Jess and I have been accepted to complete a graduate year next year in Melbourne for nursing and are super excited to move up! We’re really easy going, get along with people very easily! Looking to either move into 2 rooms, or if there is anyone who would like to team up and find a house. Rent is super expensive in Melbourne so it would be awesome to find a great location with decent rent. We are very clean people, we love a chat and always up for a glass of wine!
Polish/Australian, just moved from London. Looking for a clean and calm apartment. I work full time so am out of the house most of the day. Super tidy and respectful of others space. Easy going, enjoy getting together for dinner and socialising. Some say the perfect flatmate :) Looking for a home in Melbourne!
Originally from the UK and have spent the last 3 years living and working in Austria. I've moved to Melbourne on a 4 year sponsored visa and will be working out of the Australian subsidary of our global company as a Project Manager. I'm pretty well-travelled and will be coming from shared accomodation (5 people), so I understand how important it is to be a clean and respectful housemate! An outgoing person and like to stay active whether it be in the gym, playing sports or out on a hike, etc. I'm also keen on my music and would love to meet people to head to some gigs with; officially a pubs-over-clubs kinda guy (these days!) and always keen to improve my cooking skills (obligatory glass of wine/cold beer during preparation!) Weeknights are admittedly quite low-key between work and keeping active, but it would be great to meet sociable housemates keen to enjoy the occasional meal together etc. If you've any questions, please feel free to ask!
Hi, I'm Lara! My current housemate Anna and I are looking to move out of our established houseshare and find a new place to live and some like-minded people to share it with! A bit about us, we enjoy cooking meals together (vego is the go), chats over wine, music and crafts!! lol. We like to have a few drinks and go to gigs on the weekend and occasionally after work/uni. Though probably not really a party house and appreciate restraint during the week. We are both full-time students and workers so we do enjoy our solitude as well and respect each other's privacy. Basically, we're just looking for another person that is self-sufficient, housetrained and easygoing. We are friends rather than housemates and genuinely love the experience of living with supportive and fun housemates. If this sounds like a Household you'd enjoy, we'd love to hear from you. PS. it took me an HOUR to find a suitable pic of the two of us for this site and we still look insane so please forgive and trust that we are not xxx
Just moved to Melbourne! We're a couple, I'm from New Zealand and she's from the UK. We have many hobbies such as hiking, photography, art, badminton, travel, board sports etc. Enjoy a social drink here and there. Non-smokers. Easy going and respectful. Looking forward to all the new experiences Melbourne has to offer!
Hi I am Melbourne born and bred. I'm a student at Swinburne University doing my cert 4 in Youth Work. I currently work as a peer support worker at Footscray Hospital under the guide of Orygen Youth Health. My lease is up in May and I am looking for somewhere inner city to move to! I'm a very flexible and tidy person.
Hi Im looking for a drama free home where housemates respect privacy but also have the occasional banter. Im a very private ,fastidious, laid back person. Im looking for a place where i will have space to work on my paintings as i am an artist.I cannot live with untidy individuals who donot clean up after themselves or who donot respect the space they reside within.I tend to do alot of the cleaning as i enjoy it. I am looking for a furnished room, and i also have other furniture,i would love it if it could be utilised or if not ,then space to store it in.I also am a night owl ,so would like housemates who are similar or who atleast dont mind.
Hello! I am Krista, from the USA and will be working part time/studying at UniMelb for my DPT. I am 23, single, tidy/housebroken, open-minded and get along very well with just about everyone :) Hoping to find a great place to call my new home for the next few years! I will be entirely relocating, so a furnished place is ideal, but willing to work around it if needed (truly only need a bed, I can figure out the rest). I really enjoy coffee, good chats, wine or beer at the end of a long day and of course great food! I'm not vegetarian but I do tend to eat vegetarian meals more often than not. For fun I like to netflix binge, shop, yoga, hike, lift, cook and bake :) Willing to bribe for a place to stay for the best chocolate chip cookies you've ever had! Get in touch!
