About me I've recently moved to Sydney from the Gold Coast but I'm originally from the UK. I am looking for a minimum of 3 months at the moment but hopefully can extend. Just a bit about me...I love healthy living and fitness. I enjoy travel, feel at home outdoors or being on the water, by the sea or exploring the hinterland by foot! I am getting into art and photography and regularly post pictures of my food or travel adventures on Instagram. I practice yoga and meditation pretty much every day. I am easy going, fun and friendly and a considerate housemate. I am not looking for a party house but it would be nice to meet like-minded people.
Looking for a furnished private room/place to move into ASAP for six months to infinity. Would prefer my own bathroom (or shared with one other). Non-smoker and would prefer to live with other non-smokers. LGTBQI friendly, animal lover (especially cats) but not bringing any with me. Would prefer an all female flat, or a mix of girls and guys. I'm 27 years old, working in digital advertising full time and just finished my masters last year. I work in Pyrmont so ideally looking for something within walking distance or close to the light rail or a train station. I'm very chilled and sociable, but also like my downtime and respect other's space. I like quiet nights in watching a movie, drawing or learning a new language (I speak six). I also enjoy swimming and trying new cuisines. Traits I appreciate in a flatmate are cleanliness, respectful in regard to noise and privacy and just being generally friendly. I've lived in a variety of situations including on my own, in a penthouse apartment in a hotel, flatting with singles and couples (straight & gay) and in a dormitory. Happy to provide references from previous places if requested.
I'm a current student at UTS, studying a Bachelor of Forensic Science in Applied Chemistry. I'm from Newcastle originally but moved to Sydney for uni. I play guitar (have done for ~6 years?) and I love to cook, and would happily cook anyone dinner. I drink far too much beer and I'm always up for a jam session
Hi! I am an international student of the university of sydney. I am easygoing and friendly. I speak English, mandarin and a little Spanish. I usually get up at 7 a.m. and sleep at 11 p.m. I enjoy reading, jogging and making new friends. :)
Hello, I'm Mitch, 34yrs, Australian, a 2016 arts graduate from University of Sydney and now a full time worker. I spend as many afternoons/evenings as I can at the gym, and I like to pursue my dilettantish interests in music and literature when time and energy allows. I'm clean, mature, respectful and sane (so far as any of those categories can be assumed to bear a shared meaning between strangers on the internet who, for all they both respectively know, may have completely different notions of cleanliness, maturity, respectfulness and sanity). Still, i think most people would find me pretty easy to get along with, so do feel free to get in touch. Cheers.
Hi guys! I'm Martyna, originally from Poland since 2015 in Australia. I study International Trade, focus on my career and social life. Very easy going, tidy and friendly. I'm looking for a new place for myself:)
Hi! I am from France, and I am moving to Sydney for one year from the 20th of March. I am doing a PhD thesis in geomecanics. I have already lived several times in share houses, I'm easy going, always ready for a dinner or a movie nigth - no too much parties... I love outdoor sports so I hope to do hikings and try surfing in Sydney! I'm looking for a nice place with friendly easy going people. Don't hesitate to contact me!
I am a researcher but also enjoy an active lifestyle. I work out a lot, cook a lot and also enjoy exploring the city. However, at home, I am quiet, respectful and very organized.
Professional working in E-commerce who is easy going, can cook and likes to keep the place tidy. Quite active so im normally out most weekends and do enjoy mountain biking, waterskiing, camping, gym and socialising over a few drinks or a nice feed. Looking for a place to call home and a flatmate/s that are easy to get along with. No parties every weekend (Ok from time to time) but a beer or glass of wine at times would go down a treat. Preferably need a car space but that can be a little flexible. More importantly, looking for a good fit with the flatmates so happy to take my time to find the right place. If you have similar values and you're in the right areas, feel free to reach out. JG
I am from Peru really chilled doing a bachelor of teaching in early childhood, I am very sociable, house trained, tidy but not a freak for it, like to cook but every time I do it I have food for the next month because I suck at ratios (which is good for other housemates because I tend to offer food a lot) like going out too, but really enjoy drinking while I binge watch something
Hey hey viewers, I'm Tom, a 4th year Australian student studying IT and Business at UTS, from Forster NSW. I'll be arriving back in Australia from student exchange in Munich, Germany, therefore I'm looking for a lease until the end of the year starting mid March 2017 (or thereabouts) I play futsal regularly, am active and social but sometimes like my own space (don't we all) and a clean home. Looking for a home rather than a room. I have my own car in Sydney and so any parking on the street/near by is a plus. The past years living in Sydney I have lived on campus for a year, and also in a share house for a year. I like to party/social drinks sometimes but more so this year will be settling down and keen for chilling. Keen to watch movies and TV shows (GOT anyone?) cook, explore, beach it, play board games and Xbox (classic) plus whatever else, other than that I have a pretty tight year coming up balancing my R&D job and study so I hope to keep myself busy! Andddd so I'm looking for a modern private room, with people of all shapes and sizes (preferably young working professionals or students). If that detailed description is good enough then hit me up with a message. Cheers and much appreciated for reading my essay, Tom.
