We have recently moved to the marvelous Melbourne. We are a down to earth couple who enjoys a calm relaxed indoor enviroment. Our hobbies are reading, art, and photography. I am a graduate Master of engineering student at the University of Melbourne and my wife is a Dental hygienist. We are looking for a flat or house to share while we settle in and get to know the city.
Hello! :) My Name is Alesia and I am a very clean, fun, outgoing and a respectful Canadian female who gets along with everyone! I'm looking for a chilled place to stay in Melbourne starting mid too late February for the next couple months while I'm here on my second year visa and working full time! I love staying healthy and being active, cooking, going to the beach, having fun and going out around melbourne and of course going too the occasional party and cheeky beer or glass of wine! ;) I am usually out and about most days with mates and not really much of a home body, plus I'll also be working and visiting friends in the area most weekends, so if you're looking for someone who can give you your own space, keep the place clean and is also super fun and easygoing, then I'm your girl! :)
Waddup y'all I'm 20 years old, female, Thai/english, studying full-time engineering at RMIT and working part time as a bartender at sake. I like eating and drinking out so let's hit up those cute Melbourne streets. I'd like to live with people who are chilled and super easy going like myself, even if you're a nervous wreck we can cry and freak out on exams together x i get along with everyone. I'd still want to be able to still have my personal space for study and well you know what (but dw it's not Hella frequent I see my boy like every two months either he flys here or mostly I fly up to see him). I am a blast I promise you that I can pop by for an interview and inspection of the place whenever you're up for it :)) thnxoxo
Hey! I'm Bek, I'm 23 years old, recently have moved to Melbourne to begin my Master's of Architecture at RMIT. I'm looking for a new place with great new house mates in a suburb with easy access to uni. A little bit about me; I'm originally from Sydney. Over the last year I have been living in a share house, while I took a break from studying to work full time in Architecture. When I'm not at uni or work, I like to bake, stay fit and healthy, hang out with friends, and go on camping trips or just have a quite night in with a good glass of wine. While I will be a postgrad student, I will be working part time / full time during semester / breaks for the Melbourne office of the same company I've now been working at for 2.5 years. I have share house experience, and rental history, and I am very willing to sign a lease. Most importantly, I am looking for a place with friendly people, than can make a house a home. I am generally a very clean and tidy person and would get along well with housemates who all pull their weight!
London girl moving to Melbourne to work - will most likely be in an office job 9-5 doing events management or something of the sort. I'm pretty laid back but I do like to go out and party, chill, cook and I clean up after myself. I used to be a personal trainer so I'm so excited to get into a gym after 5 months of travelling and into some yoga and meditation too. I'm super sociable but will respect if you don't like that - sometimes I need a day off too! Bonus is that I think I'm kinda funny accidently and I'm a really good listener so you can come to me with your problems 😉. I have tattoos, sometimes I like being fancy and wearing heels, but also I love beer and I'm learning to play pool 😁.
I am a 30yo brazilian and marketing manager. Respectful, friendly and clean. Used to sharing houses in different countries. Would like a flatmate that wants to be friends and interact a bit while still maintaining their own life and privacy. I’m interested in cooking, keeping fit, traveling and all things history! Don’t own a pet but love cats and dogs and all animals really! Very busy working as well as doing some studying and doing my best to keep fit. LIVING NEXT TO A TRAIN STATION IS A MUST FOR ME DUE TO WORK :)
I am clean, tidy, friendly, kind and easy to live with! I love cooking and would enjoy house meals (like to make mexican food). I like to keep myself busy, and would love to have a place that is quite sociable, to sit and chat away and chill with housemates in the evenings and weekends! I like to stay active and explore Melbourne and the surrounding areas! I have moved over to Melbourne for a 9 month placement at the Florey Institute as part of my degree back at the University of Manchester in the UK. I don't smoke, and have lived in shared accommodation for the past 3 years.
