***********UPDATE************** I have found temporary accomodation for a short time but would still be interested in a longer term situation either sharing or a new Team up so please contact me if you are interested in the same areas as I have listed, thanks...********************* Easy going, Friendly, Sociable, Considerate, Flexible, Honest and Reliable, Sober habits, Clean and Employed. I enjoy fitness a lot and can usually be found out riding my Bike, at the Beach or walking among other activities. Pretty handy around the house and garden so like to keep busy. Love good conversation, good music, a good glass of wine and i am a great listener. Will consider share with up to 2 others but my preference would be with just 1 other.
So - a bit about me. I'm living in Sydney at the moment, having returned from some time overseas just under 2 years ago. I'm a mature, single female, I'm easy going and respectful of other's privacy and have great rental and professional/personal references. I am an Australian Citizen of UK birth. I am sociable, happy to share a glass of wine, and the occasional meal, but I'm not looking for a party house. If I do share (I'm also looking for a granny flat style accommodation) then I prefer to only share with one or two others at the most. I love living near nature, so a city house is not what I'm looking for. I have two very well behaved pets - a cat called Kitwe (who is a very lazy neutered boy, sleeping most of the day and night away) and a beautiful (small) border collie called Mr Finn. Both are rescues and I actually brought Mr Finn back with me from South Africa (my cat is Australian and went with me to SA and came home again). They are both neutered and I keep them well groomed and clean. I walk my dog for 2 hours a day so he is a relaxed dog and causes no problems. As you can tell I am very fond of my pets and take great care of them. They are clean, house-trained and my rental references for the last 7 years are for properties where they both lived with me.
Charlie and I are looking for a home that makes us feel comfortable, safe and live with animal minded individuals. I am considerate of others, I have a positive vibe and always smiling. I love what I do for a job and during my free time, I have a wild imagination which allows me to draw, so I do have a lot of pencils, paper and water color paint that come with me. What makes my life even better is my 4 legged other half, Charlie the Red Kelpie. We are animal enthusiast, weekends we are out bush walking, practicing sheep herding, exploring beaches and or camping out under the stars. I do have a full-time job, so Charlie does stay back, but Charlie has a quiet soul and prefers to stay in bed sleeping when I'm not there. I hope this blurb tells you a little about us, look forward to finding our new home as we are trying to save for our permanent home.

Hi, I am a 21 year old male who works full time doing excavation. I am looking for somewhere quiet to call home, not a party house or anything like that. I'm easy to get along with and don't mind some company but I also like privacy.
I’m clean and happy to chip in if needed. I work full time so I’m out a lot. I have my own furniture, lounge, fridge, washer and dryer that I bought last year and can contribute. I’m but sure what else to write here, but I’m happy to answer any questions.
I'm looking for a room just for a short time only. Busy never at home, tidy, clean and non smoker
I recently accepted a new job on the central coast, so need an unfurnished place convenient, to commute to both between work and Macquarie University - preferably with own bath room. I've lived in Sydney for two years after relocating through work from Perth, and am looking for a household of responsible and chilled people who like their own space but can also be accommodating to their flatmates. Biggest housemate bonus: I enjoy cooking an sharing meals with the house from time to time Biggest housemate quirk: I can get a bit anal about a clean and tidy kitchen When I'm not busy with study, I enjoy all kinds of electronic music, working out at the gym, cycling, the occasional beverage, exploring Sydney and dining out, and chilling with a movie or comedy show on TV.
I’m easygoing, work five days (tues to Sat) a week as a production Assistant. Pretty laidback, enjoys road tripping, fishing and likes to keep clean. I’ve got children who live with their mother away in Canberra. So if another spare room is available, that would be of great help else it’s not necessary. Thanks Veer.
Looking for a place to stay generally only for mid-week. Full time Electrician and part time engineering Uni student living on the Central Coast. Between working interstate and overseas over a period of 3 months of year and travelling back to the coast most weekends. Be a perfect roommate who wont be around all the time. Have been well travelled, worked and visited multiple countries. Into snowboarding, travelling, scuba diving, swimming and the beach.
I'm a nursing student studying full time and working part time, and am very easy going. I am out most of the time during the day and some nights, so I tend not to bother you! But I'm super open to making new friends too, and down for hanging out and chilling at home :)
I am an honest, mature lady. I grew up on the Upper North Shore and keen to move back into this area to settle. I am a Senior Speech Pathologist so I like a good chat but equally happy to spend time just with my little dog Sarah, my flatmate - she has always lived inside with me and so I usually add her onto the rental lease. She is very well trained, always had annual canine vaccinations and she's well mannered.
I'm 22 trying to move out of my parents place. I work full time in mt kuringai so would like to be close to that area. I have two cockatiels who are very friendly. I'm clean, I like to keep to myself but also have a laugh and a drink or two. I also don't mind a night at the local pub.
Easy going, wont be there most of the time. Currently live in Forster and need accommodation while working in Sydney. 2days, 2 nights 5 days off, will head back to Forster on my days off. Clean and tidy person who is also sociable.
Semi professional person looking a quite gig. Shift worker, so quite a must. Don't do booze, drugs or cigarettes. No pets. Non gangland. Just need a place where I can move in and out without too much hassles.
Quiet independent young guy looking for someone who can respect space. I am initially looking for somewhere around the Hornsby area for 3 months. I will be working 6 days commuting between the central coast and Homebush for work. I will only be home for 3 or 4 nights per week as I will be travelling back and forth. At the end of September, I will be looking to make my residence more permanent.
I'm a mature, quiet, tidy, lady who is easy going, originally from the country (Tasmania) but been here long enough now to say I'm Australian. I work part time in the Child Care Industry and current working for a family in Chatswood, mainly afternoons and early evening shifts. Im friendly and enjoy socialising however I am also respectful of others personal space. I'm happy to share the occasional meal or drink together but in saying that I'm also just as happy to do my own thing.