Hey all, I'm Leonardo from Rome, Italy. I'll start my PhD at USyd in a few days (it's a paid position which involves research and some teaching) and I'm looking for a shared house close to the University. I'm 25 years old, friendly and easygoing. I've lived in a shared house for years, always being respectful, collaborative and clean, and taking part in house chores. Ideally I'd like a shared house where people like to spend some time together, cooking, sharing meals, talking and laughing over a glass of wine from time to time:). In my free time I enjoy listening to music (mostly over my headphones, without annoying everyone), reading, exploring the city and surroundings, cooking and having a good time with my friends and housemates.
Hi there, I'm currently looking for 1 private room in shared apartment since my contract in UTS housing ends soon. I'm currently a graduate, working full-time at Myer and looking for a house close to city/Bondi. I'm happy to move into a house with a room for myself as well and would love good company as well. I'm a chilled and relax guy who would normally workout and go for a run in the park - when free. Apart from that, I like to chill out with my flatties and watch series whenever we're all at home. Not to forget, love to have good banters, sneaky wine and beers and create good vibes. INTEREST: Football- watching EPL and UFC

I have never been to Sydney and looking forward to move to the incredible city for a long while!

I study modern languages so I speak pretty well english and italian (+learning russian) Looking for cool flatmates to be part of my adventure, discover the country and its culture!! Hi everyone. My name is David, I'm a 30yr old Taiwanese boy, currently studying cookery and working to pay the tuition fees at the same time. So I have a quiet busy life, but when I have free time, I like to do some social drinking, hangout, BBQ at park, beach, ...etc. Easy going, a good nonjudgmental listener, love food, love cook, and love to share food, a big time home cook. As a chef, I can't stand people who doesn't clean after themselves. And because my study still have few years to go, I'm looking for long-term stay(like 2nd home). That's pretty much everything I can think about right now. Hope can hear from you soon. Cheers :)
Hi my name is Ash. I am a 27 year old female. I work full time as a medical rep. When I'm not drug dealing, I'm usually chilling at the beach or jumping around a boxing bag, running up a mountain or in search of my next adventure. I am neat, tidy and respectful. I enjoy a wine but wouldn't say I'm a party animal. Just looking for someone who is on a similar frequency.
Hi! I’m looking for a nice place to live in. I'm a marketing student at the Sydney TAFE, planning to stay for at least one year and a half in Australia till the end of my courses. I consider myself as a tidy person, organized and easy going. I enjoy fitness, going to museums, watching movies, heading out to restaurants, pubs, as also knowing new people with whom I can enjoy pleasant moments.
I am a third year Law and arts student at USYD. I work part time but am heavily supported by my parents so the rent will always be paid on time! I am very easy going socially. I'll never turn down a good glass of wine but chances are I'll follow it with my gummy bear vitamins before bed. I go the gym as a stress buster. Normally to get over my frustration at the bachelor. I was raised in England and go home twice a year. I'm tidy and respect people's space.
