Hi, I'm Luke (40) and I work full time as a professional photographer looking for a new place to live in Hobart or its surrounds. I am a very relaxed and easy-going housemate, who is quiet, highly respectful, and friendly. When I'm not out taking photos or editing them, I love to go bushwalking and exploring the amazing places we have here in Tasmania. The hours I work are quite varied along with my working environment. I am usually home in Hobart for a week or two and then off travelling for several days to several weeks. If you're interested to see my work, you can click on my verified social media links on my profile. I need a little more space than the average housemate. Ideally, the room would be generous in size to allow for me to set up my desk and printer and provide some additional storage area for my equipment. Private entry/exit is a bonus. I have a car and am happy to park it on the street if required if there is ample parking. I like to live self-contained and therefore my preference is to have my own/ensuite bathroom but that doesn't matter if the place is a good fit otherwise. Thanks for spending the time to read my profile and feel free to get in touch if you feel my profile matches your listing, or if you have any other questions!

Hello! My name is Sam. I work full-time as a project manager for an electrical company. I also have my own small business that keeps me very busy. In my downtime I enjoy keeping active, whether it be gyming, hiking or cycling. I enjoy camping & snowboarding when time permits. I'm looking for a room in a clean & quiet household. Would be great to have a few drinks & share a meal with housemates.

As my current place was sold a week ago, and it forced me to find new place. I’m thinking of renting a house near the mountain. Let me introduce myself little bit for you. I am well-travelled, always dreaming and pursuing adventures. In my free time, I enjoy surfing, hiking, rock climbing (mostly outdoor sport climbing and trying to learn trad these days) and cooking (especially fermenting stuff). Very outdoorsy, but I always try to make balance between outdoor life and indoor (movie, reading, etc.) These days, I went climbing more than hiking or surfing, trying to push myself. (was working on grade 21 at the Freuhauf). Probably I will go surfing more often when weather gets cold (better swell in Autumn and Winter) Currently I work in a commercial kitchen as a chef after courses. I enjoy cooking at home and sharing with people. I believe myself as a social drinker (I brew my own beer) and I’m a non-smoker. Quite sociable and easy going (except kitchen). And very open for learning new things and pretty good at compromising. All people in this modern world are very busy with their own life, but I want to make my place, not just as living space, but as real ‘home’ where we can share our both good and bad moments as much as we can. I am very communal minded person, but of course I do know how to respect personal space and time, too
