My name is Luca and I come from Italy. I will be coming to Sydney on February 2017 for my semester abroad; I am currently attending a BA in Languages for Communication in International Enterprises and Organisations and I am an undergraduate in conference interpreting and translation. I speak Italian, English and German and I have lived both in the United Kingdom and in Germany. This would not be my first experience living with international students/people. I am very curious and easy going person, I'd love to live and communicate with people with different lingua-culture backgrounds. I love travelling and cooking and I believe the latter to be a plus, as you could try real Italian cuisine :D
Hi, future housemates!! my name is Norma I am post-student in my late twenties. My routine is usually Uni during weekdays 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. However, during evening always up for a chat to relax and get ready for the next day. I like to spend my weekends away from the weekly routine, random nothing crazy. I have been living in Syd since Feb so I am absolutely aware of the meaning "clean up after yourself ". I am looking for "The right place" somewhere I can call Home. I would like to share a place with fun people who are up for a beer from time to time. I am available to move late November - early December and willing to commit for long term. Let me know if you are interested!
My lease runs out on the 16th of January so I need a new place to move in to! Open to moving into an existing share house or starting a new lease. As I've just moved to Sydney, it would be nice to move in with some like minded people who I can be friends with. A bit about me: I'm 22 years old and I'm studying a Bachelor of Communication Design. I'm easy going, down to earth, motivated, fun and social. I enjoy getting outside, staying fit and active, hanging out with my friends and just relaxing. Let me know if you have a room or are interested in teaming up to find one :) Thanks, Ellie
23 year old from QLD moving to Sydney for grad school. I am looking for some fun, friendly people to move in with. I value cleanliness and I can cook - I would really like to find people who are sociable and enjoy chatting / activities with flatmates balanced with doing your own thing. Hobbies include travelling, learning languages, cooking, outdoor activities and exploring new places. Bonus points if you have pets I can cuddle, but it's not a deal breaker! I have lived out of home (including overseas) since I finished school so I am definitely house-share trained, and I can provide four years of proof of paying rent reliably. Ideally I am looking for a place where I can have my own space/privacy but also flatmates who I can chat to and become friends with too (moving away from all my friends and family). I can sign on to a lease any time from late November but I probably wouldn't physically move until after Christmas. Just message me if you have any questions :)
Italian but quite atypical. Currently work as a gardener/landscaper getting a sponsor visa I wake up really early in weekdays so I'm quiet at night Keen on creative interests, arts and cinema above all
We are a young brazilian couple going to Australia to study, work and have some fun. We will arrive in Australia on 10th December. First we are looking for a place to stay for a month and then if we like the place we can stay the other 5 months of our period in Australia. We are not hard party people but we like to make new friends and take some beer sometimes, we love travel and go to the beach. We are a clean and organize couple, very friendly and easy going too.
I am vibrant and have a joyful personality. I work in Human Resources as a HR Manager for a government agency (just starting and leaving the construction industry) and really enjoy what I do for work. In my free time I enjoy cooking/baking, Latin dancing (teaching internationally and performing), spending time with friends, traveling the globe and trying new fun things like archery and trapeze (to name a few). I'm very sociable, but after long days in the office I can be a bit of a "grandma" and pretty much eat, shower and go straight to bed. *yawn* I don't mind chatting over a wine or two and can also appreciate when people need their space. I'm fairly clean - and my only vice would be that it may take me a day or two to put away my washing basket (which would be beside my bed in my room). I'm not one to leave dishes in the sink and I avidly clean the the house and bathroom on a weekly/fortnightly basis.
Hi there, my Name is Bronte (I'm the chicka on the right) and I'm currently studying Media and Communcations at USYD full time. I'm currently on the hunt for a private room to rent long-term, as I've still got at least two years of study left! I've been sharehousing for 2 years now so I know what it's about and how to be courteous of peoples' space. I'm clean and tidy, respectful, sociable, super easy to live with! I love cooking so happy to bring meals to the table. When I'm not studying, I enjoy hanging out and having the occasional glass of wine. I can crack the occasional joke and have a stable source of money for rent so I would say I'm good value :)
Hey Guys, A well travelled Aussie born Asian, Im a professional who works normal business hours in the city. Clean, respectful and tidy, im a non smoker who respects personal space but also can offer a great ear or company for those who want to social. I pitch in as a team around the house but I also enjoy mountain biking, good food, gym, travelling and socials. Im quite handy fixing things or building ikea, even having a crack with the kitchen tools to create a delicious meal. You may be getting your monies worth here! Looking for like minded individuals. Not in a hurry to move but looking for the right place/people as I'd like to be friends with my housemates and be able to feel at home and comfortable when walking through the door.
