Hi there! I'm looking for a fully furnished room close to the CBD. I've moved from Perth to Melbourne for work and typically work from 8am-4pm in the CBD. I spend most evenings at the gym on Collins St. As a housemate I'm friendly, organised and willing to help out with keeping the house neat and tidy. I love trying out new recipes and meal prepping so I will often make extra for others. I also enjoy watching sport and kicking back with a cheeky drink with friends. I am very social and although I will not be hosting parties, I would like to be comfortable enough to invite friends over to hang out. - dog friendly - cat tolerant -prefers own bathroom - would prefer to befriend my potential housemate instead of living separate lives
We are very tide and clean people. As we are italians we love cooking very much. We are positive and smiling people. We like to share spaces and moments with other people but we also like to have and give others their own.
I’m a relatively quiet person that mostly keeps to herself in order to succeed in my studies. However, I love stopping to have a chat and hanging out with others. Employed part-time and enjoy being active.
Hi, I’m Koyomi from Japan. I’ve lived in Melbourne since this September. So far, I'm studying English at language school and also working as a graphic designer. I think I’m ... - a chill person - independent - a tidy person - a beer lover - interested in art, graphic design, photography, architecture
My partner and I are 22yo and our friend Kyle is 18. We are all very relaxed, opened minded, and are looking to move closer to the west/north side (with some exceptions). I work in Australia post in sunshine and currently live in a Pakenham (It’s insane I know!!). We are all relatively private people, and like our own space but do love to socialise and hang out. We all love the outdoors as well. My partner and I have a dog named Hannibal, he just turned 1 and don’t let the name fool you, he is the biggest sook for affection ever. He just wants love, kisses, cuddles, and maybe some of your food ;) (but don’t worry he does not beg). He is fully house trained, very obedient and short furred. Brad is currently studying and looking to work with me after his studies, hopefully by next year. Ideally we would like to all have a room of our own, but my partner and I are also happy to share one larger room together. Being close to public transport would be great, as none of use a car. Closest to train stations would be ideal, if not any buses work too. Hopefully we are what you are looking for :)
I'm Victoria - I'm in my late 20's and about to move to Melbourne for work from Sydney. I'll be working full-time in the CBD as a lawyer. I enjoy cooking and running, and am trying to figure out the whole work life balance thing. I'm share house trained, so I'm happy/competent with cleaning/keeping things tidy, bills/rent, putting the bins out, watering the garden etc etc. I'm always happy to have a chat and a laugh, though understand if you enjoy your own space as I sometimes like to wind down on my own as well. I've got a few friends in Melbourne but am hoping to live with people who are happy to catch up when everyone is home. I currently live with my boyfriend who will be visiting from Sydney every so often. He's easy going and sociable - imagine the human version of a golden retriever with glasses and a marine science job. He travels quite a bit for work, and I'll also be to and from Sydney, so I don't expect he'll be a lot. That being said, I'm super mindful of the impact couples can have on share houses, so you'll never find us hogging the couch etc. I'm moving down to Melbourne on 5 October and have an Airbnb for a few weeks (but can move in anytime from then), so will be keen to check out places from 6 October onwards. Happy to Skype/Facetime/phone if you'd like to chat before then :)
I'm Irish and moved over here last October. I lived in Fitzroy for 7 months and then moved to SA for 3 months. I moved back to Melbourne because I love it here and I'm hoping to be here for another year 🙂 I'm 25, fully house trained as I've lived in share houses for a while now! I'm pretty chilled out during the week with a Monday-Friday 9-5 job (I'm always down for a Netflix Binge) but I like to go out exploring on the weekends. When I'm at home I love cooking and baking! I like keeping things clean and really just want a place that feels like home that I enjoy going back to. Thanks for reading this (I know you'll have a lot to go through!) and if you have any questions please let me know! If it helps, I come with plants 😛 Cheers!
