Hi! I am Lotte, a 21-year-old chemical engineering student from the Netherlands. I am really outgoing and love to travel, see new things and meet new people. I have a great love for food. Also I really like doing sports, especially swimming. I am looking for a house that also outgoing and like to undertake activities and do things together such as watching movies or cooking together. Other than that, I do not have much requirements. Preferably a clean house of course, since I am clean and tidy myself as well. I am just here to make this half a year the time of my life and hope your house can contribute to that!
Hallo! The name’s Chris and I am moving to Melbourne at the start of 2019. I’ll be studying an Advanced Diploma of Music Industry Full-time commencing February. Originally from Adelaide, currently residing in the Gold Coast. I am pretty easy going, sociable and open minded. I am looking for somewhere to stay for at least a month and possibly up until 3 months, as I plan to eventually move in to my own place. I enjoy meeting new people, going out, and travelling, but also appreciate my alone time to recharge. I aim to get a part time or casual job on the side of my studies once I find my footing. I love anything to do with music, film, tv, the beach, food, alcohol, exploring new places, and chilling out. I am looking for somewhere clean, simple and interchangeable, with my own room that has at least a bed to sleep on and somewhere to put my clothes and items. I am flexible with sharing a bathroom, toilet, kitchen and common areas. I also enjoy cooking, listening to a wide range of music whilst exploring new genres, learning to play an instrument, or relax on the couch and watch TV. I have my own Car (Toyota HiLux), so some sort of car park is necessary. I am neat, tidy, and respectful of my surroundings and other people’s belongings. I can be quiet and chill, or fun and loud, depending on the occasion and the people I’m with. If I sound like your type of house mate then hit me up! 🤙🏽
Hi I'm Debi 🤙✌️ I'm from Switzerland and I study Information Technology. Starting from February 2019 I'll be able to study one semester at RMIT in Melbourne. I'm super excited! ✨ I'm looking for a private room near my university (approx. 30min away with public transportation) until the end of June 2019. A little bit about myself: - always in a good mood - very tidy - super openminded - chill & friendly - trustworthy - respectful to others privacy I appreciate nice talks with a glass of wine, beer or tee, watching movies or TV-Shows, cooking together, go to the gym, listening to music, read comics, go on trips...the list goes on and on. If you would like to know more shoot me a message :)
I and my wife and my wife's brother (3 of us) - average age of 37 - are looking for quiet and clean place to stay for 4 weeks. My wife's brother will fly out on 17th Jan, so he is with us for 2 weeks and then we leave on 1st of Feb. So we are looking for 1 month accommodation in Melbourne. I am in IT field, managing software projects. Golara (my wife) is artist and she works on jewelry design and digital arts. We both have experience of co-sharing spaces, so we respect others privacy. We keep our places clean and enjoy having chats with our housemates.
Hi guys!! Easy going and out going french girl is looking for a sharehouse or new flatmates!!! Freshly arriving in Melbourne, I plan to stay for a while, find a job (hospitality or anything I will find!) and enjoy the city and the way of life from here that looks amazing. I like to share with people, have good conversations and discussions, learn about different culture and habits, I like cooking (FOOD LOVER) or going out to visit, walk, run, swim... I am also starting practicing yoga. I like to go out to have a drink with some friends but also a good Netflix evening with biscuits or a good uber eat. I am trying to learn guitar, love to have the time to read a book under the sun or going to museum / exposition. I am open-minded and motivated for a lot of things, smiling, curious and have some OCD (sorry hahaha). I plan to do the western coast after Melbourne.
Hey guys, I'm Mitch! I'm moving away from Sydney to get some of these great Melb vibes! I am easygoing, love animals and am super creative. I also suck at these biography type things, but whatever.. I've been entering a lot of film festivals and am training to be a scriptwriter - so you know I've got those dope movie and Netflix recommendations. Also love a boardgame or videogame (I completely suck at Mario Kart, so I'll probably boost your ego too!) I'm looking for people who are able to clean up after themselves and are genuinely great people to hang out with! I love a drink or two with my housemates, but I also enjoy a bit of alone time too - and understand that people need space. I’ve been in student accommodation, share houses and have always paid rent on time, so I am an experienced and considerate housemate if that's what you're after. If you also want to be involved in a couple short films, or are just into the more creative side, hit me up! I'd love to chat. 🙌
Emergency Nurse born and raised in Melb. I am easy going, friendly, neat and open minded. I keep busy and respect personal space but happy to socialise to catch up and hang out. I have an inconsistent roster working any time during weekdays or weekends, but can sleep through anything and am mindful of others sleep/work patterns. Always keen to share stories from work - preferably with a drink in my hand. I enjoy good food, drinks, chats, laughs, downtime, music, events, nights out, snowboarding and fitness. Looking forward to finding a welcoming home with new housemates.