Hey! I'm Michael, 27, and work full-time as an editor for a production company that makes TVCs and film trailers for various clients. I work from 10-6.30, so I'd be on a slightly different schedule than the norm. In terms of my personality, I'm very easy going/easy to talk to, and I respect other people's space. At the same time, I love getting out and discovering new places like quirky small bars or cafes. Being in production I love the arts - especially films, and I also try to get out and enjoy live music when I can. I'm looking to find some good-natured, like-minded people to share a home with.
Working full-time as a campaigner for a progressive NGO. Sharehouse-trained – ie. clean mess if I make it, replenish the loo roll, take out the trash, pay bills on time etc. While I love a good party, I'm not looking for a 'party house'. I'm a non-smoker, vego (but not fussed if others eat meat), and LGBTIQ friendly. Want more than a place to sleep, so would to find people who are happy to share a meal, drink, or even a Netflix binge every now and then :)
Hii !! I have recently relocated from India on permanent basis as a Resident. I am working as Software Developer and my office is at Alfred Street. Therefore, i am looking for a place close to the city. I am an outgoing guy who likes to socialize, learn about different cultures and make new friends. I am a clean, tidy who loves to laugh, chat and have drinks when at home watching TV or talking. At the same time, I respect people with their privacy and space. I am looking for a private ROOM in a shared house. I like playing sports or going out with friends at weekends So, Let's get it on and team up for the coolest abode :) Looking forward to hear from you guys.
Clean, sociable and respectful housemate. Love a glass of wine and a chat in the evenings, but keep it very low-key on weeknights. Not keen on a massive party house. I work full time in marketing in the CBD. On my weekends I like to start off slow in the mornings, read a book or watch a good movie with housemates, explore the suburb's surroundings and go out for a meal or a drink. I've lived in sharehouses for five years now and all have been really great experiences. Never had beef with housemates and I appreciate living with people who aren't looking for beef either (unless it's steak). Let's meet up and chat. Cheers, Bonnie
Hi there, I'm a law student at Sydney Law School and part time paralegal in the CBD. I'm looking for a place in Forest Lodge, Glebe, Annandale or Camperdown. I'm tidy, respectful of others' spaces and looking for roommates that like to come back home to unwind and not bring the party home. Stability is also a must, 6 months lease minimum, twelve is preferred. Please send me a message if this sounds like you. Look forward to hearing from you.
Hi Everyone 👋🏻 We are 3 international students ( two Canadians and one American) studying veterinary medicine at the University of Sydney. We are hoping to find a 3 bedroom house, preferably furnished to live in starting December 1st for the 2017 school year. We are hoping to spend no more than $300/each for a room. If the house is not fully furnished we are at least hoping for it to have a fully functioning stove, oven, fridge, washing machine and dryer. Ideally the closer to the university the better as we would like to be able to walk to school. In our free time we like to watch Netflix, hang out with friends, and explore Australia. If you think you have the place for us shoot me a msg :)
Hi there, I'm a 33 year-old New Zealander, moving to Sydney after years in London and am looking for a new home. I am about to start a marketing job in Circular Quay although the office is moving to Surrey Hills soon so I want to be in the inner-West. I lived in Sydney briefly back when I was at uni and am keen to get exploring again. I like to bike (to cafes not on trails...), run occasionally, travel, food and cooking... I'm clean and tidy and am looking for a cool houseshare with people I can hang out with too. Budget is $350 including bills and looking to take a place from end-Nov (flexible). Look forward to meeting you. Megan
I am a university lecturer moving to Sydney from Singapore. I am a Singaporean and have lived in a couple of countries including US, Australia, and Hong Kong. I am a quiet, organized, and tidy person. Besides, I like appreciating and enjoying good things in life, including good wine, food, tea, and Jazz music. I am also a healthy person who goes to gym regularly. I love to hang out with people from different background.
