Hello future Flatmates, I'm looking for a nice, clean modern home with awesome flatmates. About me: 32 from Mexico, been living in Sydney for the past 3.5 yrs, just launched a small Advertising Agency, and recently landed an important contract here in Melbourne. I'm pretty easy going, clean, tidy, respectful, into fitness and health, have a good sense of humor, like going out for drinks and dancing. I'm looking to get settled in ASAP so please don't hesitate to get in touch with me. Thanks! Enrique
I'm an engineer relocating from Newcastle for work. I like the outdoors and I'm generally quite active during the week with a variety of sports usually followed by a nice meal or craft beer :) At home I like to occasionally cook something new, play a bit of guitar or just have a chat. I like to think that I'm trustworthy, easy going and tend to equal other people's efforts. Looking to share with similar people who are active and sociable, but also respect each other's space and privacy.
Hey! I'm looking for a home to dream at night. My current housemate and friend is moving to London. so I am now looking to share my condiments and beers with some new pals. Due to recently turning old (30), I find myself on the lookout for somewhere somewhat "adult", but also chill and affordable. Natural light, space, plants, semi-organised – you know. Ideally looking to share with 2/3 others in a cute house with a yard for Summer ahhhhs. Fitzroy North, Northcote and Clifton Hill are in my heart zone. Would also consider Fitzroy, Carlton or North Melb. Open to teaming up for a new lease too. I'm from Melbourne originally and I spend my days working on graphic design projects. I’m into kind people, happy gatherings, checking out galleries and gigs, bike riding, fun fitness, cooking, travel… the pursuit of a balanced lifestyle in general. Currently working from a studio in the CBD and as a contractor for a few different companies. Varied routine, but can assure reliability when it comes to paying rent on time and being a considerate, clean and easy going housemate. Always up for hangs and am equally mindful of sharing the space and respecting down time. I come with a washing machine (if needed), plant babes and a friendly as tude. Looking forward to meeting you. Lauren
My name is Miranda, 28 and work full time in toorak for a plastic surgeon. I'm easy going, fun, clean and prompt with payment of bills and rent. I enjoy socialising and am generally catching up with friends on the weekends or going back to my home town as I have only been in Melbourne for 6 months and like to keep things pretty chilled out during the week but I would be interested in sharing the occasional drinks or dinner with housemate/s
My name is Elle, 26yo and work full time in the city at a law firm. I'm easy going, clean and tidy and prompt with payment of bills and rent. I enjoy socialising and am generally catching up with friends on the weekends and like to keep things pretty chilled out during the week. I play netball once a week, and enjoy checking out new restaurants or bars in Richmond and going to football and tennis. Would be interested in sharing the occasional drinks or dinner with housemate/s
A great gal looking for some fab room mates who enjoy a good glass of wine and some good banter. I am a drama and stress free Beauty Therapist from the Sunshine Coast who loves a good meal and good music. Looking for some girls to live with in Feb next year
From near Liverpool, UK. Originally came here as a backpacker, but recently sponsored to work full time as a Front End Developer (fancy job title for someone who builds websites). Currently living in Werribee and working in Mulgrave - so hoping to cut that commute down by more than half. I work hard, but don't mind enjoying myself at the weekend with a few beers. I have a terrible coffee habit, which is convenient for me to live in Melbourne. Love snowboarding. Scuba diving. Playing guitar badly (don't worry, the guitar is back in England). Listening to music (Foo Fighters, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, John Butler Trio, Doves, Jack White, The Beatles). Watching TV (Game of Thrones, The Walking Dead, Parks and Recreation, Rick and Morty) and Films (Into the Wild, America Beauty, Batman, Inception, Interstellar etc). Hoping to get straight back into a gym routine once I've settled, so looking forward to that. I'm clean and tidy, so you won't have to worry about living in mess. Love exploring new places, eating at new restaurants and working my way around the many cafes of Melbourne. I'm sociable and outgoing, but also enjoy my own space every now and again. Hoping to find a flat share with like-minded people.
Hi everyone! My name is Paulina. I am 24 years old fresh Economics graduate from Poland. I am coming to Melbourne in November as I got Work and Holiday visa. My plan is to stay there up to a year, working, meeting new people, overally having fun and gathering good experience. It would be awesome to share a space with friendly people around my age, as I am easygoing, positive, sociable person. But at the same time, I respect my own and others' space. As for my spare time - I love music, enjoy watching good series (compulsively), doing sports and hanging out with friends. What I'm seeking to is a single room in a tidy sharehouse or an apartment with 2-3 flatmates at most. Available from 24th Novmeber. I prefer rather female or mixed company. My preferable rent duration is 1 month at least, up to 6 months, generally flexible, according to how it's gonna work. If you feel that we could get along well living together, please feel free to contact me!

