I recently moved to Sydney from Brisbane for work, to provide for my beautiful family who are based in Brisbane, and am looking for a nice place to live. I work fulltime in the Construction Industry in sydney. Ideally I’m looking for a studio/granny flat to rent otherwise willing to share with friendly and responsible people. I’m tidy, very easy to live with, respectable and have a great sense of humour. I thank you for your consideration.

Hey! Full time graduate working in the IT Project Management space and looking to move out of the nest and live life! Super relaxed and open-minded. Very big into things which do not require thinking, like walking and taking a bath. Happy to meet new people and hang out over a drink. Half-Vietnamese, half-Chinese, born in Sydney. Currently learning español, someone to practice with would be muy bien! I know I have a dog in my pic and it says no pets, but I will have no pets after I finish divorcing my dog. Feel free to hit me up :-)

I'm quite social and outgoing, love to have a drink of wine or two over dinner but also at the same time I love to have quiet time on my own after work and relax and watch TV. I'm an absolute neat freak, and also a non smoker and very respectful of other people's privacy. I'm an animal lover also, I have a 3 year old cat and a 1 year old dog. I currently don't have a car so I am preferably looking for a place walking distance to a station - I'm not really fussed on the location either. I'm currently looking for work but will still be able to pay for rent and bills as I am on welfare temporarily. Looking forward to hearing from you ☺️

I'm Sam, a 33 year old social worker. I work nights Tue/Wed/Saturday each week - looking after a youth refuge on the North Shore. I'm also an artist and photographer, so spend the rest of the week either running street art workshops for teenagers or assisting on commercial shoots. I also work for local government on events. Socially; I have a girlfriend who usually stays one night a week. I love a good Sunday beer session and am happy to have a wine with housemates during the week if required! I'm outgoing, solid sense of humour, and super engaged with all things Sydney. Working in the welfare industry for years I'm big on community responsibility. I don't do great with housemates that can't say hi when I see them! On the flip side - I'm a super generous soul and bring a bunch of offerings to the table like... access to a small boat, a ute, all things photography + video, gardening/landscaping and fixing things, and generally being a legend all the time =P I will note that in having all these extra-curricular interests I do have a little bit of gear. An off-street carport / shed / storage space would be ideal but not essential.
