very friendly , house trained ( i clean up after myself ) and always pay rent/board on time. Very quiet and generally keep to myself but don't mind socializing with housemates and having a few quiet drinks. I am currently living in townsville but want to move back down to the ipswich area ASAP. due to living in townsville i am unable to come view the premises but willing to work around that issue.
I'm probably one of the tidiest people you will ever meet 😂 I'm very social, love to get out and do things and am very friendly and easy going. I have a full-time job working in administration. I also have a 1 and a half year old lab x kelpie so am needing a place with a fenced backyard.
I'm fairly quiet and a considerate housemate. I like my own space to just relax but I also enjoy having someone around to have a chat. I like to cook meals during the week and try to eat relatively healthy. Always cook too much so would love a housemate to share a family meal with a few nights a week. Work full time Monday to Friday in Seqwater so looking to stay in the area nearby. Would prefer a room not too small with a good sized wardrobe, a little bit of storage space and a desk would be amazing
Hi there, I'm a full-time worker currently deferred from my full-time Medicine course whilst finding somewhere to move, but going back to full-time study and part-time work as of March next year. I'm quite a quiet person as well, I love to cook. I also play volleyball every week, so I'm often at the volleyball complex at night. I'm an animal lover and will be looking for somewhere that is strictly pet friendly. Thank you, Meg.
Clean, easy going, keen for pet friendly accommodation. I will be studying Wildlife Science at UQ Gatton in 2017. I would preferably like to have my dogs and/or my cat with me who are all house trained and are inside pets. Also, would prefer own bathroom however, this is not a necessity. Move date is approx. Feb 2017
My name is Naomi, I am 23 years old and am currently living at home still, I want to move out but renting a house by myself is to expensive, Sadley I am currently unemployed i am looking for work, I'm an A.I.N but just not working, ive handed in and applied for alot of jobs but at tgis time of year its hard to get a job in a nursing home as i discovered. I look forward to renting a room with someone I am very easy going easy to get along with and gave a good sense of humour. Thank you.
I am looking for 1-2 other housemates to live with. I have a small dog and cat so you must be okay with pets. I am looking for a house to rent in my own name in North Ipswich all the way to the Gold Coast area. I want to create our own little groovy space. Next year my boyfriend will be coming to live with me so the main bedroom has to be mine. I am thinking 150 p/w if two people living there, 100 p/w if three people living. If it's something all housemates agree on, an extra $20 can be put towards weekly rent and I will use that on electricity and water bills. Please contact me to get in contact with me quickly, I would love to meet up and have coffee and discuss living expectations before anything happens. p.s. u must be ok with getting cooked
I'm moving to Ipswich area for full time shiftwork (QLD health) so I'm looking for some cool, easy going people to live with. I'm a clean person and i like a drink and a laugh on my days off. I will also be studying and gyming, so keeping to myself. :)
very tidy, considerate, domesticated and respectful young male love music, cooking and napping. i like to think I'm very open minded and accepting of every one i come in contact with, pretty easy to get along with and friendly natured :) cheers!
I am a quiet 42 year old woman. I work as a full time Meat packer for a small business in Morningside, Brisbane, QLD. I was born in N.S.W (please don't hold that against me) and moved to Qld in 1986. I like to go to the movies, spend time with friends and relax due to being on my feet for 8 hours a day at work.
I'm laid back and easy to get on well with, im a full time student currently job seeking, im trying to get my son back and get my life on track again so all i'm asking for is a chance i guess.
I work at Vulcana Women's circus both in the office and teach kids circus too. I spend most of my time there really, training or being a Trainer or in the little office. I love dogs. I like a chat and cuppa, but also like alone time at home. I'm often exhausted at home. Fairly early riser and early to bed. Like to be clean in the living areas and pay bills on time. I'm looking for a friendly, peaceful home that can also have fun.