I work, sleep, clean and cook good food. I'm bubbly but enjoy my own space and giving it to others, and like open communication in a household - nothing anyone says ever offends me and I try and be a respectful housemate and adhere to others needs and wants.
I am a young professional who is seeking a room at a house somewhere in the eastern suburbs. I consider myself to be a quiet, independent person who is easy to live with. I like to keep active during the week and play various sports on the weekends, but I still like some downtime to relax and have a beer or two. If you feel as if I am the right fit for your household please don't hesitate to contact me. Hope to speak soon!
**Looking for 2 rooms** Hi guys! My sister and I are looking for a place to move into at the start of November (can move sooner). Budget is up to 220/week each. Ideally the rooms will be furnished. Looking at east/inner east/bayside basically anywhere from Richmond through to Caulfield. Close to the Frankston train line would be ideal (Richmond, Armadale, Caulfield North, Prahran, South Yarra, Malvern, etc) We're easy-going, very clean, social and both enjoy a bit of adventure! Would love to move into a young professional and social household, respectful of others space but keen to hang out here and there. I'm 24, work full time in Sales and am starting a digital agency on the side so will be working long hours 5-6 days a week. I'm into the gym, eating healthy, reading and love to chat some shit over a few drinks on the weekends. My sister is 20, works as a hotel reception supervisor, she's super friendly and social and likes to cook. Also enjoys a wine and a laugh. A cheeky bonus to living with us is that we have a holiday home in Phillip Island we love to stay at, which is obviously awesome during Summer and you'll be more than welcome to join! Look forward to hearing from you!

Hey there! I've recently secured full time work in Melbourne starting in January 2017! I'm very friendly and quite a relaxed person. I've lived in multiple rental properties with different people before.
I'm 22 from the country moving to Melbourne to work and experience some new things, spread the wings etc. love a good Sunday session, talking smack. Able to cook, clean and all of that. All about respect ✌🏻️
Originally from England. I've been travelling solo for the past couple of years around the Asia Pacific region, spending 2015 in Australia on a working holiday visa. Melbourne captured my heart and I'm now looking to get sponsorship with an IT company to emigrate to Australia. Since my plans are uncertain right now I'm looking for a temporary place to stay for 2-3 months whilst I find a job and get myself settled. Professionally I'm a software developer, easy going and love meeting new people to share stories and ideas with. I'm not a party animal (hangovers now last two days) but enjoy a beer with good company on the weekends, preferably soaking up the sun in the park or on the beach =) When I'm not reading or losing track of time on Netflix I love to get outdoors and go hiking. I'm also a big contemporary art fan, although my ability to hold a critical conversation about it is lacking, and I've got plans to try and learn the piano now I'm settling down but we'll see how that plays out...
Hey roomies. I clean up after myself and I am generally tidy. I respect others privacy and space and I am happy to do my part with chores. I usually keep to myself being a fairly quite person and I rarely party or go clubbing, but I do enjoy sociallising and getting out and about. Throughout the week I will be studying, going to gym and working part time. I love animals so pets are not a problem for me. All this aside I am pretty easy going and not much bothers me haha. Feel free to message me! Thanks
I'm moving back to Melbourne after 2 years in Mildura. I've got previous experience housesharing both here and in Adelaide and am looking forward to getting back into a share house after renting on my own in Mildura. I'm from the UK originally, moving to Australia at 21. I have a solid, full-time government job and in my spare time I enjoy going out, doing interesting stuff and travelling. I'd be great to live with as I'm a relatively low-maintenance housemate, I enjoy a laugh and having a good convo, but I have enough of my own interests that I won't be a pain. Bills and rent will be paid on time, cleaning will be done and a good time will be had by all!
My name's Tyler, I'm 22 years old and I'm a university student at the University of Newcastle, and a permanent part-time waiter/kitchen hand/bartender/receptionist at Mooney Mooney Club as of April 2013; I'm both studying and securely employed. All that's changing however! I'm moving to Melbourne in early December this year and I'm looking for a place to live long term. I'm pedantic when it comes to cleaning and tidying up after myself (working in hospitality will do that to you, I guess!), however still working on my desk work organisation... I'm very sociable (except when I start gaming or reading, then I'm dead to the world!) and love to talk often. When I am home, however, I don't mind cooking or helping with the cooking. If possible I'm looking for a place with a fast internet connection with a large allowance as I do like online gaming in my spare time. I look forward to hearing from you, and if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask! Regards, Tyler Grenfell
I am a fun but sensible guy in Australia for a year, looking for a room in a place I can call home for the next 3 months. I am very tidy and considerate of the property and other housemates, but also social and like to chat watching tv in the evenings. I like to hang out with friends and enjoy a drink but would not abuse this at the property. I look forward to hearing from you!

