Hi, I'm Svenja, a 24 year old girl from Germany who works full time in a law firm in the city and studies part time. I've been to Sydney since about a year and a half now and am pretty settled with my life here. Only thing that's missing is the right place with the right housemate(s) :-) I'm easy going & friendly, happy & positive, responsible & reliable and would love to find a proper home in my second new home!
Currently working full-time in Pyrmont, Sydney. Moving from Brisbane after completing school and uni there. Well internationally travelled and open to meeting and living with all types of people :)
Hi, my name is Bridget! Recently moved up from Melbourne, I’m looking for a furnished/unfurnished private room close to public transport/shops. Female-only flatmates preferred, no couples. About me: I like to keep active with work, hobbies and socialising, however I balance it with quality time at home chilling with housemates and commentating on the TV – just all depends what’s on the event calendar! In my spare time I like to road trip, dance, go out, laze at beaches and parks, and explore local markets, cafes, pubs etc. Will be working in a marketing/events role in the inner west - working standard Mon-Fri business hours (at least at the beginning!). I’m a positive, clean and tidy housemate who is considerate of noise, people’s belongings, and respectful of my housemate’s privacy and quiet time. On the flip side, I am a social person so also really enjoy the company of a housemate and the spontaneous opportunities you get to chat and joke around on a night-in or do a random dinner or night out. Looking forward to meeting you!
Hullo. I'm an experienced roommate having lived in flatshares in Sydney, London and Montreal. I'm a non-smoker, professional female; work full-time and usually longs hours so very low-key after work - usually come home, eat, shower, study and go to bed! On the weekends I'm usually out or studying. Love trying new restaurants, cultural events etc. I'm looking to a similar arrangement I've had in the past: non-smoker; someone who is clean in the kitchen, respectful, preferably professional male or female in their 30s. I'm more of a bar/wine-after-work than party type :) I ended up becoming friends with the women I've lived with in the past, so happy to provide references :)
I am a medical student from Canada who is outgoing, active, responsible and respectful. I am looking to move in for the 2018 academic school year or longer - beginning in January 2018. My ideal listing would allow me to cycle into the University of Sydney.
Hello! I'm a Canadian who will be studying medicine at the University of Sydney! I'm an extremely clean & organized guy and am also friendly and sociable. I'll likely spend a lot of time in my room studying, but I'm also eager to explore this beautiful city and have some fun. I love playing tennis and soccer, reading fantasy novels, and video games.(Smash Bros anyone?) I'm flexible with the date of moving in (between January 14th and 21st is fine). I'm looking to stay for 6 months minimum, possibly longer if I like the place. I'm hoping for a short walk to campus (30 minutes max). I am the flatmate you're looking for 👋. Shoot me a message. Thomas
I am a quiet and friendly housemate. I sing with a men's a cappella group and dance with a Morris dancing side in Sydney. I work in afterschool care and music education, having previously worked in childcare for many years. I like to travel, and have been on many tours in Australia and overseas with my choir. I love music, dogs and community. I am looking for housemates that create a sense of collective and inclusive living in their household. I like to cook meals for people and help keep things tidy.
I am 22 and work full time in book publishing (it's the best!). I am a clean, friendly, and open minded housemate. I love to relax with my housemates, share a glass of wine, and watch a movie, but I also am happy to give space when it's needed. I am obsessed with Lord of the Rings (it's the best) and I love to read, even though I read all day at work. I smoke occasionally (outside only!), I have a ten month old kitten who is very friendly, relaxed and well trained, and I practice shibari as a teacher. Feel free to ask anything!
This is Vienne from Taiwan, now relocating myself in Sydney for more possibilities. I studied in Usyd from 2014 to 2015, so I am familiar with the area (well I lived in Redfern and Newtown before) and I want to live in this area again! I am holding a working holiday visa at the moment, however, I have already finished the farm job while I can make myself stay in Sydney for at least another 18 months. Mostly I work in hospitality, love food and drinks; also I started to design men ties this year. I am tidy and good at cooking, always clean after myself. Being social is also something I am good at, however, I respect others' privacy when they need it! Well, I guess I am the next fabulous housemate you are looking for. And prob the asian touch will make this house even more fun! let me know. Vienne
hey there Im Lena! Originally from interstate, Ive been in Sydney 5 years and Im a friendly open minded full time student. Currently in my undergrad however looking to study my masters full time in 2018 :) Im looking for a place to stay for at least a year maybe more. I enjoy socialising, however due to my study load am a little bit of a grandma. I like to keep a reasonably clean environment and am more than happy to clean up after myself. I do enjoy seeing friends and dates, however am not a huge party person so I wont be keeping you up with loud music at 3am. Im hoping to find likeminded and friendly fellow students or working professionals. would prefer the environment to be LGBT friendly as well :)
Pretty laid back, but I would prefer tidy-ish roommates! I'm a pretty average, but very enthusiastic, cook and can provide the occasional, average-but-enthusiastically-prepared meals! I currently work as a barista, have a certification, AND come with a coffee machine so that's a selling point! I also work at JB Hi-Fi and as such, I come with a huge movie and tv series collection, as well as vinyls!
