****Looking for a room to move in ASAP**** Hey! I’ve just moved from Perth to Melbourne to do my Masters at the University of Melbourne. I’m very friendly, respectful and considerate of others. Lover of good wine, good food and, of course, travel! 😊 Looking for a comfortable large-ish private room (big enough for a queen bed and study desk), ideally to share the house/flat with 1-2 other people. I value having tidy communal spaces so I am looking to share with someone who is the same. I would really like to find somewhere where I am made to feel at home and not feel like I need to lock myself away in my bedroom all the time. As I’ll be studying, I’m looking for something that won’t be a “party house” on the reg! At this stage I'm ideally looking for accomodation until approx July (for the whole of first semester) however if all goes well then would be happy to stay on Any questions, just ask 👍
Matías: Argentinean. love having conversations about arts, love, relationships, astrology and other kind of activities that have been always an interesting topic in my opinion. I like to hear good music and explore different types of genders. Used to get involved in martial arts and I'm trying to resume it as well as yoga. I'm an amateur actor and my preference in that area is clown technique. Clean, tidy, collaborative, cook, flexible, positive, enthusiastic, charismatic. Lucía: Originally from Argentina, been travelling around for the past 2 years. Vegan and a wanna-be yogi :) Love good food and wine (and a combination of both while cooking). Quiet and aware of personal space, but always ready for a nice conversation.
Hey! I moved down to Melbourne from the Sunshine Coast almost 3years ago, absolutely love this city. Unfortunately I have to move out of my current living situation so I'm on the hunt for some cool housemates. I'm a Hairdresser half of the week and Graphic Designer for the rest. I'm sociable, really easy going, respectful/tidy, food and wine lover, live music and art. Message me if Im the type of human you'd like to live with:)
Hey! I am coming from Canada on a working holiday Visa. I am coming to be a supply teacher so I will be out of the house during the day mostly. I am a pretty easy going person and get along with pretty much anyone. I am just looking for a nice place to stay that is relatively clean and some awesome people to live with.
Hi there! I’m Nevada and I’m 21. I’m currently working as a barista in Prahran and on my days off/spare time I dog/puppy sit 🐶. When I’m home I love to socialise and have a drink and a boogie but in saying that I also respect people’s alone time and I will give space when needed. I’m super clean and tidy and will always clean up after myself. I thoroughly enjoy Netflix nights and I love heading out and having a coffee or exploring Melbourne. Hope to hear from some of you soon, thanks! 😊
I work as a Fashion Stylist for different brands around Melbourne and my partner works in Media Broadcast for Sports content. We're both from Europe. We've had our own apartments for the past 3 years but hope to meet more people by sharing a house! Looking forward to hearing from you XXX

Hey :) I’m a registered nurse living the shift work life. I’m a reasonably social creature but I like my down time too. I’m friendly, tidy, respectful and happy to share some meals/wine/chats/existential crises. Can cook! I come with baggage - a super cute cat called Morrissey. He makes cat people out of the cat averse, I promise you’ll love him. He’s an independent inside/outside cat so he’s off exploring a lot of the time (read: sleeping in the sun) (and the world is his loo so no gross litter trays). You'll barely notice him, he mainly pokes his head in for food and a pat. I’ve got houseplants galore, a cool chesterfield and come fully equipped with the rest of the house stuff (although sans dining table). I can storage what’s not needed. I’m looking for a chilled and tidy place with a bit of space and a cool guy or girl. If there’s somewhere for a herb garden - bonus! I like all kinds of greenery. I'm pretty laid back, love the beach, hangs with friends, wining/dining, music, photography and getting about in the sunny weather. I'm also pretty tidy and keep on top of the life chores. Hopefully you're something like this too!
I'm a Masters of Science student at University of Melbourne. I'm from New Zealand and just moved to Melbourne in Feb 2019. In my spare time I enjoy baking sourdough, rock climbing, tramping, and reading. I'm quiet, clean, and respectful, and I'm looking for a flat with other similarly-minded tenants.
I'm Enrico, a 21 year-old Italian exchange student and I'm looking for a room to stay during these 4 months, I'm a very open minded and sociable person and I can't wait to start this new experience and to share it with other people!
Hi, I am Sanjay. I am an Engineering professional. I am currently living in Adelaide. I am planning to move to Melbourne by 10/03/2019 along with my friend. We are looking for 2 furnished rooms and our budget is 320 per week (inc. bills). I am an easy going person. I like to travel and meet new people. Kindly drop me a message if you have any rooms available. Thanks in advance.
I am a media student at RMIT, who loves music and has just moved back to Melbourne after a brief stint in regional Victoria. I am cool, calm and collected and am always down for a chat, although I do appreciate some quiet time also.
