Hi! Im a 19 year old girl from Norway starting a bachelor of arts at USYD. I enjoy staying active, spending time with friends and try new things. I love travelling and explore new cultures, and would not mind living with people with different backgrounds. I am looking for a single bedroom, preferably close to the uni.
Hi there! I am a post graduate student originally from Toronto, Canada. I am friendly, clean and easy-going. Hoping to find some down-to-earth and fun individuals to live with, I treat my house like a home and take great pride in treating everyone and everything with respect!
Hi, my name is Jackson. I am 27 and am work, in financial services Monday-Friday. My interests are fitness, music, professional development, tattoos and travel. I'm pretty easy going, like to keep my space clean and am happy to socialise as well as enjoy my own time.
Chill easy going guy, enjoys meeting new people. I’m an IT student, originally from Jamaica, lived in the USA for a while and now I’m in OZ traveling about to see more of the country.
I'm an international medical student at the University of Sydney coming from the United States. I'm hoping to find a place close to the USyd campus by the end of the month. I'm a neat and clean person when it comes to living spaces. Will be friendly and chill with flatmates whenever I'm not studying.
Hi, I am a recent mathematics graduate from UQ and am moving down from Brisbane on the 22nd of January to commence a graduate position at ASIC. I am looking for a relatively central room for 2-6 months while I find something more permanent. I also plan on beginning my masters at UNSW this semester. I keep a tidy house and won't be home very often so I'm basically open to any single room within my price range.
Hey hey! My name is Zeel Patel and I’m 23 years old. I’m moving to Sydney (from Melbourne) towards the end of January (can move earlier for the right roommate/house). I am a laid-back girl who enjoyes company and a chat but also respects privacy and lone time. I like gym and outdoors but also love a good binge watch! I’m a vegetarian but don’t mind if you eat meat as long as you can clean after yourself. I am easy-going and would love to make some new friends! I’d prefer to stay with female roommates. My budget is 300-310 per week max including bills and WIFI. Let me know if you’d like any further information and if you have anything available that matches my description. I am also interested in meeting up and searching for a property together with one or two other girls at the below listed preferences. Looking forward to hearing from you! Thank you! (:
Hey guys, my name is Ari, I'm Greek. I'm on a year abroad from Edinburgh studying Computer Science at USYD. I'm down for surfing, traveling and most importantly jamming. I really enjoy cooking my own food and will defo teach you Greek recipes. Favorite things range from late night philosophical discussions by a dope playlist, reading books to even gaming. I don't have any particularity on the house or flatmates, all I want is outgoing people.
Hi! My name's Matt, I'm 22 and I'm looking for a room in the inner west close to UTas in Rozelle. I work in retail, and have lived with housemates before throughout my undergrad. Would be happy to join an existing house or start a new one with some cool people! Message me on FB /matt.j.callow
Hey, I'm a full-time university student at the University of Sydney. I'm on my way back from an exchange semester at the University of Edinburgh, since semester finished I've been backpacking Europe and on a study program in Thailand. When I finally get back to Australia, semester 1 of uni starts shortly after, and I start working at my old job at Macquarie University immediately, so I need a place to stay. None of my location preferences are anywhere close to North Ryde, but I own a car to get me to-and-from work, and I've always put my lifestyle before my job. These are places that I know are close to university and the CBD, so I am not lacking of activities to do during my time off. Shoot me a message if you've got a free room or want to start a flatmates group to search for a room together. Thanks :)
I am a 27 year old veterinary student moving from a small country town, starting first semester next year at Sydney Uni. I work in the IT team at a popular consumer store, and I train dogs on the side. I love to eat healthy and exercise. I jog around 20km per week. I love to learn about things and people. I'm always up for meeting new people. I love to have fun and go on adventures. I like chilling out and having a good laugh. I'm an experienced dog trainer and I have the most beautiful and well trained little purebred dachshund named Stanley. I'm just a happy girl who loves her dog and I'm in Sydney to follow my dreams. :D
Hey I am a tidy and easygoing guy, looking for a room or a teamup, preferably close to USYD, as I am in the final semester of my bachelor in Economics. Even though I may have used to be a bit of a party person in the past, as it is my final semester and I want (need) to improve my marks before graduation. Therefore I plan to limit it to some quiet drinks with the roommates every now and then. I spent the last year on exchange in the Netherlands sharing an apartment with four other people and we managed to create a great environment, that I would love to have again.
Hi, my name is Em. I am moving to Sydney from Adelaide to study my Masters at The University of Sydney in Mid-February 2019. I will have a full time study load and a part-time job. Other than that I enjoy travelling, drinking wine, going out for dinner and spending time with friends. I am looking for a friendly place to call home, preferably for the next year or two. I would love to spend some time with a housemate, sharing a drink, tea or dinner when we all can, but I appreciate the need to retreat and enjoy some separate time. I am ideally looking for somewhere from mid to late February 2019, but I am flexible with this.
