I'm 19, can be very shy when I first meet you, but will be social, if your social. I'm very neat and clean. I listen to music a lot, but will keep my headphones in; I'm outgoing, can be very quiet, as I like to watch tv shows, read books etc, to relax. Relaxing hasn't been accessible to me as I have had a lot of stress throughout my life, I try my best to look at life in a positive way. I'm very flexible, easygoing, will compromise and accept different people's lifestyles, I just want somewhere really to start off, I'm trying my best to have this organised beforehand; to get a job, maybe look into a course in the next few weeks, I'm just hoping to find for example; somewhere to go to work, come home, relax, somewhere really where I can be happy. I am use to keeping my personal life outside a home, I don't have friends that will come visit, if anything I'm more likely to go to them. It would be nice to have my boyfriend stay or visit every now and then, we are both respectful, but It doesn't bother me if it isn't allowed. My main focus is to set myself up, so I will most likely be alone throughout staying in your home. I'm currently looking for work, around the frankston/hastings area, but as I said im very flexible, I'm use to moving around and I'm not sure where to live, as the only place I really know is the hastings/crib point/ frankston area, really I'm trying to find stable accomodation, I have a boyfriend of nearly 3 years, but will be looking for somewhere for just myself. I'm a smoker, but will make exceptions (ie; smoking away from the house). I'm getting financial assistance from centrelink, I also have a medical certificate until late march, I'm hoping to find someone who will accept me for who I am. I am very respectful of others, and I'm hoping to find somewhere where I will be able to access internet hopefully, but having a roof over my head is more important to me. I'm social, but I have barely any friends, as I haven't really found the right people. My goals are to get a job, get my P's, get a car, to rent my own place, to be happy and have a settled life ahead of me.

I have a pretty quiet personality and am not looking for a party house. I work a lot as an Interior Designer, fairly long hours. In my spare time I love to read, walk, do yoga, meditation, sing, play keyboard, go to the beach or get out to any of the events that this lovely city has going! I pretty much have a go with the flow attitude about life. Happy to live anywhere from Mornington to Elwood and surrounding suburbs. :)
Hi, I'm working towards establishing a share house in a very luxurious home. We're looking for a total of 5 people who are able to be friendly to each other and pay bills on time. You can get more details at my other listing. Why you should consider sharing with a divorced 53 year old guy: As a guy, I can cook more than bake beans. 🥘 I actually like cooking, 👨🍳so there's a good chance of getting a nice meal 🍽 I won't hog the PS4/Xbox 🎮 I know things we can do if the internet 🌏was to self destruct. You can borrow money 💰 of me and hope I may forget due to dementia. I love grocery shopping 🛒 so if you're too busy, consider it done ✅ I'm getting older, I could die early⚰️, you'll get a better room. I have 53 years experience in getting along with others. 😇 My birthday is in winter, we can save on heating bills with using 54 candles. 🎂 My life isn't a ongoing drama. 🎬 I know how to change: - a light Globe💡 - fix a tap🚰 - I know how to post a letter 📮 - fix most problems on computers 🖥 I'm old enough to give sage advice 🔮, but not old enough that I smell due to wearing a diaper. 💩 Specific reasons for Guys: I'm not going to steal you girlfriend👩⚖️ I'm not going to want to borrow your clothes 👕when we go clubbing.🕺🏼 (I don't go clubbing) I'm actually good to seek advice from.👨🏻💼 I can hold the other spanner 🔧 Specific reasons for Girls: I'm not going to steal your girlfriend either. 💔(See guys) I have six daughters, I've lived in a all girl house (excluding myself) for 18 years. So I get along with females well. 👩🏾👩🏼👩🏽👩🏻👩🏿👩 I've finally realised the toilet seat 🚽doesn't self levitate. It's not magic 🎩 I won't raid your wardrobe 👗 , wear your makeup 💄 , or ruin your best heels 👠👠 And finally the most important reason why you should contemplate 🤔 sharing with me, I promise to stop using emojis, to look 😎.
I'm a easy going single female. I love animals and I'm currently studying child care. I'm a neat, tidy and organised person. Would prefer to live in an all female house. I always pay my rent on time.

