Im a horrible person, you dont want to live with me. jk Im alright, work full time spend weekends with friends. I play basketball and go to the gym alot. Im a tidy person who likes my own space from time to time but for the most part im really friendly and Im just looking for easy going people to live with.
I'm Kat to my friends, I'm currently working in the public sector but have worked in hospitality and a little in TV production for a long while before that in various spots around Aus. I've been back in Melbourne for a little under two years and am looking for a place to settle and call home for the foreseeable future. I love to cook (I'm told my food is pretty good :) - I'm not a vego but generally cook vegetarian food. I love music, indoor plants, veggie gardens, dogs, yoga, brunch with friends, talks/shows that make me think or laugh. I'm also studying psychology part time.
*Edit - Have potentially secured a great place in Thornbury/Preston area but need 1/2 people to join us! (8 Hay st, Preston). Vegan, eco-conscious, respectful, and friendly. Brendan works in the sustainability field, likes to grow veggies, draw and paint, play ice hockey, go bouldering, camping and hiking. Originally from Adelaide. Mark works in the transport industry, is big into photography, ice hockey, and bouldering. Originally from Brisbane. We're both well travelled and have lived in a number of sharehouses before (and still great friends with former housemates!) We'd love to join an existing sharehouse or create our own. We'd also like to get a rescue dog and start a veggie patch.
We’re looking for two rooms for two super friendly, respectful and just generally good humans. I’m Ashlee and I’m studying Chinese Medicine, and Kat is studying Nutrition. We’re looking for a friendly place to call home for a year or two (or more) that is chill and on the quieter side... and hopefully has a backyard. We prefer a tidy home, but we’re not total neat freaks. We’re into recycling, composting and looking after the earth in any way we can. You’ll either find us studying, working at our casual jobs, cooking up a storm in the kitchen or doing some yoga in the back yard.
Hi I’m a very young at heart 50 year old with 3 small dogs, 2 of which are very old so very chilled out like their mum. They are indoor and outdoor doggies and sleep a lot. I’m single and enjoy my free time chillin with my dogs. Happy to mix with housemates but also respect people’s need for their own space. I’m vegan but won’t preach and I’m very clean and tidy. I have a lot of experience with house sharing and am very easy going as long as people communicate and sort out any issues together and respectfully. I work in disability and waiting to find a place before finding work again. Thanks for reading and feel free to message me. :-)
Hey! Looking for a new place with a backyard for my pup! I work 4-6 nights/days a week, as a bar manager or events worker and often get free wine, wedding cake and flowers, so thats a bonus! My hours are consistent from around 3pm to around midnight depending on the day. Looking for somewhere easy going and friendly, that's quiet and respectful. Must be dog friendly as i have a staffy X who is gorgeous and friendly and my constant shadow.
Hi there! My name is Lisa and i am a really easy going, laid back individual with a passion for animals, the outdoors and exercise. I am looking to share with someone like minded who is open to flexible arrangements and open to communication when necessary. I take responsibility whether domestically or otherwise and enjoy socialising while still appreciating that every one, including myself, needs their own time and space. If i sound like a good fit to you please don't hesitate to message me for a friendly chat. Thanks everyone :)
Looking for two rooms in an eco-friendly sharehouse near PTV and parks. We're both students studying our masters. Both love music, art and nature. Pet friendly.
Hi, I'm Ben! I work full-time as a paramedic. After being in the country for nearly 3 years, I'm moving back to Melbourne and I'm keen to find a place to share. I'm easy going, tidy, friendly and respectful. I don't have much stuff apart from a 2 year old golden retriever called Scout. She's well behaved and loves people. Enjoy all the usual things hanging out with friends, food, social drinks, reading, Netflix, gaming etc Happy to share with all, but ideally would like to move in with friendly, respectful, reliable and clean housemates, who don't mind the occasional beer or two.
Hi! My name is Bec and I am looking for a new place to call home. I enjoy the company of my housemates, but enjoy my own too. I have been fortunate to have been in some great share-houses and made some wonderful, life-long friends. I enjoy healthy food and would love to get back to cooking more - happy to swap and share the odd meal or just have taste-testers! I work full-time, between my main job and some voluntary work. - I love both. I will tidy up after myself and direct debit for bills and rent takes care of the basics so we can get on with creating a happy chilled-out home. I am out a fair bit (with meditation, friend-catch-ups, theatre and arts and family to name few) but I also love to share a kitchen chat, cuppa or the odd DVD/Netflix with my housemates. I am after a single storey place and I do need it to be close to a train station. I am looking to live with others who are easy-going companions, good communicators and also want our place to be a great place to be. I am in no rush to move out of where I am, its more about finding a good fit. I am pretty flexible about location..although I have come to love the greenery and space of the further-out suburbs in the last few years!
I'm very easy going, trustworthy, reliable and have lived out of home for a few years. I love a relaxing place to call home, but also equally love to socialise and have a few drinks on the weekend!