I am a very clean and tidy present. I am capable of socialising with everyone and easy to get along with, yet I am more than capable of respecting people space.
Hi!! I'm a 26, spanish girl looking for a room. I've been in Australia for a month and I so tired to live in a hostel (please help me!!). I'm cheerful, extrovert and respectful. I enjoy drinking some beers and going out, but sometimes I also like to stay at home. I would like to live in a home and not just in a sharing house!!
Hi there ! I'm a young french backpacker from Lyon in my mid twenties ( 23 ) looking for a room in Melbourne for the next 5 months at least. I obtained a degree in applied foreign languages, that's why i decided to take a year off in order to discover aussie ( thanks god ) !!! I'm used to houseshare with people from all around the world as i spent many time abroad those last years : Auckland New Zealand, Brussels Belgium. Keen on travelling, sports, outdoor activities and just chilling. I value a clean and tidy place where I can feel at home, I reckon i can say i'm neat and respectful about someone's space but i also enjoy sharing meals and good times with my flatmates ! Looking forward to hearing from you soon !! Julien
Hi there! My boyfriend and I are about to bring our 5 month SE Asia travels to an end as we are flying to Melbourne tomorrow to live and work for at least a few months. We are 29 & 28, originally met while both living in London but have spent the last few years living in NYC. I'm American born and Olly is from Wales and we both love our traveling, super social and game for a laugh. We most definitely wouldn't label ourselves as a typical couple as we enjoy our independence and extremely easy going. Think it's the way it should be! We are also both extremely respectful of other people's possessions, space etc. and certainly not the messy type.
I am 29 yo European who just moved to Melbourne for two years. I was told to be an easy-going flatmate and guest as I tend to turn a blind eye for most of petty habits people have that might drive others crazy. It might be true, but I do enjoy tidy environment (shared spaces - kitchen and bathroom - especially). I am far from being meticulous, though. I work a lot, so usually during the day will I won't be at home. In the evenings and weekends I do regular stuff - cook, watch TV, play video games, read a book, swim, excercise, go out. As I will get more friends here, propotion of going out will probably increase. I love playing board games, so if you do too, we just might become best friends. I enjoy a good company, interesting conversations, occasional inteligent banter. If you have a hobby that involves other people and you are passionate about it, I just might join you. From time to time I need a quiet place and some me-time. I enjoy alcohol as every other guy or girl, but getting drunk every other day is not for me. As I am new in Australia, in my free time I plan to explore it. Oh, and some of my friends plan to visit me, so please, mind that from time to time some international people my pop by.
Hey folks! I have just moved from NZ to Melbourne and need somewhere to live. Looking for people who are easy going - I'm really into live music and like to play gigs, love people with a good sense of humour. Hard working but also likes to relax with a few quiet ones or go out on the town :) Cheers!
Hey guys, I'm Sam, 22, I moved to Australia from England when I was little, I'm English by blood and Australian by heart. I'm a hard worker with my eyes set on the future, I've previously studied at university in Melbourne and currently I'm working part time, with around 4-5 shifts a week which keeps me busy. When I'm not working I love playing my guitar, exploring places I've never been and keeping my mind and my body healthy. I'm a caring person with a big heart who loves putting a smile on people's faces, I'm respectful of others feelings and needs and keep myself and surroundings tidy.
My name is Alix. Originally from France, I am 22 years old and working full time as a Receptionist. I am easy going and friendly. Respectful and mindfull of peoples own space, I am not difficult to live with! I am not a party animal and usually love keeping things quiet during the week and weekend. Although i am not a hermit and love exploring on the weekends. I am looking for somewhere to share preferably with a girl! Or a couple.
Hey all, I'm looking for a room for me +1 quiet and friendly, mature, housetrained cat named Charlie. I work 5 days/week in hospitality, until I go back to uni full time (+ work part time) for a year to finish my degree. On my days off I generally like to get outdoors if the weather is good and am looking forward to getting some beach days in this summer, (if/when it actually arrives in Melbs). Like to enjoy food and drink and chats with my housemates, but equally enjoy my down time and respect others' need for the same. I'm clean and tidy, especially when it comes to communal spaces. Eat mostly vegetarian, but not wigged out by food of any kind. I’m good for paying rent/bills on time, am not touchy about discussing stuff house-related, very into openness and communication. Am well-trained in house-sharing, and don’t possess any sexist, racist, LGBTI-phobic views/sentiments. Can pay a pet bond, 420-friendly. Come with a bunch of plants and make kombucha regularly. Also looking for new house share start-ups! Feel free to fire any questions my way :)

I like music, night life, outdoor activities, almost all kinds of sports, and visit the gym regularly (literally just everything that a "teenager" loves). I'm usually very quiet, but talkative with people i'm close with. My goal is to get really good results in University, while at the same time thoroughly enjoying this overseas studying experience. I'd love to make new friends and learn about cultures different from mine. Hope to have a pleasant experience with you!

