English couple looking for a place for a month, possibly with the ability to extend. We will be arriving in Melbourne 1st November and will be looking for work straight away. We're both very friendly and easy going and don't take life too seriously. We are clean and respectful of others and sometimes we laugh at our own jokes.
Hi, I am Elen. I just graduated from master degree and i am going to find a job. I am looking for a single room ASAP. I am pretty neat, clean, respectful and easy going. Hope to share a house with easy going people, neat and clean. I always pay the rent on time, wouldn't mind to have drinks on weekend and I prefer to share the flat with people who I can call friends. ^^
Cocktail bartender/ bar supervisor. .Easy going. Bubbly and friendly. Sticks to myself at times. But can be very social. I like bartendibg, psy, cocktails, cooking, adventures, my girlfriends and art.
I'm a 21 year old international student from Indonesia, studying IT at Deakin University. Looking for a furnished room in a share house with unlimited wifi (as I'm always in front of my laptop doing assignments and work). I would love to live with girls/guys around my age that enjoy hanging out on weekends. Clean, easy going, and love meeting new people.
I am a friendly, down to earth, hard working person who does not take themselves too seriously. I love to keep active (walking/jogging, dancing, yoga), cook (everything and anything), enjoy a glass of wine, have great conversations and lots of laughs. I have experience in share houses as well as experience staying in hostels, so I am very respectful of other people space/privacy/belongings and keep will ensure that I keep the place neat.
I'm looking for: - long term accommodation - Ideally $200 - $250 pcw including bills, however, i am open to paying more should the opportunity for the right house/ right people become available! - PRIVATE room only, but more than happy to share the house/apartment/bathroom with multiple people - somewhere very accessible to public transport I'm a 23 year old girl from Estonia, currently visiting Estonia and looking for a new place to live when i'm getting back in 2. September. I'm working full-time in a Corporate members club in Melbourne CBD and starting school in November. I'm an outgoing friendly person, i'm really easy to get along with, i'm like a chameleon when it comes to different people, i'm up to having dinner/drinks together but also with my busy schedule balancing work and school you might not even notice me living there. i've lived in Australia for 2 years now and had a few flatmates already so i'm aware of what would be expected of me, i'm very conscientious person and i clean up after myself :)
We're returning from living in Switzerland in February 2018 - looking for a place that could become available around then. Dylan is a social worker originally from Adelaide and Ezgi is studying a Masters in Construction Management at Melbourne Uni. We're both pretty easy going - enjoy our own space, but also enjoy a casual drink. Dylan loves cooking and we love good food. We enjoy travelling, weekends away camping and both volunteer as Scout leaders in our spare time. By the way, the dog in the picture isn't ours!
Robin is living in Richmond at the moment, working full time in telesales, his lease is up on the 1st of Sept. Marcus is coming over from England on the 5th of September. We have been applying for inspections and tenancies via the realestate app, the only reason we are on here is in case we dont find anywhere in time for the 1st. As Marcus arrives, he doesnt have a job sorted as of yet (still has plenty of money to pay any rent etc) so he has all the hours in the day to actively try and find somewhere to permanently move into. We're both two friendly, funny and outgoing individuals, would fit into any situation and get on with anybody! Drop us a message if you want to find out more or offer us something. Thanks
I love travel, music and food. I'm happy to sit and chat, watch a movie or keep to myself as needed. I work full time in the Docklands, and am looking for somewhere to stay whilst I look for a place to buy for myself.
Hello! My name is Chloe, i'm 21 years young and looking to move into a household with people I could call friends. I'm a full-time student, studying Natural medicine and Naturopathy. If you develop illness, i'll do my best to ease your symptoms. I love old school literature, baby greyhounds and my favourite TV show is pending.. as i'm basically up for anything upbeat. Leisurely, I enjoy spending all my life savings on poke bowls, sushi, cider jugs and over priced soy flat whites (yes i am that person). When motivated, I practice a lot of yoga and pilates, and love a good weights session - whether or not I am good at it is yet to be discovered. As a housemate, I am clean and respectful. Always down for a chat and adventure, but totally understand alone and personal time. As i'm studying a lot at the moment I may be a little bit 'lower-key' than usual. Anyway!... I hope I have charmed somebody with my ridiculous life story and riveting passions. Thanks guys!