My name is Beni, female, 29, I'm a full time working professional looking to upgrade from my current place. I typically work 9-5 unless I'm pulling some late hours. In the evenings I'm usually at the gym or watching an episode of adventure time. I cook my own meals. I try to be environmentally conscious so meat minimalist i.e. I mostly eat vegan or vegetarian but cook meat occasionally. I'm not a drinker, but I do go out a fair bit on the weekends to queer parties or random gigs. I'd like to feel comfortable inviting mates over for dinner or a movie although I don't host that often. My friends are also not rowdy people. I am single, so once in a blue moon a cute person I'm seeing will probably sleep over (although this may be wishful thinking on my part). Things that are important to me in a housemate are, being respectful and letting each other know when a party/dinner party/movie night is happening, cleanliness especially in the kitchen, ability to talk about things and manage conflict in a friendly and mature way, respecting personal space and quiet. It would be extra nice if a friendship developed but that doesn't always happen. I haven't got any pets. I'm not opposed to a flatmate having a cute cat or bird.
Hey guys I’m 24, an actor, also working part time in Hospo. I love anything creative, films, music, yoga, photography, and am always out and about with friends but value having a safe place to come home to. Currently living in a share house off of Chapel with close friends but our lease is up and we are branching out. Looking for a new place to call home that’s laid back, clean, social but also respectful of each other’s space. Keen to hear from you 🙂
Queer trans couple, two dogs (border collie + greyhound), one cat.
Emergency Nurse born and raised in Melb. I am easy going, friendly, neat and open minded. I keep busy and respect personal space but happy to socialise to catch up and hang out. I have an inconsistent roster working any time during weekdays or weekends, but can sleep through anything. Always keen to share stories from work - preferably with a drink in my hand. I have many that are gross, funny and sad, all which have the same moral - life can be crazy and unpredictable, so live your best life. I enjoy good food, drinks, chats, laughs, downtime, music, events, nights out and fitness. Looking forward to finding a welcoming home.
I am a Community Services student and I work in aged care and disability. I'm neat and tidy and I like relaxing at home when I'm not working or studying. A bit of an introvert but I do love a good chat. Very easy going...

Hey! My name is Tuesdaii. I'm an Adelaide girl moving to Melbourne early next year to study Shoemaking at RMIT in Brunswick. I love yoga, coffee, plants, food & cooking, good conversation and real people. I am in search of a place to call home for the next year or so while I complete my course and work part time - I've lived in share houses for a few years now and would love to find a place that is both relaxed and considerate. I like to think I am a pretty chilled, open and down to earth person. I do my fair share around the house and am always enthusiastic about making houses feel more like home. I am known to come home with a bunch of new plants and to accidentally bake/make excess food to share! I am keen to find some likeminded people to share a home with. Please let me know if you have any questions! Ideally I would love to have a room to come to when I move over at the end of January and would be happy to make a trip to come and see the house and meet the people if it seems like it could be a fit :)
Hello there! I'm returning back to Melbourne at the start of January after a 6 month visit to the montherland of Manchester visitng family and mates. And I require a long term abode in a houseshare somewhere in the Inner North (Fitzroy, Collingwood, Brunswick, Northcoat etc). I'm a pretty sociable and friendly 34 year old guy who works full time for a company in the CBD as a software developer and into a whole manner of things; anything music related, festivals, gigs, comedy, eating, drinking, escaping the city, camping, travelling, exploring, chilling, basically all the good things that Melbourne has to offer which was why I moved there :-P I'm an easy to get on with and tidy fella who's happy to chip in with cooking etc and general household chores. I'm non-vegetarian but do quite enjoy the healthy infuence that living with vegetarians has! And also considerate and respectful of each others space and privacy. I'm a permanent Aussie resident (just waiting for my citizenship to come through once I've learnt how to spell VB and cook a snag for the test) and lived in Melbourne for 5 years prior to this UK visit. I've been living in a houseshare while I've been back in Manchester (2 girls and another guy) and I'm sure they'd be happy to tell you what a great housemate I am haha. I get back to Melbourne on the 9th of January so would be looking to move in somewhere anytime from then onwards :-) Cheers Danny
Argentinian doing a working holiday. Very easy going, kind and chill. Like cleanness and tidiness so you will only have problems with me if you are messy and filthy
Hi my name is Nicolas, I'm searching accomodation around Melbourne. I'm moving for work at least for 6 months starting late 2019-Q1, and if everything goes fine then thinking for a long term stay. I'm looking for a young but mature friendly place, I'm quiet, clean, and easy-going, I like my privacy so I respect other people's space, and I'm new to the city so I look forward to make friends and do cool stuff too :) You also can check my Airbnb reviews if you want "/users/show/17381290"
