I'm 22 years and Cam is 23 years old looking. We are looking for one person to team up for a rental. I Work full time in Kensington in administration and Cam works as an Engineer in Lang Lang. Sounds boring but we love it haha. I have lived with house mates in Seaford for about 18 months. We are respectful and considerate of other people's space but aim to be friends with our housemates. I think it’s important to look out for eachother when you’re not living with loved ones. We are happy to be social and eat dinner together- even love to go on roadtrips together but also happy to leave everyone to their own devices. Wont say no to a Netflix binge either. We are not heavy partiers, prefer a movie marathon to a night out. I have two young dogs. Nugget - she is a cattle dog crossed with an Irish wolfhound. She is medium sized and very placid and relaxed most of the time but does have energetic bursts and is nervous at first with men until she knows them. I also have a 12 week old deerhound named Ollie who is very calm and toilet trained. They are indoor dogs when I am home and sleep in my room. Nugs does shed fur and I am very conscious of cleaning up after her. We are flexible on a move date and I would like to get my own lease on a house in Seaford ideally. Let me know if you have any questions or if there is something I can clarify. I can send a picture of my dogs. If you'd like to meet let me know. I'm happy to bring my dogs 🙂 I can provide personal references at your request.
I'm a professional working full-time. I have always rented with family or a partner, and now looking for a roommate for the first time! I can be great company, with a good Netflix binge and a glass of wine, or give you your space if you need your down time. I have a beautiful little cockatiel who likes getting head scratches and will hang out with you if you let her :)
I’m a quiet, polite, calm and collective person. Always clean up after myself and the house when I get home from work at 5-5:30 everyday, I don’t have many friends so I wouldn’t have anyone over and I want to start travelling in the next few months so I will hardly be home anyway. I believe I am a great house mate and I don’t think you would have any problems living with me. I have 2 pets a dog and a cat they are super friendly and enjoy the company of other people/animals very much. If you have any questions or concerns just text me off of the number provided thank you enjoy your day :)
Hey! I'm neat and tidy, friendly and easy to get along with, however I do like my own space and can respect others space :) I work roughly 30 hours a week while studying to be a PT. I love healthy cooking, abit of a gym junkie. Ideally looking for a granny flat or bungalow I can rent!

Hey, I'm Chris, 22 years old, working and not currently studying. In my spare time I enjoy catching up with friends, being outdoors and relaxing. I tend to be a quieter person around the house, keeping to myself, but am more than happy to have a chat and get to know each other, and am used to sharing so am clean and respectful of others privacy.

We are a young couple that spend a lot of our week out of the house working, with friends or with sport. At the end of the day like to sit down for dinner, a movie and sometimes a drink. I've finished uni and my partner plans to start studying mid year. Also have a shy cat that spends most of his day sleeping indoors. Both are clean, tidy people. Non-smokers. Pay our bills on time and are respectful of others privacy.

We are all extremely easy going, respectful, happy, young individuals who are great friends. Two of us are a couple who will share a room and the other two single male and female who would need a bedroom each. We are reliable, will pay upfront and are looking for long term lease. In need of 3-4 bedroom house ideally, but open to other property types if it's in the Kingston, Bayside, Frankston (Seaford area), Glen Eira area and under $700 we could be your future tenants. Please note: we aren't looking to share with other tenants and need a 3/4 bedroom place that is unoccupied, or soon to be. Thanks
25yo. Female. Freelance beauty assistant and promotional/events worker (often required to work night shifts). I'm considerate of others and am extremely laid back meaning I keep to myself. Im looking for flatmates and if we end up friends then thats an added bonus. Nothing phases me, I never judge others, and am hoping theres some like minded people waiting for a flatmate like me. Ultimately Im looking for a self contained unit, granny flat, bungalow or similar but realistically would consider any arrangement that involves maximum 4 flatmates and isnt too far from where i currently reside in Aspendale as Ive become fond of, and familiar with, the area. I also find living near the ocean is important to me for mental, physically and spiritual wellbeing. Georgia
I’m very clean, easy to get along with. I don’t just sit around I’m usually out the house. I have a Rottweiler x German Shepherd and rats. I love music and play guitar. I’m just a bubbly person
we are very quite and clean, we pay rent on time, Belinda works in a hospital at the moment i dont work but am looking, we are both responsible, caring people, we will respect your home and your rules. we are smoker but if smoking is not allowed we wont do it on the property and we defiantly wont do it in the home.
Hello, My name is Jessica and I am 22 years old. I am a passionate down to earth person who is currently seeking studies in Conservation & Land Management. I enjoy the topics surrounding sustainability, getting in touch with nature, listening to music (and playing guitar and singing), animals, health & well-being, walks along the beach, spirituality and natural living. I am a non-smoker (but doesn't mind if people smoke around me), like to keep my space tidy and am very respectful of the people living with me. I like to live in a comfortable chilled out environment as I am not a party goer so I do not invite many people over or drink much alcohol. At the moment I am seeking flexible stay so we are both able to decide whether we will be suitable for living together more more than 3 months. I would enjoy being friends with my roommate/s although I do cherish my personal time as well. It would be ideal if there were animals as I absolutely adore them and always wanted one of my own but understand that renting restricts me from having this. I do not have my license so it would be convenient to be near public transport, shopping centres and somewhere nice to walk :) Shoot me a message if you think this resonates with you, I am happy to give you more information and organise a meet up to see if I am the right person for you. Cheers :)
