Planning to move to Melbourne around mid-late January to study, I'm a super chill person and easy going person to be around. I like to keep my space neat and tidy and am happy to help out. I'm more so an introverted type of person, I don't drink or smoke but still love a good chat. My main passions in life are music, film and photography :))
Hey my name’s Jack and I’m new to Melbourne having just moved down from the Sunshine Coast in QLD. I play guitar and love live music and do heaps of songwriting in my downtime, I play a little bit of video games, love cooking (always keen for housemate dinner nights!) and going out for food and drinks on weekends. Being new in Melbourne I’m pretty keen for a social house so ideally looking to share a place with similar like minded people around there mid 20’s. So if it sounds like I'd fit into your place I'm keen to hear from you!
Hey all! I'm 23, from bendigo and about to move down to the big city for full time work! I've done the whole share house thing before so know how it all works. I'm clean and tidy and can cook a mean meal. I read/Netflix/cycle in my spare time and love a good wine or two. Super chill and friendly
Hi Future Flatmate(s)! I am looking for a fun, friendly and functional space I have recently moved to Melbourne for work, I currently work full time at the Department of Treasury and Finance which means I will be gone all day every weekday and am usually out and about on the weekends I am quiet, respectful as well as friendly and social. I love animals, dogs especially, and will more than happily take care of and love your furry friend. I had to leave my fur baby at home in Darwin. :( I spend most of my free time reading, painting, and adventuring to the nearest pet store to swoon at furry babies. You may find me playing around (pretending I know what I'm doing) on my uke, if this is an annoyance, just tell me to shh! I am hoping that this will be an opportunity to get to know Melbourne better, make some friends (I left them all behind) and have a safe and comfortable place to call home, I am quiet and respectful of space but will not hesitate to cook a big dinner for everyone (in fact I would love to) and enjoy some drinks and chatter over dinner in the evenings after work. I do sometimes have a friend or two visit from my home town who will occasionally crash with me. (Very rare, flights are $$$!) I hope this will not be an issue as my friends are incredibly important to me. Looking to move in asap!
I'm from Scotland. Currently in Melbourne on a Working Holiday Visa enjoying the last year of my twenties. I'm passionate about live music and attend a lot of events. I also enjoy chilling out with a glass of wine and something good on Netflix. As for what I'd want most out of a house share - somewhere peaceful and quiet with people who value their own space and each others company in equal measure.
Hello! My name is Sergio! I am an architect and visual merchandiser from Spain (half Italian). I am a hardworking person with big dreams. I get use to the circumstances around me no matter how complicated they can become. I believe that with effort and patience, everything can happen. Also that what matters in the lifetime is to get up after any kind of fall. Right now, I'm in a learning moment with a good career and a solid background. I want to find a new project that will allow me to grow personally and professionally. That is the reason why I will be living in Australia from January of 2019! I am a really normal person, happy and polite. I think, that everything can be solved by talking. I am bilingual in English, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese. I do also understand Chinese, German and France! I really like to meet new people from everywhere and even, if at the beginning, I am a formal person: I can be fun. About my hobbies, I like to play and listen music. I also like to read, take long walks and sports. Even taught all these things, what I love the most is: TO TALK! Looking forwards to know you! Sergio.B.G.

Grew up in the states and Singapore but been living in Melbourne for about 10 years. I work as an Industrial Designer - this keeps me pretty busy often, but in my downtime I love going to gigs around town (the Tote might as well be my second home :D) and I often spend a lot of time making things and tinkering (usually at a workshop near work). I enjoy cooking and run frequently to stay fit and active. I prefer to keep things clean and tidy, and tend to keep to myself a bit, but certainly don't mind socialising over good drinks and food.

Hey there, I’m a professional guy who’s looking a good place for long term either short term. I am into outdoors, rd trips, exploring new things and places. I’ m always down for a good meal, cooking or TV/Netflix with housemates. I am a tidy person and someone who loves to keep everything clean after myself. I’m very respectful, reasonably private but social, always happy for a chat but not a party person. I come with a car so off-street parking is a bonus otherwise on-street is just fine. I want to have a nice cozy room and chill place to come home to each night. Happy to pay upfront rent for a good place. Don’t hesitate for further chat. Best regards, Farhan
Hi, I'm Rod. I'm a student here in Australia until July. At the moment I'm just looking for a place to live while I work. Since I don't know a lot of people I'm just focused on earning a lot this summer so I can live properly during my next trimester. I'm looking for a quiet house during the week, I don't mind if people have parties on the weekend. I'm clean and organised. I'm easy going. I enjoy to cook every now and then.
Hi, I'm Nicole. I'm 24, an illustrator, and a fashion-design student to-be. I'm from Australia - looking for somewhere either in the city or near Box Hill institute. I'm friendly, down to earth and respectful. Preferably looking to share with other female(s)!
