Hey g'day everyone! My name's Matt, I'm 23 years old and I'm searching for some cool people to live with. Besides being bloody good at paying rent and bills on time, here's a little about me; I work as a salesperson during the week, normally find me at the gym week nights and enjoy getting out of the house on weekends. If the suns out, there's a good chance I'll be at the beach. I enjoy having a couple beers and a night out, but also like to kick back and relax watching a movie with everyone. I'm always down for a chat, but completely understand people's personal space. However I won't be the guy who stays in his room all day. I have a budget about $190pw and looking at areas around hawthorn, kew, glen iris, malvern, camberwell and surrounding. Ready to move early to mid December.

Hey, there! Just moved to Melbourne (2 months ago) searching for a re-start in my career (have also some study plans). Originally from Greece but i am an australian citizen. I've studied economics & politics and i used to work as Project Coordinator for an NGO responsible for assisting asylum seekers/refugees (so i can be considered as person with strong humanitarian & moral values). Currently, i am living in Oakleigh and working full time in a restaurant, but i want to move central as soos as possible. I am a positive attitude & mature personality, very extrovert who loves meeting people sharing stories, experiences, ideas and future plans. Ι' d love hanging out together every now and then during weekdays nights for a glass of wine or a beer bantering or watching movies. I' ve lived more than 6 years in shared houses, so i know how to live together with other people, respect their space, privacy and needs. i am looking to find people who value independence, privacy and hygiene the same as me. I am an active person who enjoys going to the gym, concerts, exhibitions (really interested in contemporary art), in general i'm keen on experiencing what Melbourne offers you. I want to have a ballanced life and i believe that this starts from a balanced house. Repsonsible and accurate on bill payment At the moment i am interested for 6-month minimum length stay with a possible extension if everyone is happy. If you are interested in having me as your housemate, please get in touch!
Moving late January/early February 2018 from Sydney to Melbourne and looking for a place to stay with sociable housemates looking not only for someone to fill a room but someone they can be friends with. I'm very familiar with Melbourne having traveled often for work and long weekends so am well acquainted and adjusted to the city. Really just looking for a place to stay with people who enjoy being outdoors and being active as much as they do binge watching netflix over wine and pizza. Few quick facts about me: - moving to Melb for work and uni, currently working in the not-for-profit sector as a programs coordinator - Massive fan of the sea and snow, love being outdoors in general on the weekends - enjoy going out for social drinks or a boogie every now and then (rooftop bars are my favourite) and can't say no to a good live gig or sunday session. - love to cook and eat (both at home and out) - I'm housebroken in terms of my own room may be a bombsite at times but I have a huge respect for the cleanliness of common areas i.e. kitchen and bathrooms (hopefully you do too!) - am quite a social person but similar to everyone else also enjoy some quiet alone time to unwind, I'm respectful of others' privacy as well. - I know nothing about AFL so if that's a dealbreaker, I'm sorry.
Hi Guys! My name is Leah and I'm a 25 year old nurse who is just returning after a trip overseas. I grew up in rural Vic but have in lived in Melbourne for a few years now so this isn't my first share house. I enjoy exploring the city and doing things with my housemates, but I also appreciate having time on my own. I am a pretty friendly and outgoing person who is always up for a chat over wine or a cup of tea. In my spare time I like finding a good local bar (double points if there is live music and/or a rooftop) to have a dance/drink at, going to things like comedy shows/music festivals/footy games or staying in for a Netflix binge sesh or a hilariously bad movie.
My name is Mac, and I’m a 22 year old apprentice carpenter. Like to be social and have a beer but also keep to myself at times. I have a 2 year old mix breed dog named oak. He’s very friendly and laid back but most importantly, he’s well trained. I’ve got all of my own furniture and household appliances that I can contribute to the household as well as the necessary equipment to maintain the garden. Oak and I are currently looking to find a place to live due to our current lease ending. If it suits we are looking to move in by the 30th of November.
I consider myself to be an interesting, peaceful, friendly individual with an open mind. I enjoy spontaneous adventures, treks, Music festivals and any kind of fitness/wellbeing. I'm someone who likes socialising and equally enjoys time by myself. I tend to keep things tidy and respect shared space. Always up for going out exploring and trying new things or just lay back sit at home and watch something or even engaging in deep intellectual conversations. Un-winding with a drink is something I tend to enjoy. I'm from Bombay, India and currently doing my Masters of business in Monash. Will be spending most of my time studying or working part-time. Looking forward in meeting my new housemates :)
House trained, approachable and easy-going. I work full-time and like to stay active. Originally from the country, I've lived out of home for a while now and am a respectful roommate, very clean and tidy, and I'm always open to a chat or to do something! looking for a home, to stay a minimum of 6 months.
Hey everyone, I’m looking for a room near Hawthorn- flexible with length of stay/suburbs and open to teamups. :) I don't really mind who you are or what things you like doing, the only traits i'm really looking for are people who are laidback, open-minded and considerate of personal boundaries like privacy and comfort zones- if we get along well, nothing else is a concern for me. ...and punctuality with rent/housekeeping, but I suppose that's a given. 😌 I'd like to establish a cosy home atmosphere where everyone can feel genuinely "at home" and not just staying somewhere, and where there's no constant pressure to socialize but the opportunity is always there- it'd be great to live with people who can give you space but also have a good chat with. I love doing things that involve film, music, games and outings such as live events- and especially love it when there's other people to do it with, so flatmates who'd like to do those things are a bonus. If those things aren't really your cup of tea, i'm also open to new things and don't really drag people into my personal hobbies anyway. I don't care if you're alternative, sporty, artsy, introvert or extrovert, it's all totally fine- anyone that's kind and open-minded is good in my books. :) If you think we might get along, send me a message so we can chat- and possibly make plans if we do get along well. :) (Oh, if you're worried about my age and capacity for living independently- i've already adjusted to adult life so i'm fine in that regard, not a big spender. I also have an excellent rental history that I can provide references for upon request.)
