Hi, I'm a painter about to begin my honours year at the VCA. I work as a professional artist assistant and at coffee roasters. I am easy going and would love a new home. I can move in immediately.
We come from Wales in the United Kingdom and just travelled around Asia for 3 months which was pretty awesome!! Currently trying to find a job/flat in Melbourne to continue our travels. We love to travel, cook and find/make good coffee! We are clean tidy sociable people that's what makes us great to live with!
Hey there! I'm 25 years old and work professionally full time in the CBD. I'm easy-going, very friendly and would be keen to enjoy a social wine or two with my new housemate/s. Shoot me a message if you want to know more :)
I'm a Brazilian Girl. I was living in Perth since 2015 and now I'm moving to Melbourne to study. I'm easygoing, organised and I love travel and make new friends. I'm looking for a single room with parking :)
Hi there! We are a friendly and polite professional couple looking for a room close to public transport for 4-6 months. We work long hours so if you're looking for a couple that aren't home a great deal, then we are the flat mates for you! We are extremely polite and friendly, but do not party. We are low maintenance and don't have much stuff, and we don't take up much space in the fridge! We also have a rabbit named Henry and we will need somewhere to put his cage- just on a balcony or outside is fine. He is very well behaved- you won't even know he is there. He loves cuddles and you are welcome to snuggle him anytime at all! We just signed up to Flatmates.com.au and are ready to move in TODAY! Looking for a room that is under $250 per week, including bills. We can't wait to hear from you! Many thanks, Madeline and Carey :)
I am looking for weekend only accommodation. I am a live in nanny from Sunday night through to Friday but am looking for accommodation just on Fridays and Saturdays. This may be in the form of sharing someone's room who works and lives in the city during the week but not at the weekend's.
1. A happy food fighter with laughter 2. PIXAR 3. majoring in Fashion merchandising 4. A listener & a doer 5. always keen for a glass of wine...maybe two;p 6. love to clean and organise stuff in order(not obsessed) 7. 18-year-old male from China studying full-time at the University of Melbourne. I went to high school in Queensland from 2014-2016 and speak fluent English. A clean freak who is capable of doing any type of chores including cooking. An experienced traveller who likes to share his view on almost everything. I DO NOT smoke and accept flatmates that are having a pet, and that could be a dog, a cat or even reptiles (except snake and spiders). Budget: $200-300/week Looking for a house as close as possible to Uni Melb
- full-time student - laid back/ chill - clean, organised, responsible - quiet - minds my own business - understanding - open-minded
I'm pretty laid back but always up for a good time. Working full-time so tend to not be much of a partier during the week, but love a good night out on the weekends. I'm clean, respectful of other people and love trying to cook. Looking for flatmates I can be friends with and not just people I live with. Looking for a place with about 2-3 people.
Hey hey :) Im a friendly, easy going chick that enjoys working and living a simple life. I've got a pretty good sense of humour and tend to joke around once you get to know me. I see the positive side in the majority of things. Also having an understanding and respect of privacy as well as each individuals life style is really important. So living with a like minded person is a must. I'm currently living in Pascoe Vale and looking for a change. I do have a tv, with a cabinet that it sits on as well as a couple of bed side tables and looking to buy a new queen sized bed. So I'd prefer a room that could accommodate that furniture. (Though i can be flexible with the bed depending on the quality). I tend to keep to myself after work as I get pretty tired, though im easy to have a chat with. Im a traffic controller so I usually work big hours Monday to Friday and some weekends. Im happy to clean up after myself and keep a tidy lifestyle as well as participating with the household chores so long as its deligated between the housemates equally, I'll do my share and a good job at that! :) Having my own bathroom is preferred aswell. Im preferably looking to find a place that's got the rent and utilities included together. I've grown up being efficient with my usage, so I don't see it fair to pay for others excessive usage. I will give you peace of mind with my usage :) Also I'm a really big animal lover, so if you have any pets I'll be happy to have them around :) :) 💜 Looking forward to meeting the right housemate and answering any questions you might have :)

Hey there I'm 23, just graduated and moving across to Melbourne from Perth for full time work in banking. I'm hoping to find a room by early - mid February in a sharehouse with good vibes. I'm a friendly, easygoing and tidy gal (I like to think!), who is always up for a chat or a drink but appreciates that everyone needs their own space/privacy as well. In my spare time, you'll often find me at the beach, feasting with mates (I love to eat) or just plain chilling. Feel free to message if you think I'm what you're looking for!