Heyo :)) Am looking for some lovely peoples to move into a new place in early Jan as I just finished my Bachelor of Nursing and start full time work in Feb !!! Preferably near a station so can get to work easyyyy peasy. As I'll be doing shift work, will sometimes need a bit of quiet time at night cos the hours can be craziiii. But in my downtime I always keen to have a beer/wine and a good chat :)) I lurvvv cooking yummy vegan food and am bit of an enviro nerd. I am clean, respectful and have previously lived in a share house. Lemme know if you're keen :))
I’m a social, yet hard working individual. I’m tidy, I clean and cook often. I work full time as a trainee train driver with V/Line, so my roster is a bit crazy at times with early or late starts, but I try and be considerate with being quiet while getting ready quite early or coming home a bit late. I love biking, hiking, and exploring both Melbourne and regional Victoria. I would love to live at a place with a dog where I could help out with walks and dog parks as needed. I love my occasional beer or red wine with dinner and always up for a good chat.
I am tidy, easygoing and love cooking. *BIG FAMILY* myself, 2 small dogs and 2 cats - all VERY well behaved and very loved as I am a Veterinary Nurse, but I understand it is a lot.
Relatively clean and quiet single looking for a place closer to work (in Camberwell). I work full time and my passion is drinking red wine and watching terrible reality TV.
Hello! I'm moving to Melbourne from NSW early in the new year and am looking for either a place to myself or someone/s to share with. I'll be working full time as a nurse in Heidelburg, so ideally looking for somewhere along the Hurstbridge train line, but i'm flexible. I have enough furniture to provide the basics and come with an adorable cat. I'm happy to consider starting a lease sometime in December in order to secure a place, but wont be moving until Jan. Please send me a message if you would like anymore info or would like to chat.
Hey there! Im Carolina 30 years old im from Colombia I've been in Melbourne for 5 years,I do calligraphy and try drawing (practising is the key) I love it! I like live music and always open to learn,I work in a restaurant 5 days a week I enjoy having a conversation and a beer but I respect everyones space Im looking for a long term stay ,pretty easy going, respectful clean and chill!
Hi I am great to live with because of my obsession with midnight drumming. Im really starting to get on a roll with it. Cant explain it. 12:00am rolls around and my eyes shoot wide open. My muscles fill with anticipation and a dull haze coats my eyes. Any, and I mean any surface WILL be beaten with two wooden sticks. Rhythm takes control and any attempt from an outside party to interrupt or stop me is met with the woody end of two sticks. I don't drum at any other time of day or when I'm conscious and it typically only lasts an hour so thats neat.
Moved to Melbourne years ago from Brisbane, pretty chilled & often up for a chat. Love the leafy suburb where I live and have for a year, and my housemates! But the lease is ending, housemates moving overseas so I'm moving too. Work full time, like to keep fit, Always pay bills & rent on time. Even know how to clean up, change a toilet roll and take a bin out :)
Hey! We're Clodagh and Issy (though she also goes by her surname Nadolny like a cool detective and I go by literally anything because my name is a mission for most people). We're two warm, easy going, happily quirky friends of old looking to create the finest sharehouse scroungeable from the best hard rubbish of the ritziest suburbs. And from gumtree, naturally. (We're not two broke girls, we just really enjoy a good treasure hunt) We love long walks on the beach, romantic candlelit house cook-ups, board game/movie nights, going out and exploring the many cultural and boozy hubs this glorious city has to offer, but also have a very healthy respect personal space and down time. A little bit about me; I work four days a week at Readings bookstore (inquire within for tasty discounts), and am a folksy musician (though very respectful of the quiet hours). In my free time you'll generally catch me practicing/writing/recording, bingewatching something probably by joss whedon, or catching up with a few close friends. I'm a huge animal lover, so any furry family members you might have are a huge plus, and I'm also vego, but anything but preachy. Issy (25) is the kindest, coolest person I know. Disarmingly sweet and super unpretentious, Issy is all sugar and spice and humble pie and questionable cooking and fluro pink raincoats. She's just had to drop her barrista job due to RSI, but will be picking up a job (likely in finance) asap. We both have years of sharehouse experience under our belts and find it super easy to get along with all walks of life as long as there's great communication, general kindness and reliability. Ideally we're looking for an open, spacious property within 10 km of the cbd to make a home, preferably with a bath, gas stove and garden. We're thinking we can afford around a max of $200 a week each, but less would be amazing! Let's meet up for a coffee/beer and see if we click? Otherwise, any questions, feel free to ask! :)
Looking a for a place I can call home. I need to have some outdoor space, even if its a courtyard. I'm keep a very tidy house, and love gardening. I work full time, but not 9-5. Sometimes I start late and finish around 7pm. Not shift work. And somedays I work from home. I'm looking to move in, or to team up.
I am a very friendly, easy going, fun and caring person. I'm studying Fine Art in RMIT full time and also a single mom with a 5 years old boy. He is a good boy! I do painting, print making, installation art, sound.. I'm interested in life and people...I'm most introverted extroverted people...