DECEMBER OR JANUARY Hi I'm Anita. I am currently in Paddington, Brisbane. I have been offered a full time position with a well known construction company in Sydney, hence the move. I will need to move to Sydney at the start of next year preferably before the 10th of January. About me At home I'm neat and tidy but I'm not affected by other peoples preferences. I like to cook as much as I can and try to get to yoga a few times a week. When I get home from work I like to relax, listen to some music, watch some Netflix, go for a walk or skateboard, occasionally I'll have a beer. On the weekends I like to be out and about, get social.. but sometimes I get the home bug. My sister would be an expected visitor for the weekend every now and then as she lives in Canberra and I would be her closest family. We're very friendly and I have no doubt you'll like her. I'm also hoping my best friend from the Gold Coast will visit when she can too. I like the lifestyle I have here in Paddington so I'm hoping to land in a similar area in Sydney. I like being able to walk to a cafe or walk to pilates. Housemates: I am hoping to have friends at home, like minded people who are chill and easy going. I would prefer more mature housemates as the party house vibe isn't for me. But I'm not a grandma, I like throw back a few drinks every now and then. I would like people who are employed and financially stable. I'm a very accepting person and like meeting different people. Flick me a message if you have an offer. Thanks Anita
Hi, I'm a Spanish guy who's been living in Sydney for the past 4 years. I moved to Australia initially to complete my studies in childcare, and to learn English, but fell in love with Sydney and will be living here long term. I work in childcare full time. My current apartment is undergoing renovations, so need to look for a new home. Looking for accommodation that has easy access to Lilyfield, where my chid care centre is located. Currently living in Surry Hills, so would prefer to continue to live in this area or in a neighbourhood that is similar - i.e. lively, lots of restaurants, cafes, bars, close to a supermarket, etc. About me: I am a very social person, who loves cinema, music and cooking. I also like activities like rockclimbing and swimming. And I love exploring the city on my bicycle. As a flatmate, I am easy going, respectful, and keep shared areas like the kitchen and bathroom very clean. Would prefer a flatmate(s) with similar habits! If you would like to know anything more about me, please feel free to ask. Thank you very much. Teo

Hey there! We are a couple of friends from Spain, who work as a doctor (Pedro) and as a trainer (Eduardo). We are moving to Sydney the 1st of January and we're gonna be there in order to work during our period there. We are very open minded and sociable people and love to spend time chatting and having fun with friends. Both os us have been living abroad for long term before outside our country, so we're very easy going and love to live with people from all over the world. We're looking for a shared flat. It's ok for us share the bathroom and we don't mind either to have one room per each or to be the together in the same room (double room). Please don´t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about us :)
Looking for a sweet house to move into. Filled with good vibes lots of sunlight and fun times but I also really enjoy my own privacy. I'm originally from Melbourne so my wishlist is a house by the beach or has beach views. I can compromise on this if my house mates are hilarious and overall 10/10 good humans. My personality is like a dog. I love food, going for walks/exploring, I get way too exited over little things, I'm a happy chappy and always friendly.
Hi, my name is Bastien, I am a French 21yo architecture student. I am friendly and chill, oh yeah, I love chill, even more with friends, so I want to be part of a family in a perfect collocation. I am open-minded and I always want to meet people, hang out, spent time with friends, watch films and series, and most of all listen music. I want to live my australian trip better that I can, and I think to be in a colocation is the best way to have memories ! So see you !
I am down to earth and easy going 33 year old female. I work full time in the CBD and have an active social life. I want to be able to get on with my flatmate/s however i do like to have my own space as well :) I have a cat called Maddy so I need to find a place that's pet friendly.
Hey there, 23 yr old hospo queen looking to move back to the inner west. Consider myself super easy going and friendly. Enjoy my own space but would also like someone who is down for a beer or a Netflix binge every now and then. That being said because of my job my schedule is all over the place so I’m not home many nights. Would love to bring my cat but understand she makes things hard so it’s not a make or break. Hit me up if you think we’d make good roomies or want to get to know me a little better :)
