So - a bit about me. I'm living in Sydney at the moment, having returned from some time overseas just under 2 years ago. I'm a mature, single female, I'm easy going and respectful of other's privacy and have great rental and professional/personal references. I am an Australian Citizen of UK birth. I am sociable, happy to share a glass of wine, and the occasional meal, but I'm not looking for a party house. If I do share (I'm also looking for a granny flat style accommodation) then I prefer to only share with one or two others at the most. I love living near nature, so a city house is not what I'm looking for. I have two very well behaved pets - a cat called Kitwe (who is a very lazy neutered boy, sleeping most of the day and night away) and a beautiful (small) border collie called Mr Finn. Both are rescues and I actually brought Mr Finn back with me from South Africa (my cat is Australian and went with me to SA and came home again). They are both neutered and I keep them well groomed and clean. I walk my dog for 2 hours a day so he is a relaxed dog and causes no problems. As you can tell I am very fond of my pets and take great care of them. They are clean, house-trained and my rental references for the last 7 years are for properties where they both lived with me.
I'm happy to keep to myself but I'm also very social so don't mind people coming and going. Really easy going.
IT professional. Easy going, WS listener, pays bills when due, independent, washes up and can clean a house. Away most weekends as I am involved in the 4wd community and like to get away. Can work from home and willing to share net costs. I own properties outside of Sydney but need to rent in Sydney as that's where the work is. I have a friendly golden retriever who is my rock and best pal.
just looking for somewhere to crash 4 or 5 nights during the working week - have early hours and need to cut down travelling back to Central Coast - not 'moving in' - I am quiet, no kids, no pets, prefer older person to share with -
I am clean and tidy, I have a very friendly and approachable personality. I am currently looking for full time work in the corporate world. I love goingfor morning runs, going to the gym and I love art. I also like to go out on the weekends and socialise with friends over a few drinks.
I work full time so I probably won't be there most of the time but when I am, I normally keep to myself, very shy at first but when I get more comfortable you'll start to notice how funny and willy I can be. I'm happy to help out around the house. If you have any animals I'm sure I'll fall in love with them haha I'm mostly moving out because I'm in a bad situation at home and can no longer live there. I can't afford bond but I'm more than happy to pay more with rent till the desired amount is paid off.
I am a female student looking to move out from my parents. I will be in 1st year Uni from the start of next year and would like to move out. I am quiet, introverted but always more than happy to help around the house. I am very neat, organised and will be working part time + applying for Centrelink youth allowance.
I will only be there for about 3 weekdays per week as I have a split area job and don't want a long daily commute. Happy to take furnished or unfurnished, I'm not a noisy person. I don't smoke, I like to cook, and have a lot of experience cooking vegetarian and vegan food as well as meat dishes . I am told I have a great sense of humour I do like cats - although I like most pets ( except snakes and spiders!) I like the movies, driving and travelling. With 4 grown up children who live away, I'm used to housework too.
I've got short term (about 3 month+) work in Sydney and would love to find a flat share for this time. I'm neat, organised and very easy going. I am very respectful of others privacy and space. I'm a lawyer and work long hours through the week. I enjoy relaxing with a glass of wine and making new friends.
To clarify it would be $180 each so combined we are willing to pay $360 together. We are looking at a place that is all inclusive with services like gas, electricity, water, internet, etc. We are very reliable, tidy, organised and respectful of others, friendly people, Willing to work together, we don't use much space, and we are always happy to find a compromise. we always communicate effectively and efficiently. We tend to keep to ourselves but we do enjoy socialising when we are not at uni or work. Til is at UNI (full time), I am working (full time) and at UNI part-time / casual (only 1 to 2 units) We have been living out of home for years.
I'm a self-employed (for almost 20 years) graphic and web designer, living near Windsor but looking to move closer to clients and public transport in the Hills area. I'm a big fan of fitness and enjoy weight-lifting, boxing and bootcamp, as well as going to farmers' markets and whole food cafés.
I am looking for 2-3 other people to team up with to find a rental around the Hills District. I would be willing to pay extra for the main bedroom. I am 22 years old and work full time as a marketing consultant. I also have a 6 year old english staffy named Kevin. He got hit by a car when he was 1 so he has problems with his back legs, nerve/spinal damage and a plate in his front shoulder. This worsens when he is outside in the cold so most of the time he is inside with me. Because of this, I would need to find a place that allows pets. However, he is not good with other dogs so would need to be the only animal in the house. In my spare time I am usually out with friends. I appreciate a clean house and respect having own space. Contact me if you would like to chat further.