Hey there! I am Jelte from The Netherlands and I am looking for a room to stay for around 6 months from 20th of January near Camperdown area. As I will be working in Camperdown, I am looking for a room preferably around that region. The room itself does not matter too much except for the fact that it must be completely furnished! Myself, I am studying a masters Biopharmaceutical sciences programme and I will do a research traineeship at the Centenary Institute located in Camperdown. Probably I am in the lab every day except for weekends, so that will be the time to go on adventures. \ö/ I am a very clean and tidy person (I know everyone basically says that on here!) who likes sports, music, movies and fun times (like hanging out and grab a beer and stuff). I think I can cook quite reasonably! Actually I am very easygoing, incredibly laidback and up for anything new! The period I will be staying is from somewhere about 20-31th of January and lasts for 6 months, but that also depends on the traineeship. Thank you for taking your time reading this! :D Cheers! Jelte
We're preferably looking for a room each in the same house but would consider living separately. We are both easy going, considerate, clean and fun girls looking for a long term home! Joanne works shifts in a well regarded restaurant/bar in Sydney (no anti-social hours). Laura is an Assistant and also studies. During week nights we are generally at Yoga, the gym, finding new eateries and out exploring at the weekends. We both enjoy cooking and a glass of wine or 2, are chilled and easy to get along with. We look forward to talking with you future roomies! Laura & Joanne.

Im Matt, a 29 year old Account Manager in the FMCG industry. I work in the CBD, and work fairly standard hours. Im a New Zealander, and enjoy socialising, and would be an active member of any flat. I enjoy getting out on the weekend and exploring Sydney, but also more than happy to just chill. Looking for a low key flat!

I am a working professional and I also study part time for my MBA. I am a pretty laid back person and get along with almost everyone. I also do well with with pets, cats in particular. While I am often busy during the week, enjoy socialising over a beer or glass of wine on the weekends. I enjoy baking and am happy to share what I make with my house mates. Looking for a larger room and somewhere that is close to good public transport or walking distance to the CBD as I do not have a car.

I'm a Canberra born and bred pharmacy student at the University of Sydney who's ready to leave the nest that is student accommodation! I love to keep common areas and my room tidy and clean, but I'm far from being OCD. I love to go out on the weekends, but always feel the need to be on top of my uni work during the week. I love having a chat and chill, but appreciate alone time every now and again. If you're part of a pet-friendly household, I also have a particularly gorgeous ragdoll I'm waiting to have move up to Sydney with me at some point. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or just want to get to know me a little better!
Two females looking for a relaxed share house with one or more others. We both have experience in share houses and are reliable, down to earth individuals looking for a personal space to call our own.

Hi there! I'm a friendly, easy going and bubbly fun girl from Hong Kong :) Worked in the Hong Kong Tourism Board past 4 years, studied in the U.S. and been calling Sydney home since 2015. Love the sun, sea, sand, music, coffee, brunch, cocktails and meeting fun (and pun) loving people who have a good sense of humour ;) Looking for like-minded flat mates to share a house (not too much apartment which I'm too used to!) who like to mingle and don't mind noises sometimes. Send me a message if you think we might get along x
Looking for LIKE-MINDED housemates!! Hey all. I’m ibi, 24, studying master in Sydney uni and currently in the process of finding a single room(shared apartment or house) to live long term(at least 6 months, start from the beginning of February 2017). In my spare time I like jogging, playing tennis and listening to music and I drink. I love sunshine, the ocean, parties, dancing and esp singing karaoke with my pals on the weekend, travelling, and getting amongst nature. I’m progressive, open minded, LGBTQIA friendly and have zero tolerance for discrimination of any kind. Ideally I would love to live with uni students like-minded, who have same hobbies as me. Other things you should know: I cook but I clean up all the mess after cooking. I'm tidy and clean. I’d love to be your friend, not just a housemate. If you’d be keen to jump on a lease with me, please don’t hesitate to message me. Love ya.
I'm looking for a short term room close to the city or Sydney Uni (Forest Lodge) from about nowish till Mid November. I'm easy going and just returned from travelling around the US, Mexico and Thailand. I'm currently working on a three month project at Sydney Uni so need a place to call home for the time being. I love the outdoors and have experience living in share houses for more than 6 years so am tidy, organised and happy for a wine and Netflix night every so often. Happy to be anywhere within the Sydney Uni area or walking distance to a train station.