Hi! I'm Anja, I'm 23 and I'm from Germany. I'll be staying in Melbourne for 6 months, working full-time as a marketing assistant for BSH Home appliances. I love working out (gym + yoga + just started surfing) and I definitely am a foodie. Can't wait to explore all the restaurants and bars in Melbourne. I'm easy going, clean, tidy and looking to live with people who enjoy socialising at the weekends and people I can be friendly with, not just somewhere to sleep!
I'm amber. I am a freelance Graphic Designer originally from Byron Bay, but I have called Melbourne home for the last 5 years. I am a creative type, I enjoy music, coffee and art. Usual things. Im a bit of an enviromentailist and love getting involved in community projects. Gardening is cool aswell. I spend my week working or at my internship and spend nights either still working or chilling, watching movies or reading. I do enjoy cooking and being from a big family, I like to cook for people. I have a house of furnature, though also foster homes for them if need be.
very tidy, don't mind cleaning up after others as long as its reasonable. overall very easy to live with and mostly stick to myself, don't care if you have parties all the time as long as hygiene is a priority, would be better if it wasn't all the time (just showing how chilled out i am :) my main expectations are living in a clean space and respecting each others belongings. i am not wanting to live in a mess or a half way home so if these things aren't important to you i would not be an ideal housemate for you . only looking for a maximum of 6 months stay. cheers
I'm an accepting, friendly/social Nutrition Science student with lowwww animal product intake (non-dairy milks, almost no meat and only eggs sometimes, but not completely veggo) and I train Brazilian jiu jitsu about 5+ times a week when I'm not busy with other projects like my apparel side project. :) I'm LGBTIQ friendly, feminist, excited to learn new things, noise conscious, clean and relaxed, and almost always out working, training or studying so I'm rarely hanging around the house. I strive to always maintain good vibes even when I've had a rough day and am down for a chat or a gin on days off!
Tidy, friendly, respectful kiwi who's looking for a fully-furnished place to crash in Melbourne from Dec 28th-Jan 27th, about one month all up! Working part-time at a cafe in the city, spend my time doing improvised comedy during the evenings. I love food, coffee, reading, learning, museums, and exercising. Looking to start hip hop classes too! I'm reliable, respectful of other's spaces, and am looking for a tidy home :) Not sexist, racist or homophobic, and hope that future flatmates wouldn't be either!
Hi there, My name is Stuart and I'm from London town. I've come over to Melbourne to check out this part of the world and see what all the fuss is about :) I used to work in technical operations for a music tech company but I've decided to exchange the office 9-5 for working as a carpenter's assistant as well as delivering food on a bicycle (I don't have a car) some evenings. Essentially, working to live and having enough flexibility to take some trips around this massive country! Interests wise, music and food are my big loves as well as reading, cycling, football (soccer?) as well as checking out local gigs and the odd dance from time to time. I'm 31 years old, so not a party animal any more - waking up at the weekends without a hangover is something I look forward to :) I'm easy going (everyone says this right?!) and have no real preferences about who I live with though a private room with a bed are my only requirements (I couldn't quite fit my English one in the hand luggage unfortunately). Not too fussed on the area I live in though have been drawn to the northern suburbs such as Footscray, Fitzroy and Brunswick as I hear that's where all the music happens these days, though being an Englishman in Melbourne, I'm also drawn to the beach based 'burbs such as St Kilda, Elwood and nearby areas. Cheers, Stuart
Hello, Sarah and I just arrived on Melbourne, and now we are looking for a room. We are 26 and 27 years old, loving life, ready to move in a sharehouse. Sarah is working in hospitality, usually on day shift, she likes literature, photography, doing huge chocolate cake, that I recommend to everyone. I’m working in construction, I like photography too, gardening, and to eat chocolate cake (and much more to discover). We like to spend time with the mates, we are looking for cool people to live with, share some meal and having good time together. We talk fluent English, we already lived in sharehouse, and are responsible about all the duties and the behavior engage in a share living place. We both already found work, we just miss our place to live to set up our lives for a little in this beautiful city. If you do think that it can match with you, give us a try and we pretty sure you won't regreat! Looking forward to hearing from you soon :) S & H
Laid back, tidy and easy to live with said all my previous housemates :) I am busy during the week and like to relax and chill out after work. Weekends I enjoy dinner and drinks with friends and can be found at a gig somewhere.
