I am studying teaching at Southern Cross University and after moving from my hometown to the Gold Coast for a year, I am missing my roots back home. I am an extremely neat and tidy person who always takes pride in a clean home. I have a well-behaved dog who I walk everyday and give a lot of love to. He is everyone's best friend and loves all kinds of people. I enjoy being social and always keep busy with hospitality work on the side of my teaching degree. I enjoy keeping fit and active through the gym, sporting teams and the outdoors.
Self-employed working with Computers. I do Websites and related Computer jobs. Very clean, tidy and responsible. Non-smoker. Have a BSc Degree in Food Science/Technology. Born in Europe (The Netherlands). Have lived in Australia for 12 years. Recently separated, unfortunately. Not a party person. Prefer calm/quiet environment where I can relax and get the best out of myself. Love most animals, my Food/cooking, nature and beach walks. Currently living on the Gold Coast in Robina QLD. Prefer a quiet furnitured place with not more than 2 housemates. I enjoy having quiet and peace around me so TV or radio is not very important to me. I do not need much space.
My name is Eliza, I'm an 18 year old female who is about to start study. I'm a clean, quiet and respectful housemate, so I will respect your space if you respect mine. I grew up in the Ballina shire, and moved to Brisbane when I was 14. I'm looking to move back to that area as I consider it my home, I was a personal carer for my terminally ill father but he sadly passed away so I will be looking for a job in the health industry. I have a beautiful little puppy named Penne, she is kind natured well behaved toilet trained pup and loves lots of pats. she is currently living with one other dog and two cats, so she has no problem with other animals. As such I would be highly grateful of any consideration of a place for me and my pup to call home.
Hello my husband and I are looking for a room to rent. We are 25 years old Stefan is a personal trainer and I am a preschool teacher. We have an addorable fur baby who loves anything and anyone! We are into health and fitness and are massive foodies! If we sound like your kind of people we would love to meet you!
Hello. I am looking for a room preferably. Thanks. I would live to chat more. I enjoy work and beach. Would prefer to talk more personally.
Hi! I’m a 28 year old junior doctor at Lismore Hospital and Luke is a 38 year old engineer who regularly works away at Brisbane. We are moving to the area at the end of 2017 and are really excited about calling this beautiful part of the world home ☺ What we are looking for: We have the luxury of time to find the right people and the right home. We can move to the area anytime between Nov ’17 and Feb ’18. We are both very busy people who work irregular hours including night shift. The most important thing to us is that we come home to a quiet, respectful, kind and clean home. Outside of work we live quiet and peaceful lives – surfing, yoga, gardening, cooking. We are early to bed and early to rise. We enjoy our down time. While we’ve finished our party days we do love meeting new people and sharing stories. Ideally we would love to meet other full time working couples/individuals who would be interested in pooling our money together to long term rent a really beautiful house with plenty of space for personal privacy around Suffolk Park. Maybe even get a vegie garden started :) If you genuinely think you’d like to house share with us, or already have a room available in a quiet home please get in touch with us and tell us about yourself. We would love to hear from you. We’ve rented the same home for the last seven years and have excellent references. What we are not looking for: Big drinkers, party people, too much TV. Letting you know now that we are secretly grandparents already :P $550 is our absolute maximum and would have to really tick all the boxes for us! Otherwise we are ideally looking to pay around the $400 mark. ***Thankyou***
Hey I'm Alex! I come from France as a Working Holiday and I'll be staying in Australia during 9 or 10 months in order to practice English. I like every kind of sport but I especially want to improve my surf level wich is pretty bad for the moment. Discovering new places and meeting new people are the main reasons for doing this journey!
Full time carpenter, pretty happy & chilled out. Not a party animal, respectful of others and I clean up after myself! I moved up here a month ago from melbourne with my dog, Elwood.
Hi, I'm a friendly and tidy single female who is currently studying aged care and also about to get some tickets in earthmoving. I was previously a professional skydiver and love extreme sports and most other sports as well. I have lived for many years in share accommodation and am respectful of other peoples things and space. I'm looking for a nice place with bills included in the rent with a bunch of nice happy people. Not interested in living with hippies or vegans.