Looking for a sweet house to move into. Filled with good vibes lots of sunlight and fun times but I also really enjoy my own privacy. I'm originally from Melbourne so my wishlist is a house by the beach or has beach views. I can compromise on this if my house mates are hilarious and overall 10/10 good humans. My personality is like a dog. I love food, going for walks/exploring, I get way too exited over little things, I'm a happy chappy and always friendly.
I am 24 years old, originally from London. Been living in the Inner-West for a year now. I am looking to move out, to a more social house, current housemates just hide away in their room, not much fun. However I do respect people's privacy. A little bit about me, I work Monday to Friday in a media agency, so will be busy during the week. I am pretty easy going, sociable, into running, sports and movies/TV shows. Also recently taken up photograph. Would be great to find a house where you can have a few drinks with each other and have dinner once in a while. I am open to joining up with other people to find a new place as well. Cheers Dan!
Recently returned from overseas (chilly T'rono). When I'm not working (thankfully regular hours for the first time in ten years) I'm definitely procrastinating in relation to something. Non smoker who likes to kid himself that he leads a balanced lifestyle. Tendency to tell unfunny puns that only result in people rolling their eyes. Come with references that are essential reading because, as you can probably tell, I'm completely crap at this selling myself thing. Others say that I am easy going and relaxed. I'm none too concerned about your politics or religion or lack thereof, and as long as we're not about judging people we'll get along just fine. I'm considerate, clean, tidy, mild mannered and accommodating. Just a bit sweary and occasionally irreverent. I am financially responsible & reliable when it comes to paying bills and any other household costs (I often endeavour to pay these in advance). I've lived in share-house situations before and like to think I always make an effort and have something to contribute and approachable. If I were a party animal I'd be a sloth (okay, maybe an Orang-utan, guess it depends on the party). That doesn't mean you can't be the complete opposite as long as you know when and where to draw the line. Preferably looking to share a home with someone/s, not just share the rent and not too fussed about the dynamics on offer. Happy to engage in a more social household just as much as I am willing to share with someone/s who has found they prefer to keep to themselves and do their own thing (and need someone to help with the rent and bills). You'll have lived in a share house situation before and already know (or close to figuring out) what works and what doesn't. Someone friendly who is easy going, likes to laugh but can still be relied on to pull their weight around the house and pay the bills on time. Open, honest & considerate (i.e. you'll tell me when problems arise and speak your mind). I'm an equal input/output housemate on most things so if you make the effort I will too. Ideally looking for a home that leans towards something more communal but equally happy to cope with independent living (though definitely not interested in individual/s coming and going at all hours and never around to help with upkeep). I have very little in way of furniture at the moment as I sold off all my furniture before heading overseas so will be looking to coordinate with what you have/don't have and happy to help fill the gaps or update where necessary. Looking forward to re-establishing myself in Sydney. J NO agents, etc, only genuine share-house residents.
Hello! I'm a makeup artist and I work most days during the week. I do a lot of fashion editorial and individual clientele as well as working for a makeup company so I'm quite busy most of the time. Whenever I am free I love to watch a good movie or cheesy tv show with lots of snacks and good company! I enjoy walking, eating good food and relaxing. I'm looking for a place close to the city, with house mates that are friendly and laid back. I have lived out of home for two years now, I'm very responsible and have good rental history from previous places :)
Bachelor of Architecture looking forward to spend a year on a Working Holiday Visa in Australia. I'm a very friendly and chilled guy. I'm clean and tidy. I don't really like partying. I don't drink, smoke or do drugs. I'm very active and enjoy the outdoors and fitness.
Hey Guys!! Im a 24year old Aussie girl working full time in the city. Looking for fun and easy going flatmates. Lived overseas for many years, always shared with other people and never had any problems. Love a glass of red in the evenings. Really look forward to my weekends but also like relaxing at home. Hoping to find a social household and meet some cool new people! :) Looking to move in somewhere end of October. Message me if interested in teaming up to find somewhere! :)
Hi everyone! I'm a brazilian guy studying Leadership and Management for a year here in Sydney. I have a degree in Gastronomy (was a Chef before) so this means I can cook very well for everyone hahaha! Great sense of humour, always in a good mood (seriously, it will shock you) and very easy going, as almost any Brazilian person that I meet so far. Trying to remember how to skate (was a skater in my teenager years) and wants to learn how to play a harmonica. I'm a great company if you want to see a movie, play a game, drink a beer, go to a party, share your thoughts or just kill time.
