Hello! My name is Hannah, and I am a 23-year-old university student. I am moving from Sydney to start a degree at the Queensland Conservatorium, Griffith University in February 2018. I am looking for a private room to rent for the duration of my three-year course: preferably a share house within walking distance of the Con's Burke Street Studios in Woolloongabba. I am friendly and outgoing, but I also like my down time. I am very neat and like to keep my space clean and tidy at all times. It is extremely important to me that I contribute to household chores and do my bit to maintain a happy and harmonious living environment! I would love to meet some likeminded females who are looking for a tenant to move in around late January. If this is you, please feel free to contact me! I look forward to meeting you. :)
I'm in desperate need of an all female house (private bedroom) under $180 including all bills and rent, I have been looking for ages now and have had no luck so here it goes :) I'm Melanie, 21 years young, I work part time in Brisbane City and this will be my first time moving out of home however I'm independent, considerate and friendly. I can assure you that bills and rent will be paid on time and I do respect people's privacy. I was born in Brisbane ( Mater Mothers like most Brisbane Babies haha) and have lived here all my life. My cultural background is Sri-Lankan & Indian and I don't know any other language except English :) Please please please do consider me as a flatmate, I'd love to meet up for coffee and chat about the details etc:) P. S I'm not a drinker or a smoker :)
High school teacher and traveller who loves a laugh and a glass of red wine. Despite the large collection of cookbooks, am a terrible cook and usually resort to making some form of eggs for dinner. Previous housemates in London are now brilliant friends... hoping the luck will continue back home in Brisbane. Looking for a large room to cater for a desk, as well as some natural sunlight!
My name is Laurence and I work in Marketing and Photography! From England, loves dogs and food. I am currently looking for two rooms for me and my friend (female) but she is unsure if she's staying in Brissy so I am also potentially looking for one.
I'm Nick, I'm 24 years old and finishing my engineering degree at UQ this semester and looking for a place to live. I'm pretty laidback and enjoy the occasional beer and chat but also like to have my own space and can respect yours. Cheers
I am an easy going person who is looking for a home not just a place to live. I would preferably like to live with a few people consisting of both sexes. I am new to Brisbane so need to get out and start meeting people which hopefully would be easier living with a few people. I however like my own time too. I would prefer to live with people around my age 30-50's, I'm 46. I'm a nurse and work at the Mater hospital and do like to cycle to work, at the moment I cycle from Camp Hill. I am a present trying to set up my own business in alternative health and that is why I have dropped a day at the hospital. I am very much into looking after my health. I go to Northley market every Sunday, enjoy gardening and growing my own veggies and walking in the bush. I go to yoga and meditation each week and am learning to play the ukulele. I want to learn how to play chess better and would like to join a choir and learn to dance. I am quite social and would like to chat with my housemates. I also like to entertain. I am moving out of my present accommodation because the lady who sub lets is moving in with her partner.
I am currently living in Melbourne and looking to move back to Brisbane beginning of March for work. Will be working at the Mater Mothers so looking for somewhere around that general area. I would love to live with a couple of others, and happy to look at teaming up to find a rental together. I enjoy a friendly and sociable house, however also enjoy my down time. Hoping to find some like minded people to share with, who are looking to become friends with their housemates rather than just live together. I am also looking to get a dog this year, so hoping to find a place with a nice yard and some dog-friendly housemates.
Hello potential housemates! I’m a current third year university student at UQ, from the Sunshine Coast. I’ve lived in Brisbane for the past two years in share houses around the Yeronga area, so I have experience with sharing a living space with others. I have a 2 year old small dog named Barry who is fully trained and very obedient. He is an outside dog and is no fuss whatsoever. At the moment I’m looking for a place to call home for 6 months, but if all goes well I might be open to make this a more long term thing. Please don’t hesitate to ask me any questions. I look forward to hearing from you! (Move in date is negotiable)
Hi! I am currently a student at UQ taking my Masters in Animal Science. I am an Italian girl born and raised in Singapore. I love travelling and dancing salsa!
As a person, I would think of myself as quiet and peaceful, very caring and respectful of others, polite and well-mannered and considerate. Full time, long-term employment. Part-time uni student (external - online).
Hi I’m Catarina, 22 years old and from Germany. I’m an open minded person and would love to meet new people !! I like to go to the beach and shopping on weekends, also sometimes to party :) but I’m also a very chilled person who love evenings with good talks, some snacks and Netflix! Back in Germany I have three dogs and miss them a lot, so if you have a pet it would be amazing and no problem! :) I’m looking for a room close to the inner city Brisbane and can’t pay more than 120$. I’m a backpacker at the moment and want to settle in Brisbane. I could move in around March
Clean and easy going guy, working full time in construction. Love to cook and love to share so you will always get free food!! :D Living in a share house in Sydney at the moment and moving up to Brisbane in the next coming months. Like most, always up for a night out or a night in binging on TV shows and having a drink. Super duper friendly with pets, maybe a little too friendly as I'm leaving two pets behind in Sydney myself.
Easy going 28 year old. I am an outdoors kind of guy, my weekends are usually spent going out to the bush or beach, free diving, fishing, hiking and loads more. I am moving up to Brisbane for work, to move into a sales management role and into the company head office. I am a talkative guy so message me and we can have a chat. Brenton.
Hey guys! Looking to team up with 1 or 2 people. My twin sister and I are moving to Brisbane from the Sunshine Coast. We're both driven, goal oriented and easy to get along with. Like to stay healthy and active with yoga, weights, tennis.... Up for weekend outdoor/hiking/beach trips. We like to keep the house clean, minimal and tidy. Good sense of humor, upbeat and positive - glass half full. We're both vegan and live a healthy lifestyle but not fussed if you are not. Always up for meaningful conversations, board game nights, roadtrips, photography shoots etc. Looking for housemates to become friends with not just live with. Hi my name's Maddie, I'm 26, very easy going (but I do like to keep my space tidy). I have worked as a healthcare professional for years having studied genetics and now pharmacy. I'm out and about most of the time, compulsively busy, but you'll occasionally find me in the kitchen cooking and baking (which is always to share!). I enjoy being social and getting to know people but I am also respectful of other peoples' space and appreciate my own especially for studying. I'm very outdoorsy and will often take weekend camping and hiking trips or visit my family in Byron Bay. I'm passionate about travel, having lived in several countries with many different people I adapt to my surroundings and always make others feel comfortable. Thank you for considering me as your new housemate :)

I am an American graduate student at the University of Queensland. I enjoy a wide variety of sports and hobbies (volleyball, water polo, hiking, music, cycling, gardening, cooking, swimming and basketball). I am accomplished at de-escalating stressful situations, and I only participate in lighthearted drama ironically.
