Funny on occasion. Currently sharing a townhouse with my best friend in Paddo, but she's moving to Perth so I have to move on by my own. I love the lifestyle Paddington offers with cafes and quirky bars so I'd love to stick around in a similar area. Full time employed as a recruiter. I also gym every day after work and have a pretty hectic social calendar too so I'm rarely ever home. Always happy to tag along people on my adventures though. From January I'll be working full time, studying Geotechnical engineering AND project management at the same time, so moving forward you'll most likely see me buried in a book about hydraulics or ground water. (Hey, someone has to think its interesting right) If you'd ask my flatmate what my worst traits are living with she's say it's that I listen to my audio books on speaker... Considering that's the worst thing I reckon I'm pretty easy to live with. I'm a massive animal lover and sustainability enthusiast but I'm not the type of person to shove my beliefs down others throat. (but it would be cool if we have similar beliefs!) A pretty decent cook too and I don't mind cooking for others. I hate to vacuum but don't mind mopping so hoping to find someone who can share that burden. (Sort of a joke, but not really) Honesty is one of my core values, I always speak my mind and communicate when something isn't working. Please feel free to ask me any questions if you have them Team up team mates: I'm also happy to have a chat about teaming up for a lease. I'd ideally be looking to team up with one person, but would consider 2 as well if there's enough living space. I'm looking for a longer term stay (2+ years) and I don't want to have people coming in and out of the place I call home, so ideally you'd be in a similar situation. I'm looking for a master bedroom style for any team ups. Meaning wooden floors, built in wardrobes, en suite and preferable balcony as well. Rent for me is negotiable, I'll pay the price for the perfect place!
Hi there! I'm an Australian student studying a double degree in Creative Intelligence & Innovation and Fashion & Textiles. I am friendly, outgoing and have great communication skills. I love to go out for a few drinks and enjoy a night partying but I also enjoy a quiet night in on the couch. I love travelling, animals, fashion, film and theatre. For the past 3 years I have lived in accommodation with several people of different cultures, ages and genders. As a housemate I am respectful and love to have a chat, yet am considerate of personal boundaries and space. I keep myself busy during the week with university, interning or working. Ideally I would love to live with students or people working full time.
Hello! I am from Sydney, born and bred. I work part time in HR and run a coaching business. I am a bubbly friendly girl. I enjoy a chat and a bit of fun, but equally am very quiet / respectful of space when needed. I am very social and spend a lot of time with friends. I enjoy yoga, eating well, exercise, having a laugh and generally just living life to the fullest!
If you’re looking for a fun-loving guy who you can socialise with who also respects your privacy then look no further! I just finished a Bachelor of Performance at UOW and am a pretty creative guy. I play sax and piano so I may be a little loud during the day occasionally but I respect being quiet at night. I’m currently working as a barista in Bondi Junction which is generally 4/5 days a week. I do like a drink or two and a bit of a party so ideally somewhere where having a friend or two around every so often wouldn’t be an issue. I am a friendly, approachable guy so confrontation with me isn’t a problem. I understand that people can annoy others so I’ll do my best to mould myself to your preferences. I am a smoker, but won’t smoke inside and am respectful of others.
Working full-time in Marketing. I come with two beautiful kittens; Frida (Girl) & Dali (Boy) so pet-friendly is a MUST. I paint and draw in my spare time - It's like my yoga, I also like to keep fit and healthy. I am considerate, happy, respectful, reliable, clean and fun! Enjoy alone time as much as I like to socialize. Looking to live with one, max two other people (female preferred) of a similar situation. Prefer an unfurnished space as I have my own furniture; a wardrobe and my own bathroom would be ideal! I also require a car space.
Just an American coming to Australia to spend some time away from our current administration haha. Coming to work and live in Sydney and experience something new. I recently graduated with an arts degree and I'm very in to hiking (I hear Australians call it bushwalking? That sounds good too.) Looking to make friends and fully experience Sydney either with a local or another traveler!
- easy to get along with - friendly - enjoy bars and restaurants in the week - both working full time around the city (sponsorship) - love music - always looking for something fun to do at the weekend - love to be outdoors - belgium and English - length of stay can be varied
I have just moved to Sydney from Scotland for a new job in Corporate Finance and to escape to some sunshine! I am pretty laid back but like to keep where I live fairly clean and tidy. I am quite a social person who is normally out with friends at the weekend and I’m excited to explore Sydney and Australia! I have a few friends in Sydney but would be looking for a flat where we could hang out in the evenings. Laura
I’m Andy - moving to Sydney this year from North Eastern NSW to study a Master of Environmental Science. Ive just got back from a couple of years travelling, living, and working overseas in South America and Asia. Before this I lived in Brisbane for my Bachelors degree, first on-campus and then share-housing with friends. I’m pretty excited about the move to Sydney and am hoping to find a room close to USyd with some good housemates. I’ll be studying and working to support myself, but keen to have a couple of drinks on the weekends, cook dinners together, play cards, listen to some music, and support the mighty Waratahs/Swans. I’m pretty tidy, like my music, enjoy reading, as well watching and playing sport. Looking to move in late Jan/early Feb and get myself settled before uni starts in March.
