My name is Peta, I’m 28 and I am a hard working professional who works for a mining industry sector. I’m quiet and shy, but once I get to know you I come out of my shell really quickly. I enjoy the outdoors, ice skating, cooking and cleaning and Netflix/reading books, yoga and road trips. I own a beautiful golden retriever who is almost 8 years old. He is a great companion dog who enjoys snacks, cuddles and long walks/beach days. We are looking for permanent accomodation in a safe and sturdy environment.
Employed by Australian Defence Force and have recently moved from Townsville to singleton. Looking for a place closer to the coast that would be available for 9-12 months. Quiet, clean and a non smoker but happy to have a beer now and than. Don’t mind if pets are at the property.
Looking to team up with someone for a nice house that we can be comfy and at home in. I have a cat who is outside most of the time and only comes into sleep. I’m easy to live with and work a full school week as a childcare educator. Being tidy, respectful and honest are my best qualities. I like to chill out after work and watch tv, play on my Mac and don’t mind the odd night out in town dancing.
Looking for a share house for myself and partner. I am clean and tidy but still relaxed. I have a budgie which would be nice if he could live with me too :) I currently work full time as a veterinary nurse. I like spending my days off at the beach, watching a movie or having a few drinks with my friends and family.
I’m social but also respectful of people needing own time. I’m very, very clean. I am working in the mines as a truck operator. I have two outside cats & one outside dog. Love to listen to music throughout the day especially doing chores! I have 50/50 care of my daughter with her dad. I know people aren’t too sure about sharing with someone and their kid, but she is so well behaved (we love dinosaur & Disney movies). I’m only needing somewhere to stay with our fur family for 8months at the most (it well and truly be less, but for just in case something comes up I say 8). I have a queen bedroom suite and only needing one bedroom for us! If anyone is interested in going into a private rental let me know ASAP!!

Hi there, I'm Steph and I'm 26. I quite recently got a new job working in the Hunter Valley at a hotel full-time, and am looking to re-locate from Newcastle to be a bit closer to work. Looking anywhere from Maitland and beyond! I'm friendly, respectful, quiet and tidy and would like housemates who are the same. I'm looking for a place to relax and unwind after work. I usually keep to myself, love playing video/computer games, watching Netflix and reading, but I'm happy to have a chat too! Please feel free to send me a message :) Thanks!
We are a friendly respectful couple who love meeting new people. We are quiet, fun, don't mind sharing household chores and cleaning and cooking. We have two cats, Bella and Joe, both vaccinated, deserved, microchopped and litter trained. They are very placid cats shy at first but friendly once settled. I am studying Communications at Newcastle Uni and Alex works in a restaurant at Hamilton and as a Brand Ambassador at Rutherford.
Both Marissa and i are into fitness and being outdoors. I'm currently woking at F45 and Marissa is working in a resort at Pokolbin. both love the gym, mountain bike riding and taking our dog for a walk. Not party animals and are very clean to live with.
You won’t even know I’m there, unless you need me to lend a hand. I’m a musician so I love music, I love riding my motorbike, I’ll be at work all week and probably won’t be around on the weekends.
My girlfriend and I are looking to move out as soon as possible and are looking to stay for at least 6 months. I am 21 years old, love cricket, golf, playing guitar and I work at Hunter Valley Aqua Golf in Pokolbin. My girlfriend is 18 years old and works at Salinas in Belmont, she absolutely adores all animals especially dogs although we do not have any of our own. We are very clean and have lived out of home before, and would both like to consider ourselves as friendly and easy to get along with. :)
We are a lot of fun, our sharp wittiness will have you in stitches. Our cooking will see you going back for seconds and our general/further knowledge will cause awesome conversations. We are very easy to get along with, approachable and caring people. We equally love exercising as much as chilling on the couch and watching comedy shows. Very clean and tidy people, enjoy making new, life-long friends. I, Paras, have moved up to Kurri Kurri from Sydney. Currently completing a course in business administration legal, and Stephan is completing several diplomas in community services, mental health, drug & alcohol. We both have worked many jobs, but are now awaiting to increase our knowledge and seek work within our related courses we love. Life is all about reaching the personal goal of loving what you do and doing what you love.

