I'm low maintenance, easy going, clean, funny and good looking. I work for the government in the CBD and I enjoy sports, a few drinks and travel.
Hi! We are JACOB and DAISY and from South Korean. We're working holiday visa holders and have been here for 5 months so far. And now we're planning to move to Melbourne on november 9 to start our new journey in Melbourne! We are a very clean and tidy couple. We always clean the kitchen right after use as we keep everything clean. We are friendly and down to early. We also respect personal boundaries and space when it comes to shared house. We've never made any rent overdue ever so that wouldn't be a problem at all. I'm not comfortable to speak on the phone in English so please text me or message me here instead of phone call.
I'm working as a project administrator and also finishing off my degree. I'm ideally looking for a house where the flatmates are social, and happy to hang out and I don't have to hide away in my room.
I'm easy to get along with & I like honest communication between one another. Clean and genuinely concerned about other peoples well being.
Hiya!! I've recently moved to Melbourne for work and am looking for a place for a minimum of 3 months while I get to know the city and find my feet here! I'm planning on being here long term and if the flat works out I'd definitely be open to staying longer. I work as an Account Manager for a technology company and love my job, I work usual hours (sometimes longer depending on my workload), Mon-Fri and am pretty quiet during the week although I am enjoying all of the delicious food spots that Melbourne has to offer. In the weekends I am enjoying exploring Melbourne, catching up with friends, brunching, lunching, shopping and I love the beach when the warm weather hits. I'm pretty chilled but am a bit of a clean freak and a very courteous flatmate. I'm always down for a good chat and sharing a meal and a glass of red with the flatties but also have a mutual respect for own space. I'm looking for more of a home vibe rather than a party flat, and I'm an animal lover if you have a furry addition to the house. Given I've not long arrived I don't have any furniture yet so would be awesome if the room has some furniture but not the end of the world either. Ideally, it would be great to be near public transport while I find my way around!! If you have any questions or the perfect room get in touch:)
Hello potential housemates/house owners. Sarah and I (Talea) are moving to Melbourne next year as we are both starting jobs with the same company. We both studied at university in Brisbane and are excited to make the move down. We do not know each other very well as we have just teamed up to move together. We are hoping to find someone else to move into a house/apartment with us in Melbourne. Being near a train station is a must, we will be working in Docklands not far from Southern Cross Station so easy access to that is a priority. Also, we would prefer to have a non-smoker. We would both like to get a place that is less than $300 per week each, including all bills (e.g. internet, power, etc.) Other than that, read a bit about us below. My name is Talea, I am 20 and about to finish my degree is Business. I have spent the last few years living in house sharing accommodations so living with new and different people is not new to me. I really like sports and I am an avid rugby fan. Upon moving to Melbourne, I am hoping to get a cat so I that you would be okay with having one around the place. I am pretty easy going and like to have a laugh watching TV and movies. I also like getting out and about, especially playing sports and I hope to explore Melbourne a lot more when I get there. Also, I have a boyfriend of 3 year who unfortunately can't make the move with me but will be visiting often so you will get to meet him too. I enjoy spending time with others but I like to have space and alone time too so I won't be in your face. I hope to hear from you. I’m Sarah, I’m 23 and starting a job like Talea. For hobbies I like doing crafty things like knitting, sometimes arty things, I also like to read and bake. I’d say travel is my favourite but it’s not something I can do all the time, but I can still try new things here. I want to go explore Melbourne, and see what it has to offer, maybe do some hiking and stuff like that. For exercise I need a friend or to do social sports because I’m so bad at self-motivating. So, I’ll probably join some team or course. My current dream is to grow some plants without killing them, probably succulents because I’m a realist. I like to be friends with my housemates and I’m still really good friends with a few past housemates, but I’m an introvert at heart so you don’t have to worry about me suffocating you with always wanting to hang out. I’ve lived in different share house situations for about 5 years now, I know how to keep a place clean and split duties. So I’d like someone who is keen to hangout and have a chat at times, washes their dishes and won’t shame me for eating raw cookie dough.
Moving to Melbourne from Brisbane to start a graduate job in marketing. Enjoy a mix of indoor hobbies such as reading and gaming, and outdoor activities such as hiking and camping (recently went to Mt Everest Base Camp and the Fiordlands of New Zealand). I have lived in a sharehouse for the past year, and appreciate a very clean and well-kept sharehouse. I enjoy cooking and baking food at home and exploring cities looking for amazing places to eat out.