I am very outgoing, fun, social and love making new friends! Born in South Africa, raised in Noosa QLD, lived in Sydney last year and spent all of this year travelling the world! Moving to Melbourne at the end of the year to pursue my love for art and because it's the best city in Australia! Duh! I love to socialise and go out but I'm also very down for having a quiet space. I am a very flexible roommate as I am both social and quiet as I like to have some downtime. I am clean and tidy (I like to clean so put me on a roster and I'm there!), I cook occasionally and don't make too much noise! Ahh what else...I love going outdoors to either sit in the park or go on an adventure, I love animals, team sports, art, theatre, alternative music (or any music really), food, poetry, reading.... Anything else just give me a buzz!
I'm a respectful and sociable room mate, I'm looking to start working full time in Melbourne and would be working during the week and visiting my wife in Perth during the weekends. I've travelled extensively for work and am very conscious about keeping my surroundings clean. Send me a message if you want to know more!
Hey guys, I'm Brian and I'm from Colombia. You'll have to forgive me if I wrote this badly as my English is a work in progress. I'm in Australia learning English at the moment and currently at an intermediate level and I will need to learn much more, so that's why I want to live with people that don't speak Spanish. Generally I work all days of the week so I'm busy most of the time but enjoy occasionally sharing a glass of wine or some food. It will be a little hard to communicate at times but I promise make my greatest effort! About me: I can say I'm fun and I'm really tidy and clean with some things like kitchen and bathrooms, (although that isn't to say I'm an obsessive compulsive about it) I love watching series on Netflix and watching soccer. I am only interested in living in the north and near the CBD with young people. I plan to move on October 10th and I am willing to pay maximum 700 per month. Tell me if you want know a little more about me!
Hi! I'm Suzy, a kiwi doctor turned management consultant interested in public health and policy. I like cosy homes that are nice to return to at the end of a day, fireplaces, tea and wine. I love reading and cooking vegetarian meals. I'm an active rock/alpine climber, runner, hiker. I enjoy some banter around the kitchen but am fairly independent.
Hey, I'm Jill. I've just been living in London for the past 2 years working in an advertising agency. I was living in Sydney before that but I am now keen to make the move to Melbourne. I like all the usual things - wine, trashy tv or Netflix, the occasional gym visit - and I'm neat and tidy and easygoing. I know a few people in Melbourne but am fairly new to the city so I'm looking for a place that feels homely with some nice flatmates. Would love to met anyone that may be interested with a spare room.
Hey, My name is Shona and I'm 26 and from England. I have been living here for 5 years. I work as a cafe manager in the CBD Mon-Fri. I am looking for a new place to live as my lease is up and wanting to find a house with a good vibe. I am outgoing, clean and a socialable person. I enjoy going to going out to gigs, bars, cafes, restaurants. Hit me up if you have the goods.
Hello future house mate(s) I'm a 27 y/o I.T professional. Will always pay bills on time, clean, respect privacy and considerate. Party days are well behind me but always keen for a chat, social drink or a meal out. Was asked to move to Melbourne by my company to look after a couple of projects and gladly accepted. Looking forward to exploring this place.. Have just arrived in Melbourne so available to view rooms. Ideally I'll be sharing the place with 1-2 other persons, have an ensuite and can fit a desk in my room as I tend to work nights/from home on the rare occasion. I do a lot of travel for work so you will often have the place to yourself.
Hi there people. Myself I'm Chris, 31, Aussie world traveller type, Archaeologist working in the city for an engineering company. My gf Anna is 29, from Germany and works in tourism management, and is arriving early next month. I can move in anytime this month though. The details: preferably around the $1200 a month inclusive of bills, a little flexible depending on the place! Northern suburbs including: Carlton, Coburg, Brunswick, Collingwood, Northcote, Thornbury, Abbotsford, Fitzroy and so forth. Close enough to walk or cycle to public transport and shops on a quiet street. No party or hermit houses, something in between but respectful of privacy and space when necessary. Drug free drama free! Positive place, positive alternative people, preferably late 20s to late 30s. I'm the quiet, chilled, non drinker, into reggae, travel, outdoors, and films, whilst my partner is the social butterfly, hipster, feminist type that loves to keep busy. We are non smokers, into yoga, sustainable living, vegetarian, eco friendly, left wing, have a car for weekend getaways, and like dogs if you have them! Looking for a cosy, comfortable, relaxed, and fun place to feel like home. Where we can be ourselves and share things whenever it works with peoples busy lives! A veggie garden or some outdoor space, or a nearby park etc would be a nice bonus too. Any questions please just ask! Chris and Anna Sophie
