Hey there I'm Tash - I've been living in sharehouses for the past 6 years or so. I am looking for a nice place to enjoy with friendly and tidy housemates. Currently I'm finishing my studies part time while working full time so a quieter household would be preferred, with space for wines/dancing on the weekend. xx
Hi I'm Johnny, I'm a strategy manager at a digital agency for work. Some weeknights I attend classes or go for a swim and others I like to wind down with a cup of tea and a chat or netflix binge together. Weekends I'm equally comfortable doing home-body stuff or getting out and exploring! I enjoy playing some guitar and also recently started doing more cooking.
I'm a 37 year old professional, currently contracting in Financial Services. I recently moved back to Melbourne after 8 years living in Edinburgh, Scotland. I'm a free spirit, young at heart and love to travel and experience new things and meet new people. I have a pretty busy schedule during the week with work and gym. I like getting out and about on the weekends catching up with friends/family, visiting new bars and resturants (obsessed with dumplings), gigs, all the good stuff that Melbourne has to offer! I'd really like to find a share in a high quality place with a like minded professional/professionals (preferably 30+) who like to have a good conversation at the end of the day and socialise together now and then. Privacy and space is obviously important too! I'm also open to looking at 1 bed apartments/housesitting, prefer 6+ months.
23yo full time worker in healthcare. Interests include outdoors, gym, golf and getting out and about. Not home a whole lot, but when I am would like to live with someone I can have a good time with. I'm looking for a place with people who make it feel like a home, not just an in and out motel. So If you think we'd be a good fit and want to team up or if you've already got a spare room, shoot me a message.
Easy going, jovial, tidy and Kinda OCD when it comes to cleanliness (basic stuff for an aspiring flatmate, i know). What's the catch? Well ... this is awkward... I'm French. Kidding! We are the best! And great cooks (it's in our DNA i guess). I must warn you though, this might be hard. I just got out of a year flatshionship in Auckland with the two most amazing guys ever. Long life lasting friends now, that i met in NZ. Can you compete? I know i can. I can work with a "do your own thing" flatshare, i intend to sometimes, i've got a girlfriend in Melbourne (that might visit, let's be honest, i've got needs, like you). But what i really enjoy, is a House/flatshare where we can sometines eat, watch movies, go out if you feel like it! I do enjoy quiet nights too. I'm a laidback person. I work full-time as a labourer/excavator operator, in the north of Melbourne (Epping, , just on a big park right now in Epping...). Use to be in hospo, use to be a lawyer, use to be a baker, but now i do that in Civil/commercial/landscape. So, I can afford a really nice place in the northern suburbs, but don't ask me 400 bucks a week for a matress in a corner of a share bedroom, i'll tell you to go love yourself (French=rude, remember?). Wanna meet me, got questions? Feel free to ask, i'll be nice, promise and i won't try to forcefeed you snails, promise too.
Hi I'm Amar, I have been in Australia for 8 months with my friend Amjad, we love it here so much, we are both working full time in the construction field and we have a full day class on Sundays, we are social, fun and outgoing, we don't drink. Looking for a room or 2 to move in a share house. Cheers
Hey! I work full work full time, and am a tidy, considerate and friendly gal. Looking for 6 or more months stay. I like going out for a few drinks, but also love staying in for a good Netflix binge.
I'm Sarah! 24 years, from QLD. Now I'm moving to Melbourne to study my master's. I have lived in Melbourne before, and am a clean, respectful and friendly housemate. I enjoy the occasional wine and going out to bars with friends, but am not a big party animal or anything. My hobbies include reading, visiting art galleries and listening to music. I have travelled a lot, and like to spend a lot of time outdoors in nature! Send me a message if you have something that might suit me. Not interested in sharing a room. Open to a team up! Thanks :)
We are mid twenties couple from the UK who have just landed here in Melbourne! Were here on a working holiday visa and both working in the CBD to get save some dollar for a few months and then hopefully travel around Australia too! We consider ourselves to be friendly and bubbly characters and easy to get on with! We are pretty chilled too and love to travel, eat good food, keep ourselves happy and healthy, and just generally enjoying life. We like socialising too on the weekends but also enjoy our chilled out movie evenings :)
Hi potential flatties, I'm Laura, I am from France and have been in Australia 18 months. I am currently studying fitness while working part time in hospitality. My partner Scott is from New Zealand and works full time in retail. We are both very clean and respectful people who are also very laid back and down to earth. We treat home as a place to unwind and relax and are not big drinkers or partiers. In saying that we are open to the occasional flatmates dinner/drinks or meal out :). We look forward to hearing from you. Thanks, Laura & Scott :)
I'm studying masters of art history and working as a tutor. I moved two years ago from Perth and currently live in Parkville. I enjoy reading, movies, brunches and gym. Looking forward to a new adventure in a great new house!