Hey! I'm Helene, I'm 18 and hoping to do full time study next year. I am originally from Brisbane but spending the most of 2016 Volunteering my time in Tonga whilst my family live here. P.s non furnished would be ideal! Xx
Hey, looking for somewhere to live. I work full time in the city as a teacher and personal trainer. I work and study a lot. Have some furniture, but would be happy to move in with someone that has furniture as well. My main reason for moving is I need to find a house where I can put my two dogs.
I'm an easy going guy, I'm respectful to you and your property, i am not a messy person, i am higenic and I will not ruin any rules or schedules you have set around the house I work approximately 18-28hours per week, I'm not currently studying but might start soon once I have a stable lifestyle(work, transport etc)
I am mature and quiet and love people and animals.. you will find me with me head stuck in a book.. I have a stable well paying job so will always be on time with rent .. i do have a super cute friendly cattle dog so looking for somewhere pet friendly
Looking for all-female house/flat close to good public transport, quiet and safe area and house, considerate and responsible housemates who are friendly but give personal space, and no cats or dogs. Fish and chickens are okay! Prefer similar age-range/ 26-45. I've received a lot of messages that don't actually fit any of that, so please respond only if you/your place actually meet these things - not guys, sorry, and please within this price range! I'm responsible, mature, clean, considerate, and friendly, and want housemates who also have these habits. Outside space for gardening is great, but not essential, and somewhere to store my things - about 1.5 cubed metres (garage space, under-the-house, shed, or part of a spare room). I'm potentially interested in other areas besides these - further east or north.
Hi everyone. I'm looking for a room for myself, my boyfriend and our two inside/outside anti social cats. We're both easy going and enjoy socialising on the weekends but are also happy to stay home. If your interested send me a message 😊 Thank you!
Hello, my name is Morgan. I'm 19 years of age, who just recently moved to Brisbane early this year. I'm currently commencing a Diploma of Nursing. I'm all about exploring and trying new things. I'm easy going, sociable and tidy.
David and I are both super healthy and easy going people. David is an injury healer and martial artist, I am a circus performer and fitness coach. I work predominantly from home as I run both of the businesses myself, I also tour a lot! We are looking for a house and are open to the idea of sharing with other people. We can have somewhere to stay until mid January but are open to moving anytime from now (Mid November)
I am happy go lucky person, very easy going personality, positive, great sense of humour, neat and tidy. I am looking for a fully furnished house and furnished room with bed and wardrobe. I have a beautiful lovely companion my dog very well behaved and fully house trained. I need fully fenced secure backyard.
FLEXIBLE with length of stay, maybe short-medium-long term. I've shared before. I'm positive, happy, clean with reliable income & stable full time job, always pay bills on time :) Would prefer my own bathroom or ok to share occasionally with visitors. I like walking at the park or riverside. I'm a non-smoker.
Hello! Names Payce Williams and I come from Alberta, Canada. I am looking for a place to call home in the Brisbane area for the next 3-4 months while I look to obtain my real estate license. I am looking for a nice and quite area away but to be fairly close to a bus and/or train station in the area. I am a very fun and lovable individual that keeps his personal and work life separate at all times. By the moment you met me you'll see that I am a energetic and well spoken person who loves a good laugh and cherishes friendships with due respect. I am currently seeking part time work while I aim to gain my realtor license within the month of December. Please feel free to contact me any time if my listing intrigues you to get to know a fellow Canadian. Thanks Eh!
