Hey all, I’m Vizza, 24, nurse working @ RDH that relocated to Darwin in April this year. I’m outgoing, enjoy sport and keeping fit and healthy, outdoors type of person and keen to explore what the NT has to offer! I’m an easy going, friendly person, neat and tidy to live with, adaptable and always respectful of others. I don’t mind my housemates having people over, happy with friends/family visiting and would expect it goes both ways. Looking for a place for 12months with people who share common interests in hope to form a nice environment to live in 😊
I am 19 Years old, from Melbourne Victoria! Currently work in a factory building power converters, but am looking for Part time work in NT alongside working with Youth For Christ. I will be moving to Darwin in February, not sure of the exact date right now. I'll be staying in the NT for a minimum of a year perhaps longer. For fun I am a blogger, I dance, read and binge watch shows. Looking for a chill place, clean and comfortable. Where we can also hang out together and get along well. I'm easy going, very flexible, very easy to talk to, I am pretty fun to be around as well. I am clean, a non smoker, trustworthy and always happy to help out when needed.
I am moving to Darwin to start my job in February as a Graduate RN. I'm pretty flexible with my move date, thinking around mid feb. I'm 23 and super keen to live with people who like to socialise and get out a bit on days off. I'm pretty easy going, love plants, like being outside in my spare time and having a few drinks. Send me a message if I sound like i'd fit into your home!
Hi I'm Samantha, I'm from Sydney, I study law at the University of Sydney. I am coming to Darwin for 6 weeks to do an internship at the North Australian Aboriginal Justice Agency (NAAJA) from the 7th of January-15th of February. I am very easy going, looking forward to discovering Darwin. I like cooking and reading.
Hi there! My name is Christine, I am a German trained paediatrician and will be moving to Darwin for work at the beginning of February. I moved to Australia 3.5 years ago for what was thought to be a one year stint for work - and just fell in love with life down here 😊 I am 36 years old and love the outdoors with surfing, running or just enjoying nature. Dancing salsa and travelling are other passions of mine - as is good food, wine and good conversations. Having been sharing for the last ten years I am used to tidying up after myself and happy to give others the privacy they need - but I also love the company of a shared house and I am always keen to share a good glass of wine or enjoy a nice dinner on a balmy night. I am an outgoing, happy person who enjoys meeting other people and learning about other ideas and perspectives. Im looking forward to hearing from you if that all sounds great! Cheers! 🤗
Neat and tidy, professional, starting at The Royal Darwin Hospital early Feb 2019. Enjoy a few drinks at weekends and playing golf. Looking for a team up /flatmate to share an apartment or unit in Darwin ideally around Nightcliff/Rapid creek/coconut grove.
Howdy, I'm Em. I'm 23 and currently living in Middleton, South Aus. I'm moving to Darwin in late Jan/early Feb 2019. I study through CDU and thought it might be fun to finish my final semester on campus and have a change of scenery. I will be studying full-time and working part-time. I love the outdoors, sports, food, travelling and music. Always up for a laugh, I'm easy going and get along with people easily. I am sociable and friendly, but enjoy my own space too. I am a generally tidy person and very aware and respectful of other people.
I'm a Spesh Ed teacher from Sydney, who has been living in the NT for a couple of years. I have just spent a little over 2 years teaching in a remote community, so am pretty pumped about brunch and bottle shops. I enjoy a lot of things - live music, dancing, books, travel, hiking, art, movies, red dirt, geckos, snakes from a safe distance - basically I can have a chat about most things that aren't sport or fishing. As a flatmate, I'm fairly chill. I place myself at mid range on the hygiene scale - not uptight, but I don't like finding other people's nail clippings on the dining table. I contribute to upkeep and love having a gossip and a giggle, while generally being a fairly independent person. As I am going to be starting a very intense job in 2019, I would like minimal hassles in my home life. In my old age, I have come to appreciate limited noise pollution on school nights. My contract is for 6 months, but there is a high chance of it extending beyond this, so I am looking for somewhere to settle. I am hoping to find a furnished room and mellow, respectful people to share a living space with :)
We're sociable, active, easy going people from WA. As junior doctors, we've decided to move to the territory for a change and a challenge (as far as working at the hospital goes). We enjoy camping, hiking and fishing in our spare time. A completely furnished place suits us best, as we'd prefer not to move all our belongings from WA.