So there will be times i wont be around, but arrangements for my dog will be made. I love cooking, I'm not a big party person but do like to have a drink or two.
I'm pretty easy going, love a good conversation but also like my space. I'm a bit of a clean freak, well not 'freak', I just like to be clean! I have an adorable dog named Layla (she's a staffy). I enjoy cooking, drinking beer after a hard days work and relaxing in front of the idiot box! :)
Hello my name is Glenn Lightowler, currently looking for a place to stay at least 3 months. I am currently working with my father casually and looking for a full time position ATM. My living situation at the moment is about to end due to the lease being up. I am clean, quiet and very respectful of house rules. I like to keep my room in top order and will happily help out with any home maintence that is required. I own a car and I am very quiete. I currently goto the gym 4 or 5 times a week and have a healthy lifestyle. I don't own any pets but love animals and will certainly get to know any and all animals. Hope to hear from you soon, Glenn.
I'm new to Melbourne, and am moving there sometime in February. I'll be couch-surfing with a mate for a couple weeks while I look for a place, so I'm flexible on the move-in date! I'm a relaxed, clean and friendly guy. I have a steady, full-time professional job in the CBD. I'm an excellent cook and enjoy cooking for others - also love to sneak in a glass or two of wine or whisky. I'm a no-dramas kind of person, so I'm very easy to live with. I'm also very respectful of other people's space and belongings. I'm a former lawyer (now somewhere much happier), so I'm probably reasonably useful if you get sued. With that said, please don't get sued. I like movies, sport, board games, and travel (doesn't everyone like travel, though?). And food, but I think that's a given since I love cooking! I have a small, friendly, indoor cat. He's well-trained, 7 years old, and non-destructive. Very well trained, too. I'd also be interested in teaming up - even with a few people. If we could get 4-5 of us together, we could get a really nice 4/5 bedroom place which would usually be well outside our price ranges, for about $200-$250 each. The main requirements I have - ideally I'd prefer a large bedroom (and I'm happy to pay more for this) as I have a large bed, and people would need to be happy to share with the cat and feed him on the occasional weekends when I head home for a day or two - if you have pets, of course, I'd be happy to reciprocate!
My name is Kristina and i'm 19 years old. I see myself as a very easy person to live with and tend to keep to myself a lot but am also very sociable when needed to be. I'm currently studying at University and have a part time job. Im looking for share housing with people of any gender around the same age as me/early, mid to late 20s
Hello fellow housemate hunters, I am looking to find likeminded housemate/s as well as new friends along the way :). I'm an easy going student studying a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Monash, Frankston. During the week I'm pretty low key and busy with uni aswell as fitness (I do like the occasional wine Wednesday!) haha. On weekends I like to relax, get out in the outdoors, bushwalking, exploring but also savour me time. I clean up after myself and like a tidy home, and I pay bills on time. I'm looking to move Jan/Feb :). If you want to know more just ask :)
* HAVE FOUND A PLACE TO LIVE* I'm 21 years old and I'm a makeup artist. I currently work an average of 33 hours a week but it can fluctuate between 28-38hrs. I am looking into possibly studying nursing at some point in the near future. I've never lived out of home before so this would be my first time sharing with flat mates but I have two brothers so I feel like that's prepped me for anything! I am clean and tidy. I'm respectful and considerate of other people's space. I'm happy to be social and eat dinner together but I'm also happy to leave everyone to their own devices. I am social, but at times I value my own space (especially after a long work week). I don't have people over often and I don't drink so I am not a heavy partier. I keep busy by volunteering at an animal shelter up to 3 times a fortnight. I don't sit around the home much unless it's after work and I'm winding down. I have a 10 month old dog she is a cattle dog crossed with an Irish wolfhound. She is medium sized and very placid and relaxed. I walk her twice a day so she is always well rested and I take her up to a block in the country too for a run around a few times a month. When I'm not at home she is pretty relaxed and whenever I am not at work I take her everywhere with me. I always clean up after her (poop, hair and otherwise). I need to move out of my home and into a new home ideally in the next two weeks but I can stretch my time limit if need be. Let me know if you have any questions or if there is something I can clarify. I can send a picture of my dog. If you'd like to meet let me know. I'm happy to bring my dog 🙂 As I said, I have no rental history, but I can provide personal references at your request.