I'm from Canberra, coming to Newcastle for University. This is my first time living out of home but I'm very independent and able to cook, clean, manage finances easily etc. I'm very easy going and love to have a good laugh. I'll be studying electrical engineering, so will often be cramming or on campus. I'll be working part-time also. Would like the option of having my cat with me but my family are also happy to take her. Feel free to contact me if you think I'd be suited.
2 sisters and a brother, 2 of us are just moving to Newcastle while the other has been here for a year. We are a mix of quiet and social and out of the three of us there is sure to be at least one of us that you'll love :)

Hi there. I’m a parole officer in my early twenties, I work ALOT more then I should. I've been living with room mates for the past year and he's moving to WA for work so I was hoping to relocate from the hunter valley to an area just outside as I work in Maitland. I’m always at the gym or at the beach 💕 I love meeting new people and having a chat. I'm easy to speak to so if you want to have a chat about something I'm always open ☺️ My only issue is I’d love to bring my indoor cat. She’s been in rental prior without an issue and has references ☺️
Hello! I am Marissa, or Missa for short. I currently study at Callaghan and I'm a car-loving gamer and book freak. I'm a clean freak and an introvert so no wild parties from me, but I don't mind to join in with others at times. I don't really drink much but I'm happy to have a glass at times and I like to have one or two friends visit. I study a Bachelor of Visual Communication Design, second year, and I love studying languages (currently in Japanese but also want to study Korean, too). My ideal locations are anywhere within a walk or bus ride from Callaghan campus excluding Jesmond. I prefer to keep costs to a minimum so my absolute maximum is $190/week including bills for the perfect place. If I had to say three main criteria for my perfect place it'd be safety, avoiding Jesmond and off street parking is a must (my car is my baby). Overall, I'm clean and quiet usually, and I both like to hang out with housemates as well as time out to myself. I think I'm fairly easygoing. :) - Marissa

I'm an easy going, social guy that loves meeting new people and trying new things. I love music, arts and exploring. I'm not the tidiest person in the world but I'm organised enough to be passing my uni degree and that has to count for something right? :P

Hey guys! I’m a 21 year old nanny from the United States as well as an international student at the UON. I lived on campus last semester but am looking for somewhere with a bit more space that is perhaps a bit tidier (lol), but still hope to be around other people my age. I stay pretty busy between my work and studying, but still enjoy being social and going to the beach or enjoying a night out when I can. I am super respectful of shared space and other people’s belongings, and always make sure to clean up after myself. I’m really hoping to find somewhere that is a positive, warm and fun environment, and where everyone is respectful towards each other/ to the space.
My name is Dinuk, I am 22 years old and I am from Melbourne, where I've lived my whole life up until now. I am to start my course in physiotherapy at the University of Newcastle as of February 26th. I am someone who is friendly and sociable but also someone who respects personal space and boundaries. I have previously lived in a shared accommodation in Melbourne so i know what it's like living with others in regards to hygiene and cleanliness. I can also be quiet diligent with studying so you may see notice that I might study till late. I very much love to cook, and would be happy to have cook ups or just spend time with others. I also like watching tv shows, reading, and going for walks and spending time with friends. I am also easy going and very approachable. I hope you may take this all into consideration, thanks.

Hobbies include hitting the gym, hiking, walking, listening to good live music, travelling, fashion, makeup, cooking clean meals.
Hello! I'm a 25 year old female PhD student at the University of Newcastle, working at HMRI/John Hunter Hospital. I'm a hardcore science nerd who is also a huge fan of baking. I'm currently living at home and looking to move out. Ideally, it would be in a house of people with whom i could be friends. I will be in Newcastle for the foreseeable future so longer term stays would be preferable. I have a scholarship until march 2019 so reasonable rent isn't an issue. I'm looking to spend $250 (including bills and internet) maximum and preferably with a private bathroom but not a necessity. I have a car so somewhere to park would also be lovely. I'm not a party person, a chill night with wine and netflix suits me fine and I'm happy to keep to myself. If I sound like someone you might want to rent a room to (or you have a property in which I could live), please message me!
