Looking for a furnished private room/place to move into ASAP for at least 4-6 months with the possibility of extending. Would prefer my own bathroom (or shared with one other). Non-smoker and would prefer to live with other non-smokers. LGTBQI friendly, animal lover (especially cats) but not bringing any with me. Would prefer an all female flat, or a mix of girls and guys. I'm 27 years old, working in digital advertising full time and just finished my masters last year. I work in Pyrmont so ideally looking for something within walking distance or close to the light rail or a train station. Born in Australia but moved away and having been living abroad in Hong Kong and New Zealand up until 2015. I'm very chilled and sociable, but also like my downtime and respect other's space. I like quiet nights in watching a movie, drawing or learning a new language (I speak six). I also enjoy swimming and trying new cuisines. Traits I appreciate in a flatmate are cleanliness, respectful in regard to noise and privacy and just being generally friendly. I've lived in a variety of situations including on my own, in a penthouse apartment in a hotel, flatting with singles and couples (straight & gay) and in a dormitory. Happy to provide references from previous places if requested.
I'm 23 and working full time in a professional media role in Pyrmont. I can be busy with work, training and studying part time so I would offer a lot of personal space but also don't mind being a home body. I spend a fair bit of time in the kitchen, I particularly cook on the weekends to prep meals, but always tidy up after myself and respect communal areas. I'm easy going, clean and enjoy my own space. Would be up for the occasional dinner/wine together :)
Hi, I've relocated from Melbourne to Sydney as my work has offered me a position in Oxford Street, Paddington. I'm an easy going relaxed male. I work in the women's footwear industry. I also do a number of things that are creatively inspired, mainly behind the scenes as a project manager/producer. Whilst my daily professional life out of the home is very people focused, therefore requiring me to be 'UP' all of the time, my home life is about being relaxed and taking time out, but don't get me wrong a G & T from time to time wouldn't go a miss. Being clean, tidy and respectful of people's space is part of the course. My actions speak louder then words! I love the outdoors, especially being by rivers and lakes - It's the perfect escape from the concrete jungle! Whilst looking to share with one or two others, I'm also looking to find a house and have one or two people come and join me in creating a relaxed, clean and peaceful home. Drop me a line if you'd like to have a chat about teaming up. The areas are as mentioned in my profile.
I'm an Italian PhD student (neuroscience) staying in Sydney for an exchange, and I'll be staying for 6 months from the end of April to the end of October, 2017. I'm a very calm person and I enjoy people company but I also like to have some privacy moments after a day of work. I'm a smoker but I don't mind being in a no-smoke house. Maybe can be the final drive to make me stop! :) I'm a rather easy person and I usually adjust to any situation.

I'd be looking to move around the start of May but I am also pretty flexible 😊🌸

I’m normally either at work or uni or a combination of both throughout the day. Hobbies include: cooking, eating, drinking coffee, attempting to do yoga, painting, playing the piano (not very well) and procrastinating over assignments. I’m always keen for a chat but am very respectful of people’s privacy. Clean and tidy, always pay my bills on time Looking for a place that feels like home and would love to move into a friendly and social house :) I don't really have a preferred stay time, it really just depends on the people and the house. My move date is also flexible

My flight is booked for the 11th of July and I am arriving in Sydney on the 12th. I really don't like living in a mess, which is why I always clean up after myself - and I prefer if my roommate(s) do so too ;-)

I am looking for a new residential community with nice roommates interested in hanging out and having a great time together. I have a bride interest in everything in my spare time. I like different sports like soccer, volleyball, running. I hear you have some great beaches with nice surfspots. I want to improve my skills. And what is the best as a student? I am looking forward to hearing from you and feel free to contact me at any time. See you soon :)