Hi! I'm Jo, I'm originally from Sydney and I'm clean, friendly, easy going and reliable. I live a low key lifestylesbut am easy going with alternate lifestyles of my other roommates. I’ve shared during my whole Degree , so I’m always respectful of personal and private spaces, and have learned communication is the easiest way to have a happy house :) I am currently working full time in the CBD, and studying Communications part-time at RMIT. If you would like to know more about me please feel free to message and ask! :)
Hey, I'm Yannick, a 23 year old robotics and computer science student from Germany. I'm spending one semester at the University of Melbourne on exchange. In my freetime I like to play tennis, but I'm into sports in general. I love cooking (and especially baking - you've got to try my hazelnut cake and chocolate cookies) and I'm looking forward to creating some awesome meals with you! :) While I prefer having a private room where I can relax and study, I also love to watch movies or play boardgames (do you also do that or is it just something typical german?) together with you. I'm not really into big parties, but I'm always in for sitting together in a cozy group with my friends.
Hello, I am Noelle, a 33yo Canadian on a working holiday to Australia! After living in LA for the past 9 years it is time for my next adventure. I love animals, keeping healthy and cooking. I’m a very clean person with minimal fuss and can’t wait to meet you!! Please note that I’ve written 4 weeks but I would potentially be looking for longer in the right situation. :)
Hello, I'm Kartik, I'm 19 years old and I'm going to start my Bachelor's program in RMIT. I am an Indian and as for hobbies, I like to paint and sketch, watch TV shows and play video games.
I'm an artist from Melbourne. I'm pretty nocturnal and spend most nights awake and sleep in the day. I love painting, gardening and music. I like sharing meals and cooking for others. I'm looking for a place that I can live in and also have a private space to paint and make art. I like loud music but im very respectful of others spaces and try to keep clean and enjoy clean environments. I'm responsible with making sure payments are made on time for rent and bills. I'm obsessed with flowers and gardens and love filling my space with greenery. I don't have any pets but love animals. I'm pretty busy on a daily basis and tend to keep to myself most of the time, but do like socialising every so often over drinks and good food. I find happiness in making other people happy and try my best to please others. Looking for somewhere secure and hopefully longterm. Ready to move in asap pretty much.
Scottish international student at Melbourne Uni. Very easy going, respectful and clean housemate who always pays bills on time and likes to socialise with fellow flatmates.
We are a couple from the UK aged 29 & 26. We have just moved over and are looking for a friendly shared house to get us settled into the Melbourne way of life. We're both active & really enjoying how outdoorsy Melbourne is. James is big in to squash, cycling & golf, & I really enjoy tennis & pilates. We also enjoy cooking & the odd glass of vino! We are clean and conscientious but enjoy being sociable.
Helloooooo!! I'm a uni student studying languages and development studies, and I work in hospo so I've got enough money for rent and bills etc. I'm kinda sporty (I play hockey for Melbourne Uni, and I enjoy a bit of orienteering too), but I don't go for freakishly long runs every other day. On the fun side, I quite enjoy a beer or glass of wine over dinner, whether its at home or at the pub (love a good pub and beer garden), and I go to gigs and festivals whenever I can afford it. Will happily re-watch GoT or HIMYM at any time and have a long list of tv shows I need to watch. Not the best dinner chef, but will supply homemade cakes, cookies and pickled veg! I also potentially want to start doing homebrew beer, but we'll see how that goes. Also more than happy to live with any furry friends that you may have, especially if they're cuddly. Flexible with preferred stay length, 9 months to a year would be awesome but also happy with minimum six months if you're an awesome bunch!
I'm 32 years old. Study and work all day, sometimes at night and weekends. I don't smoke. I don't have pets. Sometimes I like to have a glass of wine. I'm clean and organized and I like to help clean the house. I have a long-term preference.
Hey, I'm 29, British and easy going and clean. I work in the CBD for a pet food company which is owned by Mars (sometimes get a tonne of free chocolate or even pet food if you have animals!). I love to be sociable and my interests include food, drinks, football, museums and galleries, as well as going to see live music when I can. I enjoy cooking and as a vegan I'm always interested to find new recipes but I have no qualms with people who eat meat, I don't want to preach at anyone.. Let's talk books with some wine or let's have a few beers and watch the footy!
Hi, I am new to Melbourne from London and am looking to move somewhere mid-March. Will be looking for a full time job on arrival so do not intend on spending time lounging around the house in the interim! Looking for fun friendly housemates of a similar age, and preferably also along the young professional sort of vibe.. I like music, festivals, cooking, drinking.. etc. Already have quite a few friends in Melbourne so don't plan on being a massive burden but am definitely keen to be friends with housemates opposed to awkward acquaintances! I am quite laid back about most stuff and tend to get along with most people (supposedly). Looking forward to hearing from some lovely prospective housemates soon!