My boyfriend and I are looking for a place to move into by the 4th of March. We’re both early 20’s also, very laid back, love a chat and a good time but also enjoy and respect privacy and consider ourselves very respectable and tidy. I’m studying a masters of art therapy and work as a box office agent, I enjoy doing art, reading and the occasional glass of red. Riles just finished his law degree, he's very funny, will chat your head off about anything and everything and is an all rounded lovely guy. Looking forward to speaking with some of you! :)
Hi future flatmate, I’m an international student from Brazil doing a master in Communication and Media Studies at Monash. I also work in hospitality and intern at a film festival. So I have a pretty busy schedule and like to have a nice home to go back to. I’m very communicative and outgoing but I really appreciate having some me time. I can also be very quiet a lot of the time since when I’m home I’m normally studying or watching some films or series on my computer. I’m also really clean and tidy. I’m looking for a place to stay till June but I’m happy to stay longer if we get along really well. Let me know if you think we could be a match and if I can do an inspection. Best regards Daniela
I'm an outgoing and open-minded person looking for a room in Brunswick/Fitzroy/Abbotsford areas. I work full time in the city and I'm currently renting a flat in Flemington until mid March. I love travelling and have spent the past couple years living abroad. I also enjoy cooking, op shopping, reading, writing poetry and long walks. I've been living in flatshares for years and love being part of a sharehouse. I'm a very neat person and I'm super laidback. I spend most of my free time out and about so you'd probably only see me around in the evenings. I love to make tea so would always be up for a cuppa and a good yarn on the couch. Would love to chat and go out for a drink together from time to time but also very independent and happy doing my own thing. I want to live in a place that feels like home and isn't too much of a party house but an environment where it's fine to have friends over from time to time. I'm environmentally conscious and would love to live with like-minded people.
Hi, my name is Mauricio I'm from Chile and I'm 31 years old. I came to Australia with work and holiday visa for one year, of which 5 months remain. I am working full time and my work ends when my visa ends. About me, I am a quiet person, I like to cook, go for a walk, meet new places and new people. I am respectful, neat and clean, I love to share and don't smoke. I would like to live in your home. Greetings.
Hey! 21 yrs old, originally from Germany and I have been here for three years, studying acting at the VCA, don’t worry not a musical performer so I don’t randomly break out into song. I also am looking for a place to live with people that appreciate quite time but also enjoy living with others. I’d love to see the place and please don’t hesitate to ask me more question about myself Thanks Jonah
Hi , My name is Sana and I am 23 years old. I am a civil engineer from India and currently I am pursuing my masters in energy efficient and sustainable building from RMIT. I am looking for a separate room for myself and my budget is $220 per week. Bathroom can be flexible, as long as the one sharing the bathroom is hygienic. The room that I am looking for can either be close to the city or South Yarra. I work in South Yarra currently. Sometimes my shifts get done pretty late around 1am. That's why I am looking for something closer to the train station or late night transport and an area that is safe at that time of the night. I am very easy going, friendly and social. I enjoy cooking a lot. I try cooking all cuisines possible and sometimes even fusion. I like to maintain a clean environment too. I like to chat and get to know new people if you're comfortable doing the same. I am a smoker but I smoke outside only. I am in Melbourne since February 2018. I have realized that after a hectic day at work or Uni, all I want to do is, go to place that I can call home and relax. Peace is very important to me and I wish to look for a place where I can spend some time to relax and to call home. Cheers :)
Heya, I’m looking to team up with a like-minded gal and find a 2-bedroom apartment together in the Northern(ish) suburbs (: About me: - Makeup artist working full time hours at a retail SFX makeup store and freelancing. - Pole fitness dancer (I own a pole but if this isn’t your cup of tea I can keep it in my room haha) - Visual artist.. I draw & paint, and basically love most things creative - I like to cook so am excited to do this more frequently in the new place (would also totally be up for housemate dinner nights) - Weekend adventures I’m keen on are beaching / surfing, camping, “hiking” or grabbing a few cocktails -In a relationship so my boyfriend would likely stay a few nights through the week and in turn I’d stay at his for a few My ideal house: - Want to create a shared home so am keen to buy furniture and decorate together etc. - No pets / no drugs / no smoking household (not a judgment for personal habit moreso just prefer it out of the home) - Lots of light is a must!! (Big windows!) - Close to train/ tram as I do not currently own a car (parking spot is yours if needed) My ideal housemate: - Looking to rent for the full year lease - Working? Mainly just able to manage bills without issue - Clean in our shared spaces - Similar interests would be cool but we’re all different so as long as you’re keen to make a new friend! Apartments are generally cosier so I’m really looking to live with someone who wants to hang out every now & then rather than just being friendly strangers. This also weirdly feels like online dating, but uh, send me a message if you have similar ideals or any other questions!
Hey I'm Nav! Looking to move to Melb CBD or surrounding suburbs to be closer to work (recently started as a Graduate Lawyer). Ideally would like to share a place where we're not just strangers in our own home! I am friendly, respectful and open-minded - I enjoy being social but certainly also respect my flatmates' privacy. I'm always down to chill out, have a drink and a laugh. Or binge and discuss your favourite TV series. I'm into indoor rock-climbing/bouldering. I have a bunch of zany board games that always make for a good night. I will also bring my Nintendo Switch if you're ever down for some Mario Kart! I consider myself very easy going and welcoming, so I would like to be in a similar environment! Ready to move asap, but flexible with dates if need be. Also available for team-ups. Thanks! :)
Hey. I’m Jay. Originally from Edinburgh but have lived in Australia for 7 years now. Looking for a house-share in the Brunswick/Fitzroy area. I work full time, usually 6 days a week. I play soccer for a local team every Sunday. I also play a lot of golf, tennis & squash. I’m clean & tidy, very sociable as I enjoy meeting new people and have a great circle of friends here. Hope to hear from you soon. Cheers.
