Hello, FlatMatties! I am an international student living in Melbourne from last month. I am doing my bachelors from La Trobe University Bundoora Campus and working part time at collins street. I am looking for a place cheap to live. and I am pretty much comfortable with room share or flatshare option. I am mostly out for work or studies and just come back in the night. I am a pretty much welcoming guy and don't have any racial/ religious/ nationality/ gender preferences. I like to party once a while or go out on weekend to beaches or maybe exploring the city but don't worry if the house vibe is not party like I will respect other people's comfort. As I am new in the city I would love to meet people who like to have a conversation with a drink once in a while but at the same time can give me some alone time. I am looking somewhere in the CBD area or any surrounding suburbs from where the commute time to city is 10-20 minutes. I am more than willing to rent out a place of our own and start a share house with like minded people. I am actually looking for long term place but my lease at current place will expire on 15th May and by 15th June I will be going to Canberra for 4-6 weeks. So it will be nice if something can be figured out regarding my vacations in that period otherwise I will be notifying you 2 weeks before moving out.
Hi there, I am looking for a place to stay for 6 months. As a housemate I'm super tidy, clean and respectful. Please feel free to contact me :) Cheers, Mild
Hi! Im 28 years old from Sweden. Working within retail on Bourke St. For the moment I live in a house with two friends in Windsor, but the lease is ending and I need to find a new place. I'm a person who likes my home tidy and clean. I don't spend much time at home but when I do I like it pretty quiet, and its important to respect each others privacy. I'm looking for a furnished room, or a furnished 2 bedroom apartment. If u found me interesting, please let me know if I can come for an inspection. Best regards zozo
27yo working full time in Real Estate. Looking to move inner cbd suburbs at the end of May/June (which is when my current lease expires). I'm not home much during the work week but love to go out the occasional weekend but also love staying in. I am super easy going, yet incredibly clean and tidy and very respectful of peoples privacy and possessions. Looking to team up with another female and potentially look for a 2 bed 2 bath unit or apartment together. My budget would be around the $250-$275p/w mark. I also have a new fridge and washing machine as well as a couch and dining table.
Hey! A cruisy guy here currently looking for an ideal place convenient to the city. Prefer north side but exceptions can be made. I'm clean, respectable and get a long with most people. If you're the same, hit me up Luke :)
Hey there, I'm a student studying in melb uni foundation. My lease gonna end so look for a place to live from the end of May. I am a really respectful and easygoing person, doing art in my spare time. I always live with flatmates so know pretty much how to get alone with each other and enjoy hanging out with flatmates as well;)
I've just moved back to Australia after living in the US for the last two years. I'm 30 years old and work full time as a software engineer. I'm pretty easy to get along with and have plenty of share house experience. I'm always keen to share a few drinks and a meal with my housemates. I'm a fairly decent cook as well and have learned how to cook a proper BBQ after living in the US! I like travel (my most recent destinations were Peru & Cuba), skiing, and enjoying some live music. Looking to move in ASAP!
I'm an international student studying Industrial Design at RMIT, going into my third year. As a flatmate: I've lived with a flatmate for 2 years, so I have experience when it comes to cleaning and taking care of my home. I'm also reliable when it comes to bills and rent, have never missed a date. I'm a responsible and friendly individual and have a very open-minded perspective. I consider myself a social, always up for a chat or adventure, and active person but do appreciate and respect space. I'm very into fitness, design, and music, though I do enjoy movies and binge watching shows from time to time!
Hi there, First, thanks for looking at my profile. Please read carefully before contacting me. My lease ended at the end of March and am looking to start a new one on 29th April or thereabout. I am an engineer with MBA and am working as project manager with Victorian government. I am looking for an apartment with a furnished private room preferably in Melbourne CBD free tram zone or Southbank. I have been sharing rental apartments with flatmates for a while now. As such, I am used to living comfortably with international people. I am very clean, neat and tidy and expect my flatmate to be the same. After work, I will be spending my time in gym or pool. I do my own cooking. Occasional visits by friends over the weekend is OK but I am definitely not looking for a party house. Apartment should be quiet after 10 PM. If you need to know more, please drop me a note. Regards,

Hi future housemates, I am a 26 year old Melbournite looking for a place to live for 3-4 months. I work at a tech start-up called Equiem as a Platform Performance Manager, but don't worry I'm not a total tech geek and I can get my way around a conversation. During the week, I'm pretty chill and mainly am working but on the weekends I'm usually out and about. I'm easy-going, generally pretty damn tidy person and I get along with most people so I'm sure I'd make a great housemate. I haven't had any complaints from housemates thus far! If you think I sound like I'd be a good addition to your house, chuck me a message. Cheers, Autumn
