I'm American expat advertising professional who has been in Sydney for the past year. I'm quiet and chilled during the week but would like to socialize on the weekends. I also have a full set of hi-end furniture (Including a 55" Samsung TV) and Eames dining room furniture that I'd like to use.
Very quiet and focused professional. I work full time and run 2 startup businesses as well. I don't go out and party I prefer to network with people in my entrepreneurial space. Looking for a private room where I can get wired in and work. This year is a big focus wealth and setting up my future. Oh I also play the Ukelele and sing so you'll probably hear that alot! Looking to move into a place on the 18th of April, as im moving from Adelaide to Sydney that night, I have a friend in Sydney who can attend inspections if necessary :)
Hey guys, I'm going on holiday in May, and my lease is ending in 2 weeks time, so I would need a place where I cans stay for 3 weeks starting from 7th of April. I'm looking for a short rental only. I work in the city, so would need a place ideally close to train lines, and/or within 15 kms from the centre. If you have anything available get in touch please. Thanks, adam
Hiya! I am currently only looking to share with females only. I am an outgoing, fun, sociable high energy person. work in the pub industry full time so my shifts are always changing including late nights and early mornings. I enjoy the gym and tend to train early in the mornings. I enjoy going out and to have a drink on the weekends. I own my own car so I would need a place to park it whether it’s street parking or a garage. I’m easy going, tidy and trustworthy, I am very eager to find the right place with the right people to share accomodation with.
Hey guys, I am a full-time Software Engineer looking for someone to teamup for a new dwelling. I enjoy sports, going to gym, eating (not cooking, even though I do), having few beers every now and then and going out on weekends (all right, somethings during the week too). I am also clean (not obsessive) and organized. Also, I do respect people's space.
I am a full time student at Sydney University studying social work. I am clean and tidy. I am quiet (not a party person), and respectful of other people's space/privacy.
I'm very open and accepting. I don't judge (for reals, it's a bizarre thing, right!?) and I'm also real clean when it comes to general house keeping. I think it works pretty well with how much I cook... To say I like food would be somewhat of a massive understatement. I'm a martial arts instructor (Systema) and persona trainer. I would say I'm a health freak but like all my views, I don't push them on anyone. I also like art. Like, all of it. I draw, tattoo, sing, guitar, write, as mentioned, martial arts and yeah, I'd consider the culinary endeavors an art form too... A delicious, delicious art form... PS. I have a snake. He tends to keep to himself but is friendly if you're into reptiles.
I am as easy going person who is respectful of other people's space. I love to have a glass of wine, a good laugh and to unwind in front of the TV. I am an animal lover and ideally would like a pet friendly place so I can get a small dog, although this is not essential.
I’m a fulltime student at Macquarie Uni and I’m also a part time student at SAE institute (Chippendale) so I would love to live in a fairly central location as most of my time is spent at either of these locations. I’m a pretty chilled wine drinking-Netflix watching- music and theatre loving woman. I’m an easy going relaxed person who loves socialising and having a good laugh.I also understand and respect people’s space and privacy, I sometimes very much value time to myself as well. I’m clean & and tidy and would be more than happy to contribute to all the “less than glamorous” choirs needing to be done. I am honest and trustworthy.
My name is Lauren and I work full time as a legal secretary. I work the usual 8:30am - 5pm and can we found at the gym 3-4 days a week. I am pretty social so am usually out and about most of the weekend. I am very well house trained and like things tidy but also not a nazi, we all have lives to live but it is also easy enough to tidy up after yourself. I am very down to earth and I am often found joking around, and that includes making fun of myself! I own a cat named Jasper who is very friendly. He is an indoor/outdoor cat and likes to do his own thing (like most cats). He loves food and sleep just like me.
Looking for: A house or apartment near the Newtown area or surrounding suburbs, nothing fancy, just a place to call home that won't break the bank. Me: I'm a bar manager, I occasionally smoke (but never inside, I like getting my bond back) and I crack top-tier banter. What I bring to the table: great cocktails, plenty of grog to help yourself to, average (I'm improving!) cooking, cheesy music taste and a 51" flat screen and surround system. I'm also fairly handy about the house, which can save pestering the landlord for small repairs. I occasionally play about on acoustic guitar/keyboard, but working odd hours it's quite possible you'll never hear my terrible music unless you spend your daytime at home ;) goes without saying I'll keep my stuff neat and tidy & pull my fair share of housekeeping, nobody loves a deadbeat!