Hey everyone! I'm making the big move from Canada to study dent at USYD and am looking for a new place to call home. I'm excited about this new experience and am hoping to make new friends to go explore the area with! A bit about myself: I have had the experience of living in shared rental housing (males & females) during undergrad and I understand the responsibilities and dynamics that come with it! I find living with cool people I vibe with a lot more fun and enjoyable than living on my own. I'm an open-minded, easygoing, sociable, compassionate, trustworthy, and energetic person. I genuinely love going out and meeting new people and listening to the life stories they share. I enjoy good banter, am always down for an adventure and a good time and like to joke around and laugh a lot. That said, I also know when I need to buckle down and hustle - aka the study grind! As your housemate, I will: pay my bills on time, clean up after myself, respect your privacy, respect the common areas, share, be generous in the kitchen, be a straight-shooter, have open honest communication, be understanding and considerate, and contribute to a positive environment. Things I like to do outside work: go to the gym, read a good book, be outdoors, explore, go on hikes, go to the beach, toss a football around, watch football & hockey, go to sports games, volunteer in the community, go out dancing, go to concerts, go for brunch, check out new cafes/bars/live music, listen to podcasts, binge some tv, discuss life, play with my pets, try new things, travel!! Oh and I love (and is almost always) listening to all kinds of music! && You can trust me to 99.9% of the time - have a fresh pot of coffee brewing each morning. I'm hoping for something near USYD (would be prime if it was walking distance!) and at least a year long with the potential of more since I will be in Syd for the next couple of years. Thanks for your time & excited to hear from y'all :) PS I have pets back in Canada, so I would be happy to have house pets around if you have them
I'm a friendly, fun gal from Canberra. Love adventuring, travelling, movies, music and photography. I'm a student at UTS and working part-time in retail, so I'm always busy. I like to think I'm pretty likeable too. Ideally, I'm after a private room (I'm very sociable, but value my alone time). For this purpose, I'm willing to pay up to $250/wk :)
I am a student who enjoys a good movie and a good walk as a way to have a nice relaxed evening after a long day! I have lived in a share places for 4 years now (including homestays and shared room). Now I am just simply looking for somewhere nice and chill where I can unwind after uni or work. I cannot describe myself as a party animal these days, but I do enjoy the occasional get-together or a Netflix binge. I am looking for something more than a “hole in the wall” where it can feel like home😊
Hello! I'm Danielle, a Masters student moving to Sydney from New Zealand. I'm looking for a place (fairly close to Sydney Uni) to stay for a couple of months. A few basic things about me...I'm easy-going, I love animals (awesome if you have a cat or doggo!) and I enjoy the cheeky wine on the weekend. I'm tidy and well organised. I like yoga, running, playing guitar and adventuring outdoors.
I am a generous, kind, tolerant, thoughtful and friendly person, who is super tidy and clean. I'm also a great cook and have a wonderful sense of the absurd. I like to laugh, am generally pretty positive, and would like to share with someone similar. I moved to Melbourne from Sydney last March, but now find I will be back in Sydney for a 9 month contract (I am a freelance sound editor, working in film) from mid-March - ohhh, the irony! I love cycling, yoga, swimming, reading, MOST styles of music, film, intelligent company and conversation, great food and wine. Oh, and gin! And animals! So if you have pets, that is wonderful. I'll be working long hours so do require a non-party household thru the week. I hope we can find each other, future flattie!
I'm a full time student at Sydney uni studying history and philosophy of science. I also work as a tour guide and at a museum, and tutor school students, so I'm a pretty busy person. In the spare time I have, I like hiking, swimming, poking around op shops, and I occasionally play a bit of guitar. I'm also a pretty good cook and really enjoy cooking for others. I'm looking for a friendly place to live where housemates are up for a chat and a beer every now and then, but I do also value my own space so I'm not expecting a social environment at all times. I'm also housetrained so won't make too much mess and will happily help clean the house.
I work full time in accounts and studying part time. I'm easy going and quite laid back, I enjoy cooking and baking, weekend drinks, bush walking, and some outdoor stuff. I'm looking for a room for myself, at the moment i need it for 3 months with possibility of extending it
Hello! I'm Sonam, a 24 year old medical student from Canada. In my spare time, I like exploring Sydney's beaches and bars, gardening, and watching trashy reality TV. I anticipate being at school or the hospital for most of the day. I prefer my space clean and tidy and I'm a non-smoker. I definitely enjoy the odd night out but it doesn't happen too often as I have so much work to do for school.