Hi, I’m a 25 y/o easy going guy, very neat and tidy. Easy to get along with. I like going out and I like to have a few drinks with ppl of an afternoon or weekend I’d like the be in a house with some people the same ages as myself, and if we can all have a few drinks and a laugh I’m always down for a great time . I like to get out and about on the weekends either fishing, 4wding or riding my dirtbike. . Full time job and I go away with work every now and then. I do have a dog. She’s very quiet and very well behaved. I’d like to make new friends as well.
I am Isabel, 33, and am moving from Brisbane to Darwin in February to work there as a Doctor for a year. I like water sports - which seems a bit dangerous in the croc-infested waters of the NT - and the nature/outdoors which will be stunning up there. I like catching up with friends, but don't know anyone in Darwin yet. My work and study can be demanding, and I will have some quiet time at home for it, but I like socialising with my flatmates for meals and a drink when we can. I am living in a shared house at the moment.
I am very tidy, I enjoy cooking but also love going out for a meal. I am very easygoing, moving from Brisbane to Darwin to work at NT rugby union. I enjoy fishing and most sports. I have a dog (beagle) almost 1 year old, she is very well trained and a massive sook who follow you for a pet. I am looking to find somewhere to settle anywhere in Darwin.
Hiya! My name is Katharine but most call me KP. I've just arrived in Darwin and would love to find a nice home to live with some new friends. I can move in December or January (very flexible). I moved here to work with women in prison. The last 2+ years I've spent living in Cambodia doing human rights/ women's empowerment work. I like to think I'm a fun, social housemate. I refill the ice cube trays... I have a big ol' green thumb and will probably cultivate a little forest in the home... I like hosting occasional dinner parties, hiking & kayaking, 80s power ballads, and have been known to rock a dress up party on occasion. I make an excellent Bowie. Being reasonably social I'm not always home around dinner time, but when I am home I like to hear how your day was and maybe share a wine or beer. That said, I've just returned to social work, so sometimes I come home exhausted. If my housemates want to explore the great outdoors on the weekend, that would be great - otherwise and I can find those people elsewhere. Ideally I'm looking for a place with lots of nature, a relaxing veranda and a nice common area. I prefer the house to be TV-less but don't really mind either way. If that sounds ok to you, I'd love to hear from you. Cheers!
I am a single 24 year old recent graduate who is moving to Darwin from Perth on February 3rd 2019 for a new job as rehabilitation consultant with iPar in Darwin. I am very athletic and enjoy playing indoor soccer and volleyball in my spare time. I am easy to get along with and looking for accommodation for 6 months+- with fun housemates who enjoy going out in the evening but also value my and their own space.
We are a fun and hard working couple from the uk that are looking for a new home in Australia . Kieran loves the gym and is by definition a gym rat and also loves to box and play rugby too. I also love to go to the gym but also love to stay at home and have time for my to read and listen to music! . We both love to go out and explore and meet new people. We will both be finding full time work before we move to Australia. We are willing to pair up with other people to find accommodation for the year were wanting to spend there. ☆
I am a recent university graduate starting a job as a Nurse and Midwife at Darwin Private Hospital. I will be moving up to Darwin from Brisbane for a year and I’m looking for a furnished room to rent. I’m friendly and I enjoy people’s company but also my own space. Always down for a good chat though. I’m very tidy, organised and will absolutely help out around the house and pick up after myself. Just looking for some easy-going, friendly housemates.
Recently moved to Darwin from Melbourne for work. I’m a health professional and I work full time but enjoy a glass of wine and chats after work and like to keep active, always up for a gym buddy! and go out on the weekends. I’d love to know more people in Darwin but enjoy my downtime as well. Looking forward to living with and meeting new people! Please drop me a message if you have a room available for viewing or you can text me on 0451001835
Hi! I am a student from Holland. I'm 20 years old and work as a bartender and as a seller in the grocery store in my village. I am a spontaneous girl and always in for a chat. But don't worry, I also have to study, so you also have enough rest and time for yourself. In my spare time I like to go out (shopping, night out and so on). Also I like to play soccer.
Hola .. I'm Dave .. 32 and work as a physio. I enjoy attempting to stay fit, cooking, catching up with friends, brunch, grabbing a beer somewhere, going camping and hiking, daydreaming about surfing, watching sunsets and the odd game of FIFA. One thing is for certain .. you're definitely more than welcome to throw your gear in my 4wd and come adventuring / camping :D I'm looking to live in a house with great housemates that has a family vibe going on .. Family dinners, outrageous boardgame nights .. you name it. Pick me 😁
