Full-time working professional (corporate lawyer), who works in the city (can involve long-hours). Am looking for a place relatively close to the city, to share with a clean, tidy and considerate working professional. I'm not a partier, and tend to lead an active lifestyle. Due to work, weekends tend to be quiet for me, and I enjoy just using them to relax and unwind. Anything else, please ask.

I'm Sam, 32 years, I have just relocated form the Gold Coast back to Sydney. I work for a National Surf Retailer in Visual Marketing and Merchandising, I will be working from home 2-3 days p/w and travel interstate semi frequently too. I am a pretty chilled out guy, during the week I like to cook, get a little arty, head out for a bite or to a gig with my girlfriend/mates. On the weekend I tend to chase a good coffee, head out for a drink or spend a bit of time coast side getting in a wave. I am a social person and on the odd occasion have friends around for a meal and a few drinks however I do this with respect for my housemates - sometimes the house just need to remain calm and guest free. I also appreciate a little down time lying in the sun, reading a book or just kicking back to some good music and having a chat with my housemates. I am house trained and appreciate a nice clean living space. I live with respect for my housemates, am open-minded, accepting and appreciate the diversity that life brings. I am looking for people who share similar traits. If we end up living together you will also get the company of my pooch Raf. He is a 2 year old Kelpi x Doberman (not as big as you would think) and he is pretty chill. Loves a run on the beach or a swim and will hit you up on the reg for pats. So, if you love dogs then this could be it!!
Hi, I'm Sophie. I'm 27 and am moving from London to Sydney in June for a 2 year secondment with work - lucky me! I'm really looking forward to the move, and to making a life for myself in Australia. I'm very sociable, love to cook and have friends over for supper, play hockey and go to the pub afterwards. I work pretty regular hours in the week and definitely appreciate quiet nights in when needed. I might have to do a viewing/meet you virtually for now, so hope that's okay. I am looking to move around 6/7th July, but am in Sydney from 24th June.
Hey guys, I'm Kareen, a 22yo French girl from Paris working in Sydney for a few months. I'm super friendly, clean and tidy, calm, but always up for a good chat and ready to cook some French 'crêpes' for my flatmates :) I will be working full hours, so I'm really looking for a calm place to come home to, with cool roommates to share a beer or two every now and then, hang out and just chill. Other than that, I'm an outdoorsy kind of girl: well into kitesurfing and snowboarding. So if you are an adrenaline junkie like me, we'll get along for sure! If you aren't, even better, I'm super keen on meeting different people with other interests. Cheers

Moving to Sydney from NZ to take up a job at UTS. Looking for a large private room in a share house close to the CBD or close to a bus/train station. Prefereably furnished with a double bed. I'm a clean, active, easy-going and social person hoping to find some fun people to live with. I will have a full time job so will likely be busy during the week but am always down for exploring the city, binge watching netflix or having a wine on the weekends. I'm not sure how long I'll need the room for but at least three months and possibly up to a year.