I need the rental from End May onwards as i have a place to stay till then. Places like Gould Street, Plenty Street or O Grady Ave in Frankston would be . Social smoker. Looking for a place as the landlord wants to have the house to himself in a month, preferably looking for a place with no bond. It is going to be my first time living in Australia. I already went to New Zealand last year to study and this year I would like to find a place where I can settle while I am working. I am a Filipino, a nurse, gonna work in Peninsula Private Hospital. I am neat, non smoker, and would like to find a place where it is quiet and have privacy.
Hi legends, I'm moving back to Melbourne after a few years in Sydney. Have lived in share accommodation for a while and it's been a mix of couples, guys, girls and aged between 20-38 y/o. So I have a great understanding of what it takes to make a share house work :). So, me, I'm single straight male aged 37 and I'm moving back to Melbourne to start working on a big dream of mine (my current job is a 60+ hour week and doesn't allow me the time to work on it). I'm a bit of a health-nut, but also enjoy a vino on the couch with the housemates, and the odd catch up at the pub. I'm easy going and happy to have a chat about anything, but realise the need for personal space too. I keep a clean house and happy to get in the kitchen. I currently have most household things: fridge, washing machine, large u-shaped couch, appliances, etc. But am planning to sell before I move back (so let me know if you want me to keep anything).
I am quite independent and tidy. I am from Mornington and currently have 2 jobs. I do like my own space, however, i am also very friendly and easy to get along with so sharing things would not be a problem. When i am not at work, I like to relax, and therefore, will not be an annoying person to live with.
I'm Oli, 31, study teaching full time and work part time. Both uni and work are down in the Frankston area so looking to move down that way. I've lived in plenty of share houses before, I'm tidy, easygoing, like to have a laugh, enjoy a bit of sport, movies, music. Looking for a room in a place shared with one or two others.
Currently at this point of time, I'm 32, will be 33 in june. I'm a pretty simple guy that doesn't ask for much. Bit quiet at first thanks to my anxiety, but once i feel comfortable, i'm pretty chatty. I'm a good listener. I enjoy going on long road trips, fishing, camping, catching up with my few close friends and also being nerdy in front of the computer either playing games or delving into the weird corner of YouTube.
Hi all, I'm looking to join or start a lease between Chelsea to Frankston with 1-2 other people. Currently working full time as a solicitor in Mornington. I am looking for a friendly, relaxed and clean house. Ready to move now, weekly rent between $150-$200 and a stay of between 3-12 months. If you're after something similar give me a call! Cheers

I used to live in dorms and shared flats, i make sure to keep my stuff organised and tidy. I'm looking for a place with easy access to public transport and/or near monash peninsula campus.
I am a 27 yr old primary school teacher who loves the outdoors (cliché much?)! I am now pursuing a career in outdoor education. I am hoping to find a place to stay down in Mornington while I study a Diploma of outdoor education at Frankston. I love wine/ cheese & chocolate and do appreciate some good banter, however; my jokes are as bad as my Dad's! :D

I am a 18 year old female from Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK. Currently in Australia on a work/holiday visa after arriving here late November 2016. Quite a private person, keep myself to myself but I am very polite and friendly. I am a emaculate person and like to stay on top cleaning.
I come from a small town, 4 hours north of Melbourne. I am from a large family, so I get along with people really well. I am great to live with because I have shared a room all my life with two other people, so I am very used to sharing my space. I have been taught how to cook since a young age, so I mostly know what I am doing in the kitchen. I am also an outgoing and bubbly person.
I'm clean, friendly, I never use electricity or gas, I actually enjoy cleaning when I'm bored as I'm loyal, trustworthy, ask any question I'll answer it truthfully I can't lie, I'm not noisy I go to bed early I'm up to just hang out and have fun I'm always working lol ahah