I'm currently a full-time student at USYD (Environmental studies) and also working casual shifts on the side. When I'm not studying or working I love to do photography, to travel around, concerts, the beach and spend hours in the kitchen if the time allows it :)
I am a single, young professional who is quiet but also happy to be social. I work in Wollongong 5 days per week (though some days I could work from home) but am a city girl at heart who wants to live in the city for a while. I have a close friend in Glebe so I know the area very well already and know I would settle down well there. I own my own apartment in Wollongong and will be renting it out come June-ish when why I'd like to find a place to rent in Sydney around that time. I am an extremely responsible homeowner and have flatshared before I owned a home so I know how to be respectful of other housemates. I don't have loud parties, loud music or loud talking! I'm very in to being quiet and calm. I am quite active - running, dancing, yoga, meditation, and going out for coffee, drinks and meals. I have a gorgeous and very obedient dog called Mayo - he is a small maltese x shih tzu who is not yappy and totally toilet trained. He would come with me to Wollongong a couple days a week and the other days I'm at work he could stay with my Glebe friend who loves him dearly! I also have a rabbit who would live outside in an enclosure/hutch in the courtyard/verandah so that is important there is an outside space for her. I'm looking forward to meeting new and exciting people in Sydney (including my fellow flat mates!) so hopefully I can find a good place to call home there. I am more than happy to do meet and greets for us to ensure we get along as well as our dogs..my dog is exceedingly well socialised with other humans and dogs, so as long as your dog is too then they should get along fine. Thanks :)
- Doing Honours at USyd - Training to be a High School Teacher - As a housemate, I'm a good cook (can bake), always happy for a chat and a cheese platter. I'm a clean person, I'm respectful of space and I'm reliable. - Although maybe don't play monopoly against me...because I'm undefeated
I'm an Aussie-asian born and from Perth. Recently moved to Sydney and looking for long term stay with my bf, Andrew. Im a person with cultural upbringing meaning I'm all about being clean and fairly neat. I will make it easy and save you from reading a essay; I describe myself being creative & social as well as interest into yoga, fitness and outdoor activities. Andrew, bloke from Geelong, is a graphic designer. He's not a strong character so you will never get sick of him :). Think of him as a chilled aussie, barely complains and not fussy. We are looking for a private room in a shared house/flat with mates who enjoys casual drinks over dinner, sociable, clean and easy going. Staying 9 months plus further extension.
I'm Cleo, a 29yo brazilian, who is coming to Sydney to do a postgrad in Cultural Studies at the University of Sydney. I'm a easy going and tidy person, who likes to hang out with friends, go to the beach, to the movies and going out at night sometimes. I like to interact, but will also respect your privacy and your time.
Young professional working in the city who has just moved over to Sydney for a new role, and I am looking for a long term place. I look after myself and belongings well and like a social household that knows the balance well.
HI my name is Lucile I'm a 24 year old French girl ! I am student and I am working in Music Industry. I am living in Sydney since 2 years. I am looking for a single room. /!\ I am in France right now I need a room for beginning of April. /!\ I am friendly and open-minded I would like to meet more people/new friends. Can't wait to meet you guys !
I'm 29 years old and moved to Sydney last November from London for a job (I manage a restaurant in Pyrmont) I like to consider myself a fun, sociable, respectful, tidy, easy going, chilled out guy, who loves cooking, lazy Sunday's, music and laughter!!
I'm an easygoing girl, who cleans up after myself, so you'll never find the kitchen or my room messy 😁 I work part time in North Sydney when i don't have classes at University of Sydney (i'm a full time Master Student). I enjoy making food, fun nights out, exploring the city, festivals, food, watering holes, movies etc. On weekends either i'll go to Church or have a quiet day resting at home :) i'm the housemate who'll say hi and make an effort to get to know my housemates, after all, that's what makes a home. Say hello!
I'm very easy-going, super clean and independent. Working full time in Internet Service and pretty quiet during the week. Big fan of travelling and I like cooking as well. Not a party animal, but enjoying a good chat and socialising with housemates after work or on weekends. Always making good friends with my past housemates since I'm a really good listener and glad to help others.
Hullo. I'm an experienced roommate having lived in flatshares in Sydney, London and Montreal. I'm a non-smoker, professional female; work longs hours so very low-key after work - usually come home, eat, shower and go to bed! On the weekends I'm usually out. Love trying new restaurants, cultural events etc. I'm looking to a similar arrangement I've had in the past: non-smoker; someone who is clean in the kitchen, respectful, preferably professional male or female in their 30s.
Hi, I'm Nicola. Currently studying - Diploma of Costume at Ultimo TAFE, i'm creative and fairly social, happy to have a glass of wine or a G&T and a chat, yet i definitely like my own downtime, and am happy in my own company. Not a big tv watcher so there'll never be a tussle over the remote! (although if you've a good movie up your sleeve, happy to keep you company!) I pretty much like all types of music except country and western but don't make a habit of turning the volume up, preferring to read a good book or do a spot of painting/sewing/other creative stuff. I'm a clean up after myself as i go in the kitchen and tend to keep my stuff out of common areas (unless you like books, then i'm happy to add to the bookcase!). Easy going, open minded and like a good laugh. Ideally a room with either a mostly north west or west aspect is what i'm after, for the light - it's all about the light! Even a mostly north with bit of east will make me happy, as long as there's loads of light for my artistic pursuits. High ceilings would be great but not a "must have", prefer an unfurnished room but i can also work with furnished. If you like to have the odd impromptu party - not crazy kinda party (although i DO love a good costume party!), more the dinner party kinda thing, or mates over, that's fine by me - i may join in, invite a friend or two of my own along, or leave you all to it, either way, i have no problem with that sort of stuff if that's what you like to do. I don't have a pet, but if you have one that'd be awesome! Dog/Cat cuddles are the best!