Moving from Adelaide to study full time at RMIT! My passions in life are activism, keeping up with current affairs, and the occasional groove at a club ✨ I like to cook, and will clean up after myself. I'm looking for affordable long-term stay. Though this is my first time living independently, I will respect everyone's living spaces and maintain a tidy personal space. P.S. I make can make great brownies to share I don't smoke.
I'm 26 (27 by the time I'll move in) and moving interstate to Melbourne for work! I've lived in Sydney all my life so not only am I on the look out for a little corner of the world to stay with some roommates, but some new friends would be all the better! Most nights I'm happiest with a quiet night in reading or watching something silly on TV, Netflix or Stan, but I'm also up for a party on the odd occasion. I've heard Melbourne is known for its food and music scene so I'm keen to explore too!. I can cook about a grand total of two dishes from scratch (mini quiche and Oreo truffles) so it's safe to say I won't often be hogging the kitchen to cook. Microwave meals are my go-to dinners but happy to experiment and learn if communal eating is your roomie thing. Equally happy to just have a chat and debrief the day while you eat your gourmet meal and I eat my boring food! :) I work in the music/teaching fields, so you'll probably find me humming a tune or playing my keyboard (with the headphones in, don't worry!) every now and then. Living with other creatives would be the dream! I like to keep fit by either jogging in my local area and joining adult dance classes after work. I also love chocolate, cats, and board games.
I'm a 22 year old physiotherapist working full-time in Mentone. I've lived in Bentleigh in the past year but am looking to move closer to the city when my lease runs out in January. I enjoy keeping fit, going out with friends and meeting new people. I am easy going, tidy and responsible. Always up for a chat but also respectful of others space. Feel free to message me if you want to know more :)

I’m a Graphic Designer furthering my Diploma education to a Fine art Bachelor degree at Uni in 2019. I’m in my 40’s and enjoy a pretty quiet lifestyle and am very comfortable in my own company however I balance this with engaging with people when there exists a genuine vibe. I’m from Shepparton vic and very much look forward to living in Melbourne and experiencing City life. With regard to accommodation I’m looking for a light, clean space where I can bring my double bed. Cooking and laundry facilities and a bathroom (with bath preferably)

Hi there:) I'm Michel, french guy and I'm a creative web developer/designer working in Richmond. I'm easy going, always clean up after myself as I like to keep things neat and tidy. Always up for a chat, sharing a meal or going on an adventure! I enjoy sport activities (soccer, running, cycling, gym), boardgames, watching TV shows, cooking, going to the movies, reading books. During the weekend, I'm quite often on a road trip exploring Victoria. Looking to move into a share house with people that I get along with!
I'm from Scotland. I will be arriving in Melbourne on a WHV late December to enjoy the last year of my twenties. I'm passionate about live music and attend a lot of events. I also enjoy chilling out with a glass of wine and something good on Netflix. As for what I'd want most out of a house share - somewhere peaceful and quiet with people who value their own space and each others company in equal measure.
Hello! I'm Jan from Malaysia. I have been living in Melbourne since March 2018...recently took a trip home to visit the fam bam. Will be back in Melbourne around 14th January 2019 (move in date could be sooner / flexible). Looking for a PRIVATE, furnished room (basic furnishing will do), a house / room that is well insulated. I have a permanent residency, used to work as a financial auditor in the CBD with the Victorian Auditor General's Office. Looking to get back to working once I'm back in Melbourne and to stay long term if all goes well :) I'm 29, clean and respectful of your space - would love to live with people of similar age group, who are socially outgoing. When I'm not at work, I am out with friends (movies and drinks :p), going on dates or snoozing. I have lived in share houses before, while in Melbourne. Had to give up my room as I had to leave for a long holiday and was not allowed to sub-lease the room. Happy to provide references if need be. Women preferred, but not fussed with gender as long as everyone is respectful and maintains a clean space. Prefer working adults rather than students. Happy to discuss / participate in a cleaning roster or hire a cleaner for the common areas. Cheers!
Hi guys, I am Caroline, 23 years old and I am looking for a place to stay during my 6-month internship at the Baker heart and diabetes institute. I am from The Netherlands and currently I live with 10 housemates, so I have experience with a sharing household. If you have anything for me, just let me know! Cheers, Caroline
Hi there! I’m studying full time at Deakin University and working part time. I am a very easy going person and definitely easy to get along with. Also, I’d like to think of myself as a neat freak (you will never complain about mess with me)
I’m clean and tidy, friendly and fun to hang out with. I wont invade your privacy and I expect the same in return. I’m not a party person that goes out every night for a drink, but I can compromise that every once in a while. Bonus point I’m trilingual - mandarin, bahasa Malaysia and English and I can speak some Hokkien too.