I am currently living in a share apartment with a small courtyard and am wanting to move somewhere with a big fenced backyard (with a pool if possible) so that my dog Baxter can have a happier life being able to run around outside. And I will soon be bringing my cat up from SA so looking for somewhere that is happy to have a dog and a cat as furry friends too. One of my current housemates may be wanting to move with me to a larger place too so am in a state of unknown at the moment but just wanting to see what is available now. If he is keen we will need a place with 2 rooms available that is close(ish) to the city as he works there and uses public transport. Should know by end of December. Our current lease doesn't end until February 2017 so if a great option comes up then will look at breaking the lease or replacing me/us. Baxter is only 9 months but the sweetest natured dog I have ever met. Great with adults, children and other animals. He is Maremma x German Shepherd x Border Collie x Cattle Dog. My cat Lola is a Ragdoll and like most cats is possibly bipolar and is either wanting to play or keeping to herself. Both pets are currently inside pets but will be converting them to outside pets mainly but want a place that is happy to have them inside still for cuddles every now and then or when it is bad weather. I have my own creative and consulting business and work mainly from home so looking for a place with a largish room that I can also use as my workspace. I am hopefully enrolling in part-time study next year to do biomedical science at UQ so I will most likely have my nose in books or my computer working a fair chunk of the time. I'm not really a party-goer but like an environment that has a homely vibe where everyone can have a laugh and get along but also happy to have their own time too. I love hiking, travel, being outside, exploring/trying new things. Also regularly take Baxter to the Nudgee dog beach so trying to find a place close to the river to go for walks or hikes at Mt Coot-tha or close to a dog friendly park. Needs to above the river as most my commitments are there and I want to avoid paying tolls or long travel time daily. Most important thing to know about me is I am considerate and polite and respectful of others in share accommodation and get along with most people. Love learning new things, cultures, and people. But, I can't stand liars, rude, contradicting or untrustworthy people so if that's you maybe skip past me.. ;p
My sister and I are looking at moving to Brisbane in the next few months. I work full time for a company and plan to transfer, while my sister has just come back from working in the USA and is hoping to find full-time work. We are both very social and familiar with shared living.
Hi, I'm 24 years old girl from Europe who is coming to Australia to practice English. I am looking for a furnished room. My school is located in Adelaide Street so I want to live not to far from there so I can ride a bike to school. about me: I'm different in every minute, but always positive! I love meeting new people. I can't stay in one place for too long- I am bored. I love travelling. I love sighstseeing. My second passion is vegan cooking- especially for others. I love the smile on people's faces after eating my dish :) I love sport- practice fitness, pilates, joga etc.
I'm not moving until January. I currently work fulltime at Mount Coot-tha and I've been living in Taringa for the past 3 years. I have my own communal appliances and furniture to bring with me if needed. I enjoy eating out, going out, having a drink after work, binge watching netflix and going for runs along the river. I'd need to move mid-January, ideally looking to stay around Toowong/Taringa (train line / bus line), $160-180 - but pretty flexible. Shoot me a message if you would be interested in starting a new place or if you need a spot filled and we can grab a coffee - Thanks!

Really chilled and easy to get along with, have lived in shared accomodation for a while now so very easy going and easy to get along with! Have quite a bubbly and outgoing nature and don't mind a few drinks every now and then. I work full time so I'm not home a lot of the time!
Hello! I've lived in Brisbane for the last 6 years and am looking for some easy going people to live with. I work full time as a geotechnical engineer and travel fairly frequently for work (away for approximately 2-3 months a year). I'm pretty active and am always doing something but also need a decent amount of quiet time. I'm clean and easy to live with so lets get this show on the road.
Updated: North Brisbane **specifically looking for a granny flat thanks :)** Hi I'm Amy, a 23 year old cake decorator working 3 days a week for a small company located on Brisbanes South Side. However I am considering returning to volunteering and studying next year and would strongly consider moving closer to my partner. I'm passionate about baking and all things cake/deserts. I am a fairly harsh critic and rarely live up to my own standards. I'm always looking for constructive criticism and am willing to share my baked goods. I enjoy going to the markets, baking, reading, fithooping (weighted hoola hoop), walking, Kitten D'amour and board games... I really enjoy board games! I am fairly kept to myself and have a small circle of close friends. At present I am only looking for a grannyflat. My partner lives in North Brisbane and is currently studying and working so I am usually away on weekends. If you feel I would be the right tenant for your property I would love to hear from you! Kind Regards, Amy