Hi there, I am an outgoing and friendly girl! I am from Geelong and am looking to move to Melbourne, as I will be working full time as a nurse for St Vincent's Hospital. I am tidy and organised. I value my own personal space and respect others. I am not looking for a party house, however I do love going out and have a active social life. I am looking for a place I can call home and feel comfortable living in. I would happily enjoy catching up and enjoying a meal or a beverage with my housemate/s. Hi there! Melbourne born with an Armenian background. Easy going, normal kind of guy. Weekdays 9-5 work, get up early some mornings and go for a run and some nights boxing after work. I try to keep things more low key during the week but like the odd night out. Weekends I like to be out and about. Socialising, eating out, travelling, footy and music. I am a clean guy but not the clean freak type! I act younger than I am and mum says I need to grow up haha
Fresh off the plane, I've just arrived from Perth to commence work in Melbourne. I am hoping to find a room soonish. I'm looking for a place close to public transport (tram/train). I'm a health and safety professional and will generally work regular business hours Monday to Friday. I enjoy the company of housemates and like to share the odd meal. Cooking is a hobby of mine. I usually like to watch shows on Netflix as a way to wind down. Some might say I look like Glenn from The Walking Dead. I also have a PS4 with me if you're also into gaming. I'm working on getting fit, and looking to join a gym. I'm neat and tidy, and respectful of your personal space. My previous share house experiences have worked out pretty well, references are available.
Easy going and outgoing 24 year old, I work full-time, very tidy and quiet. Don't go out very often, focusing on my career at the moment, looking for a place closer to work. Will cook for myself and clean after myself.
Hi, I'm Emily! I'm backpacking in Melbourne and looking for a fun group pf people to live with for about 6 months. I'm very clean, can cook reasonably well, like to go out and drink but think I'm a pretty chilled and considerate housemate. Have been travelling for 18 months and want to see as much of Melbourne as possible!
Working full-time at Collingwood atm. Going to be RMIT nursing student in July 2017. I am a clean, cheerful, considerate, respectful person who cares about the privacy of others. I have been living by myself for 7 years, so I am independent and is a type that will "clean my own mess". I love dogs! I like cooking, swimming and watching movies. I am not a party animal, but a drink or chat is great. I am looking for a place where has air-con(must!), windows(must!), kitchen with oven, near tram/train station, tidy, clean, and comfortable to live. I don't mind doing housework on a schedule/roaster basis. Big plus if you have dog(s)!!

Hi, I would like to live with a matured flat mate/s who are 'neat & clean' and would take responsibility of themselves and the house - I do not mean clean freak :). Would also like to share meals, chat over a drink etc occasionally - instead of being a person living next door :). I am down to earth and easy to get along with. I am most flexible and mindful of others and their privacy. Would be great to meet in person and have a chat to see if we will get along. I would like to share with someone who wants to share and not to just looking for saving rent or having a person just to share for the sake of it and not responsible while sharing the place. Someone who is responsible, tidy and matured individual please. While at home, I enjoy watching movies, love to cook, having a chat over meal/drink with flat mate/s, have my own space to relax and give them their - in short, I am really cool ;) :). I love to cook and buying fresh from the markets and cooking from scratch - it's my thing. Like a glass of red in the winters, to keep myself warm. I work in Sales for an IT Software company. I moved back to Melbourne in November 2015 from overseas after 5 years of living and working and glad to be back in the most livable city in the world - Melbourne!! I am an Australian Citizen and have lived in Melbourne for 10 years prior (2000 - 2010) and was working at ANZ Bank and 2 years recently after moving back from working and living overseas. I am extremely friendly and have lived with many nationalities. My current and prior flat mates can vouch for me and will be my referees. I am pretty social and attend most events Melbs offers. I ride my bicycle and explore Melbourne and rest, well you will have to chat with me in person to know more about me yeah? I have my own stuff for the room, (bed, tall boy, side table etc.) and my coffee machine, couple of pans and stuff for kitchen nothing major though and no other furniture, thank you. Look forward to having a chat with you in person as I believe that would be best to grasp if we would get along. Cheers, Chirag :)
Impromtu dancing and singing in your kitchen. Stories over tea. I love community and bringing people together over food/projects. I am always up for a good movie and creating music/art... I am reliable, integral and love great honest communication. I am respectful and appreciate others to also be respectful. I want my flatmates to be able to be themselves and feel comfortable in their own home. This is really important to me that everyone feels they can be themselves, share responsibility and enjoy being in each other's company. I would love to live with people similar age :)
My name is Barbara, 30 years old from Italy. I'm studying at the australian college of dance a dance teaching course while I'm working at a italian reastaurant as a waitress. I also have a casual job as a dance teacher. I'm a very easygoing person and I like to keep my house clean and tidy.

