course at the Melbourne Fashion Institute. It's part time and in the evenings. I'm easy to get along with. The usual, mother has trained me well around the house as I am clean, tidy etc. Would love to hear from you! x
Hello fellow housemates. I'm a happy, positive and easy going sort, I enjoy living a healthy lifestyle, I LOVE cooking with fresh produce and exercising whenever I get the chance. I'm working full-time in childcare and studying my Diploma of Early childhood by distance, so during the week I'm quite busy and will most likely spend time on my computer studying after work (although I am easily distracted by netflicks or an interesting conversation). I am vegan but do not care what other people eat, I'm a strong believer in doing what is right for you and respecting everyone's views. On the weekends I try not to take life too seriously, Im quite social when time allows and like to spend time with friends, enjoy watching live music which usually accompanies a good dance, I like thrift shopping and markets, love the outdoors (would bring with me an ever expanding collection of small potted succulents, bound to make anyone smile) and I'm a sun child so any chance I get to warm my soul in the sun I will take! In terms of living I am very clean and would benefit housing with similar (open) minded/mature people who respect each other's privacy but all get along well as a family unit and are generally happy sorts (:
Hello future Roommates! We are a French/Scottish Couple in our late 20's on our second working holiday visa. We've already spent our first year travelling and working across Australia. We were previously in Brunswick which we loved but the lease ended as our housemates went travelling. Ideally we'd like to stay in this area but we're open to change! Little about us... My name is Gini 27 years old and originally from Glasgow, Scotland. I'm currently working as an Office Temp covering Receptions and General Admin work at different companies across Melbourne, I work 5 days a week 9-5. Ludo is 28 years old and from Paris, France. He's is currently working as a sales assistant in a bike store, Ludo is a keen cyclist, triathlete sports in general oh and cheese! We are an easy going, open minded couple who like to socialise have a chat about life, travel, etc. but we're not too in your face either, respectful of space and the need for some downtime! Like to lead a healthy lifestyle, keep fit, eat clean (not opposed to the odd treat now and then). Love to cook, try new recipes and happy to share meals and a bottle of wine! Both of us are clean and tidy, I like to keep things organised. We're looking to call a place home not just a place to live. Happy to share with open minded, respectful people from any nationality. I know our length of stay is short because of our travel plans but if you like the sound of us and think we'd suit your home, please don't hesitate to drop us a message! Merci :)