Easy going, self sufficient, friendly and tidy, that's the dog, Salty. The human is OK too. I am interested in places in the general region, having moved to the area from far South Coast NSW. I am currently living in Ocean Shores short term and I am intending to rent for a year or so while I get to know the region and choose a home to buy. We prefer to be close to a dog beach or in the forest but are also happy in town with a private leafy outlook and access to good dog walking spaces. I am active and creative and busy keeping up with the demands of a multi-faceted career. I work from home making natural dyes and doing botanical printing, I also work in adult education and professional and technical writing. I like cooking and baking, gardening and growing food. I am fortunate to love my work. I sometimes travel for work but mostly work from home or nearby workshop. A shed, roof, garage area or warehouse space I can use for workshop would be fantastic, especially if I could live in it! I'm good to live with because I am respectful of the space/time/social needs of others. I ask, listen and am able to express my own needs and perspective. I do not like drama. I make sure Salty is happy and other members of the household are comfortable with him and understand his cues and commands. Salty is pretty friendly, a desexed red Smithfield, he likes most humans and other animals, he walks away from drama with other dogs rather than be involved in aggression. I live a mostly healthy lifestyle, lots of dog walking and swimming - not much party these days! I still love music and dance. I drink alcohol now and then and I do smoke occasionally. I always make sure no one is offended or adversely affected by my smoking.
I'll be out from 6-7 approx, mon to Friday. I will also have some Saturday work. I will alternate weekends either staying at the house or going home to Coffs Harbour. So basically I will be sleeping, showering and doing 1 load of washing a week in the house and that's it. I will bring my swag to sleep in, so an unfurnished room is fine. Cannot afford more than this as I still pay rent on my Coffs Harbour home. Work contract 9+ months
I'm Alex, a 28 yo doctor looking to team up with a group of likeminded, professionally employed legends in a share house in either Lennox or Suffolk. I've been in the area for 4 years now. There are some stunning larger properties around and I'm interested perhaps pooling our dollars to score an epic pad for the summer and beyond. My budget is up to $350 So the serious bits first- I work variable and long hours with lots of on- call so need to live with people who are respectful of my need to rest between times ! (ie, I need a peaceful home to come back to, not a party shack). I think it'd work best to live with people in the same boat (full time workers, aged late 20s-30s ) who work hard during the week and know how to relax at its end :) Otherwise, I (try) to live an active and healthy lifestyle with abundant market trips, beach days, coffee sampling and cooking afternoons. Sometime that plan goes out the window and I survive on frozen dinners, wine and The Bachelor. Would be awesome to find people who would be keen for a few runs, a serious game of three-hundred, a philosophical debate or 2 or some weekend adventures. I've got no strict moving dates and am happy to wait until the right people/place presents itself. If this sounds like you, shoot me a message and we can chat :) Alex
I'm very flexible with move in date and length of stay! Currently living in Byron Bay, wanting to move places! work full time at a cafe, I would prefer to live with females of similar age. I have a little cat that ill be bringing with me, love to get out of the house and have a healthy lifestyle, clean and tidy. if you think we'd be good flatmates or have a room available, message me!
I full time professional working in a social justice organisation and I'm passionate about what I do. You'll find me super easy going, compassionate, respectful and conscious of other peoples space and needs. I love exercise (tennis at the moment), food, music and the ocean (hopefully one day I will actually be able to surf). I am not a party animal by any stretch of the imagination but I like hanging out with a few important people in my life, and just happy and positive people generally. I also like my own space, so being able to get some peace and quiet is important to me and I ensure those I live with are able to have the same.
Hey! Looking for a lovely room to rent with some great people. I work full time in Byron, so my preferred areas are Suffolk park, Byron, Lennox head, or Bangalow. I'm really friendly, easy going, clean & considerate. On my days of I enjoy being outdoors and exploring around, Please message me if you have anything available, need to find somewhere asap. Also keen to team up, there is some beautiful modern places available if anyone is keen
Easy going. I am clean, non judgemental, fun loving... I believe in a balanced work/life. I'm not intrusive and don't intrude. Respectful to live with and don't mind what you do. I respect privacy and adore my own privacy.
I am a 22 year old Newcastle University Civil Engineering student who will be working on the Ballina highway upgrade full time from the 27th of November to the 17th of February. I am looking for a furnished room/house with my own bathroom as I am bit of a clean freak and like to have things tidy. Due to working long hours the majority of the time I won't be around to get in the way of your day to day living. If you have any further questions don't hesitate to contact me.
I am a mature aged student studying full time at University. This means I have a changeable schedule where exam times can be hectic and stressful while other times are more relaxed. I am usually quiet but I do like good conversations. I like to create a respectful environment so that everyone in the house can feel like it is their home. I am considerate of my flatmates, so I am tidy and share the household responsibilities, such as cleaning, so that the common areas feel comfortable for everyone. Thanks for reading my post. I look forward to hearing from you.