I'm a qualified hairdresser who is respectful and tidy housemate. I love gardening and indoor plants, crafts, comics, gaming, and make a great granola. I can also come with a large fridge and/or top loader if it's needed. I love going to gigs but marathoning a series is not something I'm experienced in. I'm looking for a place that's close to public transport as I have Multiple Sclerosis. Give me a bell if you are interested in me being your new housie, or want some more information.
I've just relocated from England, looking to settle in Melbourne as a full time barista. I'd like to think I'm easy to get along with - I love a good chat over a glass of wine / coffee / tea. I've lived in shared accommodation for three years now so I've gotten used to keeping a tidy communal space and being respectful living with others. I hope to hear from you soon :)
I am moving from Brisbane to Melbourne to start Medicine at the University of Melbourne. I am looking for somewhere central and fairly modern. I am a clean and tidy housemate who would enjoy some interaction with other housemates but is also respectful of everyone's own space.

Hi! We are Pavi and Manon (English and French) and we are both 20yo. We are exchange students at Monash University. We have been in Melbourne since last July and we lived in halls on campus (Clayton) during our first semester here. However we would like to live closer to the city so we are looking for a place to stay near Melbourne CBD for the next coming months. We enjoy eating (a lot!) so we are always looking for new places to go and eat. We also like to cook ourselves so it would be nice to have flatmates who do too! We are also always up for a drink (or two) with our friends. We are gym buddies so we are going on a regular basis to the gym. Sometimes we also enjoy staying home with a good movies/series to watch. And finally we love travelling and exploring new places around Melbourne! We are easy-going, tidy and clean. We are looking forward to meeting you! Pavi and Manon

I have friends and family nearby but it would be nice to live with people that like to hang out from time to time too. I don't have or intend to get any pets, but if you do, I see that as a bonus 😄
I'm looking for accommodation in the area of the university of Melbourne for my first year of Bachelors Degree in Science. I am respectful, quiet and very friendly. I am from Adelaide, just moving out of home for university in time for the Stop 1 science orientation day. I am very knowledgeable, and could likely help out any flatmates with IT issues etc. I am also a pianist, and interested in classical music. I look forward to the opportunity to meet my new flatmates
I'm a 31yo guy and I'm looking at moving from the southside to anywhere between Richmond and Fitzroy. I'm looking to spend $200 - $250 depending on the quality of the place. I'm also happy to be flexible with the dates slightly. I'm pretty quiet during the week but happy to have a chat and a meal. I usually venture out on the weekend but can also enjoy a quiet weekend. I'm pretty sociable and ideally the housemates would be the same. If you want to know more then feel free to drop me an email or I'm happy to come and have a chat. Cheers, Dean
Hi! I'm open minded and relaxed. Live and let live I say. You do you, I'll do me. I'm quite clean and a good cook when my budget allows. I've just finished a film and television degree at the VCA. The goal is to be a film maker. Most of my time is dedicated to this end. I like to keep to myself though will occasionally like to have a few friends over. I'm also not adverse to meeting and interacting with new people/ having strange people about. I've got a ferret which has made finding accommodation in the city a bit difficult. She mostly lives in her cage or my room. Her name is Lyra and she is very well behaved. She doesn't scratch walls or tear up carpet so aside from knocking over the odd glass she's quite harmless. She's also good with dogs (Knows to be wary of them) and gets on quite well with cats. She's a bit smelly but I spray her with a flowery coat deodorant to keep it under control. She sleeps about 20 hours out of the day so you normally don't even notice she's there. (We have that in common. hah!). If you have a spare and room and open to having a ferret around please message me because you are quite rare!