Hi, LOOKING FOR A HOME URGENTLY... I AM VERY EASY TO LIVE WITH AND HAVE A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOUR... I am looking for a nice relaxed place to live, I would like my own bathroom if possible and I am very flexible with the location I am more interested in having a home rather than just a room. I am a writer/director working on the third draft of an Aussie Comedy hoping to shoot the film early 2018, I am in the process of raising the budget. I am a clean tidy considerate person who has a great sense of humour, I like a laugh a meal and a glass of wine, but I also value my space and give you yours, I also pay my bills and rent on time. At the moment I will be writing from home hence a study or my own lounge, or even granny flat or studio would be helpful but not a deal breaker as I am looking for an office this year. I am studying film editing on final cut pro. I do have a 11 year old WELL TRAINED AND LOVED DOG AND A LITTLE BLACK CAT so it's important that they have a little space and are safe. I am flexible with moving dates. Cheers Peita:)
Hi mates, We're looking for a private room in a flat-share or house-share from the beginning of September for 6 months (Carlton or Fitzroy) Jason is working as a bricklayer and I am a student working part time as a nanny. We're working most of the time, easy going, clean, friendly and quite even though we enjoy having a drink and sharing a good meal on the weekends. Let us know if you'd like more information about us and if you'd like to catch up! Cheers :-) Jason & cecile
Hi there! I'm a working professional for 8 years in Hong Kong and recently moved to Melbourne for my master study. I'm both outgoing (ie. sporty) and enjoy the peaceful moments at home (ie. a movie). Food and wine lover but not into parties and don't smoke. Looking for a place that is relatively spacious, neat and tidy with plenty of sunlight! Open to look for female flatmates. Love animals but prefer a dog than a kitten if she has one. ;D
I am a post-graduate art student with a passion for cinema and music, who loves to try new recipes, tend to the garden and learn about people through good conversation and a glass of wine. I have a flawless rent history and am highly respectful of privacy.
I am an Indian born and brought up in Dubai. I am an easy going person who's up for a chat about anything in life whenever needed but at the same time I love a bit of time to myself(ESPECIALLY WHEN ITS TIME TO STUDY). I'm looking for 1 bedroom to myself but I'm also okay to look at apartments with someone who's looking out for rooms too. I'm moving to Melbourne to commence my Masters in Sports Management degree at La Trobe which will take place for 2 years. My life revolves around sports like Cricket, Tennis & football but I also take interest in other sports. I have worked before in the field of education as a cricket coach back in Dubai. I'm also a professional cricketer who's spent his time playing senior club level cricket in India for a few years. Love to keep myself active as much as I can which means if you need to find me, you should probably start off by looking at the gym. Haha! An absolute food lover as well with an ability to cook up some good meals every now and again. I like to eat healthy but a cheat meal once in a while never harmed anyone. Occasional drinker and a non-smoker! Feel free to contact me at any time.
My name is Coco, I'm a French girl looking for a room to rent in Melbourne. I'm working in the CBD, so I would like to find a place close to this area, and normally I should go to the university to do a Business Bachelor. I'm really easy going, I used to leave in a housharing with 6 other people, I love spending time with my flatemates !
I'm Ryan, 25, full time electrical engineer working with robotics startup. I like music, going to gigs/festivals, having beers and hanging out, looking to move into a fun sharehouse where everyone gets along. Looking to move immediately for the right room! Some things that are on my wishlist but aren't deal breakers: -NBN or fast internet -Garage/Shed for tinkering Some things that are important to me: -Unfurnished room - I have my own stuff -Parking (permit/off street or quiet street)
Hey I'm Sam. I'm 23 and currently living on the Mornington Peninsula but looking to find a place in/around the city to reduce the travel time to uni. I study optometry full-time at the University of Melbourne and work part-time at OPSM. Clean, respectful and open minded, so pretty cruisey when it comes to who i live with! Happy with any kind of roommate relationship, whatever suits best, happy to be friends but also recognise people will have their own social lives as well. :)