Hi! I'm Jacky. I'm from Singapore and I'm here to study. I like to know new people and share our culture. I like going out together as well which is really interesting for me! Just hit me up for any questions! I'm... Tidy Polite Easy-going Sociable Flexible Considerate I'm not.... a smoker a hardcore party-goer a loud person
Hi, my name is Jay and I'm looking forward to refreshing my career in software engineering at Australia. I'm looking for a place for a short-term stay until I do obtain a job. I'm also on the lookout for team-ups to make renting a whole property a viable option. My friends and I are arriving at April 1 to share a big room and divide the expense amongst each other. We'll just figure out who sleeps on the floor, we just want to be together since it's our first time moving to Sydney. We're all nice guys from the Philippines (software engineers), ages 24, 26, and 27. I know it's not that good of a deal to get three people for what two people could pay for - but we're assuredly reliable and trustworthy. I hope you do consider. We can do a Skype call before we arrive in Sydney on April 1. We're a no-complaints kind of people. We're also respectful and very easy to be with. As for me, coming from a job at a university as a research associate, and being a recent graduate myself, sharing living spaces with those taking up university studies is a plus! Bonus: As software engineers, we presently create VR games for a living and will definitely miss doing so. Once we settle in with a comfortable daily program, we will have our hands on an HTC Vive or a Microsoft Hololens at the place that I'm glad to share with everyone - it's tons of fun! Feel free to message me, even if you too are looking for a place yourself, I personally read all of them.
I'm a university student from Hong Kong about to start my first year at the University of Sydney. Since I will be moving out for the first time, I'm eager to learn more about Sydney and definitely will spend some time exploring the city. I'm independent, know how to cook, and can clean up after myself. I enjoy getting to know people from various walks of life, and am open to new experiences. In my spare time, I enjoy reading and listening to music. I'm open to living with people with pets, LGBT+ people, and people of different ages.
Hey dudes, my name's René. I'm 23 which is old as for a student these days. I'm starting my masters in Sydney this year, and this particular flavour of masters focuses on radiation physics in medical context. So like cancer treatment, imaging technology and whatnot. I been out of uni two years now, did the BSc at the University of Auckland and finished up there end of 2014. Since then I've worked a number of different jobs saving those coins. So that's sorta where I'm coming from on the academic side of things. As for me personally I'm pretty relaxed on just about everything. Or think I am at least. I've grown up a wee bit since undergrad and I can't really be bothered partying hard like I used to. I'd rather get stuff done ya know? A few cheeky beers every now and then doesn't go amiss though. I'll probably be out of the house most of the time I guess, between coursework and sporting commitments, some kind of employment and whatever other social opportunities crop up. So if unobtrusive flatmates are your thing I'm your guy. My sport of choice is weightlifting so I got decent at cooking since one of the things we in the community like to do is eat a lot. One-pot wonders are a specialty and a couple of them I have whittled down to an art form. Feel free to ask me about anything else I may have missed in this very general summary!
Looking for a new place to call home with people I can be good friends with! I'm house trained, friendly, reliable, clean, love music, travelling and very much into sustainability stuff :) I'm also Brazilian (but have been in Sydney for past 5 years).

I'd like to move in or teamup with the people who are responsible, reliable and keeps the house clean. i respect privacy and expect the same from my flatmates. Not a party boy but occasional outing is always on the calendar. I would never say no to Wine, cheese and a friendly banter. Apart from paying rent and bills on time, i am house trained (been sharing apartments since 6 years) . See yas !

I've been living in share houses for the last five years now so I understand completely how to be a decent and considerate housemate! Hoping to find similarly considerate and reliable people. I have a little dog called Teaspoon (Tibetan Spaniel cross Pug) she's excellently trained and a wonderful companion. Really looking forward to meeting friendly like minded people. Feel free to message me if you think we'd (myself and "The Spoon") would be a good fit for your home.