We are clean, tidy, respectful, down to earth and easy to get along with :). We like to keep to ourselves and aren't looking for a party house but don't mind socialising and having a good time by any means!! We're moving from Brisbane to Melbourne and would love to sort out an easy start before moving, as opposed to being in a hotel while looking for a place, so if you're keen to set up an inspection please let us know ASAP :) Suzi has family friends who can help with work just not accommodation, around sunshine, so near there is preferrable but retty much anywhere in Melbourne would be okay :)

I am looking for a sharehouse where my pets are loved, or even a self contained bungalow that's part of an enclosed secure yard. Need to move because our landlord has decided to move into the property. I am a positive, friendly, quiet lifestyle person. I work in customer service and selling my hand arts. My interests vary from knitting, movies and books, day walks/hikes, gardening and writing. I am looking for housemates who would enjoy living with pets, without the long term commitment of having their own. I have two beautiful 10yo labradors and two cats. They are relaxed and friendly. I have rented with them for many years and am a responsible pet owner. They are all older now and need kind environment. They give a lot in return for your kindness, with their big hearts and furry love. My landlord and petsitter/dog walker can all provide you assurance of my responsible pet ownership and the health and wellness of my pets. If I sound like a match for your situation, or you know of an opportunity that would suit, please let me know :o)
Hello! Me and Scarlett have been best friends for a long time. Scarlett has been in Melbourne for a year and a half now and is staying on a student visa! I am now coming to Melbourne on a working holiday visa and plan on staying with her in Melbourne for at least 3 months. We are both very outgoing and easy to get along with girls. We love socialising but would never turn a night with a horror movie and a KFC bucket down 😏 We are polite and very respectable and would love some new mates to live with!
Hi there! My name is Julie and I am a dutch master student. I will move to Melbourne from the 29th of November until approximatly half of August 2019. A bit of background info about myself: I am a last year master student in Molecular Mechanisms of Diseases, and I am going to do a research internship in Melbourne investigating malaria. I love my study and science in general, but I also really value to do social activities and sports. I'm an easy going and clean person and hopefully you will consider me for a roomie 🙂
I'm from Brissy and have just been offered a new role in Melbourne and will be looking to move into a room for 6 months. I work fulltime in aviation and will be working in Tullamarine, so looking to base myself in easy distance to the airport. I am social, but also like to have my own down time and respect everybody's space. Love wine, cheese and coffee so will happily fill the kitchen with these goodies at any chance. I will often be flying to Brisbane to be with my partner, and every few weekends he will fly down to stay with me for two nights so we get to see each other, happy to discuss this with potential roomies.
I’m an easy-going, reliable, and considerate roomie who’s always up for a chat but do have my introverted times. I’ve lived in Melbourne all my life but love to travel. Im open-minded and accepting of all people and lifestyles. I love animals (but don’t have any). I’m open to comitting to anywhere from 3 to 6 months and then just go from there. Looking to move in around the first or second week of October :)
I currently study at Unimelb/VCA. Looking for a new place and to move out relatively soon. I'm 24, a fairly soical guy, but definitely love my own space. I'm very clean, organised and respectful as a house mate. For the most part I'm pretty focussed on school and am there most of the time, 5 days a week. I also love to cook. Usually on the weekends, if I'm not working. I'll go see theatre, check out a festival or two, or play some tennis, squash or indoor soccer. I like the odd tipsy board game night with housemates and am always down for watching a movie or just chatting. I'm pretty efficient about moving out and have a good rental history. So let me know if you have any questions. Warmest regards Hugo.
Hi! As a couple we’re looking for a room! We met each other during traveling. I’m (Tess) Dutch and Callum is English. We’re both looking for a job in Melbourne (hospitality/retail). I love food and like to spend some hours in the kitchen. Callum is a musician. He plays guitar, sings and writes his own music. We’re both very easy going and interested in Melbourne’s music scene. We like to go to gigs, drink some beers or have an easy night at home and watch a movie or play cards. We’re friendly, flexible, chatty, tidy, crusty and like to do things together your our flatmates!
I'm easy going love cooking, am sociable but not a party animal and have always gotten on well with flatmates. I love meeting new people and flatmate outings but I also respect personal space. I like tidy kitchens and communal spaces and bake lots and am always happy to share my treats with my flatmates. I work a lot and also have other activities going on so I'm not home a huge amount either so no fear of hermitting!
My name is Javier, I am a university lecturer in sports science and high-school teacher in Spain, and I will spend this year doing research at Victoria University. I also love being out in nature and practising sports such as climbing, hiking or mountain biking. You won't regret having me as a housemate ;)