I'm a tidy motivated individual that will be working full time in the city central. I am currently applying for rentals through meadow bank, Concord, North Strathfield and surrounding areas. I am looking for three bedroom places, seeking two other people to move in with me. I am looking for tidy and respectful people to live with. Preferably professional and like-minded. -move date will be around the end of this month and beginning of February. If you'd think we would be a match send me a message :)
Hi, We are Justin and Sen, We need to vacate our current rental Mid February as the landlord is selling the place. Our Combined Budget is approx $410 week. Need Partially Furnished, (Double/Queen) or (2x Single Bed) Room or Studio and some form of parking. Own bathroom would be great! We are organised tidy people both working and studying.! :) Sen is a Hairdresser and I work in Retail Merchandising. We are friendly people and very easy to get along with. We enjoy our privacy and are respectful of noise levels and cleanliness. So we're looking to live somewhere that reflects these values! NOT a party house.. So that's pretty much us!! So if you like what you've read so far, please feel free to send a message. We can't wait to find somewhere amazing to live!
Hi! :) Myself and my good pal Luke are looking for a place to live in Sydney at some stage in February 2018, we are preferably looking for somewhere to live in the Inner East, Inner West or on the Northern Beaches and close to a train station if possible. We will be needing two private rooms. We are both young professionals who are moving from Newcastle to Sydney for graduate jobs in the CBD so we will be busy with work Monday-Friday 8am-6pm. I will be working as a lawyer and Luke will be working in accounting. We are very chill people who love to hit the beach and exercise in our spare time and will be travelling back home to Newcastle on some weekends. We would ideally like to be living with like-minded housemates who like to keep their living spaces clean and tidy. We are friendly/social people who would love to make home cooked meals with our future housemates, watch some TV, head out for a drink or play board games when we're all free.
Hey everyone, my name's Michelle! I'm searching for a private room in an APARTMENT BUILDING to sublet. I'd prefer to find somewhere close to the CBD and would ideally like to live with others similar in age. The room should be furnished, MODERN, clean, and have access to wi-fi. A bit about me - I'm originally from Melbourne. I just started full-time work in Sydney and will be studying on a part-time basis. I've also lived in flatshare before so know how to respect the space and privacy of others, and I like to keep things clean and tidy. Please let me know if you have a suitable place! :-) N.B. I am planning to travel at the end of January and in February for a couple of weeks so I am primarily searching for a SHORT-TERM place to live between the 2/2/18 to 16/2/18 (2 weeks). I will be looking for long-term accommodation from the 28/2/18 onwards once I'm back.
Hey, I am Beth! I am a 25 year old Brit who is clean, tidy, respectful person who does my bit around the house. I am super friendly and like to meet new people but also like chill time. Most importantly happy to chat about anything over a nice cold beer! I am either looking for a private room, bills included in a flatshare for myself or I also have a couple of friends who I can move in with if you need more rooms filling or have a whole property going.
I’m 24 and am moving to Sydney from Melbourne to study a Masters of Physiotherapy (that means I will need volunteers to massage ;)) A bit about me: I love all things sport – playing, watching, yelling at silly referees etc. I’m a mad singer, especially big musical numbers in the shower and may very occasionally wipe the dust off my violin to play a jig or two. Absolutely doggo mad, like crazy person can’t-function-when-in-presence-of-dog kind of level. Bit of a greenie, love recycling my soft plastics, making kick ass compost and getting out in the garden. I have lived in many share houses and am sad to be giving up my beautiful big home in Melbourne but so excited to discover what’s going on in Sydney. I am a super clean person and appreciate tidy communal areas. Love having a wine or beer at home with my housemates and can truly make an exquisite cheese platter. I am looking for that lovely middle ground when it comes to housemates: the family experience where we can spontaneously chill out at home or grab a coffee or burger; but also a space where we can have some alone time and I can focus on my studies. Cheers, Nicola
We are both young professionals working regular monday - Friday hours. Having been based in Sydney for the past 5 years we are moving to Geelong for 6 months and are both looking forward to experiencing what Geelong has to offer!