I am a young professional who relocated to Sydney earlier this year. I am working full time at a fashion PR agency. At 22 I would consider myself very career-driven although I do love to get up to 22 year old things, AKA have an all round great time! I am easy going, polite, tidy and considerate of others' belongings and space. For the last 3 years I have lived in a number of multi-housemate situations both here and in London so I am very well-equipped to the dynamics and functions of living with other people. I'm not sure how much you will see me between working and socialising. I like to spend a lot of the time out of the house, I love eating out with friends, getting down to the beach and checking out the various places Sydney has to offer - that's what I intend on doing most weekends! I am looking for a room that will not just be a place to sleep but also somewhere to call home. Let me know if this sounds like something you'd be interested in 🙂
I'm in my 20's, work 8 - 6ish in advertising so during the week pretty quiet but social. Very clean, lived in share houses and know how to respect a property I've always become good friends with past housemates. Usually on weekends I am with friends and respect the house and the people in there. I am being transferred to Manly for work... where I grew up so am pretty excited to go back and have all these hope and aspirations that I will get on the fitness bandwagon and learn to dive.
Hi guy's Looking for a friendy place to sleep and eat. Dont need much. Working most of the time. Dont party. Stay quite.
Hey there! My name is Tahnee and I'm a 27 year old professional working in Events and Marketing. I am interested in fashion, fitness, music, the beach and eating out - love trying new places. Very easy going and looking for a room to rent with like-minded friendly people.
Hi, I'm Jenny, I've just moved to Sydney, working full time as a Graphic designer. I'm an easy going, friendly, 30 year old, Aussie female. I am looking to share with people who are fun, easygoing and don't mind a drink or two on the weekend! I hope to hear from you :)
Hi There, We are two kiwis who have just arrived in Sydney. We are looking for an apartment to share with individuals who are tidy, respectful, but also social and friendly. We both enjoy getting outdoors, being active, surfing, snorkelling, hiking and travel. On the weekends we enjoy being social and having drinks with friends. We are not keen on a party house but would like to be social with our flatmates. We have degrees in psychology and fine arts. Preferably we would like a large room and a private bathroom and are looking in the Manly Area
I'm an outgoing, happy go lucky, professional female who is looking for a long term stay/lease. I am currently locked into a rental agreement and would not be able to move in until 2nd week of June, however on the plus side I do intend to stay for at least a year or longer. I am very reliable and trustworthy and am respectful of others and their belongings. I enjoy my sports, music, movies, tv series, outdoors, traveling, reading and socialising. Looking for a room and own bathroom preferrably, as I am a little ocd with my cleaning, and the home needs to be very close to public transport as I commute to and from work. I do have 2 pet rabbits and ideally would love to bring them with me however if this is not possible I do have someone who will take care of them for me. Do not have any furniture to bring with me but I do have a cherry tomato tree (in pot plant), camping gear/trunk and medium storage containers/bags with some belongings inside which I would need to store. The largest item I have to store is a washing machine. If you think you have a great place for me I would love to hear from you and arrange to come see the place and meet.
I will be doing my PhD in UNSW-Medicine, starting from August. I'd love to live in a place where it is quiet and people are respectful and clean. It would be better if I could live close to the beach and maybe in a place with a nice garden. I adore cats!
***ABOUT ME:*** •Hello! My small dog and I are looking for a home. We are looking for housemates who LOVE DOGS! •I'm a 28 years young Sydney-born Full Time 9am-6pm working professional in the photography industry in the CBD. I'm honest, responsible and reliable; I pay all my current existing bills on time and can most definitely pay my future rent/bills on time! •I keep my personal and communal areas clean and tidy e.g. I like to wash my dishes straight away so that I never leave dishes sitting in the sink smelly for days or for others to wash up after me. •I'm friendly, like to hangout/chillout and like to get to know people. At the same time, I'm quiet, shy and like to relax on my own. I'm looking for a place to live where it's quiet, drama-free and not a party house as I love a good night's sleep. •I am respectful of other people and their personal space and property. •During the working week: I like to take my dog for walks, go to the gym and go to bed as early as I can. •On the weekends: I like to treat my dog to the dog beach/park, skateboard and cook my meals for the coming week. •My interests/hobbies: mini outdoor adventures/seaside hikes with my dog, skateboarding, gym, arts and crafts (e.g. film photography, loom knitting, building gundams), going to live music concerts, watching movies/tv shows, boardgames...and so many more! •I'm a non-smoker and am looking to live with other non-smokers only. I don't do drugs and I am not a heavy alcohol drinker. •I am looking to live at a place for longer term (minimum 12 months). •I am looking to live within walking distance to a train station or light rail as I don't drive. •I would organise my own food as I cook fresh meat and vegetables for my dog as well. I would most likely cook my week's worth of food on the weekend then freeze it so I don't have to cook during the working week. ***ABOUT MY DOG:*** •My dog is a 6 years young male Chihuahua. •He is doggy door toilet trained, desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. •He is a clean indoor dog and sleeps on my bed. It would be ideal for him to have access to indoors and outdoors when I'm not home so he can go to the toilet outside and sleep inside. I have a removable doggy door panel which is simply a vertical panel of glass with a doggy door at the bottom which slots in next to a sliding door. •He loves people but needs time to warm up to them, so he is shy and nervous initially. •He is friendly and playful with other small dogs. He hasn't lived with another dog before, but I think a dog friend would be good company for him as he doesn't like to be home alone, so we are looking to live with another small dog. •He does bark when someone leaves or enters the home, but only for about 30 seconds. He also barks if he sees another dog walking outside from the home window. So we are looking to live with people who are understanding and tolerant of these now-and-again barks. I plan to have him professionally trained to manage this here-and-there barking. •He becomes scared easily if treated badly by someone and may nip to defend himself. So please, we are looking to live with DOG LOVERS ONLY who will show him lots of love, and won't grab him or yell at him aggressively. •I'm looking for housemates who wouldn't mind feeding my dog once in a while when I stay out past dinner time if I'm out at a music concert or doing something at night. Of course I'd be more than happy to doggysit my flatmates's pets if they'd wish :) •His interests/hobbies: loves going for walks especially by the ocean, playing catch with tennis balls and following me everywhere around the home. •Sorry, he is not cat friendly. ***ABOUT MY FISH:*** •The only piece of 'furniture' I would be bringing to the communal part of the house is my 17 years young fish and his 90 litre fish tank. •It would be ideal to have the tank in a communal area as he likes to watch people walk past and he swims after them. It would be fantastic to place the fish tank close to a sink for easier changing of water.