*Due to contract ending soon I'm looking to move somewhere in or around Sydney CBD vicinity. There is also a chance I may look in Melbourne CBD come Mid May too. Please get in touch as i'm currently residing in Sydney.* I'm Berto from Gold Coast of Macauese descent , wishing to find a room/place or team up within Sydney vicinity. I'm friendly, clean, tidy guy who likes travelling, food and more. I'm happy to cook for myself or others on odd days and up for occasional night out or just stay in and chill on sofa with others watching movies/tv shows. Not only will i be your housemate but also want to know all well so we be comfortable around each other from the get go. Indeed I also respect others personal space and privacy. I embrace diversity and up for making new friends as I am new to Sydney surroundings. I've studied and worked in U.K. since teens but recently back Oz to settle. I'm a self employed mixed media guru although open to many other interest as i like to learn new things. Cheers! :)
Hi everyone, I'm a 24 year old Vancouverite in Aus on work holiday visa. I've been living in Melbourne the last 6 months, but am on the move up to Sydney for a job offer with the Canadian government. As such, I'm looking for a place to hold me until the end of my visa (early August). I'm a fairly social person and like to know my roommates. I like hanging out on the occasional night in, sharing TV binge sessions, and catching a drink in town. Looking for new friends to tag memes in (my old Tinder line, lol - I still am!!). I also value my personal space and keeping communal areas clean! All in all, I believe I'm a chill person to live with who is accountable and takes on responsibility when appropriate. Ideally, I'm looking for a furnished private room under $300 a week within 30 min walk to Circular Quay. I know it's a lot to ask, so I'm flexible. Given my 4 month timeline, sublets or shorter term leases are fine with me. I'm starting my new job the first week of April, so anytime after the 3rd would be great to organise viewings, etc. Thanks :)
I'm Andrea (or Andy as I like to be known). I'm a designer/animator, starting a new job in Sydney, but currently living in Melbourne. I love dogs, baking and Netflix. I'm a pretty relaxed person, always keen to make people laugh, and just have a good time. I like to keep things neat and, while I love having company, I'm comfortable with a quiet night at home too.
G'day guys My name is Rhys and I'm 26 and have been in Sydney for little over a year. Originally from country Victoria. I work in construction and work 10-12 hour days. Looking for a nice neat place to call home for a few more years left in Sydney. I'm easy going, not one to shy from a beer or a chin wag. I like the mu fishing and camping and don't mind a pub feed. I am a smoker though just so you are aware. At the moment I only have a bed and a few belongings, but can buy or chip in for some furniture if needed. If I'm the one you are after I'll make sure I buy the first slab :) Cheers
Hello, My name is Rory, I'm a polite and outgoing individual. I'm a tidy and respectful housemate, and have a very positive outlook on life 😊 I have been sharing a house with two girlfriends in Erskineville since March 2016. I originally come from NZ, but live here indefinitely. I am looking to find a nice room in a vibrant suburb with like minded people.

Hi I am a looking for a private room in a flatshare environment. Late 40's working Professional, mature and have respect for home, people and surrounds. Easy going and friendly, looking to share with similar housemates. I enjoy most ball sports, Soccer, AFL, League, watching not playing these days, lol. Too many footy war - injuries. I am a contract Project Manager that is currently working in the CBD for a large corporate client and looking for a place within a 5km radius of the CBD so that I don't have to commute to far or too long. I am typically out of the house around 7:30-8:00am and return around 6:30- 7pm most weeknights. Weekends, I am pretty much away every weekend up the coast in QLD, sun and surf. I am from QLD and travel regularly most weekends up and down the coast Fly-in, Fly-out, typically fly-out on a Friday night and fly-in back either Sunday night or Monday morning, depending on work schedule. I'm pretty quiet, very easy to get along with and don't mind a social chat after work. I can cook, have been doing it for years actually, and keep my place and surrounds clean. Don't mind going out for dinner or getting some takeaway, with a glass of wine and good chat about nothing in particular, good social chat after work. I am currently sharing a house in the south western suburbs and want to move closer to the CBD to reduce my commute time. I will require some form of parking, either off street or on street (not metered). Ideally off street if possible. I am looking for a furnished private room, ideally with a Queen or Double bed, in the following areas which include: Inner Sydney areas : Balmain, Rozelle, Lilyfield, Annandale, Petersham, Stanmore, Newtown, Glebe, Ultimo, Pyrmont, Surry Hills. Easy walking distance to CBD or short trip on public transport. North Sydney areas: Milsons Point, North Sydney, Kirribilli, Cremorne, Crows Nest, St Leonards, Cammeray, Wollstonecraft and Mosman as a my preferred locations. I don't have any furniture, so I prefer a furnished place. Just me, my clothes, a couple of bags, my car and my charming cheeky humour, lol. Happy to chat and share a wine after work. Drop me a line if you have a room for a fair price. I do have a budget which I am trying to stick to. Talk soon. Regards Eddie