Hi I'm Rhys. I work full time in Port Melbourne as a graphic designer. I am also a professional runner and spend much of my spare time (mostly week nights straight after work) either at training or the gym. I am also an illustrator and have heaps of great art (and nice furniture) that I can bring with me. I'm gentle natured, totally sorted, clean, easy to get a long with and fully respect other people's privacy. I'd make a great housemate :)
Hi there, I'm a 22 year old hard working professional in Port Melbourne. I love to socialise with friends but also thoroughly enjoy my own space. I am currently living by myself in Frankston and am looking to move to the inner city in January; the daily commute is killing me! I come with useless facts, good banter and an overall positive outlook on life. Please message me if you'd be interested in getting to know more. Cheers, Hannah
Hi All, I'm Andrew, A 29 year old Disability Support worker. I value friendly, courteous, mature people who are proactive in self development and considering others and the environment around them. I am very house proud and reflect this within my ideals of cleanliness, which is centred around the idea that we clean up after ourselves in communal areas after use and maintain our home and furnishings to a high standard to reflect how proud we are of our home. Living within the home I respect my fellow housemates by doing my best not to disturb them while sleeping or relaxing. I enjoy time together in communal areas equal to that of my time to myself in my room, whether it be sharing dinner together, playing a boardgame or simply having a chat while we occupy the same space. I enjoy sharing the good and bad parts of our days and offering eachother inside from a third person perspective. I'm looking to start a home home with people who are like minded and encapsulate the above. My hobbies within our home would be playing video games, cooking, gardening, completing handyman task, the occasional dinner party or board games and relaxing on my bed. My leisure pursuits outside the home usually consist of Cultural events, visiting friends to play video games or watch movies/tv shows, lasertag, assisting friends with renovations, camping, going to the beach and a range of other random activities. My work as a Disability and Aged Care Support Worker sees me working weekdays and weekends assisting people to develop and maintain a value of life they aim to achieve. This involves me cooking or cleaning for people, assisting them to access the community or teaching them skills to live their lives as independently as possible. I have all the basic furniture and appliances to furnish a house. This includes an l-shaped grey couch, a hexagon shaped table, rugs, a large one door fridge, upright freezer, large front loader washing machine, tv and more. Most of these are only a year old. Thank you for reading my profile and feel free to send me mail if you think we reflect similar values and could create a great home together.
Hi there! I've just moved to Melbourne and working full time. I'm super friendly and easy going. I don't make a mess! Looking for roommates to socialise with (but a Netflix night in is great too!)
Good morning! :) My name is Catherine (shorten however you please), and I am looking for a room close to Newport or Footscray station, but am flexible/open to the stations in between. I study full-time in Footscray, and work part-time in Altona North. I favour cycling and public transport as my primary means of transportation. I come attached with two very friendly, predominantly indoor cats that would get along with other cats, however are unsocialised with other animals. My move date is flexible. Any time in November works fine. I am a clean, tidy, and quiet person. Looking for a home that I can wind down in at the end of the day. I like reading, bevs, sunshine, Netflix binges, and lifting (though am a baby at this so far hahaha). Sometimes I come home very late, but my current housemate has made no noise complaints (even though our home is very small). I love to cook, and do not know how to make food for one. It would also be a massive plus if garden space were available for a veggie patch/a veggie patch was already established. :) Happy to live with smokers of any variety, but would rather it be outside/confined to the bedroom.
Hey, Jack and I are new to Melbourne, moved here from Brisbane! I'm a very social person, love to have drinks and BBQs and work at a restaurant along Southgate. Jack is a builder, so he is out pretty early, super clean and quiet. Would love to meet some new people as well as have a place to live.
My name is Connor, I’m a 21 year old Australian male currently living in an apartment in Southbank with my girlfriend Shania. I’m a full time student at the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers (AIPT), completing certificates III and IV in fitness. I am employed by a labour hire company so as well as being a full time student, I’m also a casual worker. Shania is a 20 year old Australian female, currently studying a bachelors of primary education at the Australian Christian College (ACI). as well as working a part time job back in our home town, Shepparton. We both try and get back there as much as we can. Shania and I would be an awesome couple to live with because of our very clean and tidy lifestyles. We take pride in our things and are also very considerate. Looking forward to hearing from you 😊