I am a musician and early childhood educator. Currently looking for a room in the Inner West. Friendly, clean and quiet. Looking for easy-going flatmates who enjoy communal living.
Hi there, my name is Alex. I'm a 28 year old Scottish girl, who has been living in Australia for nearly 3 years. I am on a 457 visa, and hoping to get PR. Working in the digital marketing space as a Senior Account Manager. I spend my time brunching at the weekend, catching up with mates and generally exploring Sydney and beyond as much as I can. I am clean, tidy and respectful of my housemates. I am not a party party person. I like to relax at the weekend, and would rather have a few glasses of wine and cheese with my best mates than go clubbing. In saying that, I don't mind the odd night out every now and again. Looking to move into either a 2 bed or 3 bed.
I am from Slovakia and will be in Sydney for 3 years to study in Sydney at Australasian College of Natural Therapies, the field of Health science-Herbal medicine. I am looking for long terms accommodation preferably a room in existing shared house.
Hi! Here's some things about me: Current Living: Forest Lodge What I'm about: Making everything about living together fun and easy, a high level of mutual respect and cleanliness, professional Monday to Friday, but weekends are weekends! What I bring to the table: A happy and engaging vibe, a BBQ, lots of laughs, friendship, no pets, unfortunately, but would be more than happy to be around one. Looking for: A clean, semi-professional, laid-back home I currently live in Forest Lodge and am looking to down-size. I am all about a happy environment, mutual respect and decency. I'm clean, professional, genuine, funny (lol), and am more than open to a socializing and cooking dinner. Happy days.
Hi, my name is Michelle. I'm studying the Bachelor of Psychology at the University of Sydney and work part-time as a medical receptionist. I'm searching for a twin share room or single room within short distance to USYD. The ideal place would have a desk or space for me to put a desk, internet access, and a decent sized wardrobe. I also need a quiet and peaceful environment and would prefer to live with other students or working professionals. More about me - I am originally from Melbourne and have been in Sydney for almost 2 years. I have lived in flatshare before so know how to respect the space/privacy of others and how to clean up after myself. Please contact me if you have a suitable place!
I'm a chilean PhD student at Macquarie Uni. I'm at the Uni on weekdays, but love to share dinner or beer/wine. Love riding bike (every Tuesday with SNR) and music (non musician though :/). Very easygoing, looking for a place to share and feel like home. The length of stay could be 6 months or 1 year or more, depends if I feel good :) My girlfriend (24, very friendly, love circus-aerial silks-, yoga and cycling) will join me on Feb until March.
Hi all, I'm 32 year old from Sydney. Born and bred in the inner west. I work full time, have a social life, so I am not home all the time. I am easy going, neat and tidy. I'm in no huge rush to find a place. Really just looking for the right place.
Clean, quiet, peaceful housemate. I will be starting a PhD and am looking for a calm household - no regular parties, very few guests over, no boyfriends/girlfriends who visit constantly and end up becoming de facto housemates, no loud music, no cooking late at night, no smoking weed (I don't mind cigarettes, just no weed). I want to live with like-minded people, probably other postgrad students or professionals, who are thoughtful and considerate, especially regarding the impact that all our actions have on each other. Despite the boring-sounding description so far, I am pretty nice to live with. I bake nice stuff that I like to share, I don't mind a bit of cleaning up after others as long as we're all basically neat, I like good long conversations about current affairs/politics/pop culture, I'm usually up for late night fast food. I do keep to myself a fair bit, especially when stressed out with uni work, and am not constantly hanging out in communal spaces.
Hey! I will be studying at USyd next year and am looking for a place to live in that area. I'd ideally like to move in to a place in late February 2017. I enjoy cooking, watching movies and having a good laugh :). I am tidy and fairly easy going. I would really like to move in with some friendly housemates. Don't hesitate to get in touch.
Hello, I'm Evin. I am 29 years old and a mechanical engineer. I am very laid back and clean. I am quite fond of having a few beers and relaxing on weekends. Looking to stay in a 3 or 4 bed type accommodation.
Hi, I am a 31 years old engineer that recently migrated to Australia. I have lived in Argentina, Venezuela, Australia (studied in Perth, so there wont be any problem to request references) and Panama. Very clean and neat. Love to watch and to play sports, specially soccer. I also enjoy jogging and going to the gym, but just to keep in good shape. Hope I can find a nice place with cool people to share quality time with. Regards Matias