I am a 22 year old openminded student from the Netherlands who will do an internship in Melbourne for 8 months. Besides all the time I spend on my internship I'd love to learn about all the nice places Melbourne has to offer, having a beer in the club or a good chat at home or in the local coffee bar. I like to have my own room clean and organised, and I am very much willing to help in the weekly cleaning schedule!
I'm 23, and I am coming back to Melbourne after finishing my honours degree in biomedical science in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I return to Melbourne on the 20th of December and am hoping to find a place before the 9th of January 2019 as I begin at Parkville. I'm easy going, study and work during the week. I enjoy a movie or board games night here and there along with a chat in the evening or morning before the start or end of the day. I'm social and sporty as I'm a part-time trampoline coach.
Hey peeps, I'm a commencing law student at UniMelb. I completed my undergrad in Hong Kong earlier this year and visited my friends in Melbourne for two months during which I fell in love with the city. Hence the upcoming move down under! I'm looking for primarily a houseshare in a suburb near UniMelb but would also consider studios and private apartments on the cheaper end. I will (try to) be studying a lot during weekdays but I do like a drink or two with friends on weekends. I consider myself to be tidy, considerate, outgoing, openminded and creative and I am looking to live with a diverse group of people who nonetheless share this list of attributes. Always happy for a chat!
Hi, I'm Isabel! I'm a British student studying on exchange at Monash till the end of June. I enjoy cooking, baking and I'm clean. I'm looking for a homely place where we respect each other's space but also like each other and socialise together. I'm back in Melbourne on January 27th and 28th so am able to look around places or move stuff in on those days but will be travelling until February 18th so won't fully move in anywhere till then.
Hey. I’m a very clean, tidy, respectful and a fun flatmate. I enjoy meeting new people, going on food adventures and socialising, but I'm not a party person. I’m a huge fitness fanatic, love exerciseing and am constantly at the gym. And I love animals too. Right now, I currently live on the Gold Coast, but I will be making the move to Melbourne at the start of January to further my career in photography. I’m ideally looking for a place that is close to reliable public transportation and looking for a roommate/s (male or female) that are similar to me, career driven and are not party people. Additionally, I’m also looking for a room with my own bathroom.
Hey potential housemates! I'm Isabelle. I'm 25 and am from the Central Coast, NSW. I'm a primary school teacher and have just accepted a position down in Melbourne starting in late January 2019. My boyfriend Ben (also 25) and I are making the move down to Melbourne in the New Year and are looking to move into a place anytime from New Years Day onwards. We are hoping to move into a respectful, fun and somewhat social, existing sharehouse in the one of the Northern Suburbs, preferably either Brunswick, Coburg, Moonee Ponds, Flemington, Essendon, Kensington, Fitzroy, Northcote or North Melb, as these are the shortest commute to work for both of us. Ben is a carpenter and stonemason who restores historic churches and heritage buildings in Sydney and across rural NSW. He's originally from the country, just outside the Blue Mountains, and is currently working as a Rope Access Technician spiderman-ing his way down Sydney's skyscrapers. Neither of us have lived in Melbourne before, and we are both very excited to experience all that the city has to offer! As we both work full time , we're fairly low key during the week. However on weekends we mostly like to go and see live music and a sports game, catch up with friends and family, go out for meals, movies, the occasional weekend away, go camping, indoor rockclimb, and explore the city! Ideally, we would love to move into a place for at least 6 months, sharing with another couple or 2-4 single housemates. We've both lived in various sharehouses before and are both very tidy and respectful/clean in all communal spaces. We are definitely looking to move into a fairly social house where eventually there is more of a living with friends than just housemates kinda vibe! In saying that, we are both also very independent/doing our own thing and appreciate a bit of downtime too. I also promise we are def not the kinda couple that make you feel super third-wheely! We would love to both chat further and pop round to meet you and your housemates and visit the room/place anytime in January! Thanks! :) :) Ben and Izzy
Canadian with Aussie citizenship looking to move to Melbourne from Vancouver Bc. I'm a cook, and am usually more than willing to cook dinner for others, especially if feedback is provided. Will most likely be working full-time once I move, and after settling in, will be actively pursuing an apprenticeship. Hoping to find roommates on the more social side of life. Bit of a gamer, and a music producer from time to time. Looking for any kind of rental, as long as the kitchen is decent, and has a gas stove. Already paying for Netflix and Spotify family and more than willing to give those out for free. Super clean, super tidy, and would like to find others who are that way too.
We are matured couples who are clean, tidy and respectful. We are looking for short term fully furnished accommodation with PRIVATE/OWN bathroom for min. 4 weeks starting 18 January. It can be anywhere in Melbourne but we have no car and need easy access to public transportation. Willing to pay the entire period upfront if without bond and with all bills included.