Im Shanelle, I do work full time, currently in hospitality. I also keep a busy schedule. Trying to get fitter during the week, i do bikram yoga and some inferno pilates, something about the heat is so addicting. i absolutely love to cook, big on fresh, healthy food. I go to the markets on weekends to stock up. I also come with a cold press juicer and blender. I obviously don't smoke. i personally love all things design, and am huge on home wears. I have a little family of plants that would come with me as well. Ive been living out of home for 2 years now and understand my financial status and can budget well. so you will not have any issues with late rent etc. Also very respectable of peoples privacy and space. Understanding i would love to have a home where everyone does get along and can be more so friends than anything else. Come the weekends, i do love a glass of vino but i defiantly do not want to be living in a party house. Because really your home is like you sanctuary! Hopefully this little blurb helps you out
I am 29 kiwi, who has been living in Melbourne for nearly 5 years. I am tidy and friendly and looking for a new home. I lead a pretty quiet life during the week, but happy to have a chat and a wine/dinner with housemates. On the weekend I keep busy - catching up with friends, trying new restaurants and chilling out. I love pets, so if you have one that is a bonus. I am a low maintenance housemate with a clean rental history.
I've bee living in Melbourne for the past 6 months and moved here from San Francisco. I currently work full time at a graphic design agency in Fitzroy. The sharehouse I'm currently living in is being sold so I'm looking for just a temporary room for 4 weeks until I go travel for 6 weeks and then move to Sydney for a new job. I'm very clean, respectful and easy going. Always down for a night out but also enjoying staying in and hanging out. Since I'll be working full time and completing a yoga teacher training, I'll be fairly busy during the 4 weeks. With that said, I won't be a hermit and hide in my room but I also won't be annoyingly around all the time. ;) Happy to meet for coffee or drinks if you think I'd be a good fit! :)
We are young outgoing couple looking for a fresh start in Melbourne - from Jan 30th. We are social, tidy people who are very interested in making new friends in Melbourne. We are avid home cooks, with our own pot planted garden, we love entertaining friends as well as relaxing with some good banter over great (really really trashy) tv shows. Leanora (24) is following a career change from media to entrepreneurship, who loves Italian food, painting (creative in general) and has traveled to 18 countries. James (25) is a Geotechnical Engineer, who is a bit of a coffee connoisseur (snob), loves to have a few craft beers on the weekend as well as a bodyboarder + snowboarder. He has competed in Taekwondo and is just an all-around legend. We would love to move into an existing share house with some great people, or set up our own one with you!

Looking to live with 1-2 good people, to feel safe, comfortable and at home where I live. Funny, Respectable, Easy to get along with, a good person, Clean and tidy. Looking for a room for up to $200/week including all bills + internet, no bond.
Originally from the Surf Coast town of Torquay, I'm looking for a place to live in Melbourne whilst studying at Uni. I am a 4th year law student, studying at La Trobe University, Bundoora. I have plenty of experience living with flatmates as I have lived out of home for the last three years. I have just returned home from an exchange program in the United States, and am eager to continue meeting new people. I study hard during the semester, however I enjoy going out on some weekends. I play guitar, and this is the only noise that I will create. If you enjoy playing, listening or just music in general I will be the perfect housemate for you! :)
We are two brothers from Italy who are gong to start to study at the end of February. We are two easy going and friendly guys who like to chat and make new friends. We don't have any specific request and both pets and smokers are ok for us. We love sport like skating, surfing and snowboarding and we are crazy for music. In fact, we can both play guitar, even without being annoying (there are always parks to do that).
